Getting better still has the slowest process ,definitely use the online check in even when ordered online or your gonna wait just like a walk in ,kinda something they should have a disclaimer for :Tip for associates take the medical card at the door /desk hold it give it to the dispenser on customers turn when customer gets to register give it back , cuts out having to explain /verify who you are with everyone there ! Actually just send an associate to MÜV and watch .then capture and paste , they have it right !!!

Customer services for the most has been good. In 3 years I only had a problem with one employee but I'm sure she's long gone. Anywho, I know I can't be the only one that thinks evertime they attempt to make their ordering system "better" well it SUCKS, its NOT user friendly. I couldn't order from the site last night, so I tried again this morning an AGAIN it would not let me log in. I have been to every Dispensary around (I'm a bargain shopper) and it's the only one that takes more than 15 mins wait sometimes much longer...the system they have in the back isobviously NOT working. I couldn't order today, had to go else where. I know this falls on deaf ears.. the whole company just sucks....from the beginning to the end is a hard ache. I'll spend a few extra dollars and go else where. I know my few 100 dollars isn't much...but word of mouth is your number 1 advertisement.. I won't recommend your company no longer. I would give a -5☆ if possible! The Brookville Trulieve location is a joke! They didn't enter my purchase into the MMU registry on a few occasions. Now because of that I have to go 6 days without my medication! The bud tenders that checked me out on those occasions should be terminated immediately! This is not a joke of a matter, this should be a crime! I will be reporting this to the proper authorities at the MMU registry! I will also be consulting with an attorney. Someone needs to pay for this mistake, besides my anxiety and pain!Edit: I talked to someone again today and they blamed me. They said it was my fault that the order was not entered. I will absolutely never shop at Trulieve again! I don't care if they were the last dispensary in the area, I'll travel!

The staff are always helpful and pleasant but I only wish that if an order can not be filled, that the person trying to order it is notified...I put in an order 6 hours ago and still have nothing but a confirmation in my inbox... Some of us don't have the time to waste to drive up there to see... There needs to be a way to talk to the specific dispensary or at least get a courtesy notification that they are out of stock of a specific flower.

I think it’s terrible that this place (and other dispensaries) actually have tip jars next to the register. Exactly what am I tipping for? They claim cannabis dispensaries are “medical” but guess what, I don’t tip the cashier at Walgreens. I hate this tipping society we’ve developed into. Businesses don’t want to pay their employees so they put it on us, the customers, to make up for it even after prices for services have already increased. I’m not tipping anyone unless they provide some kind of exemplary service. A tip is a reward, not a pre-requisite. What I’m NOT going to do is tip someone who merely has to bag a prepackaged product and ring me up for it.

Trulieve, Brookville. I'd like to start this review by saying that 2 of the managers at this location are awesome, Daphne and Eric are both great at their job. The rest of them are super rude! The products you receive are not the same % as what's advertised on the web site. You have to check your flower jar before leaving to make sure it is still sealed and not opened. Then you should definitely weigh it before using, to make sure it's even the correct amount. I've ordered 3.5 grams of flower and received 2.7 grams or less several times. The wait times are crazy long, here. The products are now overpriced. Other dispensaries in the area have the same quality products at a much lower cost. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years now. But I will not pay $55 for a concentrate that I can get from the dispensary down the road for $27. Before making a purchase at Trulieve, shop around at your other local dispensaries.

The process at Trulieve compared to almost every other competing dispensary here in Florida is completely backwards!!!! You literally had to wait for 20 minutes just to be able to go in the back. It makes no sense how controlled Trulieve is. Medical marijuana patients have to jump through hoops as it is to get approved and then when you visit Trulieve you feel like you have to jump through hoops even more.... Now I remember why I don't go there very often and I prefer its competitors. At other dispensaries you can just walk right in, go right to the counter and talk to somebody. You don't need to sign in, you don't need their "permission" as to when you can approach a counter and you definitely don't sit there for 20 to 30 minutes just to be able to go in the back to shop. Trulieve has too many restrictions in their policies that make it difficult to get people in and out quickly...People with anxiety don't want to go through their tsa style process of waiting in line just to be able to be let in through a door to go shopping. Nobody wants to sit in a room for 20 to 30 minutes just to be stared at by everyone that comes in the door. It makes it even worse that it was an online order pick up that my wife placed. It should have been ready and an hour later it was not. Trulieve really needs to rethink their process. They are hurting their business. If they would just start looking at customer reviews or listening to people in fb groups that complain about the experience and feeling like they're being controlled, They might actually be able to improve it like every other dispensary has.As a MM cancer patient myself, this is why I typically do not go to Trulieve. It's competitors have a much better AND MORE STREAMLINED process with less stress involved and you can literally walk in and out within 3-5 minutes, have your order and out the door. I won't name the other competitors, but three other major chains here in Florida have way better processes and don't make you feel like you're walking into a courthouse, jail or a prison!!!Fix your systems!!!!The patient experience should be your highest priority. You make it feel like we're sitting in a doctor's office waiting to be called in to see the doctor....

