Personally, this is the only dispensary I go to. Maybe now and then I'll cheat and check something out when I'm in another area (and that's rare) and normally end up regretting going elsewhere. Everyone I've dealt with here has been great, especially the normal few I regularly see, who always have made me feel welcome and give excellent suggestions. And not to mention they love when you pop in with a fur baby! And it's definitely not some places, won't mention who, that make you wait hours in line like a number. You actually deal with people who are attentive and make it a great experience.

You think with all dispensaries going up they would have better customer service. I brought this up with them, all I get is excuses, and false apologies. And they don't refund if it is not what you wanted. They should go over the order more better with there customers before they take your money.

They did a great job of serving with a smile and always remembered my name when I walked in the door. I'm thankful we have one nearby.Update: As of recently they will no longer allow your spouse to stand with you while you order and or pay, even if your spouse has a MMJ card and prescription and is even an active customer. This is the only dispensary in town or anywhere that we've seen do anything like this. It's extremely off-putting. We've also seen a sharp decline in customer service as well and we've opted to not drop in here as frequently, favoring Curaleaf on Palm Bay road.

Not a fan. Their concentrates have 20% less thc in then compared to other dispensary. Very little flower in stock and when it is, it's pre ground. Above all: they give you a list of what strains are in stock and what the quality is, but they only list CBD and THC percentages. They don't give THCV, CBG, etc.v or quantify the mg.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra

Personally, this is the only dispensary I go to. Maybe now and then I'll cheat and check something out when I'm in another area (and that's rare) and normally end up regretting going elsewhere. Everyone I've dealt with here has been great, especially the normal few I regularly see, who always have made me feel welcome and give excellent suggestions. And not to mention they love when you pop in with a fur baby! And it's definitely not some places, won't mention who, that make you wait hours in line like a number. They did a great job of serving with a smile and always remembered my name when I walked in the door. I'm thankful we have one nearby.Update: As of recently they will no longer allow your spouse to stand with you while you order and or pay, even if your spouse has a MMJ card and prescription and is even an active customer. This is the only dispensary in town or anywhere that we've seen do anything like this. It's extremely off-putting. We've also seen a sharp decline in customer service as well and we've opted to not drop in here as frequently, favoring Curaleaf on Palm Bay road.

They do not provide curbside service any longer, no rewards or discounts, not even a seal on the flower containers, so anyone can help themselves before they sell it to the public? There is no THC content on most of their products. Though the staff is friendly, the store itself is not very “buyer” friendly. Prices keep going up and again no discounts for loyal customers. I only use this store as a back up if no one else it has anything.

Not a fan. Their concentrates have 20% less thc in then compared to other dispensary. Very little flower in stock and when it is, it's pre ground. Above all: they give you a list of what strains are in stock and what the quality is, but they only list CBD and THC percentages. They don't give THCV, CBG, etc.v or quantify the mg.
