Lines are never too long, stock is usually good. I usually order online and pick up in store with ease. They usually always have good sales on all of their products. This place has, but when it comes to recommendations the females that work there are great also the males, but Sylvia out of all is very knowledgeable professional and in my opinion deserves a raise if anybody’s passing through Flagler County this is the dispensary you want to go to first time visit you get 60% off, but they also stack discounts so nobody can beat their prices trust and believe . I love this place. The staff is very committed to knowing what you need and not over selling their product. They are actually very LBGTQ friendly my husband I have never had any issues going in there. I’ve tried other dispensaries, but surterra staff actually take their time to explain their product. Thank you so much. Also, if you want to make sure you get all the munchies you need they have a Dunkin’ Donuts in a Jimmy John’s and a 7-Eleven all right there. They pick the best location.

I've used them many times over a 6 month period and they have a potent oil. My doctor recommended them for that reason and I was impressed with their policy for backing their products. If a vape battery dies they will replace it for free and I also had distillate that the new mechanism didn't work and they replaced it for free . Good staff and products and if I can wait it out for the sales they have everyday I can afford it.

If I could give it ten stars I would. This dispensary has easy parking and one of the better staffs around. John the manager knows practically everyone by name who enters that door. He is always friendly , accommodating and professional. The best thing about John is that he knows all the product that surterra sells and can answer any questions on any cannabis that you may have. The place is cozy and comfortable and the staff like Elizabeth and Phil get you in and out in a jiffy. In my opinion, it's the best dispensary overall in the area.

He is just completely ignoring me as I needed to check in and was on his phone acting as if I wasn’t there. I explain to him that i need to check in and he just tells me to hang on a second and stays on his phone! just feels very rude to treat your customers like that I just cannot believe the attitude that the man has I hope someone higher up can read this and bring to his attention he does not deserve to be working at that store and treating people like that.

I've had a an issue here or there with new products I've tried and they do everything they can to rectify the issue.Today, the flower I normally smoke was out of stock so I decided to try Growhealthy and when I arrived the receptionist told me it was a 45 minute wait for my PICK UP order! Are you nuts?! What's the point of a reservation then?! When I 1st got there I was approached by a woman and told That if I was there for flower they didn't have any. When she finally help me she was extremely rude when I ask questions and basically waved at their display products and said that's what they had. All told in the end I spent a total of $1200 only to be cashed out and watch them sell the next customer flower right in front of me. I then asked her why she told me they didn't have flower and also why she was so rude and I said I would call back to tell a manager when another woman in the background said she was the manager. This made me so mad that she stood there and let the other woman treat me how she did. Their distillate and shatter were pretty good but because of my experience i don't wanna go back. one of the disposable pens I bought but doesn't work from the get go but as I said from my experience I'm afraid to go back to the port orange store.

There is a big difference between giving “great” service and “authentic” service. With the later, you can tell the employees are happy and genuinely love their job. Today was my first time in this store since over a year ago. I did a quick trip in and out last time. This time though, I was greeted by MICHAEL. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Surterra is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Port Orange does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Surterra in Port Orange online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I've used them many times over a 6 month period and they have a potent oil. My doctor recommended them for that reason and I was impressed with their policy for backing their products. If a vape battery dies they will replace it for free and I also had distillate that the new mechanism didn't work and they replaced it for free . If I could give it ten stars I would. This dispensary has easy parking and one of the better staffs around. John the manager knows practically everyone by name who enters that door. He is always friendly , accommodating and professional. The best thing about John is that he knows all the product that surterra sells and can answer any questions on any cannabis that you may have. The place is cozy and comfortable and the staff like Elizabeth and Phil get you in and out in a jiffy. In my opinion, it's the best dispensary overall in the area.

He is just completely ignoring me as I needed to check in and was on his phone acting as if I wasn’t there. When I 1st got there I was approached by a woman and told That if I was there for flower they didn't have any. When she finally help me she was extremely rude when I ask questions and basically waved at their display products and said that's what they had. All told in the end I spent a total of $1200 only to be cashed out and watch them sell the next customer flower right in front of me. I then asked her why she told me they didn't have flower and also why she was so rude and I said I would call back to tell a manager when another woman in the background said she was the manager. This made me so mad that she stood there and let the other woman treat me how she did. Their distillate and shatter were pretty good but because of my experience i don't wanna go back. one of the disposable pens I bought but doesn't work from the get go but as I said from my experience I'm afraid to go back to the port orange store.

I guess they changed locations from where they had planned to locate, but this new location seems much better in some ways. As the old real estate saying goes, "Location - Location - Location!" and this location is perfectly located - directly next to a donut shop, a sub shop, and a 7-11. 🙂

Nice display of all the products, and easy to complete transactions.The only thing I have to tease them about a little is their location.
