I was so happy when I found Cannabis Doc Group!! I was supposed to go to another doctor in Brandon but on the same... morning if my appointment they called me and said that location was not opening today due to being understaffed. They told me to go to their Sarasota office from Tampa?I had surgery two weeks prior and was in no condition to drive all the way down there just to renew my recommendation. Fortunately, I called this office and they accommodated me and had me come in the same day!! I was so thankful and grateful for their kindness and professionalism!Dr Tiffani Shelton was so easy to talk to and she listened to my concerns and guided me in the right direction. The staff was super friendly and the service time was prompt!! I went straight to the dispensary after my visit and got the relief I needed to help me continue to heal and recover. I left the original review below. Please read this one first.I really thought that this had been done intentionally.... It turns out it was an honest mistake by a new employee. Austin Kelly contacted me and went above and beyond to make this right. Everyone has a bad day and I'm sorry about the accusation. I will be staying with this doctor and using them from this point forward. It is very nice to have someone actually care about their client and take the steps to do what needs to be done to make it right!Absolutely horrible! I made it very clear during the initial interview that I cannot smoke or vape. They wrote the prescriptions for Flower and Vapor anyway. When I called them they lied to me and said that they had to do that. I have verified (legally) that is not true . I will never use this company again.read more
