OMG! This place rocks big-time. It was my first time there and the staff made me feel special the minute I walked in. This place has a private sitting area( see Video). It has a camera room where you can take pictures and add them to your phone. The product knowledge from everyone there is outstanding. The prices are great too. I strongly recommend this dispensary.
They have some of the best flowers around. 710 Labs has been by far the best flowers I've smoked in a very long time. I'd say just like cali buds. The flavor and taste of the flowers are amazing! 710 also sells carts and dabs. Personally, I wouldn't smoke anything else.
To whom it may concern, Miami Biscayne Dispensary. Buyer's bewareI placed an order today on or about 12:39 PM. Upon check out, the Flowery website prompted me to redeem some points that were available at that time. After placing the order I received a confirmation that the order had been processed. I'd say about 2 hrs after placing the order, I take the 60 mile round trip to find out that the invoiced price was not going to be honored due to a system error. The sales Team Members went to get The GM of the store, Nallah, whom was not trying to hear it and raised the invoiced price by $50, bringing the invoice from $110 to $160.The fact here is the poor customer service, 2 hours passed by, the order had been placed and no one bothered to reach out to me to advise there was an issue with the pricing. Instead, had me drive down, while waiting for the stafff to resolve the issue, I noticed several team members texting and not really doing anything. They couldn't reach out to tell me. I mean 60 miles is a drive, my time and gas money was wasted, an apology doesn't cover my expenses. In the future, all customers orders should be eye balled. Weather it's a walk in or a pickup. I mean, at this point it's water under the bridge, it's a shame because I was starting to like your store. The good thing is that there are many other dispensaries around, I just went down to Grow Healthy. In the past when they (Grow Healthy) made a mistake they took care of it and honored the initial price. I guess your General Manager Nallah needs a bit more of Customer service training. I'm a Business Operations Manager by trade and definitely this wouldn't fall under our best practices guidelines. This email most likely is waste of my time as well, but I just wanted it to be known. The team has always been great with their customer service. Unfortunately, there’s a new team member named Juan who has been extremely rude to me and other patients the last times I’ve gone. The way he talks to patients is not that of what you would expect from the amazing Flowery team. I hope to never come across him or his horrible etiquette when I come back. Please do something about this. I wouldn’t be surprised if his coworkers felt the same.

Honestly the best quality dispensary out there. Half gram carts for $15 so mix and match grams come out to only $30 which is cheaper then AYR right now. There live resin products only reach $45 and can go down to $40 depending on the strain and consistency and boy are they POTENT. There the only dispensary that carries 710 Labs who are notorious for their rosin products. And the prices beat out other rosin by far. While Jungle Boys still have great rosin, it always being $70 a gram really breaks the bank. I’ve seen rosin jars for as low as $45 here. They have amazing disposables as well, fruity flavors and your original strain flavors. While I personally haven’t tried the flower due to me not using too much of it anyway, I’ve only heard great things about all of them. I’ll be trying there distillate syringes today for about $25 a pop and I’m very picky with distillate so I’m very anxious to see what awaits.
I have found Flowery products to be good, but their customer service has been outstanding. In particular, today - Nick from customer service patiently and with much effort was able to handle an issue I had with an order. Thank you Nick - your assistance was greatly appreciated and increased my confidence in Flowery.

