It's usually a short line and the price is usually good. However, be careful of the sales posted online. I've been there several times because of the deal just to be told they're out.
I had the best experience with Rosa and Emily they helped me out so much. This is one of the best dispensary I've been too.
I got so high I forgot to leave my review yesterday 😂 Swift & efficient service! It was my first time visiting, but I was treated like an old friend and that was great. I stopped in to pick up some cartridges that were on sale. The little lady that helped me was great, but I was rather disappointed when she told me that the store did not allowed to tip employees. I think they should be able to get tips change your policy thank you. Have a good day.
It’s always a pleasant experience coming into this location. The vibe is very important to me. Every time i come in, the staff is very friendly and always remembers me. I always leave with a smile from a good experience. Shar and Kurt were in the store today when I came in. They were very informative on any questions I had, and remembered the details from our last conversation. I have been meaning to leave a great review for this location for some time. My only disappointment, is that they can’t accept tips like the other dispensaries. I am in the service industry, and tips are crucial during these times. The staff at this location provides great service, it seems only fair they should be able to accept tips for their service. I do hope to see this change in the future.
Don’t recommend this place, there are two lines one for pick up one for walk in. I came in to pick up my order two people walked in same time and there were 3 others inside. One person holding up line for prepay. The other two walk ins were helped and when asked if anyone had pick up I said I did, and they took two walk ins. Then after them I asked why is there a separate line for pick up and no one responded. A man came from upstairs and took another walk in and the lady at the register took the other walk in. Both said they were just walk in when asked and once again I piped up and said what about pre order customers / line. After waiting until last one in line I asked the lady if that was normal or not to take all the walk ins before pick ups and she says “well we are doing the best we can” with a smirk while the walk in and lady and guy holding up the line started gossiping about me right next to me to the other budtender and then the lady helping me chimed in too “oh right” to agree with them; why are you taking walk ins before pick up and the audacity to sit there in front of my face and talk crap with the other customers and you guys are employees of surterra. I seek green wellness for my mental illness and other illnesses going somewhere to be treated second rate and made fun of by the staff is not acceptable they should all be terminated. This isn’t just “pot” or “weed” like some fun recreational drug like they were taunting and “be happy” as they were saying amongst other things under their breath; for some of us a this is our medicine and this is a medical field, they should be stripped of their job and license for making fun of mentally ill patients.
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Malcolm during my visit to Surterra Wellness. From the moment I walked in, Malcolm and his coworker were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Malcolm was very attentive and took the time to help me pick out the perfect product, his knowledge and expertise clearly evident. I highly recommend trying this location, you won’t be led astray.
Today was my first time ever visiting Surterra. I took advantage of a great deal that was emailed to me. The staff was amazing. The friendly lady that took care of (not sure of her name, but it says Sasha on my receipt) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had and even gave a great recommendation. I was very happy with the transaction. The only issue I had when I went to leave a tip (like I do at every other dispensary) she told me they were not allowed to take tips. I find this absurd and not fair to the employees. We all know dispensaries don’t pay much and not only did she earn the tip but deserved the tip I was trying to give. Get with the program Surterra, there is no other dispensary in Florida that doesn’t allow tips for their amazing employees.
Amazing pickup service today as Emily was incredibly helpful and presented an option that really improved my order. She went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend this location.

I LOVE the diverse range of ratio products they offer.Among the budtenders, Sharlene stands out as one of the most helpful and knowledgeable advocates I've encountered. She ensured my first visit was seamless, taking the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and demonstrate how to use their equipment, while also sharing some valuable personal tips.The dispensary itself easily earns a 5/5 rating from me, and the products I purchased have all been exceptional. The level of customer service provided by Shar goes beyond expectations, deserving a 6/5 rating. However, I was highly disappointed to discover that tipping my budtender was not permitted, despite the exceptional care and attention she provided.Sharlene exemplified top-tier service and left me with a fantastic impression of the establishment-she deserves recognition and appreciation. I urge the management to value their employees as much as their patients do.
This was my first visit to a dispensary and I had questions. Fortunately the staff was very knowledgeable and made some recommendations based on what I was looking for. Very quick and easy process and great weekly specials too.
Terrible embarrassing experience. States they take debit but charge a 3$ fee. Ok. Then they charge an additional 2$? To round my total up what is going on? An 8.40c transaction cost me 13$? I left with no smoke. Terrible.

