Never had an issue in person, the employees are always super helpful and kind.The only reason for 3 stars is their pathetic delivery/customer service.I basically quit using surterra because of the drive. I ordered delivery recently as they've finally re-added the option.They call a day before my delivery from a blocked number and leave a voicemail stating the car is broke down, but if it is working tomorrow, ill have my delivery. Okay, very simple.Samuel Robinson then immediately cancelled my order lmfao. Says on my MMU profile. I live in CR and am disgusted with Trulieve’s wait times and over all no knowledge of which products are good for which problem you may have. The folks at Suterra know what they are selling can answer questions pertaining to medical issues un like o mother so called med weed dispensaries that just give you a print out , and say pay me , c ya.Suterra in Brooksville is super efficient and has a pre paid drive through. I will continue to drive a few miles for exemplary service and outstanding products. The product offerings are amazing .

I never give reviews but this is a very special experience. My dad has stage 4 lung cancer. After visiting 2 other places with no success, we were already tired. I got my dad out of the car once again to try a 3rd.We were welcomed by Lisa and I have to say she took her time with dad and let him sit in a chair while explaining his options. New to the cannabis this was a incredible experience with Lisa, she showed compassion and helped him inform him how to get relief without smoking or vaping. She also explained that delivery was starting soon and he wouldn't have to leave the house if he didn't have the energy. What a amazing experience after being so overwhelmed with the other 2 places, Suttera will always be his go to for his medication. Thank you so much!

I have been here a handful of times and it’s always a pleasurable experience. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The drive thru is a bonus also since I deal with a LOT of physical pain. Only complain I have is not being able to tip the staff. Why,,, why can’t they accept tips? I run a smoke shop a few days a week down the road and we accept tips. It’s just a way to show appreciation. Surterra get your peeps some tips jars!!!

I was beyond disappointed with my experience at this place; Wishing that there was a rating below one star. I was greeted by a helpful new employee who was being trained by a condescending punk . It really made me question how he could have such a cavalier attitude towards customers until I observed his manager putting forth an embarrassing example of leadership. In my opinion, men who have this sort of mire for women should not be in any type of health care. I believe that my 30 years as a Registered Nurse qualify me as an expert on this topic. This place might be okay for the boys who want to get high. However, if you are a true patient seeking expertise to discover solutions to real ailments, go elsewhere. These people were not capable.

I really want to put 3 stars. Last 2 times I've gotten the Medical Marijuana it seemed really stale. It basically turned to dust and what didn't was crispy like and crumbled. Was hard to smoke in paper due to the sticks and stems in the ground flower that punctured the paper. Not impressed at all by them. It was a waste of my money and I probably will not go back.

The product is actually really good, but why pay $40 an 8th (their best discount on premium flower) when there are places like the Flowery who will deliver for free over $100, and you can get 8ths of premium for $20-30 consistently. I love Surterra's premium flower, but can't justify the price. It's a shame. Wish they would stop being greedy

We placed an order on Thursday, June 30th. They were having a 40% off sale. They were slammed with orders because we received a call asking us to change our delivery time to Friday, July 1st, between 4:30 & 7 or 7:30. OK. Np. Now its Friday. Time's a passing, 7:30pm comes and goes, no text message, can't contact them because it's after 6p, no chat available, so we go about our business which was feeding the next door neighbors cats. We left there at 8:08 which was when I saw the delivery driver leave our driveway. We ran screaming after him but away he went. This is unacceptable. My husband is a medical patient on a fixed income who relies on the sales & delivery service offered. It's going to be a VERY long time before we darken Surterra's doorway again, if ever. Thank you for sticking it to us. I hope your customer service improves because you sure need it to if you're to continue to build a base.

My most recent experience was very poor. For my first visits they gave large buds. Now each time I get tiny pellets from the bottom of the plant, which don't receive the same amount of light, so they are much lower in potency 😓.Not to mention minis/littles are usually $25 at other dispensaries. When I told them this, I pretty much got told tough luck. I wouldn't leave the store without checking my purchases in the future. I really wanted to be a customer of Surterra, but I will go somewhere else to avoid getting ripped off.

Surterra is the place to go for your medical cannabis needs. They have an online catalog of their available products. You can order online and pick-up later that same day at a drive-up window. (It used to be a bank.) They also offer home delivery to certain areas. As an alternative, you can shop inside, and their personable and helpful staff will assist you with their products and help determine which products are right for you. There is a limit now on how much can be purchased in a month; it's a state requirement. Just remember you must have a state of Florida medical marijuana card. You must pay with cash at the drive-up window, but they accept debit cards inside at the counter.