I visited The Flowery with expectations of a smooth and respectful service, especially considering the medical context of my visit. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. Despite being the first patient to register, my order was paused in favor of attending to new walk-ins, leading to a significant delay in my service. This deviation from what I perceived as logical queue management was explained as protocol by the staff. However, the situation escalated when my attempt to provide constructive feedback was not only dismissed but resulted in the staff calling in the manager, who supported the initial handling of the situation. The explanation offered was a lack of staff, yet this does not excuse the poor customer service or the disregard for patient service protocols. The encounter left me feeling undervalued and overlooked, a sentiment that was not alleviated by the staff's approach to the situation.
After cancelling my order they didn’t return my rec. I had to go to another dispensary to even find this out. This is very disappointing in such a “highly rated” brand. Waited on chat for 20 minutes to not even get a response from someone. Currently waiting for someone to email me back with a response. A little lackluster here. Hopefully they decide not to ban another customer for a bad review.
Hello. I preface my negative review by saying the service from the front desk clerk and the other budtender to be very polite and friendly. The interior of the store is contemporary with modern furnishings and a cool atmosphere that is inviting and enjoyable. I was also told by many other patients that this is a wonderful store with high quality products and great staff.That being said, the reason for my one star review was because of mislabeled products and being charged for 2.5 Grams of Live Rosin Badder (ZZ Top #3) when I only received 1 gram. The staff member checking me out of the store checked my bag multiple times to ensure I had all that I had purchased.When I check as well, all seemed fine. However, the 2.5 Grams was labeled with two labels (one said 2.5 Grams, the other said 1 Gram). I failed to catch the second label until I was already home with the products. I opened the container and it was for one gram of Live Rosin Badder instead of what I paid for, which is extremely unfortunate and a let down after the hype the place had garnered from people I spoke with.I don't want to place the blame on any individual I interacted with, but to see such a highly praised spot make such a big error was surprising and disappointing. I saw after as well that there were no returns or exchanges, so I couldn't even go back and provide them the Badder and receipt to have the error corrected normally. I'd recommend this place if this hasn't happened. Now I'm skeptical of the quality assurance and the stores ability to ensure people receive exactly what they purchased.My order number #1720139, and if anyone from the management of the store could reach out to me and perform some type of service recovery regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated and I would change my review for sure. I have photos of the error and would really appreciate if we can make this right instead of me leaving negative reviews online.We are allowed specific quantities of THC per 70 days in relation to concentrates. The store registered that I purchased 3.5 when I really only received 2 total. This is where I get frustrated because one error can lead to someone not receiving the amount of medication they are allotted. My partner and I have been loyal, returning customer’s since they opened their doors in their first Miami location. However we will NEVER be purchasing again due to continued horrible customer service support and numerous canceled delivery orders.There is a HUGE flaw in their delivery system/process (including not sending customers their link the night before as it’s instructed in many places, leaving us guessing for our delivery window or order confirmation, etc.) Due to their lack of responsiveness in fixing/making right to any of our situations, we will never return and will be taking our business / getting our medicine elsewhere.Heads up to any future patients looking to put in delivery orders: DON’T DO IT, unless you want your day(s) wasted / a run-around with their delivery team & ‘customer service.’
I talked to a manager about my delivery meaning the drive called me when they were in my yard. On the app it said delivery will be there by 8:57. They show up at 7:40. The reason for this is I told the driver a day before that she called me and said they would be there in ten 10 minutes well it was 25 minutes later due to the fact they waited for 23 minutes when they discovered the delivery before me was not home so I waited 16 minutes pass they 15 minutes window they are aloud to sit for which is 15 minutes. So when I called her back she told me that she was sorry she had to wait on a great tipping customer. Keep in mind she couldn't wait 5 minutes for me I called and spoke with a manager she gives me a 15 dollar credit and allowed the drivers to do even worse so you see this is not not great service it's all about money tips favoritism see the owners don't know about things like this this what happens when a company hire the wrong people causing them money and time because if the managers give everyone a $15 credit that's millions a year just because they're not doing there job properly people say this is the best despensery ever well they may have a few great products but the customer service sucks bad

Terrible customer service, money hungry ownership. This company knowingly pushes out sub par products, and does not stand by their products. Their flower has tiny premature seeds that they are aware of, but choose to sell to patients as they don’t want to ruin their profits. I have received six different batches of flower affected by premature seeds that gives the worst headache.At this price point, the quality should be at a medical level, this is a joke of a company and I suggest you stay away or check your products thoroughly.Pictures attached of four different recent Instances of this happening. Was told at this point that pretty much you get what you buy and although there’s seeds deal with it.

They take their sweet time on deliveries. Drivers allowed to take a "break" from all the sitting in their car A/C simply driving around. As if sitting in traffic isn't already a break. They will stretch your delivery time as long as they FEEL with non regards to anything you had planned today. I had an arrival time of 9:30am and they didn't get to me till 1:12pm. Drivers tried lying saying they're lost when I saw their location just sitting in a McDonalds. They don't care for quality honest service cause they have such high ego's about their products.

