this place has my loyalty on everything !!I have been to many dispensaries but I must say I definitely come out of my way just to come to this one right here . there products are so amazing and the best quality yet .. the staff there are so kind and there extremely nice they explain everything you need to know on the products they have and there extremely patient and passionate for there customers . On that note I did come in yesterday to grab a few items although I was so annoyed that i grabbed the wrong debit-card for my transaction I told the wonderful lady at the cashier if I was able to keep it on hold until I get my card from the car she told me she would keep everything in the bag for me as also some extra change I left behind I wanted to add to my purchase she was extremely kind about it waited for me and also left me a voicemail so I would be aware I then I ended up leaving and I didn’t arrive until the next day after work. I did come back to apologize with the right credit card to purchase my items and the best thing was they had different employees who knew me so well also THEY saved my order and change to the side for me ur guys are the bomb !!I’m so very happy and pleased with them I thank you so much for your team !!!

They will help you find exactly what you need, they are patient, they are fun and they are so so nice. I really really like the value of their products and the pricing is great.The only thing that upsets me is that I can’t. Tip. It’s against Company policy. While the company sits back and collects the money, the hard-working associates don’t even get rewarded for all that they do. But I try and leave them with a smile and gratitude.Btw, they are the only cannabis dispensary that will not allow you to tip their employees. Wrong!!!!!

This is your spot! I love coming here. Each staff member has their own individuality. They’re always happy, pleasant and helpful. I think it’s wrong that you do not allow them to be tipped. You ask for a review in place. What is a customer supposed to do 25 reviews each time they come in. Your people work very hard to help us and they should be compensated with the tip if that’s what we feel in our hearts that we want to give. I’m sure for not one second they do it so they could get a tip. They do it because they have a passion for their job, you really need to reconsider. That really aggravates me as a customer but, you are the best dispensary in the area, with the best products prices and again amazing staff. Thank you.

Unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted so it started off a little rough, but boy did Kristina turn that around she wanted to make sure my first experience was phenomenal. I forgot how much I appreciate this place until I saw they were having a 70% off sale and went back for the first time in a while. Tyler and Dylan (Dillon?) reminded me why I always used to go….they took the time to not just answer my question about a product that wasn’t even theirs, that they went online to find out and help me. They don’t just work there to work there, they care, they help, they understand and are patient. They are the other main reason why I came back a second time in a week to get more during the sale….the products proved themselves again and so did the employees.

Terrible experience at this place. You have to order from a paper menu. Can’t look at anything while you’re ordering. Then they only take swipe with a debit card. No chip can’t manually insert it but they won’t let you use their ATM which is an additional $3.50 on top of the $2.50 to use the credit card machine. The professional practice since she’s only offer swipe would be to take the additional $3.50 off when somebody uses your ATM but I just figured out use our greedy scumbags and really don’t care about your customers you only want money. That was just proven here today!!

First and last time at this location , Love the pain patches and mints but the guy at the front desk had quite the attitude for their being a whopping two patients total in the dispensary, I’ve gone to the north palm location twice previously and my second purchase was a sale item so I didn’t use my 2nd patient discount because it’s not stackable but apparently they don’t save the discounts it like other dispensaries in area but that aside super cold atmosphere and felt violated by having to order up front in front of everyone not very hippa whatsoever.

The store has great products but have been disappointed as they don’t keep adequate stock of the theragels anymore. This is my daily medicine and very disappointed as this issue as been ongoing for the last year. They lie to you about when they will be back fully in stock. Additionally they recently ‘updated’ their website. Well it was a downgrade not an upgrade - it is not user friendly, if you look at your cart and want to go back and finish shopping you lose your order, you can’t search other locations for product availability (you lose your cart). Today I entered my order at least 5 times because my cart kept disappearing. Again, I’ve complained to staff about this and they hear me as other customers also complain. They say they will fix these issues but it isn’t happening. As a loyal customer since 2017 I’m seriously considering trying some other dispensaries. Their products are great, they have regular sales with 40% off, very helpful and pleasant staff but horrible corporate management and inventory management stinks!

