I know I’m preaching to the choir but trulieve is garbage. They care way more about profit than they do their customers. These store charge double what the rest do and it’s really now better quality. They used to have discounts all the time but after they bought out all the competition, they thought “phuck the discounts and the veterans that we choose not to give discounts to anymore”. If you like waiting for 45 minutes to an hour, even if you ordered online, truieleve will show you how not to run a business. Too many hipsters and gen z that can’t speak to people like normal humans. Go to Grow healthy! It’s just better…

This is possibly the best dispensary in town. This is my opinion of course. Price meets quality here. Their flower and concentrates are both amazing and consistent. The staff is great. They have answers for some of the more obscure and sometimes embarrassing questions. If I had something bad to say… it’s the wait. It is what it is and I plan around it. It’s always worth it. Always.
Overall, Trulieve has the best deals and prices in Florida. Where else can you get a solid eighth for $15?? Yes, the wait times can be very long but that’s on the company not the workers that are there. It helps to check in online before you get there! Joey was a huge help to me yesterday so I really appreciate it, I’ll definitely be back!
Reviewing for a friend. Staff is very rude , it’s always super busy so you wait over and hour even when having a pick up order which makes no sense they send you text when your order is ready for you to come inside , just for them to tell you- you still have to wait . They close at 9 but will tell people 8:30 because they’re always so busy and with Fl law they can’t dispense cannabis after 9pm. if you have a pickup for 8 o clock don’t even bother they will tell you it’s a 45 minute wait and then deny your service because “you came to late” Honestly a waist of time and energy. Truileve should have separate lines for walk ins and people who order if I orders 5 hours ago I should be in an out in under 30 minutes not have to wait over an hour when my order should already be prepared will never return to this location again , the absolute worse one. The issues I’ve had at this location I have never had at any other one just horrible customer service.
Don’t bother coming here. The wait is simply too much. They are understaffed or not paying enough to get staff. It should not take this long to help someone. Waited 1hr for just one item. Although is conveniently located for me this is simply that last time I will come here. Is simply a waste of your time. Not worth it. My wait here has been ridiculous the last 4 times I visited.
If your looking to waist time this is the place to go, I waited over an hour to pick up a online order that was supposed to take 40 minutes according to the receptionist. After I noticed people that got there after me being called out I got up and asked the guy if I was still on the list and he told me I was never on the list, the guy before him didn't add my name on the list after giving him my medical card. Very annoyed because if I would have know I was gonna a take this long I would have left from the start!
My husband and I were on vacation this week and we drove all down 75 and decided to hit a few Trulieve locations. All amazing, all except this one. Granted it was close to closing and there was a few people that walked in after us. We walked in at 8:15 and they can’t dispense past 9 so we were given a speech about possibly not getting served if we don’t get seen by 9. My husband and I both have cards so we both checked in as walk ins. 1.The wait was longer between patients then they took with the patients. 2. When my husband was called back I was told we couldn’t go in together because I was purchasing. I told them I had decided not to purchase at that point to give the other patients a chance and plus I still have stuff at home. They told me I couldn’t come in and had to get a visitors pass even though they had my medical card back there with them. The receptionist proceeded to warn me that if me and my husband aren’t directly related that he couldn’t be my caregiver and that they turned away a few people because of it. I told him we are married and his caregiver card is 100% active.(this was also very bad information. I am in the cannabis industry and have been a patient for years, I read all the emails and know all the laws. Just because you aren’t directly related doesn’t mean they can’t be your caregiver. All that is needed is an extra step of getting a background check) After all that me checking in as a guest was just getting a sticker that said guest, because I was already checked into the system as a patient. 3. When I finally got to the back all 4 employees were behind the counter and only my husband was being helped. 4. And last, the attitude we were given was disgusting. This is my first bad experience with Trulieve if that will tell you anything(and my home Trulieve usually has a 30-45 min wait).
