The business is a “blue-collar” manufacturing based oriented work place and the ideal candidate will have experience working in a like or similar environment.

The Technology Support Specialist is a role that requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. He/she will be responsible for assisting the IT team in managing the day-to-day technology needs or our large cannabis cultivation facilities, production facilities, and dispensaries. He/She reports and works directly with the IT Manager and Technology Support Engineer. This position is based out of the greater Miami Area.

Major Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to our internal employees

Provide on line and in person troubleshooting for IOT devices

Assist with management of on site vendors

Visit region locations and provide tech services on site as needed

Assist with maintenance of Camera and Security systems

Work with multiple types of software, with minimal learning time

Provision new devices for departments as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Provide innovative solutions to uncommon problems

Assist with daily helpdesk assignments

Assist in management of MDM and Endpoint solutions

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for responding to technical needs 24/7

Minor Cabling and termination of cables

Assist with OneDrive and Sharepoint

Travel to different locations statewide, up to 30%

Any other tasks as assigned by the IT manager


Must have a passion for customer service and problem solving

Minimum 5 years of IT experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required, IT focus preferred

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Effective time- management and ability to multi-task

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment

Must have extensive knowledge on Microsoft office, Active Directory and Azure

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time statewide, 50% locally

Must have a passion for customer service and problem solving

Individually motivated that does not need to be micromanaged

Ability to make educated decisions quickly

Desire to find innovative solutions to difficult problems

Must be flexible

Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening

Must be at least 21 years old

A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 45 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise. Salary range is $41,000 – $53,999 per year depending on qualifications.