I got a lg vape yesterday, it leaked into my purse. I call support, they tell me oh well. I go this doesn't happen with other dispensaries and she informed me this is a "known issue". So my advice is don't buy these vapes they're defective.

Staff is nice however- website lacks ability to let customers know when a product is out of stock. It allows you to add to cart but customer only finds out you did not get the product when you show up to pick up. This has happened multiple times to me.I place an order then show JP to find only half my order is filled. It’s very disappointing. Surterra should advise of this during the check out flow or contact the customer when attempting to fill the order. This would save disappointment or wasted trips.

Watch out for the new gels if you're not one to eat just anything from the candy department. They don't digest well and there seems to be a waxy substance while chewing. So at the same time the chews from here are some of the most amazing flavorful types, they taste like jelly so I eat them most of all the eddies. Tangerine or mixed berry chews...mmm

Went in yesterday to use my 2nd discount (40%) and was told im not allowed to use it anymore. Ive been in the store 5 times but everytime i go in they have the 40% off the whole menu… Never have i ever redeemed the 40% 2nd purchase off full price to start, The other day i went a cashier told me that i can use the stores sale of 40% instead of the patient discount. Im told its “Company Policy” but how does that make sense when they havent let me use the 40% Now i cant use it? Wont be going in anymore, Staff doesnt know what they are talking about half the time, they all look miserable everytime i walk in especially for “Daniela” The rosin is very very mid, The edibles are horrible. Normal check in process. First time patient discount is 60% off max $250. Must be used on your first purchase, as they will not allow you to bank it.Already knew what I wanted based on reviews. Budtender took my order right at the check in desk. Pretty good product, nice glass jar packaging.Only had one COA available out of three, but their website made it simple to look up. Would be nice to have access before purchasing.Always have sales running. Right now (11/18/22) they are having a promotion where you download the app and enable push notifications. They give you a free product (anything) with no purchase necessary before December 02A lot of competition around, but it seems like surterra is trying to stay relevant.

Compared to the other dispensaries in the area, they have one of the best pricing for quality available. Staff are always super nice and welcoming. Waiting area is a bit cramped but it is a rather small building.

I have had the best experiences going into this location. Staff is friendly and quick. The product is always great, why I chose them over the others. Best Shatter and concentrates around! Always seem to have a sale going on, or some savings to be had.
I’ve been using multiple dispensaries since they opened in Orlando. Surterra is hands down the best. Easiest to work with. Placed an order this morning and it was delivered the same day. If you have questions you can easily get ahold of someone. The people are always nice and efficient. You also don’t feel pressured into anything. Some places you walk in and it’s a constant sales pitch.

Lackluster customer service. This dispensary took an order from me via their website and notified me later the same day my order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was informed an item was removed from my order due to lack of available dispensation on a prescription I haven’t even used yet. When that was found to be an error on their part, I was then informed the product that was removed from my order was no longer available.I contacted customer care, who informed me I was lied to at the dispensary and that the item was out of stock when they tried to fill the order.So, who’s lying? Why don’t you call patients when there are order issues like other dispensaries do? Hope whoever gets the rest of my order and anything I would have purchased from Surterra in the future enjoys it as this will my last time ordering with Surterra!

I went in for the first time today. Crissy helped me and did a wonderful job explaining all my options. I'm very glad I chose Suterra to start my Medical Marijuana journey .I go in regularly now and also get delivery. They always do an awesome job.
Placed an online order before the store opened for an item that was in stock. Went to pick up when I was notified it was ready and was told that they were out of the item I ordered because they had walk ins all day. So who gets priority? Online orders placed first thing in the morning or people just walking in throughout the day? Please try to have a working system that is implemented with fidelity. Disappointed in Suterra.