Trulieve has good products, and the employees seem to be decent enough. The wait times are simply unacceptable. Every other dispensary in the area, regardless of how busy they are, is a 10 minute wait MAX. Trulieve somehow manages to be a 30-45 minute ordeal when they're completely empty. I don't understand it. They need to completely restructure the check-in process or something, because Surterra can have the busiest lobby in the world and still clear it in no time flat. Placing an order online before coming in doesn't help at all, there's still a 45 minute wait with 2 people ahead of you.
The wait times are always super long compared to any other dispensaries in the area, it doesn’t matter what time of day I’ve been the third person in the door and have waited a half hour, however product selection and availability help makeup for that. Staff is very friendly but they’re NOT in a hurry and I don’t blame them, this is how all trulieves in the state operate but I feel like the check in process could improve greatly. If other dispensaries like, Surterra or Grow healthy have product I find myself going there to avoid the wait and overall anxious vibe at trulieve.
They need an actual express lane. Today I got the text that my order was ready and I checked in online, had no changes to my order, so I went for express. Is a 30 minute wait “express” check out? I know they are busy so I was ok with waiting a bit, but with “express” I would think it would have been a 5, 10 minutes at the most, wait. Almost 30 minutes exactly from when I got the “Thank you for using our Express Service. We can now serve you. Please see the TruHost.” text. Also I was the first and only person for about 10 minutes that was in the express checkout list. They are short staffed, only 4 people I saw today. 2 in back and 2 in front (one was brand new and being trained so really 3 people). I will say, the host training the other was great! They did apologize for the wait and explained that it was a miscommunication between personnel about when the express lane would start getting picked (by the time I was helped, express had 5 people in and about 10 walk-ins. I personally feel like that if you don’t have the man power for a express check out, then don’t offer it. Tell your corporate or who ever you need to, to take it off for your location online. It’s not a good look.The rating as I was typing was 1-star, but as I was going I was remembering how nice the people were. First place I went when I got my card, and I had full intention of checking other dispensaries, but the staff were so nice and friendly they were the reason I kept going back.
My review is based on the past 4 experiences in the last month with this dispensary. The Bonita store is a misleading mess. Today I waited an hour and a half but when I checked in online from THEIR text msg it stated a 27 minute wait for an express pick up. The online order total $210 was not honored and ended up paying $15 more because the sales changed even though the order was placed yesterday during that sale. The delivery service (which is out of the Ft. Myers office with different products in stock) was 2 weeks behind but no communication was given as such. They just showed up 2 weeks later, after I had already been to the store when they didn't show up on the original delivery date. The online chat (I was informed by a store employee that is just someone sitting on their couch deflecting questions/problems and is NOT reliable source) is not able to confirm or give information on orders. I was told by the online agent I just needed to go into a store. Complete waste of time. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years and today I asked to speak with a manager to discuss my growing concernsI was met with a defensive attitude by Noah (that's what was written on a small scrap of paper when I asked for his business card) to inform me that it's not his fault nor was there anything he could do about my concerns because he only had 2 registers at that time. Completely ignored my concerns with delivery, online chat or price difference. I believe in customer loyalty but with 7 other dispensaries within the same distance, customer service matters and I shall take my business where it is appreciated!! Such a shame.

