Caesar is awesome. Unfortunately I had a difference experience with other employees. I was treated a bit rudely today in my opinion; I deal with chronic pain and had do drive 30 min out twice in the same day so I could replace a cart that broke the same day I bought it and was also sticky on the outside. I even called support about it earlier in the day. ( paying $50 for a cart and having it be sticky is a little off putting) Mgr that was in started my return then basically told me I couldn’t return the product and would have to buy a new one to which I said no problem, if I have to. The employee behind the counter was quite rude in my opinion as I stated I was in chronic pain and I would pay if I had to of course, I placed the money on the desk and sat down politely. I felt I was treated rudely because I had returned faulty products before, and they felt it was a manipulation and not genuine. I was even told “ it’s not sticky” to which I stated “ I am not lying?” I wish we could have come to some common ground and I even mentioned if the other manager was in he would have reasoned with me or maybe thrown in a pre roll or something at minimum, or handled it differently. I was told not to throw Caesars name around? My apologies, but he stands out in customer service compared to his colleagues. I can’t smoke a broken pen( the glass is completely broke and they basically told me it’s my fault and it’s not sticky). Vibe is way off in there if either Caesar or the girl manager ( I can’t recall her name, forgive me but she is absolutely warm and lovely) are working. I mean I’ve literally used them solely as my dispensary for a long while and they wouldn’t reason with me at all. I will probably return to Muv who has better deals and better product in my humble opinion. Deerfield location is a better vibe at least. I do like Surterra products a lot.I never ever feel the need to out anyone or post anything negative hence the 4 stars, I just really felt it was an off putting experience today.

I have always had a great experience at the Boynton location. Product always seems to be OK.There’s definitely a different dynamic at the Delray Beach Location. It doesn’t seem like the employees like each other very much and it definitely shows in their work. One of the employees is very rude to patients. I asked for help and he asked me if I could read. He also was very short and did not offer much help. Expecting me to know “everything”. The manager Shay was nice and told me that she would bring it up to her higher up. I hope this guy doesn’t have to deal with patients anymore. Seems like he really doesn’t want to be there and treats people like garbage.

I’m absolutely taken back at how Tony treats customers and his coworkers unfortunately as well… came in to pick up something new to try and he simply told me to “look at the menu” every time I had a question about a product. He ended up pulling the wrong product while somehow simultaneously insulting his coworkers. When I mentioned the product wasn’t what I picked, he responded in a condescending tone which was just unhelpful. I’ll never come back to Surterra because of how poor of an experience Tony gave me… please replace him..

Very nice experience. In fact, my favorite of the several dispensaries I go to within 20 min of home. Feels like being a small apothecary shop. There isn’t a bunch of ads and merchandise with their name all over. Not a big theater style waiting room. Cozy, clean, nicely set up. Feels more private and one to one. Surterra Delray makes it all about the customer and a calm inviting atmosphere. I don’t work for them or know anyone that does. I wasn’t given anything for this review.

This location is fine. Surterra lacks. There is now no one place to view all order history -the merge with Jane was a disaster - they have a wallet (you cannot mange personal info) that can only be used on your phone- they want you to port your personal info into your phone to do business with them efficiently-you are forced to use your phone to redeem points.

Selling “premium flower” in a glass jar that is soaking wet and barely trimmed is a slap in the face. I tossed and turned all night and finally got up at 5 this morning unable to breathe through my nose and my throat is ripped to shreds with a sinus headache. I’ve spent $1,000 a month here over the last year or so on CDT carts and I will NEVER disrespect myself enough to step foot into this place again. What kind of “premium” medication makes you feel this sick? How could you sell this to patients knowing it’s not what it says it is and it will make them sick? Someone needs to look further into this operation because something is not right. This should be criminal. Absolutely never again. Ever.

