Shea seemed a bit off her game today. Product was fine as usual but customer service was awful. Shea was rude, dismissive and seemed put out by our very presence. There was a new first time customer with her husband accompanying her and she was yelled at and told to go up front to do some paperwork . I’m sure the new customer was nervous and not sure of what to do and shea basically shamed her and then complained about other customers. If I wasn’t a loyalist for the product I’m not sure I’d go back here.

It still amazes me that the gothic-looking, ugly, fat, overweight, judgmental, poor, disgusting, and putrid-looking manager still works here. I know she can't afford to buy a place, looks like she's from the other side of the tracks in Boynton, but I doubt she realizes she works for a corporation and that it isn't actually her medical marijuana product. You can hear a pin drop when she comes out from the back and she's the most unpleasant person ever to deal with. I'm sure she's the only manager they could hire that they could pay her so poorly and she is stupid enough to show up to work everyday, but Surterra needs to step it up and look into this beastly of a chick. I may even be using the wrong pronouns because there are transgender women in this world that look more attractive AND are nicer than her. Sorry if I am addressing he/she/they in the wrong way. Every one of the other employees are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond. Hats off to them. They push a quick service out the door quickly, but I assure it's not because of any management here. I bet she's out back smoking a nicotine vape as we speak or most likely eating. Certainly not being a great manager, that's for sure.

The manager is such a C to the T!! Terrible attitude, terrible service, and overpriced flower, overpriced vapes, weak THC in all their products. Just imagine what this lard of a manager does when she’s behind the doors there. Definitely eating 24/7 or thinking about how she’s running someone else’s business because she’s too incompetent to do it on her own. The rest of staff is very nice but just merely associating yourself with her, you should work elsewhere.

My first experience with surterra was actually a recreational dispensary, located in Portland, Oregon, and the experience was wonderful there. Since receiving my medical endorsement, I found a surterra local to me, and This is honestly the fanciest dispensary I’ve ever visited. the ordering process is like a concierge service, where you walk up to a desk and the front desk person helps you pick out your products and places the order for you. If there’s a long wait, they have a small cafeteria area where you can eat an apple, drink a water bottle, or socialize with other people if you so choose. Patients are called one by one to the register. Once you’re brought back to the register, all of your items are already bagged for you, making check out way easier than any other dispensary I’ve ever visited. My only problem with surterra is that the price point for their products, I believe, is way too high. I believe that other local dispensaries (specifically one) actually prices their products correctly based on the quality of them, but that doesn’t stop me from going to surterra whenever they’re having a ridiculous clearance sale, nor would it justify any less than 5 stars. The dispensary is impeccably clean, very bright, and definitely makes you feel like you’re talking to people who care about what’s going on with you.

They have the product and service I love and I’m always the only one there.The one MAJOR problem I have is the Boynton Beach Location off of Lawrence, ALWAYS has a non working ATM. It has happened to me honestly 5 times. Drives me crazy having to go to the nearest ATM in bad traffic and back. I sometimes ASSUME the Boynton location will have a broke ATM and I drive 15 miles to another location.Boynton location —> fix your atm.

Quincy's positive disposition is one that makes you feel like you've just walked into room full of old friends. And the younger woman with the curly hair, I forgot her name, is beyond great. I visited the Boynton Beach site. This was my first visit as I had heard good things about the Jimmy Buffet line. I entered and gave them my card and the gentleman created my profile. He asked me if I knew what I wanted. I told him again that I was never here before and not familiar with the products. He then ignored me and helped 3 other customers and then turned to me and said I have his undivided attention. He asked if I was ready? I said yes and asked where I needed to go. He again asked if I was ready. I asked for what and he said to place and order. I told him again I was not familiar and if someone would come help me. He just stared at me like I was saying something taboo. Horrible service. Will never visit again when there are so many more dispensaries that treat their customers better. Total disappointment and understand why it always seems empty.

New favorite dispensary! I’ve switched around a couple times but I really like the fact that they have a drive through and make the checkout and pickup process super simple and fast. Unlike other dispensaries in the area, there’s no line and long wait, especially if you’re pickup up through drive through. They usually have the order ready to come pick up within 30 min- hour. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Inside is really nice looking and well kept. Love that they carry awesome brands like coral reefer and pax products. Their coral reefer balm is the best pain relief topical I’ve tried yet. And thanks for the 15% veteran discount. 10/10 keep the products coming, and will keep coming!

