Everyone is always so pleasant when I come in, but today was a bit busy and had to wait about 5min. But, there was a reason for that… I was able to hear one of the ladies explain The Fix balm to another customer. If anyone deserves Kudos, a raise, or Bonus it is Shanayll!! She knows the products inside and out and explains them so even a simple mind can understand. She sold me on The Fix and she wasn’t even my salesperson. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant, customer friendly, I could go on but then my review would be 2 pages long lol!! Shanayll deserves recognition on what an amazing job she does.

Maybe the powers that be will see this and make a change to that company policy so they don't lose good hardworking employees. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Surterra is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Sebring does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Surterra in Sebring online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products.
