I started looking for a new dispensary after finally giving up on Trulieve. I wish I had come here a year ago. Everything about the SurTerra experience was positive. The site was easy to navigate, the selection was good, and prices were great. I bought the cheapest products, and the quality is miles ahead of what I was getting at the other dispensary.The delivery process was flawless, even after I accidentally entered some of my info wrong and they had to call me a couple times. I still had my product at my door in a few hours at no additional charge, and the woman who delivered was extremely kind and professional.In sum, this is without question my new dispensary. It's the best experience I have ever had with a Florida dispensary, and I look forward to coming in person next time.

The Young White Male with Long Brown Hair just caused this place to lose business, extremely and unesscessry rudness. I went across the street and will continue to do so, while encouragung others to do the same. The rest of the employees here acted with extreme professionalism but that one dude is ... not worth it..
They sell defective products daily and won't accept returns or credit. I've bought too many vapes that don't work. The ones that do feel like I just inhaled a Red Hot poker. They've really gone downhill since the pandemic

I frequent most of the dispensaries from Ft. Pierce to Stuart for my medicinal needs. It is never about the price, as I feel you get what you pay for. Customer service on the other hand is a big deal to me. I shop with my husband who also has his medical card. We both understand and respect the rules the dispensaries have to follow. On that notion, this dispensary has the WORST customer service I have experienced. Me not wanting to judge on a first time basis have been there three times now. Today being the last. I expect knowledgeable and friendly staff to help with my purchases, not to be treated as if I am am inconvenience to their day, I will spend my money elsewhere. Oh well, lesson learned.

I wish I caught the names of the two girls working! They were both very welcoming and kind. This was my first time going there, and I had my two small children with me. They were very patient and even gave my children a little goodie bag with a granola bar and some other snacks for them. The store is very clean and the people working there were well educated and informative.
Joke of a place you wait in line for over 30 min and they let other customers walk in in front…. No organization and no one greets you and no one cares

Was there for my 2nd visit. Heft discount for 1st and 2nd visits.Nice budtenders, very good flower, great value, decent shatter and crumble. Lovin the keif with actual flavors. Tried Animal Larry, Triangle kush, banana soda, and 2 other eigths but cant remember names. Red hot strawberry keif, and bought 2 bags of gummies too. Their gummies come in 20 count 5 milligram so I eat 4 at a time but most people may only need 1. They have greatly improved since my first visit 6 months ago. Will definately return. Rebecca helped me and another lady but didnt catch her name.

Check your orders throughly!! They charged me for 6 Rosins but they only gave me 4. I called their number and the person accused me of lying/stealing stating they were going to check the cctv cameras first. So I went to the store and they did have my items packaged, but not with my other 8 items….. Super Shady AF considering I placed one order and prepaid.
Love this place by far they are the best place I’ve been through everyone else either steals my amounts or opens my stuff and takes it that way this place is legit to the t and the people in st Lucie are what’s up they know everything and tell you the truth and try to help get you the best price available for you so yes it’s an a plus place they should get a. I will NEVER go back back to that store again ! I returned a defective cart that leaked (3rd cart this year). The girl that waited on me is new, she didn't know what was going on or what to do. Another woman took over and I was stunned. I never saw this woman before. This woman was rude, abrasive and was more concern about the counter getting cleaned...Then she just walks away. I asked the new girl what's going on, she has no idea and has to find the other one...Do yourself a favor,go 2 miles north or 2 miles south and you will save a lot of money and aggravation...
This place use to have weed so good you could smell it through the container and the paper bag for $30 a 1/8th in 2020. Now they tier the weed and sell it for $50 and $45 a 1/8th regular price. The new sun grown stuff smells nice. I wish the buds were bigger. The Rosin here is nice. Very good people
5 stars. flower quality / consistent weight / customer service greatly improved from 13 months ago, and immensely improved from 21 months ago. if you have not tried Surterra recently, i highly recommend you give them a try ( or another try ) no complaints at all. Note: not sure still how online / not sell your order they are, so if you place an online order, i still recommend you get to the branch a.s.a.p. and get it- just in case ! also not sure if they ever got a fridge for concentrates, so this review is strictly for flower and in store customer service. p.s. actually the in store service was fine 13 months ago- before that, well........

