They have a killer deal that they advertise on their website but they do not honor it in store.The website states if you purchase 8 eighths during the month of September they only cost $17.50 each.There are no limitations listed on their website however when I came in to pick up my order, I was told two of my eighths didn’t qualify due to recent changes from corporate.If you advertise a good deal on your websites, you should honor that. And if there are limitations, that should be clear in the advertised promotion.

I shop here almost weekly for the last year. I left my ID at another shop, and today I went in and asked them to use my state issued concealed carry permit to pull up my info. This has never been an issue at any of the other dispensarys like SunBurn or Sunnyside. Clerk refused, rather rudely.He's not a lawyer and he has no right or obligation to refuse a state issued ID. Having a permit does not equal purchasing a firearm, and it shouldn't be any of the clerks concern. I won't shop here again.

One of my issues is I don’t know why they don’t have iPads or tablets of some sort so you can see their products and probably help to know what’s out printing paper isn’t sustainable. Secondly, I bought a live Rosin cart and it was on sale and I was very disappointed. I was not able to leave a review on the website and I am disappointed more so that I can’t get my feedback on a product that I did not care for. As for the cartridge I got this is extremely low quality live rosin cart that looks like a live resin cart even at the sale price I am disappointed imagine if I paid full price.

There are only a handful of employees, which means that they quickly learn their regular customers’ names and preferences, and always greet you with a smile.Somehow, they even do a better job than all 20+ people at the average Trulieve location, because there is never more than one person ahead of me in line here. Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Fort Lauderdale online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. They seem to still be fine tuning the live resin carts, as they have room for improvement.FLOWER: their flower has improved vastly over the past year. They now offer at least 10 different indoor strains at a time, and you get nice, carefully trimmed nugs with no shake when you buy either their indoor or outdoor strains. They have breached the 30% THC content threshold, and the flower comes in a variety of shades of light to dark green, often with purple hues & with hairs ranging from dark red to bright yellow.THE EXPERIENCE:The staff here are the kindest, most friendly and easy-to-talk-to people I’ve ever encountered in S Fl dispensaries after trying nearly every place (except The Flowery and Jungle Boys).When I first got my card a few years ago, I originally went to Trulieve, and got tricked into thinking that waiting in your car for an hour until they felt like calling you inside was somehow normal. This place is the opposite experience.The store is never crowded, ever. There are only a handful of employees, which means that they quickly learn their regular customers’ names and preferences, and always greet you with a smile.Somehow, they even do a better job than all 20+ people at the average Trulieve location, because there is never more than one person ahead of me in line here. Unlike Trulieve, it means I can count on being in and out of there in under 5 minutes 99% of the time.Overall, it’s as good as a Florida dispensary experience can get, at least while operating strictly within the letter of the (often absurd) law we are subjected to by the Dept of Health.Pictures are of an average indica (19%, Candy Punch, $35/eighth on sale) strain just to give you a baseline.

First time at this place. I went on a Sunday afternoon when they were gonna close soon. I thought they might be annoyed but they were super friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad there’s a dispensary close to where I live that is this great. I will def be going back. I only got 2 things because I’m broke rn but the chocolate bar is bomb as well as the vape. Without even trying it though, I could tell this was quality stuff. I’m looking forward to going back and getting more medicine to help with my chronic pain.
