I’ve had the chance to consistently visit and shop at two different Surterra locations, and both have consistently exceeded my expectations. I give them five stars here, but I do think there is some room for improvement. But it’s still the top-ranked dispensary in both towns. It competes closely with another dispensary, but Surterra edges them out with consistent flower and concentrate prices, the best cart design, and capsule options that more people should know about. This is the ideal dispensary— not just for its excellent customer service and store feel, but for the products alone. Surterra stands out with realistic prices and great options.Edit: I also just want to shout out Curtis personally. I've really enjoyed all of the employees of Surterra. While they are not alone in being excellent examples of customer service in the industry, they do consistently stand out, Curtis, among them, make Surterra my go to, and my constant primary reference

I liked Surterra at first they were my go to. But then they had problems keeping the products in stock that I use and prefer. Also there is the points system. You buy you earn points towards Discounts. But the points you earn expire if you don't use them within a certain time frame. If I earned the points through my purchases, they shouldn't expire. Especially since you can keep everything in stock at all times. I waid almost 4 months last year for Surterra to get the 1:1 gel caps back in stock and my points expired... I took my business else where.

So I recently found one of my favorite strains at Surterra. I've probably been there twice. I purchased bubba kush 8th and bubba kush 7 gram shake. I've been smoking bubba kush for several years. What they sold me was not bubba kush. Did not have the same effects as the bubba Kush strain. I am so disappointed. I will never shop there again. Bubba kush is a real identifiable strain. I pick up some flower and when I got home it was like they didn't care to trim the bud, I thought it was just the first Nugget I got that had a few leaves on it. For over a year I've been a loyal customer and have almost exclusively used your dispensary for my medication, but that stops today. Today I went into your Tallahassee store with a defective Zen Pure Reserve Oil and was basically told it was my fault, I must not be doing it right, and there's nothing they could do. So apparently for over a year I knew how to do it, but this week I don't? It was the last straw. I also had yet another vape pen where the battery died with still quite a bit of medicine left in it. I've lost count how many times that's happened now, but I decided to let that go and deal with the most recent problem, the Zen dispenser. It's clear to me it's defective as the medication won't dispense properly, but only leaks out slowly, unlike any other one I've purchased from you. I have a limited budget and frankly, I can't continue to lose money with your defective packaging. I love your product, but the packaging is terrible and apparently so is your customer service, so it's time to move on.

Today was my first Surterra experience and I'm highly impressed! The taste of my medicine is very important next to the effects, Surterra has got that down packed. When I went in there today I was a bit skeptical but the manager Liz was extremely helpful and knew how to properly describe each ratio profile in-order for me to make the best decision. I went with "Soothe" and "Tillamook Strawberry" ( I had to try this after hearing about Myakka Gold). When you taste the blast of terpenes from a single draw you know and understand that this is what medical mj is supposed to taste and feel like! This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Surterra in Tallahassee does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Surterra
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in Tallahassee online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I give them five stars here, but I do think there is some room for improvement. But it’s still the top-ranked dispensary in both towns. It competes closely with another dispensary, but Surterra edges them out with consistent flower and concentrate prices, the best cart design, and capsule options that more people should know about. This is the ideal dispensary— not just for its excellent customer service and store feel, but for the products alone. I liked Surterra at first they were my go to. But then they had problems keeping the products in stock that I use and prefer. Also there is the points system. You buy you earn points towards Discounts. But the points you earn expire if you don't use them within a certain time frame. If I earned the points through my purchases, they shouldn't expire. Especially since you can keep everything in stock at all times. I waid almost 4 months last year for Surterra to get the 1:1 gel caps back in stock and my points expired... I took my business else where.

So I recently found one of my favorite strains at Surterra. I've probably been there twice. I purchased bubba kush 8th and bubba kush 7 gram shake. I've been smoking bubba kush for several years. What they sold me was not bubba kush. Did not have the same effects as the bubba Kush strain. I am so disappointed. I will never shop there again. Bubba kush is a real identifiable strain. I pick up some flower and when I got home it was like they didn't care to trim the bud, I thought it was just the first Nugget I got that had a few leaves on it. For over a year I've been a loyal customer and have almost exclusively used your dispensary for my medication, but that stops today. Today I went into your Tallahassee store with a defective Zen Pure Reserve Oil and was basically told it was my fault, I must not be doing it right, and there's nothing they could do. So apparently for over a year I knew how to do it, but this week I don't? It was the last straw. I also had yet another vape pen where the battery died with still quite a bit of medicine left in it. I've lost count how many times that's happened now, but I decided to let that go and deal with the most recent problem, the Zen dispenser. It's clear to me it's defective as the medication won't dispense properly, but only leaks out slowly, unlike any other one I've purchased from you. I have a limited budget and frankly, I can't continue to lose money with your defective packaging. I love your product, but the packaging is terrible and apparently so is your customer service, so it's time to move on.

When I went in there today I was a bit skeptical but the manager Liz was extremely helpful and knew how to properly describe each ratio profile in-order for me to make the best decision. I went with "Soothe" and "Tillamook Strawberry" ( I had to try this after hearing about Myakka Gold). When you taste the blast of terpenes from a single draw you know and understand that this is what medical mj is supposed to taste and feel like! My doctor kept telling me about surterra and how their operation was hands down the best, now im a believer! Thank you so much/ keep up the good work and continue to hire great employees like liz.
