I just dont understand why you won't let us tip your people. Every dispensary allows tip jars but this one. Your employees work hard for your company. You should allow them tip jars. That's the only thing keeping this from being a perfect experience.

Absolutely loved this store; it was the only dispensary we would shop. Around six months ago their customer service became atrocious. The final straw was losing all of our loyal rewards. Be forewarned they are use ‘em or lose ‘em. I personally had 1900+. Literally only get so much script a month but we’re being penalized for that & you can only use 500 points per purchase. Will never shop here again. MUV OP is right next door 10/10 recommend.

By far the best dispensary in Clay County! All of the staff is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and overall just makes your experience great. You don't have crazy lines here, they get their customers in and out. If there's ever a crowd it's organized, not corraled. Online orders are the quickest of course but making last minute changes to your and placing orders in store are also a breeze. Their website is easy and rewards are by far better than the rest! Oh and their quality is 10/10!

Grams of it was thick huge stems.. so I paid for a little over 3 ounces and threw away half. I will NOT be returning and I do NOT recommend. Finding and getting into the parking lot of Surterra is horrible! There needs to be a sign saying where you guys are so your customers can find you without causing an accident. The medicine is kinda pricey and it's honestly not that good compared to a couple other places. I buy alot of concentrates and wanted to try theirs and was really disappointed with the couple I bought. Even curaleaf has better concentrates than this and I don't care for them! I wanted to try their syringe and like always I push on the back of the syringe to squeeze the product out and the syringe shattered and sliced open my fingers! Great location glad they have "Reggie" low THC (bellow 14%) preground flower ¼ Ounce for $10-$15. Being low income these sales are lifesavers when it comes to being able to afford my medicine. The nicer pretty Higher THC "Kind" bud is also available at higher prices ($50 a for ¼ Oz) the Reggie low THC is all my budget allows so I'm forever thankful for the low THC sales that make buying medicine budget friendly. If it wasn't for the regular low THC sales I doubt I would be able to afford my medicine. Thank you for all your help!!!

There is absolutely NO REASON that people who have pre-ordered should wait in a line of six or seven people with people who are just walking in, still looking at the menu, and trying to decide what they want, it’s absolutely crazy. I had a great experience with Sparkles at Surterra - Orange Park. This is not the first time I've dealt with Sparkles, and the other times he has provided great customer service also, but this time he went above and beyond and I feel compelled to leave him a glowing review. While ringing up my purchase(s) I asked if the purple punch "twistallate" could be put under the oral tab of my prescription. He then went into great detail how distallate it can also go under the sublingual tab and how there are so many uses for it. I can not wait to come back to see Sparkles and see what I can learn next.

Stopped by the Orange park clinic earlier this morning for the first time, not knowing what to expect. Marley (I think that's her name, the front desk person) was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions, so much so that I walked out with not only more than I was anticipating but also super excited to try all the new things. It was pretty on the inside, there's free water and lots of room to distance yourself from people. The people dispensing the medication in the back were also very friendly and just genuinely the entire staff seemed really knowledgeable. There inventory is wonderful as well, lots of fun things to get.

If the cash register is telling you what the change is, why are you telling me it’s less? Have been going to Trulieve for a year and compared to this place Trulieve is like Walmart for products & this place is like Target. So beautiful inside. It’s spacious, everything about it is calming. The other customers were very calm and the staff was nice. I got the Oregon Nobel strain in the second tier and it’s so beautiful and smells amazing, very citrusy. The packaging of their other products are very nice and their CBD tincture has a good taste. I was also able to switch my order to the orange park location from the Ocala location with the help of someone on their customer service phone line. They made everything easy for me and their prices are pretty compared to Trulieve. 10/10 recommended and I will be back.