The products are good... The prices are high... The difference between the 65 dollar to 58 dollar is so different its crazy... other then that some good oils and carts... the way they do inventory is wrong... not knowing what they have... that is what slows down the process... there is always a wait time pick up or walk in... they way they setup there product is crazy to me... it's in 2 different rooms multiple cabinets it's always playing the lottery when you walk in you your going to get the product you want... I highly recommend making a online order to pick up definitely helps speed up the process...

Needs a better process of making Walk In’s quicker . There is no way someone should wait 20-30mins to be served. Someone should definitely figure out a rhythm because it’s way off at this location. The lobby does NOT have enough chairs for someone to be waiting Super long. Figure this out!
Don’t bother ordering on line or checking in when they text you that your order is ready you’ll wait even longer than walk-ins. My name was on top of the pick up list for over thirty minutes and they actually called others beneath my name and told me I was mistaken when I questioned them. I’m the liar apparently. Their product isn’t even that good it’s just that the dispensary is convenient. With all the other dispensaries in this town, I will not be going back to this one.

The staff is always great. However today I witness a staff member openly crying (while trying to tend to a customer) because the manager was rushing her and overwhelming her. The store was not that busy; there was no need to rush or hurry. And good help, people who actually care, is very hard to find in todays climate. Managers are meant to HELP their team not push and press them to tears. It reflects poorly on the management alone.
I’m a frequent customer at this location. I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff members are always friendly and polite. This is certainly my go-to dispensary.
Was told to try here but had never before because the plaza is sketchy. Strike 1 for trulieve their website is none functional and didn't put the order thru properly so had to take extra time at the store no big deal. Strike 2, order went thru for next visit but I was skipped on the list, again not a big deal. Strike 3 was kinda bad, after hurricane ian I ended up without any medication and after looking at numerous places they said noon-5pm when I called the call center for trulieve and they were open the day before even, 30 miles of driving later and there's a sign on the door saying they are closed and won't open till the next day. Wth? OK fine makes sense i guess,, but as I walk around back of the building to my car I see three employees of trulieve standing with the back door propped open talking and mockingly saying "were closed" as they continue to rudely run their mouths about nonesense when little do they know how many upset ppl they have at their front door. Will not return ever and I advise anybody who has morals to choose elsewhere, absolutely beyond rude staff.
If I could get less than one star I would.. even if you place an order it is not ready and you ALWAYS have to wait 45 minutes to an hour...This time after placing an order and waiting 45 minutes they did not have my pre-order that was confirmed. Their system is flawed and there are so many other stores in the area that our quality and the wait times are very minimal...Not to mention the prices are much more reasonable at all of the other stores.. I found what I was looking for for $14 less each
Your worker Tammy Hughes is a huge transphobe and spewing hatred all over one of my friend's facebook page. I would never feel comfortable going to your store if that meant someone who despised my loved ones was working there. I hope some sort of training or reprimands are made so she can be educated on what is probably a large chunk of your clientelle

I went in on 06/21/2022 at around 5pm the guy that came and got me to carry me to the back was definitely helpful and knowledgeable!Also to let some of you all know! Trulive is slow times on the wait times etc but it’s well worth waiting because they are the best dispensary in Florida period!!!! I’ve been to all of them and every time I leave them places like muv, liberty and fluent etc. I’m disappointed and you can’t carry your stuff back at those places like you can at trulive!So be patient for the good bud, because it’s definitely worth waiting for here! I promise!!!
This is crazy to me. I go to that store and purchase my medical every time and I be going through the 3.5’s like nothing. Come to find out, they don’t put 3.5 in there, how did I find out? So I today I picked up 3 of the 3.5’s and when weight it they all three weight at 3.27. That’s not fair at all.

Worst customer service experience of my life today. The system had a glitch and my reward points weren’t displaying. It happens.How I was treated while trying to figure out what happened was unacceptable. Young guy with pointy black earrings comes over to me and my cashier and (wrongly) tells me all of my reward points expire after 6 months despite me shopping there 10 days ago. He proceeds to act condescendingly and to treat me rudely while I’m just trying to figure out where thousands of dollars of reward points have disappeared. I was given a 10% discount by my cashier, who was very sympathetic and as confused as me, but then the rude guy with black earrings gave his customer a 20% discount. It wasn’t done to provide good customer service to her, it was done to provide bad service to me basically a giant middle finger. I smoke for anxiety and being treated so rudely and confrontationally did not help and makes me anxious to returnDude with pointy black earrings, you sucked today
To be honest I have been completely against any form of marijuana for 50 years. Recently my mom became very ill with alzheimers/demetia/encephalitis and no medications could help her or give her sleep or rest from aggiation and combativeness. Recently her Neurologist suggested that I try to give her some edibles to see if that would help. We came to Trulieve totally inexperinced and a little nervous. Upon arriving Aubrey at the Front Desk acknowledged us right away and greeted us with a warm/friendly/calm demeanor. She answered all of my questions and was so patient with me. I watched her as she was juggling so many different tasks/roles from greeting everyone who came in, saying goodbye to each person who exited, for keeping track of all the clients times and getting up to assist the workers in the back and emails and orders and so much more. She is such an outstanding Director of First Impressions. Our patient consultant was Heather and she also was so sweet and patient with all of my questions and had helpful input and suggestions and explained all of the important things to know for first time clients. She was able to give the reassurance and direction we needed. Great job you guys! It is hard to find excellent customer service these days. I have seen firsthand how the edibles have helped my mom with being able to sleep now and less aggiation and combativeness. It is absolutely a miracle! Thank you for outstanding service you provided. We shall return.

Service has gone down and it’s very noticeable. It says wait times won’t be long then you end up waiting 30 minutes to a hour. Told me to go wait in my car it would be half an hour even though the website said they were slow and they marked me a no show and I never go a call. Need better workers up front.

Counter for 8 minutes while the man checking in patients was busy playing with his phone ! Then when I handed him my patient card and my caregiver card he accused me of having fake cards .Which forced me to explain my medical situation as well as the person I’m a caregiver for!Completely unprofessional behavior at the front of a MEDICAL MARIJUANA dispensary!

