Rude. I was not 6 ft away from the Muv employee who was standing at the door, outside the building. The employee looked directly at me then quickly shuffled inside and shut and locked the door iny face without a word. It was 6:59 and they closed at 7:00. Rather than the employee using his words to tell me they are closed, he shut and locked the door in my face without a word.Very rude and this employee obviously need some lessons in communication and how to interact with people.I will be contacting corporate as well.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Titusville does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Titusville online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. Everything was 25% off, had to stock up. Esteban covered the order with ease and professionalism. I came in the morning, store was under-staffed so things were running a little slower. The customer service was A1, definitely alleviated the “wait” once everything was said and done. 10/10 recommend

They have the worst customer care of any dispensary. They have every POS window open and won’t take people as they come in. If you do not have a online order they will continue to help them and only them.