On Monday morning I received a text from Suterra with a promotion offering two free vape pens with a $250 order or 1 vape pen with a $175 order. Wanting to take advantage of the offer I got on-line. The Suterra web site usable if rather cumbersome. Having to click “explore” to see what is in stock or the price until is a big time waster (I would hire new programmers and check out the competition.) I didnoticed that the flower stated "2 units per customer per day" not being sure exactly what it meant (a close by competitor limit is 2 per strains) I order two eighths of two different strains to check if the site would take it. When the web site took my order I assumed (you know what happens when you assume) it was per strain and proceeded to add some vapes and a concentrate to reach the $250. I soon receive an e-mail showing my order as I placed it stating that it would be ready in 30 minutes and that I had to pick it up by 6:45 or it would be cancelled (competitors offer 24 hrs.) Upon arrival my order on their screen showed a single eighth of each strain. It mattered not that my e-mail showed my correct order. I was then ask to wait while other customers were waited on. After several minutes what a manager, I think, appeared and after explaining the situation I was told I could only get 2 eighths per day regardless of what he web site said. As I was about to walk out the manger said something that I interpreted as good customer service to allow the order this time since it was their web site error, but to "remember next time". When I got back to the register I was once again told I could only get one eighth of each. I once again spoke to the manager with no satisfaction. Not only could Suttera improve their web site they could also improve their training. Someone needs to explain to the Orange Park manager that is better to allow an exception when the misunderstanding is cause by the company than to completely lose a good customer. Also, Truelieve sells the ground flower for $25 a quarter not $50 and I just picked up 4 today.

The Surterra staff in Jacksonville is courteous and customer focused. I do have issues with their disposable pens, as 9 have quit on me with over half the product left in them. I cannot get credit because they have not been returned in the 90 day time frame. Very disappointed, and expensive!

This is probably one of my favorite dispensaries. The prices are pretty good and they have great new customer discounts! They don't have any individual flower products yet just pre rolled which was disappointing so unfortunately it wasn't a one stop shop like I hoped but I picked up a new product (a disposable vape pen). Out of all of the dispensaries I liked that when choosing a vape cartridge we didn't have a menu of a thousand choices, it was very simple by level of THC you wanted.The environment was also very calming. I felt like I was in a spa as opposed to some of the others where they are so secure and scary and the "guards" are armed! But this isn't to say the place isn't safe or can be taken advantage of (so don't take my post on vain), the product is securely in the back as opposed to near the registers. They bring it out to you in a little discreet bag.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Orange Park online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. The nicer pretty Higher THC "Kind" bud is also available at higher prices ($50 a for ¼ Oz) the Reggie low THC is all my budget allows so I'm forever thankful for the low THC sales that make buying medicine budget friendly. Staff are very friendly and the product is good. I would’ve rated it higher but they have GOT to get a better system for check in! There is absolutely NO REASON that people who have pre-ordered should wait in a line of six or seven people with people who are just walking in, still looking at the menu, and trying to decide what they want, it’s absolutely crazy. They should have two people at the counter, one person to check in pre-orders and the other helping people who don’t even know if they want yet. Love you Surterra but there’s definitely room for improvement ❤️

I’m a regular here, and the service is always on-point. Don’t like waiting in line? Order from the website and pick it up when it’s filled. I recommend setting up CanPay for even faster pickups. It’s a literal grab-and-go, much faster than ordering in store. Employees are sweet and helpful too, so don’t be afraid to ask them questions!

Bud quality is not that great, on top of that they do not let you see the product before you purchase. I don't like gambling with my money. Their highest THC rated bud smelled like fresh cut grass. Not that strong.

Very nice staff but every time I buy pre ground flower 2 out of the seven grams are stems. And complete powder not very rollable. Very disappointed won’t buy again after 4 times of the same thing.

The moment I walked in I was greeted so nicely. Though I did not catch the name, he did have purple hair! It was my first time visit and he was so cool to walk me around even though there was patients walking in behind me, he was polite to excuse himself and just explaining what each room was. Everyone was so nice and I was so pleased to how everything was so organized like a pharmacy you pick up your order you put in. Thank you for making my first time visit so memorable!

I had a great experience with Sparkles at Surterra - Orange Park. This is not the first time I've dealt with Sparkles, and the other times he has provided great customer service also, but this time he went above and beyond and I feel compelled to leave him a glowing review. While ringing up my purchase(s) I asked if the purple punch "twistallate" could be put under the oral tab of my prescription. He then went into great detail how distallate it can also go under the sublingual tab and how there are so many uses for it. I can not wait to come back to see Sparkles and see what I can learn next.

Stopped by the Orange park clinic earlier this morning for the first time, not knowing what to expect. Marley (I think that's her name, the front desk person) was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions, so much so that I walked out with not only more than I was anticipating but also super excited to try all the new things. It was pretty on the inside, there's free water and lots of room to distance yourself from people. The people dispensing the medication in the back were also very friendly and just genuinely the entire staff seemed really knowledgeable. There inventory is wonderful as well, lots of fun things to get.

