Surterra is very welcoming been coming here for about a month this one is better then the one other one we have here called Trulieve . You will get treated well here any questions you may have they always answer they recommend something close to what you are looking if they are out of something. Weed here is pretty good saying this is 2nd place I have tried. Ordering online is great only thing I wish they would fix is if they are out of something update the site so we can get something pick before getting there . That's the only problem I run into . On big sell days rule of thumb get there when they open products go quick . Staff is always nice and welcoming . Recommend products Vape Cartridges , Chocolate Bars , Rso Oil great for people with cancer or really bad pain for night time sleep you only need a little will last you about month . If they ran out of something before I get there they always recommend something close to it or better . They always have great deals online I haven't ran into any issues of price being different when I get there if anything it always been less. Online ordering for pick up is great. Rule of thumb dealing with a place like this if you want product get there when they open especially for bigger deals they will go quick . My bag always been ready for me . Haven't had one bad product from them either . Staff is so helpful and answer any questions you may have what you have going on .

They also have drive thru window around back use to be a bank so they use that too . Haven't had problem with anything I have got so far . If you don't have MJ card yet they look up by your driver license I had my printable just incase . Super nice people

Very nice, quick place usually. But stopped in the other morning shortly after opening time and it was a bad experience. Only 1 register open, only saw 2 employees 1 was checking people out as best and quick as they could but the 2nd employee, a lady who I believe was the MOD was stocking the cabinets and filling online orders while completely ignoring the growing line. She would glance at everyone waiting and roll her eyes. The line was wrapped all the way around to the door and still only 1 register open by time I was checked out.I understand it's important to get stocked and be ready for a successful day but it's also important to have some customer service skills and be able to recognize when your coworker is drowning and when to put down the minor tasks for a few minutes and take care of the customers before they become grouchy or leave. Maybe you guys could have an employee come slightly earlier to do these tasks and be ready when the store opens

Savannah and Red were very nice and very helpful and pretty much the best customer service you can ask for so thank you to them as well as another lady who was at the front one day with dark black hair and the gentleman who seems like a manager with the tattoos nose ring and cap on (shoulda got his name). You guys are great! I just started going here and having Red help me on my first day there was the best help you can ask for. Such a breathe of fresh air when having Grade A customer service. I really enjoy going here for whatever I need. I just hope it doesn't get super busy because Palm Coast is exploding and everyone and their mother is getting a MMC card. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes here, even when they seem somewhat busy.

Don’t bother with your reply asking me to call a toll-free number, i’ll go to REAL dispo and let the sheep get their product from here.And to be honest, the quality of product is horrible for what should be Medicinal. If you just take the time to go somewhere else you’d agree. Everyone goes here because its dirt cheap and local. But is that what you want??? CHEAP products?? The marijuana industry is saturated with sub-par dispensaries and i urge you to branch out. I’d rather drive an hour somewhere else. But after he almost seemed annoyed and frustrated about it. He then checked me out and I asked about the stack he basically told me the original discounts and I didn't realize that until later when I saw there was no stack added. I understand it can be more work but times are tough and I'm trying to save money too. I ended up asking Savannah who was working the front the next time I came in if they do the discount on anything on the 1st and 15th for veterans, which she said "yes" then I explained I didn't get it last time I was there which was on the 15th. God bless her, she apologized and looked so nervous after I told her... But I then told her, it's ok I was just asking and it's no problem and she was very apologetic and nice about it.I'm sorry for the long review but again I will say this place and the service besides the one is great. I just hope it doesn't get super busy because Palm Coast is exploding and everyone and their mother is getting a card.

I would like to give a 5star review for the wellness center and the young man that helped me at the Palm Coast, Florida clinic. His name is Mike (nicknamed “Pickles”). He was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and really cared if I was getting the right medication for my health issues. And the rest of the staff was just as kind and willing to educate & explain everything. Thank you!

This place is a bad joke anymore. It was phenomenal. I was a regular and the staff was outstanding. They knew me and always struck up conversations. Nothing but good vibes before. Then ya made some changes a few months ago, new faces..and boy from what I've read on here I'm glad I'm not the only one that's experienced the horrible customer service. This isn't recreational, this is medicine and your employees actively keep patients from their medicine when they cherry pick who's order they're gonna pack. They have a job, pack orders as they come in, DO YOUR JOB!!! Maybe adopt a 48hr hold like sensible dispensaries have thus avoiding customers that miss you due to working 12hr overnight shifts having to order over and over again BECAUSE now these jerks won't even pack my orders. Every order I place at this AND ONLY THIS location for the last month has been ignored. Every other dispensary has simply been like.."Hey man you don't have to panic buy so you have your medicine just call and we can hold it for you.." They were courteous and professional unlike Surterra palm coast, they copped a huge attitude with me last trip I made. Drove there just to be told by the rude little condescending girl behind the counter that they deliberately ignored my order, DID NOT pack it because I had missed them the previous day. She basically laughed in my face about it, made me feel like a complete fool, which is great when you're already smoking for things like anxiety and ptsd as well as cancer..lol. Who the hell is any member of your staff to say who gets their medicine packed and who doesn't!?! And what is going on in that idiots head that makes them think they have a right to discriminate against any patient and say they will or won't get their medicine!? If someones Grandma misses the pharmacy at publix or cvs do they suddenly ignore her as a patient and refuse her script? How utterly pathetic and incredibly petty. Be better.

I get the oil, several tinctures, lozengers, the Wana gels work well. I like theCBD/THC ratio. I also love the balm for pain, it works immediately. I have lots of questions and they are all always very helpful.

