I received one of my medications & the bottom of the container it came in was covered in a weird blackish brown residue that was really caked on there. I had asked to get a different container and I was told “it’s just dirt” as he scratches a huge flake of ‘dirt’ off …. He said it so nonchalant…I found it a little nerve-racking. I then call Trulieves 800# to see if this is normal, and the representative I spoke with essentially made fun me it was extremely unhelpful on the phone and didn’t really take what I was saying seriously.I asked to speak to a manager and they said someone would reach out. It’s been over a week now and no one has reached out. I will choose any other dispensary that doesn’t keep a product that I put inside my body in a dirty or contaminated area. Or at least care to find out that it is being stored this way.You really have to be careful about where you get your medication from (speaking as a type one diabetic for over 25 years) and what your company actually cares for.Clearly, Trulieve has some substandard values & practices. Please be better for the safety of our community.

Great dispensary I like how there containers come air sealed as well as the edibles, so you know the products are kept extremely fresh and haven’t been touched since packaging. The staff is very knowledgeable and their website is also full of good strain information and benefits and they also carry replacement puffco parts like a replacement heating chamber. I literally walk almost 6 miles to go to this shop instead of a shop I used to go to.

This business is essentially Florida's Walmart of medical marijuana. They pay and treat their staff terribly. By comparison to other dispensaries in the area the quality of their product is lacking. The only reason I regularly would visit this location is because of its proximity to my work. However, I have always had a very good experience at sanctuary in Jupiter. Also sanctuary in West Palm Beach.Sanctuary has almost no wait times, much better quality, friendlier staff, better deals, better veteran discounts and a classier store.I was also supposed to be contacted by a supervisor from the customer service center regarding my issue but they didn't bother to ever call me back showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation.Since the corporate office decided to treat one of their customers with so much indifference I feel it appropriate to leave this review at all of the locations. The staff there were great, especially Sam, who helped me establish myself as a new customer. As always, Trulieve’s product is the best available. I hesitate to say how good their inventory is, for fear that it will shortly no longer be so. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Boca Raton does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