Placed a pick-up order to Surterra Wellness - West Palm Beach.When I arrived, I waited at the check out for the receptionist to take another patients order; not on the dispensing floor. After taking my card, both of us were sent to the dispensing floor for one budtender.Rushed, could've been doing better things service. The dispensary is clean, with available display models, and large parking lot.The Budtender also noted to the other patient that their Debit Card reader does not work well with Credit Unions and other small banks. The vibes are always good in there and everyone seems to enjoy interacting with the customers. Everyone is very professional and always serves you with dignity and respect. Walked in the other day for whole flower have been a medical patient for a couple of years only to find that $45 whole flower is supposed to be premium yet it looked like minis I've tried to frequent surterra since they opened in North Palm and then West Palm Beach but every time I find out the THC percentage on flower it comes in way too low and I'm not spending my hard-earned money on Hay I guess I'll try back in 2 years maybe by then you'll get it right

The employees are very helpful in understanding the products being sold. Pricing is comparable with other dispensaries and the quality is very consistent, making it easier to isolate the type that helps your symptoms. They carry a broad range of Flower and Vaping products as well as Edibles and Tinctures.Location in NPB is a little hard to find the first visit, but is very relaxing once inside the dispensary. Parking is good. Store is busy so try placing an order from the website or the phone app for quicker service and to avoid the sold out sign at the counter.

Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in West Palm Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. this place has my loyalty on everything !!I have been to many dispensaries but I must say I definitely come out of my way just to come to this one right here . there products are so amazing and the best quality yet .. the staff there are so kind and there extremely nice they explain everything you need to know on the products they have and there extremely patient and passionate for there customers . On that note I did come in yesterday to grab a few items although I was so annoyed that i grabbed the wrong debit-card for my transaction I told the wonderful lady at the cashier if I was able to keep it on hold until I get my card from the car she told me she would keep everything in the bag for me as also some extra change I left behind I wanted to add to my purchase she was extremely kind about it waited for me and also left me a voicemail so I would be aware I then I ended up leaving and I didn’t arrive until the next day after work. I did come back to apologize with the right credit card to purchase my items and the best thing was they had different employees who knew me so well also THEY saved my order and change to the side for me ur guys are the bomb !!I’m so very happy and pleased with them I thank you so much for your team !!!

This is most definitely your go to Spot. As soon as you walk in the door, a friendly face will greet you. They love what they do and it shows each and every time. They will help you find exactly what you need, they are patient, they are fun and they are so so nice. I really really like the value of their products and the pricing is great.The only thing that upsets me is that I can’t. Tip. It’s against Company policy. While the company sits back and collects the money, the hard-working associates don’t even get rewarded for all that they do. But I try and leave them with a smile and gratitude.Btw, they are the only cannabis dispensary that will not allow you to tip their employees. Wrong!!!!!

This is your spot! I love coming here. Each staff member has their own individuality. They’re always happy, pleasant and helpful. I think it’s wrong that you do not allow them to be tipped. You ask for a review in place. What is a customer supposed to do 25 reviews each time they come in. Your people work very hard to help us and they should be compensated with the tip if that’s what we feel in our hearts that we want to give. I’m sure for not one second they do it so they could get a tip. They do it because they have a passion for their job, you really need to reconsider. That really aggravates me as a customer but, you are the best dispensary in the area, with the best products prices and again amazing staff. Thank you.

Great service! I was helped by their manager Antonio, he greeted me with a smile and had me in and out within minutes! The environment is kept VERY clean and super organized and the transitions from entering and exiting is perfect, it allows the whole process to be kick and smooth. Wow wow!! This was the first time I have ever been here and it’s certainly will not be the last. What an amazing experience I had I came in for a super sale. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted so it started off a little rough, but boy did Kristina turn that around she wanted to make sure my first experience was phenomenal. She gave me an unbelievable deal to make sure I left happy.!! It wasn’t just the savings it was her attitude as soon as I walked in she was the one that greeted me with smiles, and a big big welcome. I forgot how much I appreciate this place until I saw they were having a 70% off sale and went back for the first time in a while. Tyler and Dylan (Dillon?) reminded me why I always used to go….they took the time to not just answer my question about a product that wasn’t even theirs, that they went online to find out and help me. They don’t just work there to work there, they care, they help, they understand and are patient. They are the other main reason why I came back a second time in a week to get more during the sale….the products proved themselves again and so did the employees.