They send you emails stating your order is filled and ready to be picked up and then when you get here they tell you that the item you wanted was Out of Stock and they try to sell you a more expensive product. They'll switch out his order or he'll check in online to avoid the INSANITY this location has and they still make him stand in line. Today they removed him from the list while he was still standing in line! Unprofessional the staff make snarky comments and have terrible attitudes always! I absolutely hate it here. What pharmacy asks for tips? I have only been there twice. The first time was horrible. The girl wanted her tip so bad she tried to just take it. She put my bag on top of my $5 change the as I’m watching with a horrible slight of hand puts my $ back on her open register. When I ask for my money back she plays stupid. When she saw I wasn’t having it, she gave it to me and walked away from me. SMH. That is a thief. The 2nd time I went which was 2 months at least from the 1st visit and they had barley anything in stock at 3pm. It was an awful experience and I won’t be going back. To many other places that treat you right to go back there.

I've only had 2 people that work there that have real knowledge of what they are selling.This is true at all the different places I've been.More training is needed, for staff. It's frustrating when you are New to the Marijuana process of medication.Everyone is always friendly and that helps. First let me say, the people that help me out when I finally get in front of someone are great! Always friendly. However, the wait times are way too long. You don't have to carry on conversations with customers to be professional and friendly, find out what they need, give them the basic info they are looking for and get them out the door. Sorry, but you have people waiting, step to it.And if that's not what's happening back there I can't imagine why the heck it's taking so long...Now let me vent about ordering on line. When I place an order several hours, as many as 6 hours before closing, why is it taking until the next day to be ready for pickup? Guess what. There are other dispensaries in the area that are less expensive, get orders filled in less than 30 minutes and get me out the door quickly! Of course I'll be back to TL in the future but I think I'll step away for now.

I have enjoyed the strains I have come across and meeting some of the employees.But I find it incredibly disheartening that most of the people that work here aren’t knowledgeable in the strains they provide or are able to offer much input leaving me to literally google what I have questions to regarding the strains that are available.It baffles me that someone can work somewhere and have 0 ZERO CLUE as to what they are selling their customers.If there was some training involved around this in educating the employees on the products they carry it would make the whole experience THAT much better.Since coming here the past few months I have met maybe 2 out of the dozen that work there that actually know what they are talking about.Being in retail sales myself for a number of years in the past I have prided myself in educating myself in the various products I have sold my customers and that was a defining factor on whether people wanted to continue to do business with me.The customer should NOT have to put in all the work and should be able to ask an associate at Trulieve for advice or guidance on a product instead of trying to figure things out themselves.That is all.

This location has got it down, when they first opened I could tell that they were doing what any good citizen would do; roll with it! Noticeably the pick-up and walk-in systems were initially flawed and just weren’t able to keep up with the volume. The team rocked it just the same, and now I must say that everything has evolved to function and I am always happy to stop in, black tuna is hands down the best strain, they don’t water it down and it’s nice and sticky!

The online ordering is quite easily managed, and my orders have been ready and complete before I arrive. All the staff are educated in helping the customer find the best product. Also, the staff exude exceptional professionalism, and sincerely want to assist each patient a desired level of relief. You are greeted on arrival by cheerful staff and armed security. And, recently I noticed in my brief wait, there is a tv monitor that displays promotional products, as well as the first name, last name initial of the next few patients to be served. They are incredibly busy but they do not staff enough people to service that business. Herd us all in like cattle and force a few hourly kids to deal with the busy days and massive wait times. This particular branch spoke to me unprofessionally for no reason other than my not being a guy, it seemed. I didn’t hear anyone else addressed how I was addressed. Talk to every patient the same way... It shouldn’t matter what body someone got packaged into or what fabrics are on their body while they are attempting to access their medicine just like everyone else...... A good rule of thumb: if you wouldn’t say it to the elder white male combat veteran, don’t say it to ANYONE. (Why would it even change?? Really, think about that.) Also, I had called the store directly to try and address the issue with them, was assured a supervisor would call me back, and of course they never did. So, here’s a public review then. Trulieve corporate strategy would do well to crunch their analytics on who used to shop in store but now needs the delivery option instead, then try and care enough to figure out why.

