I give them a 1 star because of their customer service. Everytime I've went into their store I'm waiting and others are going before me. Last time I was in there 30 minutes and the bud tender that was helping me brought back someone before even knowing I was there. The flower is good but I won't take the poor customer service at the door. More training needs to be done instead of congregating. I would never have bad customer service like this!

Price is a little higher than the competitors and they don't run a ton of crazy specials but it's fresher, more potent and you are getting your moneys worth. Their house strains are killer too and can be had at a very fair price. One complaint is that you will find a strain you love but they will run out of it, bring back Head Banger!

I love the customer in store customer service and perishable products however the fact that flowery doesn’t stand behind the products the carry in my case it was a $300 puffco proxy that was defective right out of the box I literally never got to use it. When I reached out to flowery customer service I was basically oh well it’s not our problem.So in short definitely buy your flower and concentrates from flowery but don’t waste your time buying any other products from them.

Your warmly greeted, then the hardest part is deciding what to get from this top shelf product store, they have nearly everything any other store does but the flower is 100% better than any other store in Jacksonville. The prices are very competitive considering their products are superior. I appreciate the Security guards they have onsite ! I'm 67, they are always friendly and never being conspicuous! I've read reviews about customers disliked having them on the premises. Everyone I've met was very professional without acting like a cop. They have been great. I believe they are very wrong with the world we now live in uneasy with a security guard?. Great store, always a friendly staff member who checks you in and although the budtender was very busy today She kept a smile and was very efficient. I was out within minutes!

Very disappointed with the delivery logistics. Its been multiple occasions (including today) that they cancel my delivery the same day that Im supposed to spend for a 12hr window/time to get my medicine. Its just wrong that they stipulate the days of delivery and then they can’t commit to the promised date.I’m a recurring customer that spends significant amount of money in this business and the least I expect is multiple inconveniences. If it happens again I wont be doing business anymore with them. Very sad experience(s)

I've been there twice 1st time atm was down had to drive across town second time brought à 25% off match book that I got on my 1st visit. Apparently they do not honor the discount said it was from south florida so why are you false advertising à discount that you handed out. The flower is overpriced and not what it claims on COA. Runtz is suppose to be gas n berry flavor profile there's has only sweet no gas taste. Horrible GM wouldn't honor the discount. I mean they were the last to get flower in florida so I guess I should've known. SUNNYSIDE RUNTZ WILL DESTROY THERE SO CALLED NAME BRAND RUNTZ. If you want à deal for the same quality if not better go to MUV and SUNNYSIDE. 5/5/233rd visit and last Went yesterday to pic up a pungent earth type strain with high terps.It had three something percent Terps Ze chem. Opened it Smelt a little weak but there was a flower smell the second time I opened up the container it smelt like old hay, had a old like moldy taste to it. Now my cancer is acting up I have had this happen before at trulieve with a moldy batch of og skywalker. That batch had the bad bacteria that attacked my immune system cancer. I’m done with them this is three times with bad experiences. I mean just be honest as well most people who actually need the medicine are having money problems but they charge top dollar for average medicine. It may look better than most but it’s at best its average. In pic skin is usually light light pink and barely noticeable.

I bought a puff co plus from this company that did not work AT ALL and they will not refund my money. They are trying to pass me off onto the company that makes the product but they can’t be reached either. Some girl that works there highly recommend this product and listened to her and spent over $375 on it along with the stupid rosins that come with it. Any nothing! It barely works. Yes I’ve charged it, yes I know how to operate it. No it does not work. No they will not replace it. Do not go here unless you want to throw your money in the trash. They literally stole money from me. That’s how I feel.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at The Flowery
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