I would have given them 5 stars but I purchased some of their pre ground flower and it was like powdered, I had to use a pipe to smoke it, and then it was difficult. It also had a fair amount of stems, no leaf on them, just sticks. The effect was good though. I placed my order for the special yesterday (spend over $250) evening and when I arrived to pick it up today the manager would not honor the offer. I specifically asked customer service online and by phone about this prior to placing was assured that they would honor the special if I picked it up today.Mind you, I didn’t care how. He could have given me any special or a small discount for my trouble and I would have been 5 star happy. That would have been the right way to handle this kind of mistake on Suterra’s part. No, I got the I’m the manager of the store and don’t have a button to that. $50 quarters that companies such as Surterra and Liberty Health have are one of those much more acceptable dispensary deals than the other ones. The 35 an eighth that Curaleaf charges makes the better flower deals look like a public service.A quip about this Brooksville place is that there are two big guys in terms of people who can grab your arm and have a seat and a bunch of pretty girls in terms of everything being there. It's a mental laugh for me at the interesting hiring practices, but that's not to say they're trying to make the store work. On the 1 star-5 star thumbs up/down scale, I'll give it a 5 star.

I got my dad out of the car once again to try a 3rd.We were welcomed by Lisa and I have to say she took her time with dad and let him sit in a chair while explaining his options. New to the cannabis this was a incredible experience with Lisa, she showed compassion and helped him inform him how to get relief without smoking or vaping. Was hard to smoke in paper due to the sticks and stems in the ground flower that punctured the paper. Not impressed at all by them. It was a waste of my money and I probably will not go back.

We placed an order on Thursday, June 30th. They were having a 40% off sale. They were slammed with orders because we received a call asking us to change our delivery time to Friday, July 1st, between 4:30 & 7 or 7:30. OK. Np. Now its Friday. Time's a passing, 7:30pm comes and goes, no text message, can't contact them because it's after 6p, no chat available, so we go about our business which was feeding the next door neighbors cats. We left there at 8:08 which was when I saw the delivery driver leave our driveway. We ran screaming after him but away he went. This is unacceptable. My husband is a medical patient on a fixed income who relies on the sales & delivery service offered. It's going to be a VERY long time before we darken Surterra's doorway again, if ever. My most recent experience was very poor. For my first visits they gave large buds. Now each time I get tiny pellets from the bottom of the plant, which don't receive the same amount of light, so they are much lower in potency 😓.Not to mention minis/littles are usually $25 at other dispensaries. When I told them this, I pretty much got told tough luck. I wouldn't leave the store without checking my purchases in the future. Surterra is the place to go for your medical cannabis needs. They have an online catalog of their available products. You can order online and pick-up later that same day at a drive-up window. (It used to be a bank.) They also offer home delivery to certain areas. As an alternative, you can shop inside, and their personable and helpful staff will assist you with their products and help determine which products are right for you. There is a limit now on how much can be purchased in a month; it's a state requirement. Just remember you must have a state of Florida medical marijuana card. You must pay with cash at the drive-up window, but they accept debit cards inside at the counter.

I quit going here many months ago because repeatedly I was getting bad cartridges. Most of the time they would clog up and pull through the mouth piece. Yes they would fix it but I got tired of the inconvenience. Well I thought I would give them one more try. This time my cartridge had two huge cracks in it and most of it had leaked out. Im done. Surterra is the place to go for your medical cannabis needs. They have an online catalog of their available products. You can order online and pick-up later that same day at a drive-up window. (It used to be a bank.) They also offer home delivery to certain areas. As an alternative, you can shop inside, and their personable and helpful staff will assist you with their products and help determine which products are right for you. There is no limit as to how much you can purchase or how often. Just remember you must have a state of Florida medical marijuana card and pay with cash.

I would have given them 5 stars but I purchased some of their pre ground flower and it was like powdered, I had to use a pipe to smoke it, and then it was difficult. It also had a fair amount of stems, no leaf on them, just sticks. The effect was good though. I thought I might have gotten a bad container, so I purchased more, and it was worse than the first, sticks and powder. I won't be getting any more.

I placed my order for the special yesterday (spend over $250) evening and when I arrived to pick it up today the manager would not honor the offer. I specifically asked customer service online and by phone about this prior to placing was assured that they would honor the special if I picked it up today.Mind you, I didn’t care how. He could have given me any special or a small discount for my trouble and I would have been 5 star happy. That would have been the right way to handle this kind of mistake on Suterra’s part. No, I got the I’m the manager of the store and don’t have a button to that. $50 quarters that companies such as Surterra and Liberty Health have are one of those much more acceptable dispensary deals than the other ones. The 35 an eighth that Curaleaf charges makes the better flower deals look like a public service.A quip about this Brooksville place is that there are two big guys in terms of people who can grab your arm and have a seat and a bunch of pretty girls in terms of everything being there. It's a mental laugh for me at the interesting hiring practices, but that's not to say they're trying to make the store work. On the 1 star-5 star thumbs up/down scale, I'll give it a 5 star.
