I absolutely love the folks working here! They are extremely helpful and willing to go an extra mile for you! There are always good sales going on. If I time it right, I can stack up my rewards with a sale and stock up on the edibles I use on a regular basis. The only thing is the bottle tops on the chews are extremely hard to open, especially for someone with arthritis in the hands or something similar. But when I mentioned how helpful the staff, I meant it. At the check out, I ask them to open my bottles and they do it. With some difficulty, but they get those tops off for me so I don’t have struggle every time I need a new bottle opened.

Staff was great and greeted me as I walked in. Jack helped me with my order that was placed online. He was very patient and explained things to me. Yall go check out Suterra. Ask for Jack he's the best!!!

This is the BEST location! This team is always so enthusiastic and helpful: Tyranique, Ang, Lyn, Keyon, Shay, and Anaya! My only complaint is that I can’t tip them for their phenomenal service and knowledge!!

This afternoon we decided to go to Suterra to get some different bud from the dispo I work at plus I ‘needed’ more kief. Keyon was very helpful and I felt well taken care of… I love sending people to dispos that sell products we don’t sell so that they can get their medicine. After todays experience I will continue to direct my PTs, who I care for deeply, over to Suterra for some different bud as well as the stuff we don’t sell. (Please reconsider tip buckets for the budtenders at Suterra. If you’re not into tipping your bud tender… we’re used to that and it’s cool… But please consider giving PTs the option so y’all can hang onto those awesome employees.)
