READ IMPORTANT!!! Last time I went I got 3 bags of 3.5 Rainbow Harbor and 2 of them were only 2 grams?!? They were in sealed bags and were different types in the bag instead of the original Rainbow Harbor I ordered. Obviously one of the employees is stealing from the company so make sure to weigh out your bags before you leave the store if you get from this place or they will probably rip you off and steal from you like they just did to me. Also they like to close earlier than their closing time. They will close the gate up to the 30 minutes before they leave and lose customers who had orders in to go to other dispensaries that actual stay open until their actual closing time especially on holidays. Last 4th of July I went there 20 minutes before they were supposed to close with a huge order in but since they decided to close before their closing time I had to go to another that actually stayed open until the correct time.

What I've noticed in the two years I've been an MM patient is that different dispensaries drastically contrast each other when it comes to cost, choices, and most of all, customer service. This is one of the best dispensaries I've been to.First and foremost, the customer service was out of this world awesome, and they don't even accept tips.Secondly, I was given a generous 60% discount for being a first time customer, which made the price right too.

Went for an advertised class on how to navigate the OMMU page and they had totally forgotten they were supposed to do it today 8/20/23 and then not only did they just not do the class but still didn't give us our free item but wrote down our names to be entered into a $25 store credit drawing, hell they should give us that for wasting our time today, I'm very disappointed we didn't get the class, I understand that they were crowded at first but totally forgetting about the class is crazy lol but I guess we will get the stuff down the line somewhere. A lot of attitude from bud tender and no real assistance i simply ask for COA information which I understand might no always be on hand so I simply ask for the products you do have COA’s for and was met with snarky comments and attitude while manger was present and offered no help either. I hate the feeling that I’m begging for information about my medicine I want to purchase.I don’t understand the rush when there’s no other patients waiting. Bud tender just choose to be annoyed by doing their job during business hours. And just wanted to be flat out rude and basically make excuses. I left empty handed due to the laziness of employees. I hope this changes. I didn’t know it was a crime to ask about different products and that’s what I felt like. I don’t want to feel like I’m begging for my medicine that i have to purchase!

Surterra in general has a strong brand and excellent discounts but their service is also top tier. I've had many normal interactions that are pleasant, informative, and quick (which can be a problem at other dispensaries). Sydney has expressed a desire to grow with the company (props for promoting within!) And she doesn't just use her words to show she wants to be a manager, she acts like it. I'm telling you this place runs smoothly.I have also had one upsetting interaction with a customer, I don't mean to say I was the only one upset, but I was the only one having a panic attack and being told about my life inside a dispensary. Jess, the manager, heard the commotion from the back and sorted it within minutes. I left without my order and she even managed to convince me it was okay to come back, that it was safe and the customer was banned from the store. So as you can imagine...This location on Park St. is my recommendation for people who have anxiety about trying out new situations or asking questions.**Usually one 40% day per week** Sales must be picked up same day of purchase which can be challenging on late online orders

Staff needs to pay more attention to their customers. I made a pick up order earlier today and went into the store. There were literally no other customers, so I was expecting an easy quick pickup, but instead I was sitting there for almost 10 minutes because the person at the front didn't tell the cashier I was there, and the cashier didn't even notice me because she was on her phone the whole time instead of doing her job. They also don't enforce face masks even though they have signs saying they're required to enter, so they don't seem to care that much for the safety of their customers either.

This place stresses me out. It's disorganized as hell. The desk where you place your order is 2 feet inside the front door so you have to wait in line outside just to walk into this place half the time. People just stand aimlessly all over the waiting area and then get angry at you for "cutting" the nonexistent line because the employees can't keep any sort of control or order. Their menu is just a printed out sheet of paper that you have to share with everyone else. It is never accurate and they're always out of everything even if the website shows it is in stock. I enjoy a lot of Surterra products but it is never a pleasant experience coming to this store.

