Very nice experience. In fact, my favorite of the several dispensaries I go to within 20 min of home. Feels like... being a small apothecary shop. There isn’t a bunch of ads and merchandise with their name all over. Not a big theater style waiting room. Cozy, clean, nicely set up. Feels more private and one to one. Surterra Delray makes it all about the customer and a calm inviting atmosphere. I don’t work for them or know anyone that does. I wasn’t given anything for this review.read more

There is now no one place to view all order history -the merge with Jane was a... disaster - they have a wallet (you cannot mange personal info) that can only be used on your phone- they want you to port your personal info into your phone to do business with them efficiently-you are forced to use your phone to redeem points.read more

Selling “premium flower” in a glass jar that is soaking wet and barely trimmed is a slap in the face. I tossed and... turned all night and finally got up at 5 this morning unable to breathe through my nose and my throat is ripped to shreds with a sinus headache. I’ve spent $1,000 a month here over the last year or so on CDT carts and I will NEVER disrespect myself enough to step foot into this place again. What kind of “premium” medication makes you feel this sick? How could you sell this to patients knowing it’s not what it says it is and it will make them sick? Someone needs to look further into this operation because something is not right. This should be criminal. Absolutely never again. Ever.read more

I am completed shocked by the experience I had at the Delray Beach location. Knowing the store closes at 5:00 p.m. on... Sundays, I contacted customer care to ensure someone would be able to assist me if I arrived just prior to closing. The representative assured me that I would be able to consult with someone at the store and complete my purchase as long as I arrived before closing time. In reliance upon my conversation with the representative, I got to the store as quickly as I could, arriving 5 minutes prior to closing. Unfortunately, they were out of the item I needed, and I asked for assistance in selecting something that would work best for me. After speaking with the person at the front desk for a couple of minutes, someone from the back came out to the front and told me, if I wasn’t immediately ready to make my selection, I would have to leave because the store was closed (this happened at 5:02 p.m.). At that point, the person at the front desk suddenly stopped assisting me and I was told I would have to make a decision immediately, without further assistance. Needless to say, I felt extremely uncomfortable and, without being able to ask my remaining questions (which would have taken me an additional 2 minutes, at most), I had to leave the store without being able to complete my purchase. Initially after leaving, I assumed maybe some strict law prevents dispensing of medical marijuana products after 5:00 p.m. on Sundays, or something like that. However, I later discovered that Trulieve in Boynton is open until 8:00 p.m. So…apparently they just didn’t want to assist me for an additional 5 minutes past closing time. Absolutely ridiculous. Had I gone into a CVS or Walgreens pharmacy for a medical prescription, they would have completed assisting me, regardless of whether I arrived at the pharmacy 5 minutes prior to closing. I’m definitely surprised by the unprofessional manner in which I was treated, all because someone wanted to go home a few minutes sooner.read more

I went in just to see the deals, which Joey not only was able to rattle off but more so the ENTIRE experience from... walking in the door, leaving for a phone call, then coming back in, felt like I was chilling with a great friend. He also shared with me about the secret compartment on the bottom of the 5 pack pre-rolls so you can keep your roaches. This was my first visit to a dispensary. I found Surterra warm and inviting. I met Emily A. when I walked in the door.... She gave me a menu to look at. I wasn’t sure what everything on the menu was so she sat down with me and explained all the different products and how they are used. I chose what I wanted and proceeded to the back to purchase the items. My only disappointment is that the pre-ground flower contained a lot of leaves. Terrible customer service they gave me less than what I was supposed to receive. It was very hard to get in contact... with anyone in the company. I had to write an email and they responded telling me they couldn’t do anything and they have no numbers to call anybody and it’s going to stay as is. I would never go here again and I would never recommend anyone to go here. And anyone who gives this place any higher than a two star is either lying, fake post, or people within the companyread more

I was very happy here, but will never purchase from them again. They changed the packaging on my tincture, which also... affects the dosing. They said nothing about this in the store. When I opened the new box, I realized that the measurements are different. Two days, two phone calls and no one even returns calls. I know these are difficult times, but they are in healthcare, and I would think they would feel some sense of responsibility to their customers who are patients. Tried thier Concentrate it was terrific . BUT their ground flower was so disappointing, it was absolutely horrible... ....it was like powder. I use it to make butter which was fine but it could’ve been a whole lot better there were no pieces, no flakes no nothing just absolutely ground powder. It even was so fine when I touched it with my fingers. Would’ve love to return it but I’m they don’t take returns and they don’t let you look at it in the store. Complained but all they said is they’ll pass the message onto the manager terrific what does that do for me. Yes they have great customer service but if the product is in great not worth the experienceread more
