I have to share an experience. I had reported one bad relief pen and it was replaced 2 days later. I’ve seen other reviews where they have claimed to have been screwed.Excellent product and customer service. Wish they had a shop in Bay County.read more

I’m very pleased with the quality of the reserve oil product. I’ve tried every dispensary available to us as of August of 2018, and only two were good enough to warrant my repeat business; Surterra is one of those two businesses. I also appreciate that they deliver since I live several hours away from the nearest Surterra locations. My most recent delivery person, Thomas, was on top of making sure I was informed every step of the way. His overall professionalism is to be commended.At the end of the day, natural medication can vary and work differently from person to person. I can’t guarantee that Surterra’s products will be the best option for your particular issue, but I stand by my claims about the overall quality of their products. I love Surterra Wellness Center! If you are disabled and in a wheel chair they make it super easy to get into their establishment. Handicap parking is close to the back door. All you have to do is ring the door bell and someone comes to you and opens all the door 🙂 where you are greeted by smiling faces and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Can’t say enough good things about this place.Definitely one of the nicer dispensaries in Tallahassee!!read more

Their products are not strong enough with the exception of the Relief Disposal pen. It’s very good but cost to much for a throw away. No dispensary’s product’s beat Truelieve’s! ALL DISPENSARY’S should consider a price AND product WAR! It’s time for change!!! Come on people!read more

We purchase 45 mg of Calm for our son who is nonverbal with autism and a seizure disorder. We switched to Suterra as another provider in town stopped carrying (on a regular basis) this combination of CBD and THC. For the second time (at least) I went to Suterra to purchase two (2) 45 mg of Calm. I was told by the employee there they were out of it but would put me on a call back list when they got it in.It makes it extremely difficult to medicate our son when the provider (Suterra) is not reliable in providing what we need. Yes, I was forced to purchase 20 mg of Calm (2 bottles of oil). The point I am trying to make is that we are trying to care for our son, medicate if you will) and find it hit or miss getting what he needs. Living with a person with autism who is nonverbal makes it critical that a positive dosage level be maintained. He can not tell us how he is feeling or if the medication is working.read more

Only my second visit and I am less than impressed! Staff were sitting around on there phones when I walked in and somewhat dismissive. Wouldn’t let me stack discounts like every other dispensary. Ordered three of the Coral Reffer disposables, tender got upset when I asked to check the air bubbles. Let him know that two were significantly lower than the other. He played the same song and dance about the wick… Yada yada yada. Blew thru the first one in about 24 hrs, don’t see me retuning.read more
