Always a good experience. Had Ashley help me last time. She was great. Gave me some great suggestions. Word to ownership: start allowing tips! Have been to the store. But there delivery is by far the best. They deliver to me way up in North Fort Myers. Always there when they say they are going to be. As for the product they have the best concentrates. There flower is good if you buy the indoor grown flower. Tried the outdoor flower which is cheaper but,not great.

I buy cartridges and they leak sticky oils 1/2 way through. Wasted so much. Got new batteries thinking that was it. But not so . Happened to 6 of them. It’s like getting a little more than half. Had been shopping at Trulieve (TL) since Florida legalized MM, but in the past several months I have changed my allegiance to Surterra. Although it's twice as far to get there compared to two TL dispensaries in my area, it's worth the drive because I know I'll get what I ordered. The flower, chocolate and vape pens are superior to TL. I had become disgusted with TL canceling orders because they ran out of a product and didn't update their inventory online. The potency percentages at TL are seldom what they advertised, whereas, Surterra is always spot on. Both have good discounts and loyalty programs, but personally I prefer quality over anything else.

Tried Gorilla Puff and Bittersweet both are very nice in every way taste, effect and look. I will purchase again. Great quality flower that you would pay $58-60 in other places. Staff there is friendly and helpful and the few times I have been there I am in and out.No tip jars but you can still tip. Please add some tip jars we will not get mad bud tenders deserve it! I made my maiden voyage to Surterra Ft. Myers yesterday. My first impression was, this place looks nice & homey. There were 3 employees that I could see and they were all really friendly. The waiting room chairs were comfy af. I ordered 4 packs of mini prerolls & a 1 gr. vape cart since this was my 60% off first visit. The quality of the strains I got did NOT disappoint! Coral Reefer sativa is a great way to get your housework done and actually be in a great mood doing it! My only negative about Surterra is, WhyTF DON'T they have tip jars on the counter so you can toss a buck or two to the budtenders?!! 🤷♀️ If that wasn't bad enough, there was a sign on the counter that said, "No Tipping". What kind of unsympathic rich blowhards run this business? Aside from THAT, it's all good!

Not a fan at all….the manager clearly can’t manage the staff, I never see the same people. The staff have attitudes when I ask basic questions like what a percentage is or if they have something in stock. I’ve had eyes rolled at me, I’ve been told the percentage “doesn’t matter.” I’ve asked about terpenes….no answer except that it “tastes good” lol okay. With all the other locations in the area, I don’t see a reason to ever visit this location again

If I could give zero stars I would. I was treated rudely and aggressively by a male employee, that told me there is no ordering system at surterra. It’s all first come first serve & because they can’t be bothered to pack orders while they’re working, so the order I placed was not available & they had a different batch of the same strain. When I asked to visually look at the product because it was a lower percentage than what I originally ordered I was accosted and asked if I could truly tell the difference of thc percentage just by looking at it. Which was not the case at all. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t being given some junk leftovers in place of my order that they couldn’t even be bothered to save for me. I did not feel safe in surterra today. I left with my faith in their employees shaken to the core.

This is the best choice as far as medical benefits. Quality is the best. Knowledgeable staff. I was in a very low spot in life/health when I found this place. I guess you never know what a person is going through or who you’re talking to. Anyhow, the staff helped me through some pretty serious issues with the help of finding the right products. My pain on an average day peaks to 9 multiple times a day. I use the relief and soothe patches and find them to actually help. I use the soothe, dream and revive vape pens throughout the day. Dream drops and pen sure help with my lifelong insomnia. I make myself cookies for nighttime pain relief with the distillate. All of their products are on point w terpenes. Get to know them, they will help you heal and find yourself again. If you live with chronic pain just try this place. Don’t be nervous! And for the heck of it, I want to reach out to the people in charge of this place:The customers love this place and the customer service. Let us tip the staff! Get a tip jar!!

Overall I am ver content with the company there are just a few things i'd like to touch on for things i see that could be improved for the patient experience. I wish you guys had an in store phone. Your call center is closed and i don't have access to necessary information for me see if a prodict is worth ordering. Details matter, Saying it's an indica blend and that it's a full spectrum product is enough marketing for a vape store, definitely not for a medical facility. My issue with most places is When the website doesn't tell me the terpene benefit or the lineage from which the strains originate. I'm sure it would help me and plenty others if you could facilitate and easier access to this information or a direct store line for me to call and ask. As a former EMS worker, Budtender, and caregiver I hope you can understand that this is only out of care for the better and not out of haste. I am simply offering a few ideas for a problem i found. Overall, this is a great dispensary. However, I REALLY wish they'd do a better job of checking in the patrons who are there for pickups of orders. I take the time to put in an order on my computer at home, but then I'm forced to wait in the line for all walk-in traffic just to get to the desk to tell them I'm there for pickup.

So I called and they said they don't take returns once they leave the store. Are you even serious? That's just stupid.I've never had a problem with a product like this before but I know the other store will take it back instantly. The employees deserve a 5 but the main product I purchase is driving me to leave this company. I purchase Full Spectrum carts and they are so frequently defective that I have issues every 2-3 purchases. They are NOT sealed properly and they leak medication everywhere. At $95 each I’d expect better production results and far better quality control. If 20% of the carts I buy are faulty, you have a large systemic problem. I am only 1 customer so your problem is rampant.

Never had any issues with coming in checking in and getting out real quick but last time I was there for almost 25 minutes after I checked in. When I finally got up there after 10-15 people had went in front of me . Most came in after me and I asked the employee why that was? He they told me online orders get pushed to the back for walk-ins which that never happened before. Also four other people with online orders were jumped in front of me so I wouldn't suggest ordering anything online and they were rude! I even had to ask twice why I was waiting so long!!

