I don't shop here anymore because the wait times are insane and the prices are all over the place. Unfortunately my favorite dispensary was closed on New Year's Day and I didn't realize so I had to come here again. I was literally the only customer in the store and I still had to sit in the waiting room for 5 minutes. I will never understand how trulieve manufactures new ways to waste my time. 2 cashiers were "working" and I'm left to twiddle my thumbs in the waiting room.

Products are awesome but was rang up wrong on my discounted total. After stating I was gonna use my 60% discount on my purchase, I was informed they had 1/2oz on flower I wanted avail and would be worth it since using my discount. I was very happy and agreed to get the 1/2 over the 8th. After I got home I noticed the discount wasn't applied to the flower as I was told it would be. So the whole reason of increasing my order was voided.

Ever since she started the place always seems short staffed and people look unhappy. It’s clear the store is being run poorly. Also.. the 5 star reviews are basically paid reviews where people get kickbacks. Against Google TOS and unethical.

Nice selection but pickup takes way too long that it is a great inconvenience. Doesn’t matter is you order ahead online and receive a text that your order is ready. You still have to set aside an hour to pick up. Other dispensaries in the area do not have this problem

Honestly has great and friendly staff and products as well but the experience itself is the worst i’ve experienced at a dispensary anywhere. Wait times are exceedingly long and it seems like they’re always understaffed. There’s been 1 or 2 times where I’ve been in and out, but I always assume there’s going to be a 30-45 minute wait. For this reason I do not go here. The competition is somehow able to create a much more efficient process despite doing the same thing- dispensing mmj! Don’t go here if you value your time is all.

I just went there today for the first time and it was super busy with people and the staff was EXTREMELY KIND! I know patients can grow impatient when the patients don’t plan accordingly on a holiday weekend and the staff puts up with mean jerks but I hope corporate sees this and gives the staff a raise or a big food catering event because they do deserve it! Brandon Trulieve is the most horrible dispensary around. I've tried on numerous occasions but I have yet to have a pleasant experience. My last visit was the last straw. I had an online order for Express pick up. Checked in online and waited. and waited. and waited. I watched walk ins being called back. When I said something I was the bad guy. Then when I finally get to the back the girl couldn't find my order. OK, it happens. I gave her my order number. She said, oh, this was placed at different location, that's why I can't find it. Already irritated I unlock my phone and show her my confirmation for the BRANDON location. If you make a mistake, own up to it and move on. Don't try to lie or make the customer feel stupid. I always have a wait. It doesn't matter if there are 2 or 10 people. And there is almost always a problem with my order. I don't have any of these problems with your other locations.

The waiting area is super spacious and the receptionist was friendly, both over the phone when I called in before and in person.When I was called into the product area, the associates there were extremely personable and knowledgeable. Did not realize that there was even a trulieve in Brandon since I had been going all the way out to dale Mabry, if I were to go, hence why I did not go often to this particular dispensary. They were my go-to in the beginning, about 5 years ago, and I'm grateful that I found out that they're close by because now I will be able to drive 1p minutes instead of 45! Product is usually on point I do know that this is a dispensary that if anything is unsatisfactory they will work to make it satisfactory with you. Now after being back after so long, I haven't got to sample all the new products that I ordered yesterday, but I'm looking forward to trying each and every one of their products The store seemed a little hidden just because it was further back from the street, but was still easy to find and plenty of parking. The entrance was marked clearly and the employees inside were extremely friendly and helpful, and made you feel welcome. There was maybe one other person in the waiting room and my wait time was less than 3 minutes before I went back to the bud tender that was patient, extremely helpful, and friendly. I was in and out of the store in less than 10-15 minutes tops. Product looks and smells phenomenal. I will be back over and over again I'm sure!!

