This was my second visit. I ordered online the first visit and the process was efficient and painless. Today I just walked in and found out why this will be my "Go-to" dispensary. Jaxon and Sam were able to easily guide me to the products I wanted. Great combo of professionalism and personalism with these two. First time I went I was told I’d get 60% off but everything was already on sale for more than that except one thing so he suggested I not get that one thing so I could save my 60% off for more than a couple dollars. I did that and went to another store to get the one thing I was gunna get there. I came back to buy a bunch of things and use my 60% off I NEVER used and was told I can’t use it cause it’s not my first time here. After explaining the whole thing and also the people that are here are the same people from last time and remember the whole thing but still nope not gunna do it. That is crazy. I’ll def never be back. There is 2 way better shops less than a mile from them so they’ll be getting my service. Straight up lying to customers is a no go for me. The fact that they even remember and admit to the lie but don’t fix it is crazy to me.

I'm knocking two stars off because this is the second consecutive time I've had to correct them on either the correct amount of quantity or cost after a discount they forgot to apply on an online pickup. My favorite is when I was told one amount today for the total and it completely changed when I went back to collect my dispensed amount. That makes the whole thing not only inefficient but it now kinda breaks my trust.

Not cool man, just not cool. At other locations there will be fewer patient in store than at Surterra- Surterra will get me out faster. Even if they are busier.. I have failed to leave a good review for a long time. This is overdue and can be times by 10000.. I should/could have left a positive review at each of my visits. Somebody needs to get that staff some free lunches or a bonus for being soooooo awesome

I equate this place to the local Vidacann now. You are more likely to end up with dry bud/flower from this location then bud that has been kept at optimal humidity and handled at industry standards. Dry bud, depending on how dry has little to no medicinal value. I don’t want to spend .25 cents a gram on dry bud because I have no use for it. Thanks but no thanks.

This means much to me to share my experience. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Surterra is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Largo does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. This means much to me to share my experience. It's hard for me to even leave my home with this insane incurable neurological disease, much less go into places, but I gave Surterra another chance yesterday, and Kevin changed all of my experiences to date for the better, there is hope! Kevin immediately greeted me at the door, it was service from beginning to end with Kevin. He was already answering my questions my concerns, while checking me in. Kevin then carried this amazing patience and compassion forward, this was clear, I was serious about believing there is a more natural path in finding a way back to health to life, Kevin took things as serious as I did. I'm not wanting or in this for a buzz, a high, I just need hope, I just need help. Medical marijuana is a process, but it's so hard financially & so much to learn, I've tried and tried, yesterday instead of just listening to me on how I've tried different things, Kevin was determined to begin a journey of changing the path I was on, to one of success, offering to work with me one on one even after yesterday, to write down a plan to go by to work together on in a smart way, to consider finances, to consider what I've already tried, to focus on where I found the positive experiences, and how we CAN find the right path. I can't tell you Surterra, enough of what Kevin's professionalism meant to me, I believe him, I believe in the products, it means the world to have this experience that I did, that there is a person like Kevin in this world ready to go the distance for no other reason that I felt, than to help me get back to my fighting, happier, hopeful self, I believe between Kevin & I, that we will find the help I believed was always out there in this area.