I had relatively good experiences with suterra for a while (mostly friendly staff, good selection and lots of deals) however today I was deeply disappointed by them and they've lost me as a consumer.I placed on online order with them, as I usually do. When I went to pick up said order approximately an hour or so later, they had sold the bud I had put in my online order.When I told the cashier that kind of sucked because everything else they had left was considerably lower quality, he told sorry but it was first come first serve.. which is what I was under the impression the purpose of online orders were. Oh well, Suterra has lost my business, and I will be telling all the people I've referred here of this situation. There goes about 200-500$ a week towards your business!

I was there the other day Heather was working she kind , courteous , and helpful in assisting me in getting the products I need one of those products had trouble scanning on the register but they was fast and swift to fix to problem I was able to purchase everything I wanted with my first time patient discount .I highly recommend this place wish they was closer to me.
I placed an online order at 11:15 and got a confirmation of order email immediately. I went to pick up my order at 5:45. I pulled up to the drive thru and they got to me quick enough and he left the window. About 2 minutes later he came back on the intercom, not at the window the curtain stayed closed, to tell me that they had run out of the one item that I had ordered. This is the second time in a row that my order had not been filled when placed. And to top it all off the attendant wouldn't even open the curtain to take my payment or to hand me my order, couldn't even look at me. Worst customer service I have received, not professional at all. Needless to say I will not be returning as a patient, remember that this is supposed to be a medical establishment.
Surterra seems to suffer from an anonymity problem. They're always dead and I've never heard of anyone talking about them. That said, they've got decent product at a fair price. There's better about if you look hard enough but they definitely seem underrated
Somewhat decent quality for the price if u catch a good deal but the customer service is uninviting and awkward. The black dude upfront acts like he's too cool to greet you and makes you stand there awkwardly until he's ready to let you pass like a bouncer to get into a club. Otherwise not too bad..
If you are unable to mask, for medical reasons, please be aware that this dispensary WILL target and embarrass you. Comply or be called out loudly, in a busy business.I witnessed this with a girl who obviously had sores on her face (perhaps from trying to mask against her best interests?)I'm embarrassed for Surterra.

Worst quality flower I've seen in the past 10+ year. Fluffy and leafy. Perhaps it was the strains I tried and maybe there's better stuff. However, I won't be taking that chance based upon my visit.

This was my initial experience with Surterra and it was amazing!! I requested a consult upon arrival at this store and was greeted by Jessica at the front desk who set that all up and offered me bottled water & a menu while I waited in their front lobby area which is spotless, ascetically pleasing, inviting and comfortable. My consult took place with Lori, who was like an angel from Heaven! Lori was so patient, kind and understanding. We spoke for over an hour and she assisted me with selecting the most beneficial products for my health & well being. I HIGHLY recommend Surterra on US1 in Port St Lucie Florida as they are on point, carry a fantastic products of superb quality and the staff is the best around..... hands down!! The menu is expansive! Definitely top 3 dispensaries in the area. the Preroll packs are so convenient! The employees are very knowledgeable. Kate was very helpful and knows her stuff! The interior is so clean and comforting and always welcoming.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in any business. Whenever you go it always take approximately 25 minutes to get what you got. It also takes 17 minutes to reach anyone there over the phone. Absolute worst dispensary. Better dispensaries: anything else. Best dispensaries: Müv, Trulieve, and Curaleaf.

Best customer service in the area hands down. These one star reviews had to have caught them on a bad day or these people were just having a bad day and projecting it on the staff. I've seen them open the door for older folks. Walk out in the rain to help someone in that didn't have an umbrella. They have even help technologically challenged people set up can pay and even go over their mmur profiles. Anyone working during covid-19 deserves a pat on the back. And again if you're giving one star based off of poor customer service during covid-19, self check... I tilt my hat to the staff there.

I went there and I was sold infused wax paper for $60. I was not able to get the wax off and had to throw the entire gram away. I wasted $60. I don't understand how they are able to sell this to their medical patients.

