So, I don’t normally post or talk about medical cannabis. It helps when I need it and that’s what usually matters. But yesterday I had such a pleasant experience at the Crestview store. The staff is 💯 friendly all the time, but how could you not be, right? Lol. Anyway, yesterday, I walked in and they were playing Lauren Daigle’s Thank God I do! I’m a full on Jesus freak, and I have mentioned to them before that it would be pretty cool if I could hear some Christian music on the radio too once in a while because “we” smoke too 😂. So I don’t know what the reason is that it was playing, but I took it as a blessing. God knows that sometimes we need a little extra help. Thank you all so very much and please continue this🙏🙏
I ordered online for pick up but wasn't eligible to get all the flower on my list. Instead of canceling my order John at the Crestview store called and let me know. So he said he would have the rest of my order ready when I arrive. When I arrived he had my order ready then helped me pick out as much of my flower I had available so I could get the most possible. After we were done he walked me though how to check what you have available and when and what was was available next. He was super helpful. This was the best experience I have had since I got my medical card 7 months ago. If you need any help he's your man.
Everyone who works at the Crestview store are so awesome! Tyler checked me out tonight he’s always so lovely and informative. Aydon and Megan were there as well they all kept a smile on their face and mine as well 🙂 I really wish I could leave them a tip hopefully that changes soon! They all deserve tips for working so hard!! LOVE THEM!!!
Best Flower! I love the Sugar Rush, Animal Larry, Garlic Fusion, RM86 just to name a few. Best People! Aydon, Megan, Christian and John are my regular people but everyone has been great!!
Logan is always so helpful, friendly, and personable. I have also used the delivery service and Angie and Quentin are both so amazing too! I have been going to Surterra more and more than the other dispensaries lately too. Love the vibe there!
Love the team here since they're so friendly and always willing to help out. Christian is so friendly, John always greets me by name, Quinton helped me set up loyalty rewards points, Angie, Tyler, Megan, Billy, ,Alora, Caitlyn, Brian are knowledgeable about the products. I've seen them be so patient with newer patients, and they always recommend good products and educate on what they can benefit in. This team is knowledgeable on terps. This team is great for our small-town vibes here! Keep it up guys, love the sales too
Great prices here. They got 15 dollar chocolate bars with 100 MG of thc for the whole chocolate bar. They continuously have discounts on many products. Their purple punch vape pods and the chocolate bars are my favorite products offered. The RM86 weed is a great product, it had 27.10 precent thc and 35 precent is highest precentage able to be achieved as far as I know. So that's pretty good of an offer and woth them constantly having discounts the offer just gets better it seems. The float flower comes in a sealed frosted glass jar for freshness. I do like the freshness seal.Update:This store seems to have lost its vigor though. Some employees seem genuine in their attitude or their happiness. Yet, some try too hard to put on that overly joyous act to the point it's awkward. The happy mask is even more so shattered when your involuntary body language does not match the way you try and portray yourself. It's sickening and frustrating to people who have social anxieties and are good body language readers. If you can't completely be happy for real don't do the act cause it makes you look like a fool. If you are only feeling blah then act blah. Or if you dont care then dont act like you do. Don't act happy go lucky all the time if you are not. Considering changing to another store now after a few recent experiences.
Some of the most knowledgeable and friendly around. Logan especially is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome from start to finish in the transaction. Recommend highly, always a great experience. Quick service. Not a bad word to say.
