I honestly don’t do negative reviews but this one I was really disappointed by the customer service in this situation - I bought a cartridge on 11/24 and I opened it today 11/30 (FYI open it the day of) and noticed it was broken inside the liquid was spilled inside the bag, I immediately ran to Surterra and asked for support. The man there at the time (glasses, accent I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) 11/30/25 around 12:15pm asked me for the sticker that they put on the items when purchased but my stickers were not placed properly, I bought chocolate and an eighth on 11/24 and they’re stickers said one was the other (i.e chocolate had 3.5g flwr sticker) and so the one on the cartridge said it was a 3.5 which when I got to the store the guy asked me for it and that’s when I realized the misplacement of the stickers, anyway so his solution for me was to not be able to return my mgs, take more mgs out when I buy a new cartridge because he cant replace it for me, and give me a credit for the item at the sale price that is now gone. When I received the new cartridge I asked if I could check it in store and he said “it should be good” which honestly really put this whole review into motion because “it should be good” when I just came to you with an issue for the same product. This was my first and only cart with Surterra.

He took the time to get this newbie educated, lol I can honestly say I had a comprehensive understanding of my new medication’s. He was able to answer all questions I presented to him. Extremely knowledgeable and aware of his corporation’s brand! This is my first time in dispensary ever, and he made it a great experience!

The layout of this place is absolutely beautiful. It looks like you can eat off the floors. Damaris was amazing. Her product knowledge was mind blowing. I learned so much just in the limited interaction with her. The staff gave off a family vibe. Plus they have a great specials..

I recently visited Surterra and had a generally positive experience. As a new customer, I've spent more than $75 on their products, and their promotions are fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable.However, I was disappointed with a couple of recent purchases. I bought a 0.3g weed vape for $17.50, only to see it on promotion for $8.75 the very next day. They didn’t honor the new promotion or offer any compensation. Additionally, I noticed I was skimped by half a gram on a 3.5g Sugar Rush purchase.While the overall atmosphere and service are great, it would be nice if they showed more flexibility and customer appreciation, especially for new customers.

This stores workers talk badly and provided false information about what another dispensary does, stated that one dispensary uses oral rec for flower which is physically not possible, the bud tenders here should get their facts straight and learn how the system works before they try and help patients, or talk down on another store who does a much better job than them. PS your ground flower sucks always so stemmy, can get way better at Cannabist

Came in today for a small issue I had with a disposable, Josh and Fernando were Amazing!! very polite and helpful with my exchange, also I had a pleasant exchange of product info with another one of their bud tenders …. Shame I didn’t catch their Name!!! But they were telling me about one of their favorite strains at the moment “Lemon Zest” I took the Last One!…. I Hate To Admit!! They Were Spot On!! With how Nice and Tasty is was (I’m definitely Not a fan of Citrus) but this hybrid really changed my mind about it 😁… now I Owe Them one of My Favorite Recommendations 😉 thanks for a great experience!!

Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Surterra
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Miami online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