Great products, but terrible customer service. Had an issue with a bucket of badder being underweight 1.5g and was basically told “yeah sorry, but here’s a 20$ credit for your troubles”. The amount missing would’ve been at least 55$ and not to mention I’m the one losing around 1000mg of inhalation. Gotta be better with your customers and people check your buckets
I first was skeptical when I found them online because I never heard of them before and plus they said they could deliver anywhere! 3 HOUR drive for them, but the concentrates come cold which I liked and the flower is superb! I'll be honest though, when I first tried them, I only ordered a Live Rosin Pod and wasn't a fan. But I can promise you that you won't be disappointed with the flower or the concentrates. One thing I did notice also is when I take a dab, it's very easy to clean out of my puffco and the flower is smoother than other dispensery flower I've tried.The customer service is fantastic as well!! I got help with a lady named "Breezy" and she was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I even had to call them back about a question and they resolved my issue very easily! Highly recommend this place!! 😎👍🏻
Best quality in the area. They specialize in quality over quantity. I have tried many dispensary and been disappointed. Every flower strain they sell always has smell, taste and bag appeal. I cannot say that about any other dispensary I have tried. Their concentrates are also amazing. I highly recommend the Flowery if you are looking for quality and great service.

Horrible experience, went for a couple B1G1 products that they had on their live menu. I was able to put in an order at the front counter but when I got to pay I was told that both the concentrates and the pre rolls I had ordered weren’t available anymore. One of the employees was kind enough to see I was upset and offered to ask management if they could do something to make it up. Manager Jenri was quick to shut him down and tell me there was nothing he could do. It’s funny because every time I place an online order I have 0 issues. Yet whenever I make the horrible decision to visit the store there always seems to be a problem
My experience here always is superb! I must share that “ The Flowery” is the best dispensary in Florida. They are quality and above standards. No other dispensary can compare. The quality over quantity is what makes them stand out. Every time I purchase from their brand I get quality and I seriously feel satisfied 100% . Today, i ran into Hazel. I must say if kindness was a person it would be Hazel. Today, I received some really sad news and she embraced me and even hugged me. She didn’t have to extend that kindness to me but she did. Nobody did today. Then I ran into Chanel at the other counter and she was so helpful. She answered my questions and really was making sure I get everything I need. She always is like this every single time. And I can say that about the rest of the staff. The place is filled with greatness. I am super happy to buy my medicine here and If I was to work for a dispensary in Florida it would be this one. Thank you for everything you guys do for us. We appreciate it forever!
THE FLOWERY IS By far the best service and the best product you can find!!! If your a concentrate person then the7/10 labs is amazing best live rosin ever had. Only 1 thing that I can say they should improve is they need to have more deals and discounts occasionally.

Been ordering for delivery for a month now, I’ve had no issues. Its’s gone very smoothly very nice reliable drivers. The Rosin is the best on the market in South Florida right now so I strongly recommend shopping here if that’s what you’re looking for. Just wish they’d up the amount of badder choices available but they do have a large variety of strains and consistencies to choose from. Also great variety of price points which allows you to try more.

She was extremely helpful and welcoming on my first visit here which makes me come back every time. She is also very kind and sweet. The Flowery has set a new standard of quality of Medical MJ for the state of Florida. Some dispensaries are decent in certain categories, but Flowery has brought Flower and Concentrates (710) that this state has never seen before. This is the only store I will probably buy from going forward.
Definitely one of the if not the best dispensary I've been too. The display of their products is well done. I felt very welcomed walking into this location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have ipads with the list of products in stock. The best part is this is the only dispensary that carries 710 labs. Definitely worth driving out of your way to come here. They also deliver.

Verified identification, handled the cash, and you sign off on the purchase.As for products, I'm very impressed. Purchased a few sale items, and they were all top tier. All of them of higher quality than any dispensary in the greater Orlando area.Will continue to shop through delivery until a closer location arises.
Best products hands down in the Florida Medical Marijuana Market. Great customer service and they always work hard to cater to your needs. Plus they deliver at least 3 times per week so you are never without. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't yet.

I'm relatively new to Florida but I have my medical card for a year now and I really must say all the people I have interacted with at dispensaries are all amazing and the product is good but The Flowery takes that to a whole other level their product is definitely A+ and their customer service as well as the dispensary staff are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Now the dispensary is hands down the nicest and most welcoming dispensary I have ever seen the layout is fantastic and every corner has something special to see and their Bud display frames are trippy I live a little over an 1 hour away and I already have been there 3 times its worth the drive and I will be returning regularly not just for the product but the staff. This make this dispensary my go to from now on. You guys are crushing it keep it up!

The Flowery delivers excellent product to your doorstep with great customer service that's available via phone, chat, or text. Everyone I've interacted with is always friendly and professional. I was nervous about receiving delivery, but this company will set up another delivery date if a customer can't be available for the original delivery date. This company wants its customers to be happy, and they're doing a great job with this customer.