This is probably my favorite dispensary so far. They have a very wide range of products. I got the dark chocolate cookies and I love them! I can't wait to try more of their products! I would like to say that I am a patient person and I listen to people's instruction and I know that in this time of the world today people need patient and understanding but the way I was treated today by Tony whom stated he's the only black supervisor and at the Brandon location was very rude today to me and I really didn't appreciate it I know that they have a system but I have been following this system since thet started and I sat in this waiting room and seen three or four people before me state that they have ordered online just like I have and provided the last order numbers just like I did but, it was just my luck I guess that everyone that came in after me had ordered before me when I try to get a little explanation about this it was just really explained by Tony I really didn't appreciate his attitude and told me he did me a favor by bumping me up in front of other people but I was informed my order was ready so why would you have to do that he was just very nasty and I didn't appreciate. Longhaired front desk guy needs to be checked immediately. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I COMPLETELY understand why I hear such horrible things about this location. His guy openly complains about everything, including customers while others are sitting within hearing distance. Well.. honestly he's loud enough we can all hear. A lady walks in without a mask and removes her card from her bra. He asks her to leave for a mask and a the door shut goes, "how would she feel if I pulled my card from out of my balls and gave it to her?" Few moments later he walks out to talk to security and comes back in at 737 flirting with a chick. He checks her in and IMMEDIATELY takes her to the back after telling a patiently waiting CUSTOMER it would be over an hour. After some time she comes walking out trulieve bag in hand, while we're still waiting! Go to leave and him, security, and another teammate are smoking and complaining. Placed one order at 830. Never notified it was ready. At 330, i just drove up there. Order still not ready, so I was told to wait 20 minutes. In less than the time it took for them to wait on me, I placed a different order at a nearby dispensary. Before Trulieve was able to get me back, the other order was done. I canceled the order. I don't mind waiting, but it should not take all day to fill one order.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

After stating I was gonna use my 60% discount on my purchase, I was informed they had 1/2oz on flower I wanted avail and would be worth it since using my discount. I was very happy and agreed to get the 1/2 over the 8th. After I got home I noticed the discount wasn't applied to the flower as I was told it would be. Brandon Trulieve is the most horrible dispensary around. I've tried on numerous occasions but I have yet to have a pleasant experience. My last visit was the last straw. I had an online order for Express pick up. Checked in online and waited. and waited. and waited. I watched walk ins being called back. When I said something I was the bad guy. Then when I finally get to the back the girl couldn't find my order. OK, it happens. I gave her my order number. She said, oh, this was placed at different location, that's why I can't find it. Already irritated I unlock my phone and show her my confirmation for the BRANDON location. If you make a mistake, own up to it and move on. Don't try to lie or make the customer feel stupid. I always have a wait. It doesn't matter if there are 2 or 10 people. And there is almost always a problem with my order. I don't have any of these problems with your other locations.

Did not realize that there was even a trulieve in Brandon since I had been going all the way out to dale Mabry, if I were to go, hence why I did not go often to this particular dispensary. They were my go-to in the beginning, about 5 years ago, and I'm grateful that I found out that they're close by because now I will be able to drive 1p minutes instead of 45! Product is usually on point I do know that this is a dispensary that if anything is unsatisfactory they will work to make it satisfactory with you. Now after being back after so long, I haven't got to sample all the new products that I ordered yesterday, but I'm looking forward to trying each and every one of their products The store seemed a little hidden just because it was further back from the street, but was still easy to find and plenty of parking. The entrance was marked clearly and the employees inside were extremely friendly and helpful, and made you feel welcome. There was maybe one other person in the waiting room and my wait time was less than 3 minutes before I went back to the bud tender that was patient, extremely helpful, and friendly. I was in and out of the store in less than 10-15 minutes tops. Product looks and smells phenomenal. I will be back over and over again I'm sure!!

Longhaired front desk guy needs to be checked immediately. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I COMPLETELY understand why I hear such horrible things about this location. His guy openly complains about everything, including customers while others are sitting within hearing distance. Well.. honestly he's loud enough we can all hear.
