I am new to the medical marijuana scene and they made my experience comfortable and easyJustin is the coolest person. I believe he said he is the store manager. Justin registered me and then gave me lots of information on what he recommends. After speaking w/ him in the front of the store he took me to the "store" and that's where Tyler assisted me. Tyler is awesome. They are all so friendly.As a new customer to Surterra they have a 60% discount on most, not all, products. There are also 40% discounts and when you sign up you get to see all the specials they offer. I heard they ALWAYS have a good sale.

I had a stressful moment with suttera over my $20 coupons for 420. I must say there was some miscommunication and miss information gentleman name. Cesar called me heard my complain looked at my account looked at everything of what I complained about. They apologize for the inconvenience of miss communication we should always read the fine print as patients on any specials and any coupons they do expire. They were more than welcoming to resolve this issue in Fix the problem that I had at hand they did fix it. They fixed it immediately. I love coming to Surterra medical because of the customer service and consistency. Avi and Tim were amazing at guiding me thru the menu and going over products. I also come here because the products are top shelf. My only complaint is that the employees can’t receive tips, i also work in the service industry and if it weren’t for tips i wouldn’t be able to really afford such luxuries that surterra offers. So your first month or so of receiving your medical card you practically spend most of your money, time and your “rolling 35 day” to find out which dispensary has what… Surterra is very familiar to Fluent. The flower is a gamble and steamy. Only giving two stars because the customer service was the only good experience excluding the fact you order from a coach in front of the rest of the guests.Definitely will not be returning and wasting my money!

This joint has an interesting business model. You place an order, they cancel it, but only after standing you up for your delivery scheduled a day in advance. Actually I’ve had the wide gamut of bad experiences in a couple years of patronizing Surterra Wellness: cancelled pickup and delivery orders, poor product, short on weight, and inconsistent communications. (I’m a glutton for punishment.) I’m beginning to think they don’t take the “wellness” part seriously. The folks behind the counter are friendly, but that’s not good enough to keep my business. Fortunately there’s plenty of competition out there.

This is how you get banned from a dispensary.) Please be kind to your dispensary workers! After receiving product that was mislabeled and not working properly, this store and management staff were rude, had tremendous difficulty rectifying my problem and worst after many calls to their cooperate office was told that there was a manufacturing problem and the store still did zero to resolve the issue. Never received a call from this store manager after this issue and they terrible service from Mike! Not one customer should be called a liar and made to feel the blame for what issue lie behind the scenes. The over products are not superior or any way better priced. I purchased some of the Float Soft Wax Myakka Soar, and this has to be the worst product I have tried in the medical marijuana market. It sizzles and pops way to much, no other concentrate i have ever received elsewhere sizzles and pops inside the banger. Taste is absolutely disgusting as well. I tried leaving a product review on their website, but I guess they have to be reviewed before posting and I doubt it will get posted. In addition to the above it only came in at 562mg, where as comparable products from other dispensaries are 750mg or more at the same price range.

Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. So your first month or so of receiving your medical card you practically spend most of your money, time and your “rolling 35 day” to find out which dispensary has what… Surterra is very familiar to Fluent. The flower is a gamble and steamy. Actually I’ve had the wide gamut of bad experiences in a couple years of patronizing Surterra Wellness: cancelled pickup and delivery orders, poor product, short on weight, and inconsistent communications. (I’m a glutton for punishment.) I’m beginning to think they don’t take the “wellness” part seriously. The folks behind the counter are friendly, but that’s not good enough to keep my business. I purchased some of the Float Soft Wax Myakka Soar, and this has to be the worst product I have tried in the medical marijuana market. It sizzles and pops way to much, no other concentrate i have ever received elsewhere sizzles and pops inside the banger. Taste is absolutely disgusting as well. I tried leaving a product review on their website, but I guess they have to be reviewed before posting and I doubt it will get posted. In addition to the above it only came in at 562mg, where as comparable products from other dispensaries are 750mg or more at the same price range.
