Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse football team opened as a 19-point underdog for the team’s final home game of the season next week against Florida State, according to the website VegasInsider.com.

The Orange (4-6) will be celebrating Senior Day but they will also likely be without starting quarterback Eric Dungey, who was termed doubtful by head coach Dino Babers.

The Seminoles are 7-3 with all three of their losses coming against top ACC teams Clemson, Louisville and North Carolina.

Junior running back Dalvin Cook ranks seventh in the country in rushing with 1,242 total yards and averages 5.8 yards per carry. He is projected as a first-round pick in next year’s NFL Draft. The Seminoles rank among the 50 best teams in the country in both total offense and defense.

Syracuse won earlier this year as a 17-point home underdog against Virginia Tech. What do you think of Syracuse’s chances next Saturday?
