Horrible customer service! They didn't have everything for my pickup order and didn't say anything while cashing me out. I noticed things were missing and when I asked what they had I could get in place of what was missing my cashier instantly had a meltdown! She started treating me like I was bothering her and when I picked a replacement she went to get it and they were out of it also. So the meltdown became worse to the point she walked out and said I'm taking a break so the next cashier stepped over and said you don't know what kind of day we've had. I'm not sure what that has to do with me but it's no excuse to treat customers the way I was treated today !

Surterra is good distance away. They had deals, so I risked it for the biscuit. Brett was the employee who handled my visit. He is a person I would want to have handle any visit, to any dispensary. Not too many people remember/understand, people visit a dispensary under doctors recommendation. It essentially means, customers are visiting for medical reasons, no matter what opinions or criticism one may have. When visitors arrive, I believe employees should treat the situation with a monotone and calm manner. No one knows what medical diagnoses are walking through the door. Smiles and positive energy are good qualities to an employee, but in some professions, the qualities need to be controlled in reflection of the situation. There were 2 ladies who were causing an easy feeling in the business. They were consecutive in line, and it seemed they were about to lose it on each other, or others. They both get to the counter within a minute of each other, and neither can get what they want. They both have reached limits. I was waiting on one of them to be the next news maker. Brett made me feel like I was trippin, lol. He was relaxed, focused and professional the whole time. He didn’t miss, or skip, a beat. I started to wonder if he was a robot, like, “Bro, are you watching what I’m watching? Do you not see this?” It takes someone very strong and disciplined to have the self control and professionalism Brett displayed. The products I received were perfect, on point, and great priced(partly because of their deal they had going on). But the customer/employee experience will bring back my business, over price and location, any day.

It saddens me to leave this review but after the rude fast lane service I received yesterday left me feeling frustrated. When given my expired ID to the tender I received an attitude and smart remark about other dispensaries practices. Of course I have a valid ID Then I had to ask for my senior discount and my point discount. While I understand it is hard to find help now days this is absolutely unacceptable. I have spoke to a couple other patients and this is this tenders continuous behavior.

Just had to change my review, because I had a terrible experience here that almost left me in tears. Gretchen's manners were extremely off & negative with me. She screamed at me for simply mistakenly trying to insert my debit card instead of swiping it. Like there are all kind of options swipe & chip everywhere. I'm so sorry for being human, and making a mistake. The last place I expect this type of treatment is in a Medicinal Cannabis dispensary of all places. A place where patients should feel safe from certain triggering mannerisms. My PTSD was definitely triggered by the way she talked to me, and I was shaking. The products are good though, and luckily I've had nothing but positive experiences here prior to this one. She did end up apologizing to me after I mentioned to her kindly, that not everyone is going to respond positively to someone screaming at them like that....

Recently received my MMcard and had tons of questions about certain products and the effects of it while other local dispensers seem to be uneducated on their own products, Surterra employees were quick to not only answer my questions but actually educate me on the difference so I could make better choices on which products would work for my situation. I was relieved to have finally had more understanding on my personal products. The atmosphere was very laid back but very professional and that's a HUGE DIFFERENCE from the other dispensaries in town. Oh and 60% off for 1st time customers and yes it applies for any and all products! I've now made Surterra in Panama city my favorite MM dispensary ❤️ Thank u guys for the southern hospitality!

Prices are very good they have lots of sales through out the week, the quality in my opinion is always very good. The staff at this store are very friendly and professional, they always make me feel welcome and comfortable while I’m there. Also I really like that they always tend to have a lot of choices and options with their products. In my opinion this is is the best dispensary in the area.

THE worst!! Ok products. But, not wide variety they messed up my initial newbie discount then just gave me store credit. Next time was a hassle to use credits. The staff are nice enough, but I do t get the down-to-earth friendly vibe at all. I forget name, but the guy in there gave me creepy vibes. Now for last few months I can’t log in. It’s an endless loop and as of today I am locked out. It never sends me a link to new PW. Today, a miracle happens and I was able to reset. Shopped. Had stuff in cart. Then asked me to log in AGAIN during checkout and it rejected me again! I JUST updated my PW! The whole system is messed up and I am officially DONE! Keep those credits. Surterra on 23rd Street had sent me a coupon for a free product for a first time purchase, upon requesting what my options were the older woman behind the counter not only got rude with me but told me the offer ended at 7pm when it was 7:30pm because of Panama Citie's traffic after work. I've never heard of an offer ending midday, not only that but the woman's attitude was off putting enough to make me stick with BETTER service and deals at other local dispensaries.

