Best dispensary in Jax! The concentrates (blackjack and tillamook and grand daddy) purp are the bomb! Gdp and Gg4 are the best strains for flour in my opinion! They always have the fire! On Monday morning I received a text from Suterra with a promotion offering two free vape pens with a $250 order or 1 vape pen with a $175 order. Wanting to take advantage of the offer I got on-line. The Suterra web site usable if rather cumbersome. Having to click “explore” to see what is in stock or the price until is a big time waster (I would hire new programmers and check out the competition.) I didnoticed that the flower stated “2 units per customer per day” not being sure exactly what it meant (a close by competitor limit is 2 per strains) I order two eighths of two different strains to check if the site would take it. When the web site took my order I assumed (you know what happens when you assume) it was per strain and proceeded to add some vapes and a concentrate to reach the $250. I soon receive an e-mail showing my order as I placed it stating that it would be ready in 30 minutes and that I had to pick it up by 6:45 or it would be cancelled (competitors offer 24 hrs.) Upon arrival my order on their screen showed a single eighth of each strain. It mattered not that my e-mail showed my correct order. I was then ask to wait while other customers were waited on. After several minutes what a manager, I think, appeared and after explaining the situation I was told I could only get 2 eighths per day regardless of what he web site said. As I was about to walk out the manger said something that I interpreted as good customer service to allow the order this time since it was their web site error, but to “remember next time”. When I got back to the register I was once again told I could only get one eighth of each. I once again spoke to the manager with no satisfaction. Not only could Suttera improve their web site they could also improve their training. Someone needs to explain to the Orange Park manager that is better to allow an exception when the misunderstanding is cause by the company than to completely lose a good customer. Also, Truelieve sells the ground flower for $25 a quarter not $50 and I just picked up 4 today.read more

Does not stand by their product… disabled veteran/arthritis patient, cannot break apart shatter as it is served like a Hershey kiss in a Reese’s paper cup…. tried exchanging for soft wax told no exchange policy for unusable medicine…read more

The Surterra staff in Jacksonville is courteous and customer focused. I do have issues with their disposable pens, as 9 have quit on me with over half the product left in them. I cannot get credit because they have not been returned in the 90 day time frame. Very disappointed, and expensive!read more

This is the first dispensary I went to. It is a really nice set up and the flyers and brochures they have are really helpful to explain it if you have never been before and don’t know what you’re doing. The staff was also helpful and took a lot of time answering my questions. I came home with just the right combination of product to try and I feel like it’s high-quality, safe product. Antion called this morning and stated he would be in my area on or around 12:30. Right on time and that is an accomplishment seeing how Antion and Patty was coming from Jacksonville down Blanding by the Mall the day before Easter.! Antoin was very professional and POLITE. He greeted me with respect and thanked my for my order. He even gave me a bag of little goodies like a lanyard and a stress ball. He asked if I had any questions and then helped me understand my purchases and went over the use of the pen again. I am so thankful for delivery services as I hate to drive down Blanding.
