At any dispensary or store customer service should be mandatory, with that being said in the medical marijuana world is not about customer service. It's about product. If you would like real product, not hippie 1960s brown dirt that taste like air, then the flowery is the best in town with Packwood's backpack boys and more real marijuana not fake imitations like 90% of Florida dispensaries, and do not believe other reviews for other dispensaries they tell lies to make cells. I am a patient for seven years stop because product was horrible. Then the flower we came, with real product the closest thing to cookies thank you flowery

I had high hopes for this place and it failed me miserably, I purchased 6 items and half of them were wrong, with the correct label and the wrong product inside I wasn’t able to verify until I got home, I’m over an hour away. I was assured an exchange through customer service but was told it wasn’t allowed in store, after driving another hour BACK. Joke of an establishment. Do better to make sure your customers are taken care of, never had an issue with any other Dispensary.

I’ve been to several other locations, but the Clearwater location stands out amongst them for housing some of the greatest employees in the industry. Rene, the Clearwater manager, is a passionate advocate for the plant and the kindness that surrounds it. Linds will ensure your orders are always bagged and sorted properly (even on her day off!) If you happen to notice how immaculate the store looks (and even smells!) then you can thank Cesar for his unfaltering work ethic. If you don’t make it to the storefront, then you might catch one of their incredible drivetenders (Louis, Tyler or Ernest) driving across several counties to deliver medicine to patients who can’t make it to the store. Their combined pride for serving the patients of Florida shines through in every way. From the cleanliness of the store, to the upbeat attitude of every employee, to the quality of the medicine; Flowery only serves the best. The people inside this dispensary help stitch together the fabric of a larger family that employs hundreds of truly good people, doing good work. When good medicine isn’t cheap it’s nice to be able to ask an employee (specifically Ethan) for recommendations and get the most knowledgeable answers you can imagine. He’s exactly who you would want to deal with when you walk in the dispensary-both personable and extremely knowledgeable. This is medicine I will be using for the rest of my life so it’s priceless to have someone you can trust in the industry.

Definitely the best flower in the state of Florida. To get better flower you would have to go out west. If anybody tells you otherwise they work for another dispensary and they're jealous. Just give them a try and you'll see they have the best flower.

Great customer service and really enjoyed this store. It was about a 45-minute drive because I placed a 710 special order for April... The only thing I was disappointed in the two pods. I got a starburst and ghost hulk, but both ended up leaking and gone within one day. There's no way I used it, And the oil covered my stuff in my bag. You could even smell and taste the oil that was coming out of the mouthpiece. I definitely will not be buying those carts/pods again. Stick to the 5:10 thread. However everything else was excellent.

When we walked in we were greeted by an armed security guard, not what I was expecting. As we were checking we were informed that we would not be able to approach the counter together or discuss our needs with one another. This was uncomfortable and awkward, we left quietly without making any purchases. As senior folks we been through enough ✌️💚💚💚

Everyone was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit but only got a rosin pod for flower rec is paused. Big store in an area with no other stores. A little tricky to find but worth the effort. Ton of parking. Doors open 10am. No stairs to get inside from the parking lot.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at The Flowery
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