Came in after experiencing the other local dispensaries with high hopes. No one at the front counter, instead there's a sign to head to the back counter. No issue with that. I was met by Joelle back there who helped me out. She didn't seem too happy but she explained everything I needed to know about the products and the programs that are offered. Would rate 5 star for more friendly customer service but all in all, not a bad experience.
I shop here pretty regularly along with a couple of the other dispensaries here in Northwest Florida. Surterra's premium flower is some of the best flower in the whole program. They always run great sales and most of their products are great!

I asked to see some samples and prices, but they simply directed me around the corner, across the room, and told me to "go look". I was also unable to remember exactly the amount I could spend, and was checking my account, and looking through phone for a picture of my last cartridge, so I could obtain the correct one.Upon me doing this, the employee stated to me that he was NOT going to serve me, because I was on my phone inside the store. I explained that I was new to this, had just gotten my license a little bit ago, and needed all the help I could get in choosing the product. I need to take CBD oil everyday to control my seizures, so it's really important that I have access to it. I decided to try Surterra for the first time and I ordered online and never got any type of confirmation- not even an email. As I was placing the order, it said they deliver in a day. After I didn't get any contact from them after a couple days, I called in and they said it would take another week and they'd call me later to schedule the delivery. I was doubtful so I ordered from Liberty as well. Liberty brought my order in 2 days, but I NEVER heard back from Surterra about my order. I saw some good discounts so I tried Surterra again. And again, NO confirmation or any kind of contact from them. This place is awful! I need to take CBD oil as legitimate medication and Surterra left me sitting around twiddling my thumbs and waiting for a delivery that would never come. I'll never shop from them again and I will be spreading the word about how awful they are.

This is in no way on the employees. Surterra has steadily declined since they opened in PC. Products are overpriced. It also takes too long to get in and out of the store. Like many other dispensaries they need to make the process faster.Last two pick up orders have not been ready even after I received notification that they were ready to be picked up. They no longer have a reward program for returning customers like many other dispensaries have so i really see no reason to go to their store any longer.

Only downside is you cannot choose a pick up day,only place orders to be picked up that day, but it is just something to remember when ordering.When I walked in the front door, I was very impressed with their open floor plan, products displayed elegantly, and it looked clean and fresh. I can say 100% that Surterra in Panama City, FL, saved my life. I am in recovery from opioid dependence due to having a severe illness. I had almost given up until I was introduced to medical cannabis and Surterra. A few weeks ago, Joelle recommended I try the Relief gels. She introduced it to me as a safe, healthy alternative to opioids after surgery. I do NOT want pills ever again in my life. She saw me today and said I walk better than I did before I tried them. That's the absolute truth, because I have two discs in my spine sitting on top of each other. The gels have made the spinal pain go away and help me feel better overall. I am so thankful for Joelle and the entire team at Surterra Wellness in Panama City, FL. If management sees this, please give these employees a raise. They're amazing! Thank you for saving my life!

RUDE STAFF. I went to PC location Aug 20, was told I could do curbside pick up bc of the mask policy. So I did that 3 times Aug 20, Aug 31 and Sept 1st. Did a curbside pickup yesterday without a problem waited about 15 mins which is understandable. Did a curbside pick up today waited 30 mins and was treated very rude by staff. The lady that came to the door needs to learn how to talk to customers. She was very inappropriate. You can check your cameras. The young man that came out was not pleasant either. Surterra - you're only getting 3 stars from me because, though you have improved, y'all were pretty much terrible for quite some time. The stars you get is entirely for the fact that you've diversified your menu and now offer products not offered by other dispensaries. I've dealt with some of your store staff whom are commanding & negative or condescending & passive aggressive. My first experience with your flower product was so horrible it took me more than 6 months to even think about trying y'all again! (Florida's Finest? I think not! That Tillamook is the only way to go with Flower from Florida's Finest.) If I wasn't a caregiver who can only find the certain products we need at your place; I wouldn't even shop with y'all. You really have a long way to go - from product quality to customer service to the website to the call center; there are improvements you need to make. Good luck! Oh, and if you're a patient who is reading reviews trying to decide where to shop? Surterra is no longer completely terrible. But there's better places & product quality out there. When stopping by Surterra PC, I had my pet rooster Marsala with me. There were dogs inside, one in particular was an overexcited 1 yr old Labrador, so I didn't want to chance taking him inside, as most dogs don't know how to react to this mini rooster. I explained I had Marsala in the car, & would need to wait there...after all, it was 110° with the heat index. They graciously accommodated my needs. Employees even took turns sitting with Marsala, my rooster, while I completed my order. I bring Marsala with me regularly now, & he recognizes the building. I'm not sure who enjoys our visits to Surterra PC most, me, fellow patients, employees, or Marsala.Surterra PC employees showed caring compassion for Marsala, who is more than dear to me.     Surterra is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

    Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Panama City does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.

    Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra

    During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

    Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

    Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.

