Surterra provides top quality marijuana menu products to patients with a Florida medical card. This Oviedo cannabis store has the popular Coral Reefer cannabis brand, a collaboration with the singer Jimmy Buffet.
Surterra is dedicated to building far stronger standards in the cultivation, extraction, and production to help provide patients great THC and CBD menu products. Low THC high CBD products are available to MMJ patients near Oviedo as well.

I've been here several times and each time i come makes it harder to not come back. Everyone is really cool and chill, and they are always willing to answer questions and willing to find solutions to anyone's problem. I've had only a few issues with product over the past 6 months but they don't question or hesitate to fix the problem. I jump around from place to place to keep it fresh and know what's out there but I'm quite sure I'm coming here every Friday now. 🙂read more

Went in a little after noon on a Saturday and was greeted by Ben and Maria. Both were very friendly and created a comfortable environment. Ben explained the current strains with a menu which was very helpful. I was glad to see that when Maria was not helping a customer she was cleaning all high-contact surfaces. I went in and Daisy and Marie are the BEST!!!! I struggle with sleeping and really needed the Float GDP, and they were out. So I was at the register with Dream (still wonderful but not what works the best for me), and I mentioned my dilemma to one of the ladies (I am SO sorry I can’t remember who I checked out with!!!) and she immediately informed me they had JUST got Float GDP, got it for me, exchanged my order, and sent my happy a$$ packing!!! Went for my first visit today. I could not recommend this place any higher!! We were checked in by Maria. She was polite and friendly. There was an issue with my card and Daisy helped me get it figured out. She was very knowledgeable about the different stains and products. She went above and beyond answering my questions. She made recommendations, but was never pushy in any way. I would definitely recommend whether you are a new MMJ patient or seasoned one.read more

Daisy and Savvy at the Oveido location really took care of me at my last visit. I started developing a bad reaction to the transdermal patches and I had purchased a LOT of them back in April. Even though it was close to closing, these ladies were able to get me store credit and corporate was planning to take a look at the patches I had left to see how they could improve their product to make it safer for customers in the future. I met with Savvy, Maria, Daisy, and David, who were all very nice and very knowledgable! Savvy helped me out a lot with picking the right pen for what I needed, and got me a deal on a sample pack she thought would help my pain as well. Genuine, nice, and very smart! The place was super clean, they spray your hands with sanitizer as soon as you come in.I ended up getting the Revive disposable pen, and a small pack of the Soothe theragels, at Savvy's suggestion after she listened to my needs. I’ve given plenty of chances and business to Surterra Oviedo and I’m done doing that. I understand the people in the store don’t have much control over the online process of ordering, but, this location seems to never be on top of online orders or making sure they are packaged as well as letting a patient know their order is packaged and ready or if they are unable to fulfill an order. There is a young woman always at the front desk who always has a bad attitude and comes off as very rude and unwilling to be of help which sets the tone for the whole experience. The only people I’ve ever had positive or helpful experiences with at this location have been with a gentleman named Ben and an older woman with shorter hair who is very welcoming and helpful.read more

My experience at Surterra wellness exceeded my expectations while my first visit there as a non patient. As I entered as was greeted by the Manager David who, gave me info on what terpenes are about then asked if I wanted a bottle of water, which I happily said sure.Then assistant manager Daisy gave me a well informed tour of what products they have and what they are used for. I was SO excited to finally get a location closer to home! I made my first visit (which won't be my last!) and the staff there were warm and welcoming and very personable and instructive. Given all my health problems I live an isolated life. It is hard for me to interact socially. I am a recluse, But Staff workers in the Oviedo like Savvy, they make me feel right at home here at this particular oviedo store location. I am also a Spanish speaker so I enjoy that other staff members here speak Spanish. It allows me ask to decree questions without having to use their private consultation room. Everytime I go on my monthly bike marathons I can always count for David, Maria, Savvy and everyone at the Oviedo location to have water ready for me as well as excellent service everytime. I have never had any issues with the products here. They all affect me differently, with the staffs help I have been able to experiment with a variety of the Surterra products to find exactly what works for me, and me alone. My only issue with the store is not having a fully stocked store 24/7. Sometimes I have to try another product which I have no problem doing. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with questions I have about all their products. Out of all the Surterra Store locations this one feels like home.read more
