Trask Finishes 4th in 2020 Heisman Trophy Voting

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gators quarterback Kyle Trask finished fourth in the 2020 Heisman Trophy voting, as announced Tuesday night during the 86th annual Heisman Trophy Ceremony Presented by Nissan.
Trask’s fourth-place finish marks the seventh time in history Florida had a top-four finisher in the Heisman voting. The only Gators to previously accomplish the feat are Steve Spurrier (1966), Danny Wuerffel (1995, 1996), Rex Grossman (2001), and Tim Tebow (2007, 2008).
Additionally, Gators tight end Kyle Pitts finished 10th in this year’s voting, becoming the first tight end to finish in the top 10 since Notre Dame’s Ken MacAfee in 1977.