I am completed shocked by the experience I had at the Delray Beach location. Knowing the store closes at 5:00 p.m. on Sundays, I contacted customer care to ensure someone would be able to assist me if I arrived just prior to closing. The representative assured me that I would be able to consult with someone at the store and complete my purchase as long as I arrived before closing time. In reliance upon my conversation with the representative, I got to the store as quickly as I could, arriving 5 minutes prior to closing. Unfortunately, they were out of the item I needed, and I asked for assistance in selecting something that would work best for me. After speaking with the person at the front desk for a couple of minutes, someone from the back came out to the front and told me, if I wasn’t immediately ready to make my selection, I would have to leave because the store was closed (this happened at 5:02 p.m.). At that point, the person at the front desk suddenly stopped assisting me and I was told I would have to make a decision immediately, without further assistance. Needless to say, I felt extremely uncomfortable and, without being able to ask my remaining questions (which would have taken me an additional 2 minutes, at most), I had to leave the store without being able to complete my purchase. Initially after leaving, I assumed maybe some strict law prevents dispensing of medical marijuana products after 5:00 p.m. on Sundays, or something like that. However, I later discovered that Trulieve in Boynton is open until 8:00 p.m. So…apparently they just didn’t want to assist me for an additional 5 minutes past closing time. Absolutely ridiculous. Had I gone into a CVS or Walgreens pharmacy for a medical prescription, they would have completed assisting me, regardless of whether I arrived at the pharmacy 5 minutes prior to closing. I’m definitely surprised by the unprofessional manner in which I was treated, all because someone wanted to go home a few minutes sooner.

He also shared with me about the secret compartment on the bottom of the 5 pack pre-rolls so you can keep your roaches. I was very happy here, but will never purchase from them again. They changed the packaging on my tincture, which also affects the dosing. They said nothing about this in the store. When I opened the new box, I realized that the measurements are different. Two days, two phone calls and no one even returns calls. I know these are difficult times, but they are in healthcare, and I would think they would feel some sense of responsibility to their customers who are patients. There are plenty of others to purchase from!

I use it to make butter which was fine but it could’ve been a whole lot better there were no pieces, no flakes no nothing just absolutely ground powder. It even was so fine when I touched it with my fingers. Would’ve love to return it but I’m they don’t take returns and they don’t let you look at it in the store. Complained but all they said is they’ll pass the message onto the manager terrific what does that do for me. Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Delray Beach does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Surterra
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Delray Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Caesar is awesome. Unfortunately I had a difference experience with other employees. I was treated a bit rudely today in my opinion; I deal with chronic pain and had do drive 30 min out twice in the same day so I could replace a cart that broke the same day I bought it and was also sticky on the outside. I even called support about it earlier in the day. ( paying $50 for a cart and having it be sticky is a little off putting) Mgr that was in started my return then basically told me I couldn’t return the product and would have to buy a new one to which I said no problem, if I have to. The employee behind the counter was quite rude in my opinion as I stated I was in chronic pain and I would pay if I had to of course, I placed the money on the desk and sat down politely. I felt I was treated rudely because I had returned faulty products before, and they felt it was a manipulation and not genuine. I was even told “ it’s not sticky” to which I stated “ I am not lying?” I wish we could have come to some common ground and I even mentioned if the other manager was in he would have reasoned with me or maybe thrown in a pre roll or something at minimum, or handled it differently. I was told not to throw Caesars name around? My apologies, but he stands out in customer service compared to his colleagues. I can’t smoke a broken pen( the glass is completely broke and they basically told me it’s my fault and it’s not sticky). Vibe is way off in there if either Caesar or the girl manager ( I can’t recall her name, forgive me but she is absolutely warm and lovely) are working. I mean I’ve literally used them solely as my dispensary for a long while and they wouldn’t reason with me at all. I will probably return to Muv who has better deals and better product in my humble opinion. Deerfield location is a better vibe at least. I do like Surterra products a lot.I never ever feel the need to out anyone or post anything negative hence the 4 stars, I just really felt it was an off putting experience today.

I have always had a great experience at the Boynton location. Product always seems to be OK.There’s definitely a different dynamic at the Delray Beach Location. It doesn’t seem like the employees like each other very much and it definitely shows in their work. One of the employees is very rude to patients. I asked for help and he asked me if I could read. He also was very short and did not offer much help. Expecting me to know “everything”. The manager Shay was nice and told me that she would bring it up to her higher up. I hope this guy doesn’t have to deal with patients anymore. Seems like he really doesn’t want to be there and treats people like garbage.

