I’ve only placed a handful of orders here and of those only ONE went even remotely smooth First order was just an 8th, they filled the order but when I got there not only had the wrong order the lady told me I was 1/2oz over (impossible if I was literally just getting an 8th) checked my script and I had 1.75oz to dispense. Whatever she did wrong she figured out but didn’t bother apologizing, then told me that what I know I ordered isn’t possible because it’s not that price (it was, and it was still listed at that price) Next order I placed at 5am before work, by 7pm still not filled, but they sure enough found time to cancel it at 8pm. Not sure what the point of ordering ahead is if the orders not going to be right or it’s just not going to be filled at all. Worth going for the first time patient discount but not worth going back after. The guy who I think was the or a manager was at least friendly even though they took a regular ahead of me as soon as they walked in while I was waiting in line already for 5 mins.

This was the worst Dispensary I have ever been to. The Surterra on 50 or downtown is great but this place was HORRENDOUS! They never pulled my order 2 days in a row. Tried charging me twice for the same order and then overcharged me for using debt by $8. When I got home I saw I was also overcharged for a joint that I NEVER ORDERED. I was told the special was 2 joints for free but instead was charged for them. I have left several VMs and have yet to get a call back. Is it legal to overcharge someone for using debt and then not give them the money back. It clearly stated on the receipt $3 debit charge not $8!! I drove 20-30 minutes out of my way to specifically get balm from this dispensary and twice they claimed my order was ready and never pulled it. Over half of the order was missing and the Budtender just decided not to include several other items but to add crap I never wanted without telling me. I ran smokeshops for 15 years and worked every 420 I understand how busy it gets but that level of incompetence is pathetic!

Paco and Selena will forever be the reason I chose this dispensary over all others.. when you walk in you always feels like you going to visit friends and they always make sure I leave happy and with a smile... I appreciate them sooooo much and I hope the big bosses do also...

I was extremely satisfied with my visit at the Oviedo store. I was greeted in a very friendly way by the young lady Seiena She filled me order for me, and was very helpful in explaining several different products and discounts. I hope that the next time I visit your store, Seiena will be working.

Michelle and Jeremy are some of the most caring knowledgeable people I have ever came into contact with. They care about each individual patient. They try there best and don’t over sell. They help with what each patient needs individually. No other shop like it!!