I have been to 6 or 7 different trulieve dispensaries around FL this one by far is the best no hassle simple transactions I walked in on a Friday afternoon I was in and out 15-20 minutes max. Thank you my new to go Trulieve dispensary.
Even though I changed my entire day to be able to come by at 4pm- I’m a regular customer and they have been advertising a “happy hour” from 4-7 w/ free merch- I asked and was told not until later? That’s the last $175 you will get from me! False advertisement! They NEVER GIVE OUT ANYTHING & I won’t be back!!!

This was my first time in a dispensary and I'm grateful that I did not feel overwhelmed. There are a lot of products to choose from and the staff take their time to make sure that you get what's right for you. And thanks to Anthony for the help and terpenes education.
If I could give zero stars I would. Don't get flower here. Every person working is annoyed Everytime I come in as if me asking them to do their job is too hard. Their flower quality is NEVER consistent. The quality is always trash. And the process of viewing the menu and seeing what's available is the most complicated of all dispensaries I go to. How is it medical Cannabis dispensary if it can't provide me with consistent quality medical flower? I'm appalled by what this company is doing to cannabis itself. It's terrible that this company is so large and controlling over the market.
Not welcoming at all. Went to the counter and wasn't greeted or even looked at. I stood there for a few minutes and the guy at the counter just said "card, pick up or walk-in" and then told me to have a seat. I sat there for about 30 minutes. The staff there all have attitudes and can't explain any of the strains to me. No menus for walk-ins. I will never go here again. Also the weed options and quality is not good at all. I can point you to five dispensaries that are WAY BETTER. I gave 2 stars because at least they have "okay" deals on flower.
All Trulieve locations have really taken this mask bs to another level. Still require a mask and won't serve you unless you have one... also heard they tumble their flower to shake off crystals to make their distillet, and wax... buyer beware, to many other options out there to choose that have better quality flower
Staff is friendly, eager to help, informative. They make me feel comfortable. I don’t get anxiety while I’m there and that’s an issue with me at just about every other store I visit. Service is quick but they won’t rush you. 100% recommended!

She alway has a friendly smile and a good word. She is knowledgeable in product and if she doesn't she will get the answer. She always offers me new products. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been fantastic, but Aubrey is the Superstar on this team. From our first introduction we have continued to form a wonderful patient-caretaker relationship. Indeed this lovely lady IS a caretaker. She has remembered my name, taken the time to say “hello” even if I have not been paired with her, but most importantly, she knows her patients as well as she knows the products. Aubrey’s personal, client-centric style of serving her patients is why she is my preferred pharmacist. Though I love to see Aubrey’s smile at the front desk, I am thrilled when she is the Trulieve member I am connected with because I know she is prepared to discuss my needs while continuing to build our rapport with the upmost grace and professionalism. Trulieve is my go to dispensary and I had a great experience my last time in. Giovanni C helped me and he was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. I usually take my time deciding what I want and he was so patient with me and gave great tips and suggestions. Look forward to seeing him again next time I stop in.

This location neglected to apply my 10% snap discount today, which bothers me.I had to come in with an injured knee, walking with a cane & the Manager at this location made it awkward. Not at all what I expected. Thankfully other local shops offer better experience.
The worst dispensary in SW Florida. They tell you that the product is available and that they will deliver on a specific day, and never have what I ordered and NEVER deliver on the day they said they would. When I call about it, I find out that they are always 5 days behind for some reason or another. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes before someone answers the phone and then they are never able to resolve anything or give correct info. This morning (Monday) I found out that my delivery that was supposed to be here Saturday and rescheduled for today was somehow completely cancelled. I would not recommend doing business with them.

