It's a nice shop. But I'm not paying for the ambiance. I want to go into a shop and buy products and accessories that work. If I'm spending my money on there products, I want then to back me up when there is a problem. Naw been 4 times, Won't go back. First off there vape pens are garbage. The oil actually comes out the tip into your mouth. You end up wasting it. It's happened with every cart I've bought. I politely told the budtender and he just agreed.totally. Then he rings me up and hands me my bag and the order is wrong. I was like " hey i dont need 2 pens, i need a pen and a cart that fits. Who wants pens without oil?" Instead of fixing it while I was there, he gave me an attitude. I quote him as " look you got 2 choices, either buy something or GET OUT. THOSE ARE YOUR 2 CHOICES. I was stunned! The dude just sold me two different types of pens, 1 that I already had and no cart! He wouldn't fix it, then basically told me to leave. Now I got an extra pen that's fat and expensive sitting here with nothing to smoke. Messed up. So I give them one star. They win the bad vibe award 2024

The employees are all very friendly and go above and beyond to offer advice on what to try and what is on discount to save money when in a jam. When in a jam I'd suggest spending the 35 for the 1 gram vape cartridge distillate purple punch. It smells and tastes great with a great quick and long lasting effect from just a couple puffs. Could really make it stretch if you need to. ^_^

This used to be my favorite dispensary. Everyone remembered my name. So friendly. I’ve been going for about 3 years.I went Friday and there is all new staff. There was 1 person behind the counter, she said she was the store manager. There was just me and another lady waiting. However, every time a new person came in the door, if they had an online order, they ignored us that had been waiting and helped them instead of us.When I questioned it, the manager told me it’s company policy to help those that ordered online first. I asked if my business was important and she said I was being confrontational.They need some sensitivity training in there. I was shocked because normally I’m treated so well, today they made me feel like a second class citizen. The manager even stated, you didn’t have to wait that long. That was not the point. I felt ignored when I generally spend a few hundred a week in there.I guess the dispensaries don’t care to keep their long time customers. I like the Coral Reefer stuff. But, I won’t be back. I was made to feel like a low life. And I assure you, I am not.The new manager has no customer service skills. I’d be glad to help train your staff on customer service.

Very relaxed atmosphere and the wellness coordinator, "Tre" who took care of me was an absolute professional who knows his stuff. He set me up with a variety of concentrates and informed me of my first patient discounts. So far I've only tried the Oregon Noble Soft Wax. I'm extremely impressed because it has a great aroma and smooth! But most of all I'm completely relaxed on a scale of 8 to 10! The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. They will often go above and beyond to make sure that the best deal is available and offered.Additionally, the selection of products is extensive and competitively priced. The supply is adequate and wait time is minimal. She was also very insightful in providing a recommendation based on her own experience (which I found to be a very beneficial medication, thanks Serena!) they also had considerably more product in stock than Trulieve and the prices were quite competitive. From the moment that you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile from the associates at the check in desk. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and not chaotic ( if it is they hide it very well ) I had the pleasure of working with the Stores General Manager Marisa, she took the time to walk me through each of the strains I thought I would be interested in, but soon learned that I was going for the wrong items for my issues. Marisa took the time to listen to what I needed, listen to what I thought I needed and then to show me and explain to me why the products she was recommending were the right choice for me. I have been to many dispensaries in the last two years and by far this is the most organized, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff I have encountered. Would not exchange faulty product..I decided to edit review from 1 to 3 stars because all of the employees have been very courteous with the exception of one. Had been getting that same vape pen for the last several visits and never had a problem. Pen stopped working intermittently and then developed a some cracks and started separating from mouthpiece. I never dropped or put pen under stress. They wouldn't replace because it was cracked and missing resin. I am very disappointed because I feel like they should have replaced. Would have been glad to pay partial amount. Lady was stern and made me feel like she thought I was trying to get something over on them. Wasn't at all

My gf and I decided to check this specific Surterra out. (Fort Walton Beach) it's an hour and a half drive. Not much of a choice so I choose not to buy anything. My gf on the other hand bought 2, 3.5g containers. We get out to the car and she opens the container to find mainly stems w tiny amounts of weed on them. And of course there were 2 different stickers on the container with different strains and THC %. I think it's a safe bet that the employees or the people the package their product, have no idea what they are selling, and don't seem to care about screwing over their customers.