    Horrible customer service! They didn't have everything for my pickup order and didn't say anything while cashing me out. I noticed things were missing and when I asked what they had I could get in place of what was missing my cashier instantly had a meltdown! She started treating me like I was bothering her and when I picked a replacement she went to get it and they were out of it also. So the meltdown became worse to the point she walked out and said I'm taking a break so the next cashier stepped over and said you don't know what kind of day we've had. I'm not sure what that has to do with me but it's no excuse to treat customers the way I was treated today !

He is a person I would want to have handle any visit, to any dispensary. Not too many people remember/understand, people visit a dispensary under doctors recommendation. It essentially means, customers are visiting for medical reasons, no matter what opinions or criticism one may have. When visitors arrive, I believe employees should treat the situation with a monotone and calm manner. No one knows what medical diagnoses are walking through the door. Smiles and positive energy are good qualities to an employee, but in some professions, the qualities need to be controlled in reflection of the situation. There were 2 ladies who were causing an easy feeling in the business. They were consecutive in line, and it seemed they were about to lose it on each other, or others. They both get to the counter within a minute of each other, and neither can get what they want. They both have reached limits. I was waiting on one of them to be the next news maker. Brett made me feel like I was trippin, lol. He was relaxed, focused and professional the whole time. He didn’t miss, or skip, a beat. I started to wonder if he was a robot, like, “Bro, are you watching what I’m watching? Do you not see this?” It takes someone very strong and disciplined to have the self control and professionalism Brett displayed. The products I received were perfect, on point, and great priced(partly because of their deal they had going on). But the customer/employee experience will bring back my business, over price and location, any day.

When given my expired ID to the tender I received an attitude and smart remark about other dispensaries practices. Of course I have a valid ID Then I had to ask for my senior discount and my point discount. While I understand it is hard to find help now days this is absolutely unacceptable.     Just had to change my review, because I had a terrible experience here that almost left me in tears. Gretchen's manners were extremely off & negative with me. She screamed at me for simply mistakenly trying to insert my debit card instead of swiping it. Like there are all kind of options swipe & chip everywhere. I'm so sorry for being human, and making a mistake. The last place I expect this type of treatment is in a Medicinal Cannabis dispensary of all places. A place where patients should feel safe from certain triggering mannerisms. My PTSD was definitely triggered by the way she talked to me, and I was shaking. The products are good though, and luckily I've had nothing but positive experiences here prior to this one. She did end up apologizing to me after I mentioned to her kindly, that not everyone is going to respond positively to someone screaming at them like that....

    I had explained upon entering the dispensary, that I was unaware of all the ins and outs of the system. I asked to see some samples and prices, but they simply directed me around the corner, across the room, and told me to "go look". I was also unable to remember exactly the amount I could spend, and was checking my account, and looking through phone for a picture of my last cartridge, so I could obtain the correct one.Upon me doing this, the employee stated to me that he was NOT going to serve me, because I was on my phone inside the store. I explained that I was new to this, had just gotten my license a little bit ago, and needed all the help I could get in choosing the product. He said it didn't matter what I was doing, he didn't care, and he was NOT going to be serving me.This type of behavior, (and I use the word behavior because in no way is this any form of service), is not helping people who don't understand the process, strains, types, etc.I feel this is an area that this dispensary needs to put much effort into correcting, and explain to employees that NOT EVERYONE that walks through the door is knowledgeable, and may need help.Employees should be aware of this, and be accommodating to the patrons that enter.HAD to give this place at least one star, or the remarks section wouldn't open.     I need to take CBD oil everyday to control my seizures, so it's really important that I have access to it. I decided to try Surterra for the first time and I ordered online and never got any type of confirmation- not even an email. As I was placing the order, it said they deliver in a day. After I didn't get any contact from them after a couple days, I called in and they said it would take another week and they'd call me later to schedule the delivery. I was doubtful so I ordered from Liberty as well. Liberty brought my order in 2 days, but I NEVER heard back from Surterra about my order. I saw some good discounts so I tried Surterra again. And again, NO confirmation or any kind of contact from them. This place is awful! I need to take CBD oil as legitimate medication and Surterra left me sitting around twiddling my thumbs and waiting for a delivery that would never come. I'll never shop from them again and I will be spreading the word about how awful they are.

    This is in no way on the employees. Surterra has steadily declined since they opened in PC. Products are overpriced. It also takes too long to get in and out of the store. Like many other dispensaries they need to make the process faster.Last two pick up orders have not been ready even after I received notification that they were ready to be picked up. They no longer have a reward program for returning customers like many other dispensaries have so i really see no reason to go to their store any longer.

