I picked up 3 1/8th of Florida Dep today - and now I remember why I stopped going to Surterra. All 3 are EXTRA DRY. And with no returns, I guess I'm just stuck with flower I'm not even going to smoke. Very disappointing. I won't be wasting any more money at this dispensary.

The card readers never work. Even with a new card it still won't work so they force you to use the ATM which of course your bank charges you a fee in addition to the ATM charging a fee. I did it a few times thinking they would solve the card reader issue but today will be the last time I ever visit this establishment. GET YOUR CARD READERS FIXED SO WE CAN USE OUR DEBITS CARDS! WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY A FEE BECAUSE NONE OF YOUR CARD READERS WORK! Either fix them or tell customers CASH ONLY!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

Excellent products anything coral reefer is good. The flower is primo and always a quality trim job(no sugar leafs). My recommendations are the full spectrum float carts their the best around even compared to other premium options.

Everything I have purchased so far has been great, including the accessories. Really friendly staff and I am literally in and out in 5 minutes, so fast! HIGH-ly recommended!

Look this location is great, much more accessable the store is large and beautiful however no drive thru. Also the employees have not ring my orders correctly a few times and it takes forever for them to ring up orders that were pre ordered? The Brooksville location is incredibly fash and efficient. Yesterday May 4th, 2022 I had a very nice lady however they did not ring up my senior discount for 15% off. I asked her to fix it took forever and then I gave her the cash she could not understand how to ring the cash the manager flitted in very fast and told her and flew off she needs to stay and help her new employees better this is definitely affecting customer servicehere. The new employee put $4000 instead of $40 then she had manager help her. Who again left quickly even Though I gave her some quarters so I wouldn't have to get back a bunch of change and she still gave me all the change! It was literally taking way longer than necessary. The manager keeps leaving employee who clearly needed more training and I don't blame the new employee I actually blame the manager who kept leaving walking up and then leaving.this new employee and going in back! Yesterday was a bad experience. Glad I will be moving soon. If this is how it's going to be.

I did not even know that Surterra had a location in Claremont. Wow! What a find or a diamond in the rough! I had an amazing experience with a really nice guy named Bryce and a really lovely woman named Aubrey! They took the time to ask me questions and find out what products would be best for me. While I had to wait a while for them to get out the additional products that were locked up in the bulb, they took the time to spend asking me more questions about myself. Overall, my visit was definitely a five-star!

Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