There is now no one place to view all order history -the merge with Jane was a disaster - they have a wallet (you cannot mange personal info) that can only be used on your phone- they want you to port your personal info into your phone to do business with them efficiently-you are forced to use your phone to redeem points.

Selling “premium flower” in a glass jar that is soaking wet and barely trimmed is a slap in the face. I tossed and turned all night and finally got up at 5 this morning unable to breathe through my nose and my throat is ripped to shreds with a sinus headache. I’ve spent $1,000 a month here over the last year or so on CDT carts and I will NEVER disrespect myself enough to step foot into this place again. What kind of “premium” medication makes you feel this sick? How could you sell this to patients knowing it’s not what it says it is and it will make them sick? I am completed shocked by the experience I had at the Delray Beach location. Knowing the store closes at 5:00 p.m. on Sundays, I contacted customer care to ensure someone would be able to assist me if I arrived just prior to closing. The representative assured me that I would be able to consult with someone at the store and complete my purchase as long as I arrived before closing time. In reliance upon my conversation with the representative, I got to the store as quickly as I could, arriving 5 minutes prior to closing. Unfortunately, they were out of the item I needed, and I asked for assistance in selecting something that would work best for me. After speaking with the person at the front desk for a couple of minutes, someone from the back came out to the front and told me, if I wasn’t immediately ready to make my selection, I would have to leave because the store was closed (this happened at 5:02 p.m.). At that point, the person at the front desk suddenly stopped assisting me and I was told I would have to make a decision immediately, without further assistance. Needless to say, I felt extremely uncomfortable and, without being able to ask my remaining questions (which would have taken me an additional 2 minutes, at most), I had to leave the store without being able to complete my purchase. Initially after leaving, I assumed maybe some strict law prevents dispensing of medical marijuana products after 5:00 p.m. on Sundays, or something like that. However, I later discovered that Trulieve in Boynton is open until 8:00 p.m. So…apparently they just didn’t want to assist me for an additional 5 minutes past closing time. Absolutely ridiculous. Had I gone into a CVS or Walgreens pharmacy for a medical prescription, they would have completed assisting me, regardless of whether I arrived at the pharmacy 5 minutes prior to closing. I’m definitely surprised by the unprofessional manner in which I was treated, all because someone wanted to go home a few minutes sooner.

Terrible customer service they gave me less than what I was supposed to receive. It was very hard to get in contact with anyone in the company. I had to write an email and they responded telling me they couldn’t do anything and they have no numbers to call anybody and it’s going to stay as is. I would never go here again and I would never recommend anyone to go here. And anyone who gives this place any higher than a two star is either lying, fake post, or people within the company

I was very happy here, but will never purchase from them again. They changed the packaging on my tincture, which also affects the dosing. They said nothing about this in the store. When I opened the new box, I realized that the measurements are different. Two days, two phone calls and no one even returns calls. I know these are difficult times, but they are in healthcare, and I would think they would feel some sense of responsibility to their customers who are patients. There are plenty of others to purchase from!

Tried thier Concentrate it was terrific . BUT their ground flower was so disappointing, it was absolutely horrible ....it was like powder. I use it to make butter which was fine but it could’ve been a whole lot better there were no pieces, no flakes no nothing just absolutely ground powder. It even was so fine when I touched it with my fingers. Would’ve love to return it but I’m they don’t take returns and they don’t let you look at it in the store. Complained but all they said is they’ll pass the message onto the manager terrific what does that do for me. Yes they have great customer service but if the product is in great not worth the experience

Out of the 5 dispensary’s I’ve been to, this is my favorite. Awesome staff (Mike and Kim especially), always have product (I’ve never been told they were out of something), clean and helpful. If you haven’t been here, do yourself a favor and give them a shot. I live an hour away and still come here.

They have great and pretty legitimate stuff. I like the Zen pen for the day and the Dream pen to get to sleep. Staff is always informative and friendly.

Best dispensary I visited so far. Impeccable comfortable ambience. Relaxing music and Eco green atmosphere. Kind knowledgeable people assisting you. So refreshing not be talked down to by over tattooed entitled underaged kids 😆The products are first class. Lots of sales and perks and promotions I feel blessed. So going back for more!