I give a three based off the company has great and less than wonderful employees. Megan is such a cool chic and so very kind every time. Another gal who’s name I cannot remember is also always helpful and bubbly. And there’s a gentleman I think manager. He is always so knowledgeable and professional with the people. Whoever the young girl sitting behind the desk yesterday with the buzzed hair cut however does not seem to like being there. I’ve seen her bad attitude a few times previously and it is a shame that that type of personality is part of the representation of the other employees and company. I had the BEST experience with Hunter at the Surterra Wellness in Palm Coast. I am a high anxiety patient and don't go out very often. When I walked into the Wellness Center for the first time, I was immediately greeted by Hunter. Just his kind and thoughtful way about him put me at ease. There were several pick ups in front of me and I was a walk in. When it was my turn, Hunter took his time to explain the differences between the Flower here as opposed to a different MM center.The building itself is beautiful and calming as you walk in.Although I live four hours south of Palm Coast, I come to town once a month and will make Surterra Wellness my go to Dispensary from now on primarily due to Hunter.

The same way you check your bag at a fast food restaurant to make sure your order is correct is the same way you need to be about this place they will steal and lie to you. If you confront them about it the only thing they claim they can do is give you a 20% discount on your next purchase. This place is bad buzz , I need to definitely smoke after dealing with them .

Left an honest and professional review on the soft wax, and they didn't post my review on the website. They pick and choose what reviews they like to have posted on there site. Thats not cool at all. If you don't leave a perfect review they won't post it. Which means they don't care about the customers opinion. I personally think the quality here is not nearly as good as their competitors. The soft wax image on the website does not meet the consistency of what you actually get. Its more like the consistency of distillate and they give it to you in a slick instead of a syringe. Its hard to get the perfect dab out on your dabber. I either have to little or to much. The quality, potency, and taste of the strain was on point. I gave them 3 stars for the packaging of the product. I feel like if your not posting peoples honest reviews on products, you're doing shady practices.

I ask for their help and they tell me I have to go someplace else. The manager they used to have there was very accommodating the new one is absolutely terrible. I’m a 100% disabled army veteran who uses medical marijuana for pain.At the First visit the woman was super nice and helpful and the prices looked GREAT, but when I got home and took the product it didn’t work at all....I’m not an everyday marijuana taker and I only take the oil or capsules so my tolerance isn’t that high. She assured me these would have the same effect as the capsules I was taking from another dispensary...I even doubled and then tripled the dose and still no effect...Surterra has no policy in place to replace or exchange their product. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR PRICES!! Don’t waste your time and pay the little extra for products you KNOW work.

Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Palm Coast does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Surterra
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Palm Coast online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Very nice, quick place usually. But stopped in the other morning shortly after opening time and it was a bad experience. Only 1 register open, only saw 2 employees 1 was checking people out as best and quick as they could but the 2nd employee, a lady who I believe was the MOD was stocking the cabinets and filling online orders while completely ignoring the growing line. She would glance at everyone waiting and roll her eyes. The line was wrapped all the way around to the door and still only 1 register open by time I was checked out.I understand it's important to get stocked and be ready for a successful day but it's also important to have some customer service skills and be able to recognize when your coworker is drowning and when to put down the minor tasks for a few minutes and take care of the customers before they become grouchy or leave. Then ya made some changes a few months ago, new faces..and boy from what I've read on here I'm glad I'm not the only one that's experienced the horrible customer service. They were courteous and professional unlike Surterra palm coast, they copped a huge attitude with me last trip I made. Drove there just to be told by the rude little condescending girl behind the counter that they deliberately ignored my order, DID NOT pack it because I had missed them the previous day. She basically laughed in my face about it, made me feel like a complete fool, which is great when you're already smoking for things like anxiety and ptsd as well as cancer..lol. Another gal who’s name I cannot remember is also always helpful and bubbly. And there’s a gentleman I think manager. He is always so knowledgeable and professional with the people. Whoever the young girl sitting behind the desk yesterday with the buzzed hair cut however does not seem to like being there. I’ve seen her bad attitude a few times previously and it is a shame that that type of personality is part of the representation of the other employees and company. I had the BEST experience with Hunter at the Surterra Wellness in Palm Coast. I am a high anxiety patient and don't go out very often. When I walked into the Wellness Center for the first time, I was immediately greeted by Hunter. Just his kind and thoughtful way about him put me at ease. There were several pick ups in front of me and I was a walk in. When it was my turn, Hunter took his time to explain the differences between the Flower here as opposed to a different MM center.The building itself is beautiful and calming as you walk in.Although I live four hours south of Palm Coast, I come to town once a month and will make Surterra Wellness my go to Dispensary from now on primarily due to Hunter.

Left an honest and professional review on the soft wax, and they didn't post my review on the website. They pick and choose what reviews they like to have posted on there site. Thats not cool at all. If you don't leave a perfect review they won't post it. Which means they don't care about the customers opinion. I personally think the quality here is not nearly as good as their competitors. The soft wax image on the website does not meet the consistency of what you actually get. Its more like the consistency of distillate and they give it to you in a slick instead of a syringe. Its hard to get the perfect dab out on your dabber. I either have to little or to much. The quality, potency, and taste of the strain was on point. I gave them 3 stars for the packaging of the product. I feel like if your not posting peoples honest reviews on products, you're doing shady practices.

I ask for their help and they tell me I have to go someplace else. The manager they used to have there was very accommodating the new one is absolutely terrible. I’m a 100% disabled army veteran who uses medical marijuana for pain.At the First visit the woman was super nice and helpful and the prices looked GREAT, but when I got home and took the product it didn’t work at all....I’m not an everyday marijuana taker and I only take the oil or capsules so my tolerance isn’t that high. She assured me these would have the same effect as the capsules I was taking from another dispensary...I even doubled and then tripled the dose and still no effect...Surterra has no policy in place to replace or exchange their product. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR PRICES!! Don’t waste your time and pay the little extra for products you KNOW work.
