It’s a shame when you work in a place where you have full access to all their products – that you (counter worker)… tells me my choice of mask is making him feel anxious and affects his PTSD. Sir…I wear this mask on airlines and if they let me fly (plus I’ve been vaccinated) I’m sure my mask is safe. Plus. I too suffer from anxiety and PTSD- which is exactly why I’m in your friggin store picking up products !!!!I literally thought he was going to pass out on me! I nervously laughed because situation was very uncomfortable—that literally set him off , “don’t laugh at me”…..He really needs products, they truly do help. I’m just going to pray for his mental state, health and other employees are safe. Maybe this is a place he shouldn’t work (maybe in back), especially with the influx of people coming in. Owners of the store should be very cautious with this employee. Anyone who is “triggered” over a mask, should seek professional care.read more

Worst experience ever! Rude customer service on phone. Said there are 2 profiles for me. Couldn’t delete 1 and IT would… take 48 hours. Went to store. Rude man said he couldn’t do anything and got his snarky manager. She asked what she could do about it. Messed up my acct and my order was made when everything was in stock. Only to show up and not only are my order items… sold out but the manager refused to do anything about it. What’s the point of having all my info on file if you’re not going to contact your customer if there is an issue with the order! Customer Service should be top of your list and telling a “customer” there’s nothing you can do about is not customer service oriented. We’ll see what Corporate says!So update…no phone number for corporate(mmmm sketchy). Called and asked to speak with a supervisor and here we are a week and a half out and still no callback. Was told Elizabeth reached out to the dispensary instead of calling a customer back. Trulieve has a policy to call the customer if there is an issue with your order. Guess who doesn’t do that…Surterra! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and it doesn’t hurt to also give a person I know a call who works at Consumer Reports!read more

I’m giving this 3 stars, mainly because they aren’t discrete with their packaging. I walked into my home with children… running around because my sister came over unexpectedly. No particular issue, expect the blatant THC! dominating in red lettering across a white background on the package I was bringing home. I didn’t even realize it, because the other side of the bag shows nothing. Come on, marketing team of Surterra.
