Best dispensary in town, they always have a variety of strains and all the staff is so knowledgeable. The new THC gummies Cris sold me today are AMAZING! Cristian the Manager is a source for great recommendations! The entire team Carlos, Jean-Paul, Danette and the new members are all so helpful, and the facility is maintained very clean. They are kid friendly and pet friendly too! Quickly gets my order together and deals sometimes have very nice incentives, I would recommend signing up for the messaging services.read more

The Bud🔥 20% good Quality first time customer however the 15% discount is not on whole flower so i had no need to use unless it was on ground that normally would get for $25 7g🤭 the bud tender did not give free rollin paper or hemp wick I guess i didnt spend enough😕 personally I Believe $75 for 7g of Ground/shake is the highest I’ve seen in florida dispensary or anywhere for that matter. if the customer service was better I wouldve buy more than a measly 8th…This is why certain Dispensary are very popular they accommodate…read more

I frequent several dispensaries and this one is definitely one of the cleanest and well put together. I’m happy they’re finally getting some decent flower going and they’ve replaced the old style tide rider battery and cartridge with one that works. The flower is competitively priced and labeled as to THC & etc…content. I usually order online and base my choice on which dispensary has the flower I want. products are decent however employees take forever to serve you. i’d be the only person in the store and i’d have to wait 30 minutes to be given my things…Update just went in again and they didn’t serve me up because i didn’t have my ID these people don’t have the decency to help their customers and not even offer discounts. They forced me to make a whole order online as well and made me waste my time. Don’t care for their customers at all never coming here again also telling my other patient friends as well.read more

I was recommended by my doctor to come here so I can start out fresh. Told me $75 off $150 order which seems to everyone as a great deal. Now the first time discount is split into come in twice and get two separate discounts. Your way of magnetizing people by limiting discounts especially to first time patients is the form of a money hungry business. You are not care givers which in the end is what you are supposed to be doing. Giving care to those in need. We need this it’s not a want that’s why it’s prescribed. If I am going to actually pay the right pricing I’ll go to Truelieve who made over half the amount of sales in the year 2019. Obviously they are doing something right that you aren’t like caregiving.read more

Roger and Nelson welcomed me with such a great positive vibe. EXCEPTIONAL PERSONIZED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE! thank you especially to Victoria for being so attentive and beyond helpful. They are also PET FRIENDLY (see pic)! Their Sativa Pre-Rolls are just what the dr ordered, IM TOTAL FAN! I will from now on make the over hour drive w/traffic to this location over the(SOBE) Miami Beach location only 20min from my home…they have no where near the service of Dadeland Surterra. Mike at the SOBE location acted as if I was bothering him, and I was the only patient in that store! No one at the SOBE location seemed happy to be working except the woman at the register…Mike never came back to see if I had further questions just passed me on to have the girl ring up the CBD oil. Lesson learned DADELAND Surterra location, THE BEST…thanks Victoria and all the staff I felt SO welcomed….cant wait to come back!read more

My wife and I reside in the Upper Keys. We usually have our Surterra products delivered to our home but decided to take a ride and check out the Miami – Dadeland location. Nice area, plenty of parking…the store itself was modern and very clean. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted and assisted by Victoria and Nelson. The professionalism and willingness to help, exhibited by these employees, was equaled by their knowledge of Surterra and cannabis-related products. Bravo Surterra! How about putting them in charge of a store in the Upper Keys. We are 90+ minutes to your Key West location.read more

I was so impressed with the knowledge of the staff and their patience with everyone that came in. I was especially appreciative of how much time they spent with each patient, answering questions and providing them with resources at the same time. Harold, Danette and Victoria were absolutely wonderful from check in to check out. The space is clean, inviting and thoughtfully laid out so you feel welcome. I also like that they offer complimentary water and have in-store educational events. Their customer service matched their product as well — the Zen line has been great for my chronic knee pain and inflammation, I am also sleeping a lot better and wake up feeling more rested.I’m glad to be a patient here and I hope more people support medical cannabis products.read more
