Reading the previous 1-Star reviews, I am no longer fettered by thoughts of "overdoing it."I never made it TO THE PRODUCT! The male attendant took my medical card and informed me that a profile would have to be generated. I waited in the waiting room.....and opened a "Visitor Log" as a distraction (and I was also a Visitor.....)When he returned and unceremoniously shut the book, admonishing, "You just can't do that," I requested my card back and LEFT.Thanks for saving my time! Your reputation belongs between the gas station and the tire store (no shade to either of those businesses ..... they have some customer service!!!)Have you learned nothing from the myriad 1-star reviews on your very own website? Any C-level managerial staffer could solve the problem with a smile.

Everyone there is usually outstanding. Yesterday not too much. I have been undergoing a lot of dental work and restoration so I am self conscious about how I look. The guy tending to me made a crack about my teeth. I was so shocked I just collected my order and left. This shop was a "safe place" for me because of everybody's kindness and understanding. Now I don't even want to go back.

Just discovered this dispo right around the corner from me, what an incredible find! Everyone was very friendly and we were greeted instantly by anyone who saw us. I placed a pick up order and was in and out in about 6 mins so the wait time isn’t bad unless it’s busy, usually they have 3/4 registers open at one time. The selection is abundant and the prices are good. All in all this hidden little gem is the perfect place if you need to pick up your meds 🙂

Came in to purchase 3 for $25 pre-rolls, I asked (transaction#21 batch#340) then the total came up @ $104! When I questioned it he just looked at me...Do not recommend. With a new store manager, Garrett is a breath of fresh air, a welcome addition, and a much-needed change to this troubled location. In the past, I dreaded coming here, but not anymore. The previous store manager was problematic at best. With her zero urgency, exceptionally long wait times, and overall inconsistent policy adherence, the experience here was never enjoyable. I did not place a pick-up order, but even with an exchange, Garrett got me in and out within 15 minutes. Now, I can once again enjoy shopping here. Thank you, Garrett.

When this location first opened up, it was amazing. The staff was responsive, helpful and quick. Now it seems like they have cut back all their staff. The wait time is incredibly long. I'm in the lobby right now and there's about eight people and two people working the back. And my wait time is 35 minutes.No one up front taking IDs. It just seems like the company is cutting staff to save money and it's affecting the customers and the wait times. Also, they used to sell ground flour throughout the week. Now it is only on Wednesdays.

I've been a patient for years and regularly buy my limit monthly in most categories prescribed, meaning I spend decent money. For the second time I had a poor experience at this location. This individual consistently has a "I hate my job" face on. Cool, no problem.Get called up and he quickly rambles my order as he is throwing them in the bag. I asked if it would be possible to please add an item. Annoyingly he goes you said no changes, I guess, what do you want? I smile and answer nicely and tell him. He says nothing, leaves my order in the bag on the counter (against policy btw) and walks in the back to grab my additional item. He comes back and I say thank you and even apologize for the inconvenience to him just to be nice. He says nothing, doesn't even make eye contact, just rolls his eyes. Okay then.Keep in mind they weren't busy, no customers waiting or anything so why are you so annoyed that spending more money? I pay, he shoves the receipt in the bag and pushes the bag towards me. No have a nice night, no anything.Seriously, if you hate your job that much Josh, find a new one.With so many dispensary options, why should I spend my money every month here when the employee acts like I'm bothering him?Truelieve the quality of your medicine and pricing is not great and you aren't the only option so you really can't afford to be jerks to people.Never experienced this at Sunburn, GrowHealthy, JungleBoyz, Suterra or any other location. I received one of my medications & the bottom of the container it came in was covered in a weird blackish brown residue that was really caked on there. I had asked to get a different container and I was told “it’s just dirt” as he scratches a huge flake of ‘dirt’ off …. He said it so nonchalant…I found it a little nerve-racking. I then call Trulieves 800# to see if this is normal, and the representative I spoke with essentially made fun me it was extremely unhelpful on the phone and didn’t really take what I was saying seriously.I asked to speak to a manager and they said someone would reach out. It’s been over a week now and no one has reached out. I will choose any other dispensary that doesn’t keep a product that I put inside my body in a dirty or contaminated area. Or at least care to find out that it is being stored this way.You really have to be careful about where you get your medication from (speaking as a type one diabetic for over 25 years) and what your company actually cares for.Clearly, Trulieve has some substandard values & practices. Please be better for the safety of our community.

Great dispensary I like how there containers come air sealed as well as the edibles, so you know the products are kept extremely fresh and haven’t been touched since packaging. The staff is very knowledgeable and their website is also full of good strain information and benefits and they also carry replacement puffco parts like a replacement heating chamber. I literally walk almost 6 miles to go to this shop instead of a shop I used to go to.

This business is essentially Florida's Walmart of medical marijuana. They pay and treat their staff terribly. By comparison to other dispensaries in the area the quality of their product is lacking. The only reason I regularly would visit this location is because of its proximity to my work. However, I have always had a very good experience at sanctuary in Jupiter. Also sanctuary in West Palm Beach.Sanctuary has almost no wait times, much better quality, friendlier staff, better deals, better veteran discounts and a classier store.I was also supposed to be contacted by a supervisor from the customer service center regarding my issue but they didn't bother to ever call me back showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation.Since the corporate office decided to treat one of their customers with so much indifference I feel it appropriate to leave this review at all of the locations. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

This business is essentially Florida's Walmart of medical marijuana. They pay and treat their staff terribly. By comparison to other dispensaries in the area the quality of their product is lacking. The only reason I regularly would visit this location is because of its proximity to my work. However, I have always had a very good experience at sanctuary in Jupiter. Also sanctuary in West Palm Beach.Sanctuary has almost no wait times, much better quality, friendlier staff, better deals, better veteran discounts and a classier store.I was also supposed to be contacted by a supervisor from the customer service center regarding my issue but they didn't bother to ever call me back showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation.Since the corporate office decided to treat one of their customers with so much indifference I feel it appropriate to leave this review at all of the locations. The staff there were great, especially Sam, who helped me establish myself as a new customer. As always, Trulieve’s product is the best available. I hesitate to say how good their inventory is, for fear that it will shortly no longer be so.