I took it back and was told there is nothing they can do. After arguing they agreed to replace one. Now I’m out $125. I went to their competitor on the way home and their policy is to correct their mistakes and they exchange which is all I wanted in the first place. I would not recommend now knowing that the customer is responsible for the companies mistakes.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If I'm spending my money on there products, I want then to back me up when there is a problem. Naw been 4 times, Won't go back. First off there vape pens are garbage. The oil actually comes out the tip into your mouth. You end up wasting it. It's happened with every cart I've bought. I politely told the budtender and he just agreed.totally. Then he rings me up and hands me my bag and the order is wrong. I was like " hey i dont need 2 pens, i need a pen and a cart that fits. Who wants pens without oil?" Instead of fixing it while I was there, he gave me an attitude. I quote him as " look you got 2 choices, either buy something or GET OUT. THOSE ARE YOUR 2 CHOICES. I was stunned! The dude just sold me two different types of pens, 1 that I already had and no cart! He wouldn't fix it, then basically told me to leave. Now I got an extra pen that's fat and expensive sitting here with nothing to smoke. Messed up. So I give them one star. They win the bad vibe award 2024

There was 1 person behind the counter, she said she was the store manager. There was just me and another lady waiting. However, every time a new person came in the door, if they had an online order, they ignored us that had been waiting and helped them instead of us.When I questioned it, the manager told me it’s company policy to help those that ordered online first. I asked if my business was important and she said I was being confrontational.They need some sensitivity training in there. I was shocked because normally I’m treated so well, today they made me feel like a second class citizen. The manager even stated, you didn’t have to wait that long. That was not the point. I felt ignored when I generally spend a few hundred a week in there.I guess the dispensaries don’t care to keep their long time customers. I like the Coral Reefer stuff. But, I won’t be back. I was made to feel like a low life. And I assure you, I am not.The new manager has no customer service skills. I’d be glad to help train your staff on customer service.

I had the pleasure of going to the FWB Surterra store a couple of days ago and I must say IMPRESSED is not the word I would use FANTASTIC is more like it. From the moment that you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile from the associates at the check in desk. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and not chaotic ( if it is they hide it very well ) I had the pleasure of working with the Stores General Manager Marisa, she took the time to walk me through each of the strains I thought I would be interested in, but soon learned that I was going for the wrong items for my issues. Marisa took the time to listen to what I needed, listen to what I thought I needed and then to show me and explain to me why the products she was recommending were the right choice for me. I have been to many dispensaries in the last two years and by far this is the most organized, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff I have encountered. As a business owner it is a absolute pleasure to see someone in a management position that clearly has her patients, staff above all. Thank you again Marisa and Staff you have a lifetime customer!!!!

Would not exchange faulty product..I decided to edit review from 1 to 3 stars because all of the employees have been very courteous with the exception of one. Had been getting that same vape pen for the last several visits and never had a problem. Pen stopped working intermittently and then developed a some cracks and started separating from mouthpiece. I never dropped or put pen under stress. They wouldn't replace because it was cracked and missing resin. I am very disappointed because I feel like they should have replaced. Would have been glad to pay partial amount. Lady was stern and made me feel like she thought I was trying to get something over on them. Wasn't at all

My gf and I decided to check this specific Surterra out. (Fort Walton Beach) it's an hour and a half drive. Not much of a choice so I choose not to buy anything. My gf on the other hand bought 2, 3.5g containers. We get out to the car and she opens the container to find mainly stems w tiny amounts of weed on them. And of course there were 2 different stickers on the container with different strains and THC %. I think it's a safe bet that the employees or the people the package their product, have no idea what they are selling, and don't seem to care about screwing over their customers.

The end of March I purchased 3 bottles of Soothe Oil which cost me $225. They put the wrong product in my bag. I didn’t need it until last night then realized it was wrong. I took it back and was told there is nothing they can do. After arguing they agreed to replace one. Now I’m out $125. I went to their competitor on the way home and their policy is to correct their mistakes and they exchange which is all I wanted in the first place. I would not recommend now knowing that the customer is responsible for the companies mistakes.

Just a heads up....do NOT be fooled when the parking lot is full in the morning or early evening. There is a gym right next door that provides classes and makes it seem as if Surterra is packed out. However, even if we were packed out....we'd still take care of you.