Terrible experience at this place. You have to order from a paper menu. Can’t look at anything while you’re ordering. Then they only take swipe with a debit card. No chip can’t manually insert it but they won’t let you use their ATM which is an additional $3.50 on top of the $2.50 to use the credit card machine. The professional practice since she’s only offer swipe would be to take the additional $3.50 off when somebody uses your ATM but I just figured out use our greedy scumbags and really don’t care about your customers you only want money. That was just proven here today!!

I love the West Palm Beach location. Its a beautiful store with amazing, helpful,professional staff. Antonio is extremely professional , knowledgeable and helpful. He makes the patients feel valued and important. All of Surterra's products are incredible. The heights dark chocolates are delicious and very effective. The Mariner prerolls are the best in the market in my opinion. I LOVE LOVE LOVE SURTERRA!!!!!

First and last time at this location , Love the pain patches and mints but the guy at the front desk had quite the attitude for their being a whopping two patients total in the dispensary, I’ve gone to the north palm location twice previously and my second purchase was a sale item so I didn’t use my 2nd patient discount because it’s not stackable but apparently they don’t save the discounts it like other dispensaries in area but that aside super cold atmosphere and felt violated by having to order up front in front of everyone not very hippa whatsoever.

The store has great products but have been disappointed as they don’t keep adequate stock of the theragels anymore. This is my daily medicine and very disappointed as this issue as been ongoing for the last year. They lie to you about when they will be back fully in stock. Additionally they recently ‘updated’ their website. Well it was a downgrade not an upgrade - it is not user friendly, if you look at your cart and want to go back and finish shopping you lose your order, you can’t search other locations for product availability (you lose your cart). Today I entered my order at least 5 times because my cart kept disappearing. Again, I’ve complained to staff about this and they hear me as other customers also complain. They say they will fix these issues but it isn’t happening. As a loyal customer since 2017 I’m seriously considering trying some other dispensaries. Their products are great, they have regular sales with 40% off, very helpful and pleasant staff but horrible corporate management and inventory management stinks!

Placed a pick-up order to Surterra Wellness - West Palm Beach.When I arrived, I waited at the check out for the receptionist to take another patients order; not on the dispensing floor. After taking my card, both of us were sent to the dispensing floor for one budtender.Rushed, could've been doing better things service. The dispensary is clean, with available display models, and large parking lot.The Budtender also noted to the other patient that their Debit Card reader does not work well with Credit Unions and other small banks. Something that should be noted in the Q&A.

This is by far the best dispo in town! You will always be greeted by name when you walk through the door by a team of super friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders. The vibes are always good in there and everyone seems to enjoy interacting with the customers. Everyone is very professional and always serves you with dignity and respect. I have been to other dispensaries in the area and I cannot say the same about those locations. Antonio and Natalie are always very helpful and give me great suggestions when I don't know what to try next. Surterra West Palm is the place to go to meet your MMJ needs! I've never had a negative experience at this location.

Walked in the other day for whole flower have been a medical patient for a couple of years only to find that $45 whole flower is supposed to be premium yet it looked like minis I've tried to frequent surterra since they opened in North Palm and then West Palm Beach but every time I find out the THC percentage on flower it comes in way too low and I'm not spending my hard-earned money on Hay I guess I'll try back in 2 years maybe by then you'll get it right

The employees are very helpful in understanding the products being sold. Pricing is comparable with other dispensaries and the quality is very consistent, making it easier to isolate the type that helps your symptoms. They carry a broad range of Flower and Vaping products as well as Edibles and Tinctures.Location in NPB is a little hard to find the first visit, but is very relaxing once inside the dispensary. Parking is good. Store is busy so try placing an order from the website or the phone app for quicker service and to avoid the sold out sign at the counter.

Amy and Holly were simply amazing. Knew the products very well and were able to help me quickly. We chatted for a while and told them my dog was in the car and i was able to bring him in. That right there just shows how much they cared. He is a service dog but they said they were allowed in the store. He was so happy to meet them and be apart of the service. It made our day!!!