Unfortunately, I never got the names of the guy and gal who helped me on 1/16/20, but they were welcoming, fun and extremely knowledgeable, which was really helpful. I was surprised at the amount knowledge the gal was able to impart to me about the products. What really amazed me was the fact that they take a major credit card (don't know which) and debit cards! Shea seemed a bit off her game today. Product was fine as usual but customer service was awful. Shea was rude, dismissive and seemed put out by our very presence. There was a new first time customer with her husband accompanying her and she was yelled at and told to go up front to do some paperwork . I’m sure the new customer was nervous and not sure of what to do and shea basically shamed her and then complained about other customers. If I wasn’t a loyalist for the product I’m not sure I’d go back here.

It still amazes me that the gothic-looking, ugly, fat, overweight, judgmental, poor, disgusting, and putrid-looking manager still works here. I know she can't afford to buy a place, looks like she's from the other side of the tracks in Boynton, but I doubt she realizes she works for a corporation and that it isn't actually her medical marijuana product. You can hear a pin drop when she comes out from the back and she's the most unpleasant person ever to deal with. I'm sure she's the only manager they could hire that they could pay her so poorly and she is stupid enough to show up to work everyday, but Surterra needs to step it up and look into this beastly of a chick. I may even be using the wrong pronouns because there are transgender women in this world that look more attractive AND are nicer than her. Sorry if I am addressing he/she/they in the wrong way. Every one of the other employees are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond. Hats off to them. They push a quick service out the door quickly, but I assure it's not because of any management here. I bet she's out back smoking a nicotine vape as we speak or most likely eating. Certainly not being a great manager, that's for sure.

My first experience with surterra was actually a recreational dispensary, located in Portland, Oregon, and the experience was wonderful there. Since receiving my medical endorsement, I found a surterra local to me, and This is honestly the fanciest dispensary I’ve ever visited. the ordering process is like a concierge service, where you walk up to a desk and the front desk person helps you pick out your products and places the order for you. If there’s a long wait, they have a small cafeteria area where you can eat an apple, drink a water bottle, or socialize with other people if you so choose. Patients are called one by one to the register. Once you’re brought back to the register, all of your items are already bagged for you, making check out way easier than any other dispensary I’ve ever visited. My only problem with surterra is that the price point for their products, I believe, is way too high. I believe that other local dispensaries (specifically one) actually prices their products correctly based on the quality of them, but that doesn’t stop me from going to surterra whenever they’re having a ridiculous clearance sale, nor would it justify any less than 5 stars. The dispensary is impeccably clean, very bright, and definitely makes you feel like you’re talking to people who care about what’s going on with you.

I visited the Boynton Beach site. This was my first visit as I had heard good things about the Jimmy Buffet line. I entered and gave them my card and the gentleman created my profile. He asked me if I knew what I wanted. I told him again that I was never here before and not familiar with the products. He then ignored me and helped 3 other customers and then turned to me and said I have his undivided attention. He asked if I was ready? I said yes and asked where I needed to go. Unlike other dispensaries in the area, there’s no line and long wait, especially if you’re pickup up through drive through. They usually have the order ready to come pick up within 30 min- hour. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Inside is really nice looking and well kept. Love that they carry awesome brands like coral reefer and pax products. Super friendly staff that actually listens to your needs and at least tries to help patients find what they need to help them with their ailments.I am a long time patient and suffer from horrible neuropathy and so edibles I’m served me the. Eat to function and help with my pain to again function. The ground flower they have is EXCELLENT. I smile and use it for my edibles and it makes me, not only the best but easiest way to infused your medicine into oils to help with the chronic pains. I would always and will always recommend patients to use the ground flower.

Today was my first visit to Surterra-Boynton Beach, and it was great. Unfortunately, I never got the names of the guy and gal who helped me on 1/16/20, but they were welcoming, fun and extremely knowledgeable, which was really helpful. I was surprised at the amount knowledge the gal was able to impart to me about the products. What really amazed me was the fact that they take a major credit card (don't know which) and debit cards! They also give out lollipops! All in all...a great experience!
