Syracuse has played a lot of great quarterbacks this year. Not that Florida State’s Deondre Francois isn’t a player to respect, but it’s running back Dalvin Cook who gets the spotlight here. Syracuse, ranked 87th in the country against the run, will struggle to contain the Seminoles’ dynamic talent. Even if they do, Francois will become a headache. (Florida State 42, Syracuse 17)