    First time shopper, just received my OMMU Approval & the first time shopping experience was amazing! Customer Service was on point, they made you feel at home and they were beyond patient with me. They were laughing and joking around with my 3 year old daughter and her laughing and hooked her up with 2 lollipops! Definitely will only be shopping her for medicine. Highly recommended

    I placed an order online, it was really easy, they have a great selection, got my text confirmation and was on my way! Only downside is you cannot choose a pick up day,only place orders to be picked up that day, but it is just something to remember when ordering.When I walked in the front door, I was very impressed with their open floor plan, products displayed elegantly, and it looked clean and fresh. I was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist, brought straight back to a budtender, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.I was in and out in less than ten minutes, though they would have gladly spent more time with me, I was just ready to get home!So far, I have tried their galactic glue in the flower, and I am well impressed. Will definitely be returning! And soon!!

    I can say 100% that Surterra in Panama City, FL, saved my life. I am in recovery from opioid dependence due to having a severe illness. I had almost given up until I was introduced to medical cannabis and Surterra. A few weeks ago, Joelle recommended I try the Relief gels. She introduced it to me as a safe, healthy alternative to opioids after surgery. I do NOT want pills ever again in my life. She saw me today and said I walk better than I did before I tried them. That's the absolute truth, because I have two discs in my spine sitting on top of each other. The gels have made the spinal pain go away and help me feel better overall. I am so thankful for Joelle and the entire team at Surterra Wellness in Panama City, FL. If management sees this, please give these employees a raise. They're amazing! Thank you for saving my life!

    RUDE STAFF. I went to PC location Aug 20, was told I could do curbside pick up bc of the mask policy. So I did that 3 times Aug 20, Aug 31 and Sept 1st. Did a curbside pickup yesterday without a problem waited about 15 mins which is understandable. Did a curbside pick up today waited 30 mins and was treated very rude by staff. The lady that came to the door needs to learn how to talk to customers. She was very inappropriate. You can check your cameras. The young man that came out was not pleasant either. He also stated that curbside pick up was stopped about a month. I just wanted to bring this to your attention bc I will not be going back. There to many inconsistencies and rude staff to deal with.

    Surterra wellness your product is good. However the reason for the low stars is you Never have any flowers available for sell unless you want cbd flower. Been 2 mounths trying to get some flowers from yall and your panama city store is always sold out. I spent all this money getting a card and steel cant get what i want. Yall need to order more and have product available for your customers. It should not take this long to get some flower thats not just cbd. Cant believe I spent all this money on a card to steel not get flowers. Order for more then 2 day supply for the week.

    Surterra - you're only getting 3 stars from me because, though you have improved, y'all were pretty much terrible for quite some time. The stars you get is entirely for the fact that you've diversified your menu and now offer products not offered by other dispensaries. I've dealt with some of your store staff whom are commanding & negative or condescending & passive aggressive. My first experience with your flower product was so horrible it took me more than 6 months to even think about trying y'all again! (Florida's Finest? I think not! That Tillamook is the only way to go with Flower from Florida's Finest.) If I wasn't a caregiver who can only find the certain products we need at your place; I wouldn't even shop with y'all. You really have a long way to go - from product quality to customer service to the website to the call center; there are improvements you need to make. Good luck! Oh, and if you're a patient who is reading reviews trying to decide where to shop? Surterra is no longer completely terrible. But there's better places & product quality out there. Surterra theragels are however a top notch line of products - so thanks for that!

When I when I say disappointed I mean with a capital D! I will be sure to stick with my normal dispensary. When they know you they know what you like so they help you pay attention to certain things. I guess it’s all in customer service. Going over the purchase with a consultant. Maybe they should try that.

Top of the line products,home delivery and a friendly staff that is there to help you!!!! Although till now, I've been getting my delivered products from Tallahassee? I tried to call in an order from the new PCB store and had to leave a message for a return call back that never came? I will give them another chance and I will re-post,after I find more information.Part 2 --- OK!!! I called the PCB store once again and could only get a answering machine!! So as far as I know, you have to visit the PCB store to get someone to talk to? But I can call the Tallahassee store and talk to someone immediately and delivered the next day..And again I will continue to try to find out what is going on with the PCB store. If anyone else is having the same problem, please ad to info. ThanksOk!!!!!!Now Surterra Wellness is not delivering anymore... Nothing. This leaves many of you in a bind!!!Restructuring is what they call it? Anyways, you'll have to find a ride or another way to get your medical marijuana needs.     When stopping by Surterra PC, I had my pet rooster Marsala with me. There were dogs inside, one in particular was an overexcited 1 yr old Labrador, so I didn't want to chance taking him inside, as most dogs don't know how to react to this mini rooster. I explained I had Marsala in the car, & would need to wait there...after all, it was 110° with the heat index. They graciously accommodated my needs. Employees even took turns sitting with Marsala, my rooster, while I completed my order. I bring Marsala with me regularly now, & he recognizes the building. I'm not sure who enjoys our visits to Surterra PC most, me, fellow patients, employees, or Marsala.Surterra PC employees showed caring compassion for Marsala, who is more than dear to me. That is priceless.