I've been using Trulieve and Fluent for the most part and have always had good products. I stopped by here for convince purpose and got 2 bags of the gummies and they were wet and I hardly felt a thing. I ended up taking 6 total in a day and normally I only need 1 from the other dispensaries. I am gonna TRY to return them because I can at the other ones so we will see. Normally orders are filled in about 30 minutes. Although they are expensive. As a cancer patient, I would like it to be more affordable. I’m glad they have A military discount, now it’s time to create a compassionate discount. That will help others in need. I have a thing for Coral reefer new PAX products. PPricy but seems to last longer. I was disappointed this store was out of PAX on my last visit. I got Coral Reefer infusion balm. It’s much smaller than it appears on line. I’d love to see small sample products at a decreased price. It would make it easier for people trying to determine what will help their specific need. If they could afford to experiment a little bit without paying outrageous prices.

My wife has been using Surterra to fill her prescription for 6 months now. She has been unhappy with the product numerous times. She just visited this dispensary again this weekend, and paid a lot of money for product that does nothing at all for her. We live near Lake City, and drive for almost an hour to reach this location. I will drive the extra 30 minutes from now on to get better product from the other dispensaries. I would NOT recommend this dispensary.

Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Jacksonville does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Jacksonville online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. READ IMPORTANT!!! Last time I went I got 3 bags of 3.5 Rainbow Harbor and 2 of them were only 2 grams?!? They were in sealed bags and were different types in the bag instead of the original Rainbow Harbor I ordered. Obviously one of the employees is stealing from the company so make sure to weigh out your bags before you leave the store if you get from this place or they will probably rip you off and steal from you like they just did to me. Also they like to close earlier than their closing time. They will close the gate up to the 30 minutes before they leave and lose customers who had orders in to go to other dispensaries that actual stay open until their actual closing time especially on holidays. Last 4th of July I went there 20 minutes before they were supposed to close with a huge order in but since they decided to close before their closing time I had to go to another that actually stayed open until the correct time.

Staff needs to pay more attention to their customers. I made a pick up order earlier today and went into the store. There were literally no other customers, so I was expecting an easy quick pickup, but instead I was sitting there for almost 10 minutes because the person at the front didn't tell the cashier I was there, and the cashier didn't even notice me because she was on her phone the whole time instead of doing her job. The desk where you place your order is 2 feet inside the front door so you have to wait in line outside just to walk into this place half the time. People just stand aimlessly all over the waiting area and then get angry at you for "cutting" the nonexistent line because the employees can't keep any sort of control or order. Their menu is just a printed out sheet of paper that you have to share with everyone else. It is never accurate and they're always out of everything even if the website shows it is in stock. I've been using Trulieve and Fluent for the most part and have always had good products. I stopped by here for convince purpose and got 2 bags of the gummies and they were wet and I hardly felt a thing. I ended up taking 6 total in a day and normally I only need 1 from the other dispensaries. I am gonna TRY to return them because I can at the other ones so we will see. I dont think I will ever go here again I'm sorry to say.

I enjoy shopping at Surterra because it’s clean and has s knowledgeable staff, and the variety of product. Ordering is easy, and sometimes they have discounts. Normally orders are filled in about 30 minutes. Although they are expensive. As a cancer patient, I would like it to be more affordable. I’m glad they have A military discount, now it’s time to create a compassionate discount. That will help others in need. I have a thing for Coral reefer new PAX products. PPricy but seems to last longer. I was disappointed this store was out of PAX on my last visit. I got Coral Reefer infusion balm. It’s much smaller than it appears on line. I’d love to see small sample products at a decreased price. It would make it easier for people trying to determine what will help their specific need. If they could afford to experiment a little bit without paying outrageous prices.

My wife has been using Surterra to fill her prescription for 6 months now. She has been unhappy with the product numerous times. She just visited this dispensary again this weekend, and paid a lot of money for product that does nothing at all for her. We live near Lake City, and drive for almost an hour to reach this location. I will drive the extra 30 minutes from now on to get better product from the other dispensaries. I would NOT recommend this dispensary.
