Great experience at Surterra today, will definitely be back. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the inside looks straight out of a catalog. It doesn’t feel like a sterile doctors office, it’s gorgeous and they have lots of comfy seating areas if there were to be a wait (I have never waited). When I walked in today Selina met me at the door and greeted me right away with a big smile. She was super knowledgeable and helped me decide on a strain based off off what I was looking for. Her and her coworkers were bouncing off of each other and both agreed on a indica strain from their full spectrum float carts. She also recommended their float battery which I am happy about purchase. It was only $10 and fits the cart perfectly, looks very sleek. Tastes great and affects are good so far. I had just gotten off work serving guests all day and it was great to receive such nice service after a long work day. Thank you Selina. I wish I could have left her a tip but unfortunately they cannot take them.

Hands down my favorite dispensary. I have 3 dispensaries within 15 minutes of my house but I’d rather drive 50 minutes to go to Surterra in Oviedo. Staff is ALWAYS amazing, knowledgeable and fun. The store is incredibly clean and welcoming. My bud tender yesterday was Daisy and she’s a complete star. The other staff there were engaging and fun as well. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option!

Surterra Wellness has great tasting gummies and fairly good discounted prices when there's a sale. However their rewards program has a lot to be desired as the points roll over every 90 days. It takes $500 worth of points to get any discount and the points disappear after 90 days. That's a lot of money to spend in 3 months just to get a small discount. But their products are decent and if you can catch one of their good clearance or Discount sales, go for it! It would be nice also if there was a handicap ramp close to the front door. But that's not the shops problem it's the Strip Center that they're in.

It was better when they first opened, now some of the younger staff feels as if they just want to rush people to buy in and out. I get better service in the downtown location. It was meant for people to feel at ease, relaxed and can buy products without being rushed. I’ve given plenty of chances and business to Surterra Oviedo and I’m done doing that. I understand the people in the store don’t have much control over the online process of ordering, but, this location seems to never be on top of online orders or making sure they are packaged as well as letting a patient know their order is packaged and ready or if they are unable to fulfill an order. There is a young woman always at the front desk who always has a bad attitude and comes off as very rude and unwilling to be of help which sets the tone for the whole experience. The only people I’ve ever had positive or helpful experiences with at this location have been with a gentleman named Ben and an older woman with shorter hair who is very welcoming and helpful.

Given all my health problems I live an isolated life. It is hard for me to interact socially. I am a recluse, But Staff workers in the Oviedo like Savvy, they make me feel right at home here at this particular oviedo store location. I am also a Spanish speaker so I enjoy that other staff members here speak Spanish. It allows me ask to decree questions without having to use their private consultation room. Everytime I go on my monthly bike marathons I can always count for David, Maria, Savvy and everyone at the Oviedo location to have water ready for me as well as excellent service everytime. I have never had any issues with the products here. They all affect me differently, with the staffs help I have been able to experiment with a variety of the Surterra products to find exactly what works for me, and me alone. My only issue with the store is not having a fully stocked store 24/7. Sometimes I have to try another product which I have no problem doing. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with questions I have about all their products. Out of all the Surterra Store locations this one feels like home.

Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

Great experience at Surterra today, will definitely be back. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the inside looks straight out of a catalog. It doesn’t feel like a sterile doctors office, it’s gorgeous and they have lots of comfy seating areas if there were to be a wait (I have never waited). When I walked in today Selina met me at the door and greeted me right away with a big smile. She was super knowledgeable and helped me decide on a strain based off off what I was looking for. Her and her coworkers were bouncing off of each other and both agreed on a indica strain from their full spectrum float carts. She also recommended their float battery which I am happy about purchase. It was only $10 and fits the cart perfectly, looks very sleek. Tastes great and affects are good so far. I had just gotten off work serving guests all day and it was great to receive such nice service after a long work day. Thank you Selina. Surterra Wellness has great tasting gummies and fairly good discounted prices when there's a sale. However their rewards program has a lot to be desired as the points roll over every 90 days. It takes $500 worth of points to get any discount and the points disappear after 90 days. That's a lot of money to spend in 3 months just to get a small discount. But their products are decent and if you can catch one of their good clearance or Discount sales, go for it! It would be nice also if there was a handicap ramp close to the front door. But that's not the shops problem it's the Strip Center that they're in.

Surterra has some of the best deals. I like their ground flower b 98 in particular because it can be strong and it's very cheap. 7 grams for $50. On top of that I got a 25% discount. The other stores don't compare.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I always have a lot of question and they are very patient. I've had only a few issues with product over the past 6 months but they don't question or hesitate to fix the problem. I’ve given plenty of chances and business to Surterra Oviedo and I’m done doing that. I understand the people in the store don’t have much control over the online process of ordering, but, this location seems to never be on top of online orders or making sure they are packaged as well as letting a patient know their order is packaged and ready or if they are unable to fulfill an order. There is a young woman always at the front desk who always has a bad attitude and comes off as very rude and unwilling to be of help which sets the tone for the whole experience. The only people I’ve ever had positive or helpful experiences with at this location have been with a gentleman named Ben and an older woman with shorter hair who is very welcoming and helpful.

Given all my health problems I live an isolated life. It is hard for me to interact socially. I am a recluse, But Staff workers in the Oviedo like Savvy, they make me feel right at home here at this particular oviedo store location. I am also a Spanish speaker so I enjoy that other staff members here speak Spanish. It allows me ask to decree questions without having to use their private consultation room. Everytime I go on my monthly bike marathons I can always count for David, Maria, Savvy and everyone at the Oviedo location to have water ready for me as well as excellent service everytime. I have never had any issues with the products here. They all affect me differently, with the staffs help I have been able to experiment with a variety of the Surterra products to find exactly what works for me, and me alone. My only issue with the store is not having a fully stocked store 24/7. Sometimes I have to try another product which I have no problem doing. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with questions I have about all their products. Out of all the Surterra Store locations this one feels like home.