The thing that bothers me the most is they don’t have a point system or discounts for disabled people or snap. There concentrates are expensive the same price as other dispensaries so without a discount or point system it’s not worth it to buy concentrates from them

Travis was the first in three dispensaries that actually explained the products, and answered all my questions. Very clean and organized, also my wait time was not that bad. Will highly recommend to others I know to check it out.
No one helps you. I was a new patient. I will never go back. I informed my Doctor of what took place. She assured me she would have all her patients go elsewhere.
I wish they would have updated their Google page with the correct info. They are not offering curbside pickup, so if you are expecting that service, don't order. Also, the customer service rep said they have a must wear mask policy for picking up inside. There again, not so. While on the phone to customer service, I saw multiple people enter and exit with no mask. So, if you are worried about that aspect, they are not enforcing the mask policy. Can't comment on the product, I didn't go in.Edit: They also told me on the phone, when I called to ask a question regarding the order, that they did curbside pickup as long as you paid cash or had a CC with a chip.
Normally it’s pretty nice in here but today I had the displeasure of dealing with the older white lady who tried to tell me that I couldn’t explain the differences in thc bud to my mother who chose to make this her first dispensary to go to because she just got her medical card. Super unprofessional the sales lady just tried to pile on a bunch of cbd products and not listen to my mothers input at all. Probably won’t be back after this there’s too many other dispensary’s near by that have better flower and MUCH better customer service.

would not recommend coming here, multiple times medicine has been missing from containers and things come up short. The employees stating "its just like that". The customer support is non existent, i was on hold for 5 hours before I gave up. Tried contacting Surterra and their parent company on social media and only got stock responses and no calls. Had to escalate to the necessary authorities, save your self the money and headache and go somewhere else

What a surprise when I got to the store!Social distancing was not a problem at all, there was not much wait time on my order and the store was absolutely immaculate. For someone who is not, let’s say, a Noob to MJ, I’d say I’m really impressed with this dispensary. The staff are super friendly, attentive and they seem to be very knowledgeable of their products. I’ve tried one other local popular dispensary, but there’s no comparison. Surterra thus far, met all my expectations and then some. I love the options and variety of their medicinal products. I browsed their site before visiting so I had an idea of what I wanted already. I recommend Surterra to everyone, they pretty much have it all.
I would have given 5 stars. The place is very welcoming and the people are prompt and have great customer service. But the call center said that location was currently out of stock of a product. Upon ordering they did have that product in stock.

The store was so well organized in the staff was so friendly. Information was everywhere about the different products in the way it was set up it wasn't crowded and easy to understand. I chose this Marijuana Center because it was closest to my home and my Doctor's office gave me a pamphlet with a coupon as well! It was very convenient to find too with thier location being right on US 1 in Port St. Lucie. As I walked in I was overly impressed with the absolute cleanliness of this Wellness Marijuana Center. I was greeted by Travis at the front desk and he couldn't of been more friendly after checking my new card along with my DL he told me to help myself to a cold bottle of water and have a seat and someone would be right with me. I barely got my water open when I was approached by another very friendly employee who took her time with me because I didn't know there were so many choices and they all have different properties from "Zen" for pain or "Relax" to help sleep problems to SO much more! There is an Oil dropper that goes under your tongue, to Vape pens with different strengths, to Capsules, on and on! I was very pleased that she took her time to explain everything and all my questions because I honestly didn't know what I wanted and what fit for just me. The prices are reasonable, and along with the Coupon it made it even cheaper! They also promote event's often, yesterday 4/18/19 Thurs., they had FREE Massages, unfortunately, they had left before I arrived later in the day, but today their having a big event to promote a new line called, "Coral Reffer" there will be food, drinks, music with a Fun and Friendly atmosphere, it starts at 4pm! I'm really excited to see what this can do for me!Oh, I almost forgot, they Deliver for FREE, Statewide!!
"Share details" FAMILY...they treat you like family. I never walk out disappointed. I have cervical dystonia (highly spasmodic). I was going into a convulsion during an attack, my husband managed to drip some CALM drips, within minutes I felt better, embarrassed but better...they even deliver for free anywhere in Florida.