Awesome place with plenty of options and I love the chunk the little buds options so amazing only thing I wish they had is a mix and match half oz deal then this place would be to amazing thanks for providing great products update went back and the prices have went up and the store doesn't have enough stock for all the patient's who come here so you will have to settle for whatever they got if there out smh crazy how all dispensaries in Jacksonville and Orange park have barely any medicine available and the card cost so much to access these places so I'm thinking of taking legal actions against these places for promising to provide quality medicine but have barely anything to offer like who is this really helping if I have to go back to pills cause the store doesn't have the stuff I need for my conditions smh

Website does not keep an accurate count of inventory. Jars of medication not properly weighed sometimes over mostly under 3.5 grams. Customer service team is very unknowable about patient needs and rude. Even got disconnected from the chat. I do not recommend this organization!

I like the products, but I been giving incorrect change by staff there 3x and twice was from the same person. I don’t mind mistakes, but honestly I feel like there some Ill intent. If the cash register is telling you what the change is, why are you telling me it’s less? I been going here for more than a year, so the incidents are spread out, but I definitely would count my change before you leave the counter.

Have been going to Trulieve for a year and compared to this place Trulieve is like Walmart for products & this place is like Target. So beautiful inside. It’s spacious, everything about it is calming. The other customers were very calm and the staff was nice. I got the Oregon Nobel strain in the second tier and it’s so beautiful and smells amazing, very citrusy. The packaging of their other products are very nice and their CBD tincture has a good taste. I was also able to switch my order to the orange park location from the Ocala location with the help of someone on their customer service phone line. They made everything easy for me and their prices are pretty compared to Trulieve. 10/10 recommended and I will be back.

On Monday morning I received a text from Suterra with a promotion offering two free vape pens with a $250 order or 1 vape pen with a $175 order. Wanting to take advantage of the offer I got on-line. The Suterra web site usable if rather cumbersome. Having to click “explore” to see what is in stock or the price until is a big time waster (I would hire new programmers and check out the competition.) I didnoticed that the flower stated "2 units per customer per day" not being sure exactly what it meant (a close by competitor limit is 2 per strains) I order two eighths of two different strains to check if the site would take it. When the web site took my order I assumed (you know what happens when you assume) it was per strain and proceeded to add some vapes and a concentrate to reach the $250. I soon receive an e-mail showing my order as I placed it stating that it would be ready in 30 minutes and that I had to pick it up by 6:45 or it would be cancelled (competitors offer 24 hrs.) Upon arrival my order on their screen showed a single eighth of each strain. It mattered not that my e-mail showed my correct order. I was then ask to wait while other customers were waited on. After several minutes what a manager, I think, appeared and after explaining the situation I was told I could only get 2 eighths per day regardless of what he web site said. As I was about to walk out the manger said something that I interpreted as good customer service to allow the order this time since it was their web site error, but to "remember next time". When I got back to the register I was once again told I could only get one eighth of each. I once again spoke to the manager with no satisfaction. Not only could Suttera improve their web site they could also improve their training. Someone needs to explain to the Orange Park manager that is better to allow an exception when the misunderstanding is cause by the company than to completely lose a good customer. Also, Truelieve sells the ground flower for $25 a quarter not $50 and I just picked up 4 today.

The Surterra staff in Jacksonville is courteous and customer focused. I do have issues with their disposable pens, as 9 have quit on me with over half the product left in them. I cannot get credit because they have not been returned in the 90 day time frame. Very disappointed, and expensive!

It is a really nice set up and the flyers and brochures they have are really helpful to explain it if you have never been before and don’t know what you’re doing. The staff was also helpful and took a lot of time answering my questions. I came home with just the right combination of product to try and I feel like it’s high-quality, safe product. This is probably one of my favorite dispensaries. The prices are pretty good and they have great new customer discounts! They don't have any individual flower products yet just pre rolled which was disappointing so unfortunately it wasn't a one stop shop like I hoped but I picked up a new product (a disposable vape pen). Out of all of the dispensaries I liked that when choosing a vape cartridge we didn't have a menu of a thousand choices, it was very simple by level of THC you wanted.The environment was also very calming. I felt like I was in a spa as opposed to some of the others where they are so secure and scary and the "guards" are armed! But this isn't to say the place isn't safe or can be taken advantage of (so don't take my post on vain), the product is securely in the back as opposed to near the registers. They bring it out to you in a little discreet bag.
