I want to like this dispensary, but the inconsistency makes it very difficult. I enjoy flower and although they have some really good products at time, it’s kind of obscured since the COAs are not readily available and quality differs MASSIVELY from batch to batch. I’ve had very good days with them, but also very bad ones. Shop at your discretion and my suggestion is not to spend your whole rec unless you have a strain you’re in love with.After another trip, I was reminded that the staff are always friendly and since they have some top shelf products for a very affordable price, have to bump my rating up. Solid 4/5, would be 5/5 if the concentrates could be more dialed in along with as stated above, COAs being readily available when shopping for products.

pretty okay products and good deals, be aware if you're a first time customer they will give you a 60% discount that isn't stackable and must be used there and then. went in for one thing that was already discounted for 60% off and had no choice but to basically give up the discount. kinda weird considering how other dispos let you save the first time % for your second visit but oh well

The employees are very nice and knowledgeable however I just bought mints and chocolate that expires in December. Maybe I’m used to another dispensary that doesn’t sell products that expire 3 months from purchased date. I’m at fault also for not checking until I got home.

Frank has no idea what he is talking about. I was friendly from the start but I really don’t appreciate jerks. So here you are. I asked for help with products and the only answer he knew about was idk. He couldn’t tell me the terpene profile, gave me bad advice about how to get the COA, couldn’t say if the product was any good, if the debit card reader was working.. instead he sent me to the ATM after I witnessed the customer before me pay with his debit. I asked to see who was the manager and they responded that she’s right next to me. I asked Dani (manager) if she was hearing our conversation (only me in the store) she says “no” and continues her unhelpful day. Both of you guys are rock stars. Don’t ever change.

It is the first time in more than two years that we have been coming to this place that I have felt mistreatment by the employees of the place, I always bring my 82-year-old mother to get the medicine, the employee always checks out and even the medicine is personally delivered to her. Today in the rain the employees told me that they were very sorry but that she had to get off and go to the store, by company policy, which I understand, but not that. The fact of having almost crawled to the store, and then making her walk to the back where the register was, is already disrespectful. no wheelchair for the disabled or anything, when I mention this to the employee he tells me that having a wheelchair in place is a liability. is this a joke ??? 😳 a change of 180

First time customer here:I went here mainly to try out the amazing Full-Spectrum cartridges and ended up buying some edibles as well as great pre rolls. The battery I got for the cartridge unfortunately didn’t work, so I had to go back the next day but the staff was wonderful and not even replaced my battery with the one that was needed for the full spectrum cartridge, but they also gave me another cartridge free of charge!!! Great customer service, I really didn’t need another cartridge but that was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be back soon. The quality of the cart is outstanding, the pre rolls are fire, and the edibles are super nice and mellow. I very much like the hard candy watermelon drops. Hopefully they will introduce some drinks like non alcoholic beer infused with THC. Thank you again to the wonderful staff at this location.

I’m happy they’re finally getting some decent flower going and they’ve replaced the old style tide rider battery and cartridge with one that works. The flower is competitively priced and labeled as to THC & etc...content. I usually order online and base my choice on which dispensary has the flower I want. Now the first time discount is split into come in twice and get two separate discounts. Your way of magnetizing people by limiting discounts especially to first time patients is the form of a money hungry business. You are not care givers which in the end is what you are supposed to be doing. Giving care to those in need. We need this it’s not a want that’s why it’s prescribed. If I am going to actually pay the right pricing I’ll go to Truelieve who made over half the amount of sales in the year 2019. Obviously they are doing something right that you aren’t like caregiving.

Nice area, plenty of parking...the store itself was modern and very clean. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted and assisted by Victoria and Nelson. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra

The employees are very nice and knowledgeable however I just bought mints and chocolate that expires in December. Maybe I’m used to another dispensary that doesn’t sell products that expire 3 months from purchased date. I’m at fault also for not checking until I got home.

Frank has no idea what he is talking about. I was friendly from the start but I really don’t appreciate jerks. So here you are. I asked for help with products and the only answer he knew about was idk. He couldn’t tell me the terpene profile, gave me bad advice about how to get the COA, couldn’t say if the product was any good, if the debit card reader was working.. instead he sent me to the ATM after I witnessed the customer before me pay with his debit. I asked to see who was the manager and they responded that she’s right next to me. I asked Dani (manager) if she was hearing our conversation (only me in the store) she says “no” and continues her unhelpful day. Both of you guys are rock stars. Don’t ever change.

It is the first time in more than two years that we have been coming to this place that I have felt mistreatment by the employees of the place, I always bring my 82-year-old mother to get the medicine, the employee always checks out and even the medicine is personally delivered to her. Today in the rain the employees told me that they were very sorry but that she had to get off and go to the store, by company policy, which I understand, but not that. The fact of having almost crawled to the store, and then making her walk to the back where the register was, is already disrespectful. no wheelchair for the disabled or anything, when I mention this to the employee he tells me that having a wheelchair in place is a liability. is this a joke ??? 😳 a change of 180

First time customer here:I went here mainly to try out the amazing Full-Spectrum cartridges and ended up buying some edibles as well as great pre rolls. The battery I got for the cartridge unfortunately didn’t work, so I had to go back the next day but the staff was wonderful and not even replaced my battery with the one that was needed for the full spectrum cartridge, but they also gave me another cartridge free of charge!!! Great customer service, I really didn’t need another cartridge but that was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be back soon. The quality of the cart is outstanding, the pre rolls are fire, and the edibles are super nice and mellow. I very much like the hard candy watermelon drops. Hopefully they will introduce some drinks like non alcoholic beer infused with THC. Thank you again to the wonderful staff at this location.

I’m happy they’re finally getting some decent flower going and they’ve replaced the old style tide rider battery and cartridge with one that works. The flower is competitively priced and labeled as to THC & etc...content. I usually order online and base my choice on which dispensary has the flower I want. Definitely try the Surfin’ in a Hurricane and Sunset Sailing vapes.

Now the first time discount is split into come in twice and get two separate discounts. Your way of magnetizing people by limiting discounts especially to first time patients is the form of a money hungry business. You are not care givers which in the end is what you are supposed to be doing. Giving care to those in need. We need this it’s not a want that’s why it’s prescribed. If I am going to actually pay the right pricing I’ll go to Truelieve who made over half the amount of sales in the year 2019. Obviously they are doing something right that you aren’t like caregiving.

My wife and I reside in the Upper Keys. We usually have our Surterra products delivered to our home but decided to take a ride and check out the Miami - Dadeland location. Nice area, plenty of parking...the store itself was modern and very clean. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted and assisted by Victoria and Nelson. The professionalism and willingness to help, exhibited by these employees, was equaled by their knowledge of Surterra and cannabis-related products. Bravo Surterra!