This used to be my favorite dispensary in the tri-county area, Now I've been using MUV and only have to wait 5 minutes or less before you're buying medicine. They also have a list of what they have available. At the time of this post, Truelive has a much better selection. I would use Truelive more if the wait was shorter and the stock was more regular.
I was actually recommended here by a friend .1st time there yesterday & the moment I got to the register the woman looked at me & said “ well what do you want?” She definitely lacked basic customer service skills . Also , I don’t like that you don’t have a screen of some sort telling us what you have in stock . I legit had to fish what you guys have out of this girl who barely wanted to be there anyways .My flower also had 2 seeds in its batch so never again .Definitely wouldn’t recommend nor go back . Nice facility. They were giving me 20% discount for veterans not matter what the deal of the day was. I was told by management last night that as of yesterday they STOPPED allowing the veterans discount to be combined with the daily specials. Told the guy that wasn't the case just last week and he told me 'they changed policy today'..... used to come here a lot and send people this way but I'll start checking other spots out..
One of our favorite marijuana stores. You always have the top notch strains. This place has major issues with ordering and dispensing. Don't bother online ordering cause they still take walkins before me. This place needs revamping for sure! We'll after giving them another chance we are definitely going to all their competition. I recommend going to Grow Healthy, Muv or Liberty Science. Adios Amigos!!!!
I will be going to Fluent from now on. I've been to two locations, Bonita Springs and Tallahassee, and neither of them pick up their phones (multiple tries) and their website won't submit my order. I like to do curbside pickup, but I never can. Try FLUENT, better customer experience by far...
Always have an issue with trulieve. Takes hours to fulfill my order and god forbid you show up any earlier. And placing an online order makes it no faster either when they are even able to fulfill your order. Good products if they have them it’s just a headache even trying to go through the process here.
Placed an online order at 3:00, waited all day, and then they wouldn’t let me in at 7:40 despite closing at 8pm. They stared at me standing outside and wouldn’t open the door until I knocked and gestured for one of them to come outside. I could clearly see that they were still assisting other customers. They cracked the door as if I would try to bust in ?? I only needed one item and they would rather recommended I go to curaleaf down the road then Assist one last customer. I’ve been here over 10 times and this was the final straw. Consistently the Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I will never be returning and will be telling everyone how absolutely horrible your store is. Ur product is not worth the 48 hour wait & rude staff to get it. This is MEDICINE for people and u can’t refuse service like that. Pretty sure it’s illegal even. ZERO STARS.
Customer service is absolutely terrible.the products come with labels atop of other labels so I honestly have no clue if I’m actually getting what I’m paying for. Wait time is horrible as well, they tend to play favorites. Their system is always inaccurate, our orders have been given away on mutual accounts.the products that are being sold are amazing but something definitely has to be done about service.just today I’ve been waiting for my order outside for over an hour while there is one other person here,the man outside said there are other orders ahead of yours but the people just haven’t gotten here to pick it up theres so I couldn’t get my order till they arrived to get there’s. . . Understandable.but not when I’m being told to come inside to get my order and that it’s ready to grab and go...an hour and a half later I’m still being denied access cause there other customers never showed..this type of service and system has to change.
As I walked towards the building I was inhospitably greeted with " What do you want?". I tried to respond in a friendly manner and said " I would like to go inside". He replied with phone number and card. No please. No how's your day. No pleasantries. After waiting nearly a half hour without a wait time, I was able to go in the building, and I knew I was able to through a text message. The staff was friendly, but they did not have any topical items even though I called and asked and they said they had it. So, in short I got half of what I came for and not a good customer experience.
Trulieve is a great dispensary! They seem to have better variety and product, so always my first choice. I suggest visiting their website and use leafly link in the strain page, to have so much better time choosing your product. Thanks Trulieve Bonita Springs!
This place is a joke!!! Stock is limited, quality is below average and extremely overpriced. I've yet to have a pleasant experience, I'm either waiting in the lobby or outside for over 30-40min everytime, even when I'm just picking up an order. I even tried to get it delivered but that was a nightmare, their constantly making mistakes to my orders with zero customer service to fix. Honestly, its always something with this place, I wish I could give negative stars and if this was the only dispensary, I'd honestly try to quit smoking.........