I went to Surterra after a nurse (caregiver) in my doctors office told me about it and their pain products. I ordered online and it was ready in no time!What an awesome surprise when I got there- as a first time shopper I was given a SIXTY percent discount!! Rubie could not have been kinder. She knew I’d hadn’t been there before and took the time to point out some notable things with the products I ordered. Malcom greeted me and others with welcoming professionalism. Their pick up process is Ridiculous!!!! You can place a order online the night before & receive confirmation that your order is ready for pick up & get there & still have to wait an hour. What's the point really & how long does it really take to package it I only go there now if I can't locate anywhere else.
I placed an order at 7:49pm and received an email confirmation that stated that orders received after 6:30 p.m. would be ready the following day. Well, I arrived today, the following day, at noon and was told that my order was canceled. They had no reason why and doubted I placed an order at the right place until I show them the email.They no longer had what I ordered in stock which is majorly disappointing. I received an email said that they order was confirmed and will be ready the following day and drove 40 minutes to get here.I asked about some sort of credit or discount because of their screw up and was told no, sorry there is nothing I can do. Poor customer service and truthfully poor products. I was foing to give them one more try, but never again after today.
Honestly used to enjoy this dispensary, but more times then not things are way out of order. After my experience today I’m hesitant whether to go back here. There was no social distancing, about 12 people crammed into a tiny space. A woman was even served who refused to put on a mask. This is a medical dispensary and a lot of us are high risk, and I don’t think that they should be even allowing as many people as they have into the store at once. I’ve spent a lot of money here and have turned a blind eye in the past, but it’s more of a hassle than anything now, and I feel unsafe and really frustrated with the lack of communication.
Probably the worst Dispensary I've been to yet. Joints were WAY too tightly packed. Had to unwrap every one of them. Loose flower is okay but I need at least 2 bowls minimum to get any effects. Definitely will not be returning.

Suggestion- stop giving people time estimates. I’ve came here on numerous occasions and they tell me it’s a 10 min wait only to sit an hour. Just me you will have me in as soon as possible! I’m not even in a rush. From a consumer standpoint I just like transparency. Thanks
Great Experience! Surterra blew me away with several things. First the customer service, being a first time customer I was unsure if I did the online ordering right so I called the store. I talked with I believe her name was Brianna she explained everything super clearly & was very nice. Later I went to the store to grab my purchase. The two gentlemen that were there at the time were very nice. The whole process took like 5 min so no hassle at all. Last the products. I am blown away with my purchase I got myakka native in the ground flower and the granddaddy purple distillent. Both amazing quality and fair pricing! I'll definitely be back!
I've been coming here for a while now and cant say I'm super impressed. Having worked in the cannabis industry the flower products leave a little more to be desired. That said, they have some of the most affordable prices for whole flower in Central Florida currently. The storefront is nice and clean, the bathroom is always put of service, and the staff is not always welcoming. At times my husband and I get started at as if we dont belong - J. Reagan one of the cashiers in particular makes me feel very unsettled... I save my visits for Surterra when I am looking for a quick deal, but not for my regular purchases.
I just want to say that Christina at this location in Winter Haven was the absolute best! She was extremely knowledgeable and showed a great amount of kindness. As a first time customer I was thoroughly impressed. Loved the interior design of this places as well. Would also like to thank Amanda and Joe for helping us even though they were just about to close for the day.
Love the Coral Reef Vape & tincture oils. However, the FLOAT FLOWER gets 2 stars, it was crunchy BOTH times I purchased. And, I didn’t like The way it burned. Had me coughing and throat burning a little. I prefer a flower that’s a smoother intake. Totally Love the staff, they are all very educated in informing to any question I may have and I notice of other clients as well. I don’t like the inconvenience of not being able to use a debit or credit card. And that “CanPay” app they promote, took me a week to be verified.
Today was my first visit to Surterra the staff was amazing I forgot the persons name who showed me around but she was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell she cared I ended up leaving with a disposable pm pen and some flower. The flower , I was not impressed with. The 8th is almost gone already , the taste was not there and the effects were minimal for me the only thing I liked was the price point. I hope to see the bud get better but other then that I love the environment. parking is limited though luckily it was slow when I went.
Staff are Great! Vape products are great! Location could be in a better spot. Float flower could be manicured better.. don’t appreciate leaves on my medicine. And I also don’t like it burning black. Float flower gets 2 stars. Would be more if it looked as advertised all the way through. Price is great though. Just clean up the final product and flush it better and you got gold!
