All around good experience. Ordered by phone (they offer free delivery!) they asked when do I want to pick it up? Hour later walked right in to a pleasantly calm relaxed experience. Toni, the consultant was knowledgeable and helpful. I know more than most on this subject and there was no B.S. - honest answers, no sales pitch. She was great! After Toni ensured all of my questions were answered and I understood everything I was warmly handed over to Ms. Maria who dispensed my Medication. She confirmed all was in order again, gave me $75.00 off of my visit and processed the transaction like a retail store - no standing room only experience like other places. "I ordered ahead 4 hours ago and I have to sit here two hours to just pick it up - ridiculous". I literally relaxed and read a cannabis magazine while they did what they had to do.If you have gone to the other dispensaries and you are still looking for the one I recommend stopping in and checking them out. Very nice and informative staff, and was able to get in and out very quickly even though I had several questions. They offer a great first visit discount, very worth the visit if your looking for oils. Product is good, but no flower. If your looking to get both flower and want oil go here for the oil and elsewhere for flower to get full advantage of discounts!read more

I have taken WAY TOO LONG to write this review! This place is amazing! I love how clean the space is and the open floor plan is a sight for sore eyes (no back rooms to conduct bushiness.) Not only is it's presentation very modern but every time I walk in I feel better and learn something new every time and I'm no newbie! I absolutely love Surterra! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and will help figure out which type of product I need for my particular issues. Also, their products all have particular dosages listed so I know exactly what I'm getting so it's easy to make adjustments for me. One other thing is that I don't feel like a criminal coming into their store like I do in other dispensaries who use a lock-down system for entry. Surterra is definitely the dispensary for me. If a patient comes in with a valid question and concern, I would suggest making that patient feel comfortable and relaxed. Awkward is not how I like to feel when going anywhere, especially to facilities of this nature. With that said, my concern was resolved after it was looked into. Today I stopped into the Surterra Wellness in Orlando after paying my respects at the Pulse Nightclub memorial across the street. I was very impressed by the incredibly kind staff. I bought 4 vaporizer pens, none of them worked long enough to get the juice (which is visible through a glass cylinder built into the device) out of the pen. I went back and bought a cylinder that would attach to an actual vaporizer and was informed that I could bring back the pens that wouldn’t work. The cartridge didn’t work. This wasn’t a coil problem, the vaporizer(s) I tried wouldn’t read it was there. A sign of a defective cartridge. I took it back, as it was expensive, and was informed that since I didn’t buy their battery they would not refund anything more than a $10 credit on my next purchase. Regardless of the fact that they wouldn’t take back a defective device that was clearly defective, I thought thier prices were ok and they seemed to have a friendly staff. Then I went to another dispensary and received better service, cheaper prices for more product, and devices that actually work. The difference was night and day. The level of knowledge between the two wasn’t even comparable. After the second dispensary explained everything in great detail I felt much more secure in purchasing and will definitely recommend them. Stay away from this place and find one that is actually going to give you service and not lip service as well as product. To sum up, bad product (vaporizer), overpriced (by more than triple), and though friendly, the staff feels like they should be working at the GAP with the level of knowledge that they have.read more