Enjoy timely, courteous service, but cheaper forms or indica strain is hardly ever available, which i need due to my many medical issues i.e., epilepsy, etc.
I drove 20+ mi to get the 1:1 gummies. Very happy I did. Customer service is outstanding here and at Cape Coral location. Staff very helpful and seem to genuinely want to help you. If I could give more stars, I would. It is about more than the THC folks.
Trulieve has consistently been the worst dispensary I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with. I have only had my MMJ card a few months. I have had my online order cancelled 5 times now through Trulieve. I get online, place my order, get a confirmation number, then like clockwork 3-5 hrs later they call and tell me the product is out. With all of the technology today, I don't understand why their website allows you to place orders for something they don't have. I don't think that's the case at all because not one other dispensary besides Trulieve has this issue. Maybe Trulieve needs to check into why certain customers can walk in without a reserved order and happily walk out with their product, while those of us who actually need the product for medicinal purposes get phone calls 4 hrs later saying oops, we ran out. Mistakes happen, I completely understand that, but 5 times? That's a flaw in the operation of Trulieve, yet consumers are the ones paying the price with their health while Trulieve does nothing to rectify their errors. Maybe if they practiced what their website states it would be a respectable dispensary, not a legal dope dealer.
Ill give them credit for fixing their website but now Corporate needs lesson in Customer Service. Maybe Slowly they will learn how to deal with unhappy customers. Large Corp should care more about complaining customers giving them a reason to keep coming back. Not ignore and only fix computer program.
Will constantly cancel orders that are placed, unfortunately don’t get your hopes up for reliable service.
Every time I go to Trulieve all the employees are wonderful! Brian Pullen has assisted me numerous times and I have to say he is Amazing! So knowledge, helpful and always goes the extra mile to help with anything! 😊
8/7/20- 5Stars. Staff is friendly and attentive. They really know their product and are proud of it. I would be too. The Best way to do this is to go on the website and shop. They will hold your order for 24hrs. You still have to wait your turn in the lobby but you can sign in in your phone. Less wait. Then you go back into the secret chamber, today I was with Brian. Super Nice guy. Had my order ready to go plus reminded me of my $75 discount!! Sweet!! I goto All 6 of the Bonita stores. Depends on sales and what's in stock. Trulieve is the biggest, and closest to my house. Great selection of Flower.
You need to update your website so customers know what you have in and out of stock. I waited 33 minutes (i was told 10 minutes by the way) to find out they have 1 strain. Its 2020 get your web developers to update asap please. There are plenty of other options in Bonita!
Usually out of just about everything, I have had a few instances even where I’ve placed an order only for them to tell me when I’ve arrived that they are out of whatever I ordered. The whole flower is really good quality for the most part but I’d recommend sticking with their Tier 1 Flower above all. Their Bud Tenders are very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable but I personally prefer Grow Healthy or Columbia Care for whole flower. I don’t see the point in having such a large menu because it’s incredibly deceiving when you’re always out of 80% of the menu.

This place is a joke.... I waited for 2 weeks to be contacted for them to replace my trustik that came broken I never got to use it once and not to mention this is my 3rd time buying one and 1 works temporarily. I will never use this company again the customer service is horrible and then they send you on a mission just to have something replaced when it was the manufactures fault to begin with and they are extremely expensive for cheap product.
When it comes to medical marijuana no one knows more than Trulieve Bonita springs! They are constantly keeping their inventory stocked with the best selection of strains and delivery methods on the market. Not only is the environment a friendly and approachable area but it is always kept immaculate! There is no place I would rather choose, top tier supply and even better employees!

They need to know how to wear masks. They also let people inside that small room without masks, the other day a guy was coughing so bad he had to run outside. I’m never coming back to this nasty place again.

I give this place 5 stars because they always come through even during a pandemic! They try their hardest to satisfy their patient's needs. My favorite dispensary by far and the selection and prices are really reasonable.
First time posting a review. Placed an order at 2pm yesterday, received no text or call. Called today at 1pm, waited an hour and seven minutes on hold for the lady to tell me the order is still being reviewed and that they are out of everything I ordered. Had to cancel. I understand we are in a crazy time but between no correspondence about the order and then waiting to hear nothing is available, I will be using other dispensaries in the area.
Other than the good product the place is run like a zoo. Takes over an hour to get in and get you product. And now with covid I had to wait almost 2 days to even get in to get my prescription.. and once I checked in which was almost 10 min before my appointment they told me my wait would be 35 to 45 min. Unacceptable
I have been to the Bonita Springs location twice and both times have been excellent. Staff makes you feel comfortable and Bill was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice for the back pain. I will continue to come back every time!!

I go to Trulieve regularly as my son’s caregiver and the staff is all so nice and knowledgeable!! Hayden helped me this week and was awesome! He was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Always have a great experience at this location. Every staff member I have interaccted with is most knowledgeable on all the products. Also all very kind and polite. They offer compassion discounts for Vets! Love Mini Mondays and Wind Down Wednesday!! Oh- Bring jacket if you don't like to be chilly. They keep the waiting room pretty cool. Not complaining just hippin out.🤙
