Really happy that I chose Surterra Wellness. Recently approved and was recommended Surterra through Miracle Leaf whom I also highly recommend. Wow! Where would I even begin to express how impressed I was from the moment I walked in and was greeted warmly by Troy and Chris. Troy took care of me and answered all my questions so very patiently, and I couldn’t get over how knowledgeable he is with all the products. Feeling relieved to finally find a dispensary and product that fits me and works miracles. Troy is extremely knowledgeable and explains the science behind products and truly listened to me and my needs and fit products to that. After placing on-line order, I was not contacted within 24 hours as they said, but within 48 hours they called, confirmed my order and gave me a delivery date. The delivery went perfect, and I liked the fact they give you a 3-4 hour window so you can make other plans for the day. Everything went well and the person delivering was so kind, was not rushed and explained everything to me when I told him two of the products were new to me. Molly was very helpful. She took her time and explained everything to me. Surterra Wellness Center has a very nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I went to Trulieve by Miami Airport and the line was out the door. Why go there and stand outside in the sun when you can go to Surterra Wellness. It's just a couple miles away!read more

This is my first visit as a new patient at Surterra. I was a bit overwhelmed with the website choices, so I called the number and spoke with Roxanne. She was incredibly helpful and explained each line of product they have while also reviewing what my prescription dose entails per product. I went to the Surterra location on Alton Road where I met Chad and Molly. They were both so kind and explained how to dispense my medications daily since it's my first time using THC products. Chad and Molly both welcomed me and my service dog like family. The medications ingredients are pure and have an excellent ratio of CBD per THC. I just had a very pleasant classy delivery from Jordan and Dale. They were very informative and not afraid of dogs. I am so pleased how easy and convenient it was to get this to my home. However, had they been given the correct phone number it would have been a completely perfect experience and I would have been more prepared for when they would have arrived. I am a first time user of medical marijuana and have been hesitant to use it for over a year now despite my doctor recommendations. There is a stigma associated with this product that I also shared. I was nervous about what the process would entail but Surterra was helpful every step of the way. The items I ordered were delivered much more quickly than I anticipated and the men who delivered it, Matt A. and Mike D. were friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions.