This is the first one that had 90% of its inventory that it showed online in the store. The service was great! Stella was very informative and answered all my questions. In the case of this picture, a thousand words couldn't begin to describe the wonderful things that this picture represents.For starters, the staff on site is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and just a blast to be around. Quite frankly, I could come here every day just to interact with the staff however, that would be a bit odd and I'm strange, not creepy.Secondly, the products have completely changed my way of life and my understanding of the true benefits of medical cannabis. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Had been shopping at Trulieve (TL) since Florida legalized MM, but in the past several months I have changed my allegiance to Surterra. Although it's twice as far to get there compared to two TL dispensaries in my area, it's worth the drive because I know I'll get what I ordered. The flower, chocolate and vape pens are superior to TL. I had become disgusted with TL canceling orders because they ran out of a product and didn't update their inventory online. The potency percentages at TL are seldom what they advertised, whereas, Surterra is always spot on. Both have good discounts and loyalty programs, but personally I prefer quality over anything else.

The waiting room chairs were comfy af. I ordered 4 packs of mini prerolls & a 1 gr. vape cart since this was my 60% off first visit. The quality of the strains I got did NOT disappoint! Coral Reefer sativa is a great way to get your housework done and actually be in a great mood doing it! My only negative about Surterra is, WhyTF DON'T they have tip jars on the counter so you can toss a buck or two to the budtenders?!! 🤷♀️ If that wasn't bad enough, there was a sign on the counter that said, "No Tipping". If I could give zero stars I would. I was treated rudely and aggressively by a male employee, that told me there is no ordering system at surterra. It’s all first come first serve & because they can’t be bothered to pack orders while they’re working, so the order I placed was not available & they had a different batch of the same strain. When I asked to visually look at the product because it was a lower percentage than what I originally ordered I was accosted and asked if I could truly tell the difference of thc percentage just by looking at it. Which was not the case at all. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t being given some junk leftovers in place of my order that they couldn’t even be bothered to save for me. I did not feel safe in surterra today. I left with my faith in their employees shaken to the core.

Your call center is closed and i don't have access to necessary information for me see if a prodict is worth ordering. Details matter, Saying it's an indica blend and that it's a full spectrum product is enough marketing for a vape store, definitely not for a medical facility. My issue with most places is When the website doesn't tell me the terpene benefit or the lineage from which the strains originate. Stella was VERY helpful and answered all my terrine related questions. I really choose the product based on terrines but found the coral reefer brand didn’t have much information about them. In store- Stella took the time to look them up and make sure I was ordering the product I was looking for. They were very busy- and I appreciate she didn’t make me feel rushed. I use the products for medicinal purposes- so it was just very nice not to feel pressured, or as if I was an inconvenience. Thank you Stella!!

I went for the first time today and it was the cutest place ever! Both ladies were so sweet. They had strains I’ve yet to try and the flower is so fresh. Way better variety than a lot of places I’ve visited. Danielle checked me out and she had the cutest black nails with spider webs which is irrelevant to this post but they were cute as heck. The employees deserve a 5 but the main product I purchase is driving me to leave this company. I purchase Full Spectrum carts and they are so frequently defective that I have issues every 2-3 purchases. They are NOT sealed properly and they leak medication everywhere. At $95 each I’d expect better production results and far better quality control. If 20% of the carts I buy are faulty, you have a large systemic problem. I am only 1 customer so your problem is rampant.

Never had any issues with coming in checking in and getting out real quick but last time I was there for almost 25 minutes after I checked in. When I finally got up there after 10-15 people had went in front of me . Most came in after me and I asked the employee why that was? He they told me online orders get pushed to the back for walk-ins which that never happened before. Also four other people with online orders were jumped in front of me so I wouldn't suggest ordering anything online and they were rude! I even had to ask twice why I was waiting so long!!

This was my first time shopping at this dispensary. I just recently got registered with the marijuana registry and have been visiting all different dispensaries. This is the first one that had 90% of its inventory that it showed online in the store. The service was great! Stella was very informative and answered all my questions. I bought their GDP,(Grand Daddy Purp) and it is magnificent! 10 out of 10. The only reason i give 4 out of 5 stars is because the parking lot is way way to small.

I didn’t mention it. So I drove over here from way out in pine island 🌴 and when I mentioned that I get 20% off my second visit. I was told that unfortunately since I didn’t mention to them that it was my second visit that now this makes my 3 rd visit the that I can’t receive the 20%. We had instant connections because of the military and I felt they understood me better because of it. The store is really nice. I love sitting at the table admiring the green artificial apples reflecting of the pendant lights above. All it’s missing is a “U” shaped couch, 80” tv, a full bar and license for people to smoke there. I’d hang out there all the time! Thank you both again!!!

It's been said time and time again that a picture is worth a thousand words. In the case of this picture, a thousand words couldn't begin to describe the wonderful things that this picture represents.For starters, the staff on site is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and just a blast to be around. I've never been greeted with anything less than a smile and a warm welcome. Quite frankly, I could come here every day just to interact with the staff however, that would be a bit odd and I'm strange, not creepy.Secondly, the products have completely changed my way of life and my understanding of the true benefits of medical cannabis. I am forever grateful for Nicole and all my wonderful staff members which at this moment, their names escape me which makes me feel horrible. I guess I'll just have to go back and hang out with them all until their names are embedded in my head.They aren't just staff members at a dispensary.
