My dose was supposed to be up to year ago. I paid for it in the paperwork was never filed, . I went back six months later they told me I had to have one piece of paper from a doctor which I didn’t have at the time so I would come back to a few months later with several MRIs, dozens of papers and that’s when the doctor made a pass at me and told me he couldn’t do it without a letter addressed to him by the doctor which, according to the marijuana, Dr. main phone number when you call them they don’t need any of that But the story always changes. So I show up with dozens of MRIs and paperwork and not only does the doctor refuse to do it with out a special letter he made a pass at me calling me which made me uncomfortable So I then left a review, they called me, but they refused to talk about my prescription only about me taking down the review. I hung up on them. According to their hotline number, I had to go see the doctor in citrus Park. To get my dosage up. There was ample notes in my file about my dosage being up. It was the fastest visit I ever had. He asked me 2 questions. And then tried to end the at which point I said are you up in my dose and he’s like you have to request that if you that. He was playing stupid. I protested and said what kind of reevaluation this?! And told my mother to start recording. At which point he ended the session abruptly because he was not comfortable with us recording. So I apologize to him and said I wouldn’t record let’s finish that session. I need my medication but he refused. Prior to this the girl at the desk notified me I owed $160 which is 100% incorrect when I protested with her and started explaining the situation, she wanted me to be quiet because she didn’t want the other patients to hear it. But I continued with my story, and she got upset and walked off. She was very immature and unprofessional. I’m leaving the company. I recommend no one uses that company. I’m filing a complaint with the department of health. Steer clear folks.