Trulieve as a whole is a total mess. The inventory online is never accurate. Even with this new system. Customer service is a complete waste of time if you’re trying to accomplish anything other than an order. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with on the phone or on chat. They will literally let you stand in line for an hour and not tell you they are out of what they know everyone is waiting for (ground or minis) until you get to the desk to check in. Every time I have ordered online they just change my order to whatever works for them without any notice at all. The last time I got a call that the ground I ordered was not in stock but that I had another option and to call back. I called back repeatedly with no answer and in turn did not get what I ordered. They do absolutely nothing to try and make it right. Trulieve is only concerned with making a dollar and has zero concern about the patients that need the medicine they are dispensing. Street drug dealers have better work etiquette in my opinion. Trulieve as a whole needs to work on their customer service and website instead of opening location after location that they cannot properly manage.

I placed an online order on Thanksgiving for pick up on Black Friday. I received a text instantly confirming my order. Never heard back from anyone. I went to the Brooksville store. I was told the order was cancelled due to delivery issues. By the time I got to the store everything was sold out. I went home disappointed.Saturday I received a call from the store manager. He said how sorry they were and said the next time I came in my order would be there waiting for me, most likely on Thursday.To my amazement Sunday I got a call from the sweetest woman, Danielle, saying to come on in my order was waiting for me. I have gone to this location 2 times, and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. Both times the person I got to help me couldn’t even tell me much about their product. Talking about price is not the only important factor. These people are supposed to know which product is best suited for your needs and they really don’t. Today i went in and was completely baffled that they had absolutely no flower at all and couldn’t tell me when they would get it in. I still spoke with a rep to inform me more about vape instead and they were completely clueless. The second time they had the same sale, I asked for the additional discount. This medtender asked someone else that said no I couldn't use my points. So one does what another won't. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

Now because of that I have to go 6 days without my medication! The bud tenders that checked me out on those occasions should be terminated immediately! This is not a joke of a matter, this should be a crime! I will be reporting this to the proper authorities at the MMU registry! I will also be consulting with an attorney. Someone needs to pay for this mistake, besides my anxiety and pain!Edit: I talked to someone again today and they blamed me. They said it was my fault that the order was not entered. I think it’s terrible that this place (and other dispensaries) actually have tip jars next to the register. Exactly what am I tipping for? They claim cannabis dispensaries are “medical” but guess what, I don’t tip the cashier at Walgreens. I hate this tipping society we’ve developed into. Businesses don’t want to pay their employees so they put it on us, the customers, to make up for it even after prices for services have already increased. I’m not tipping anyone unless they provide some kind of exemplary service. A tip is a reward, not a pre-requisite. Trulieve, Brookville. I'd like to start this review by saying that 2 of the managers at this location are awesome, Daphne and Eric are both great at their job. The rest of them are super rude! The products you receive are not the same % as what's advertised on the web site. You have to check your flower jar before leaving to make sure it is still sealed and not opened. Then you should definitely weigh it before using, to make sure it's even the correct amount. I've ordered 3.5 grams of flower and received 2.7 grams or less several times. The wait times are crazy long, here. The products are now overpriced. Other dispensaries in the area have the same quality products at a much lower cost. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years now. But I will not pay $55 for a concentrate that I can get from the dispensary down the road for $27. Before making a purchase at Trulieve, shop around at your other local dispensaries.

The process at Trulieve compared to almost every other competing dispensary here in Florida is completely backwards!!!! You literally had to wait for 20 minutes just to be able to go in the back. It makes no sense how controlled Trulieve is. Medical marijuana patients have to jump through hoops as it is to get approved and then when you visit Trulieve you feel like you have to jump through hoops even more.... Now I remember why I don't go there very often and I prefer its competitors. At other dispensaries you can just walk right in, go right to the counter and talk to somebody. You don't need to sign in, you don't need their "permission" as to when you can approach a counter and you definitely don't sit there for 20 to 30 minutes just to be able to go in the back to shop. Trulieve has too many restrictions in their policies that make it difficult to get people in and out quickly...People with anxiety don't want to go through their tsa style process of waiting in line just to be able to be let in through a door to go shopping. Nobody wants to sit in a room for 20 to 30 minutes just to be stared at by everyone that comes in the door. It makes it even worse that it was an online order pick up that my wife placed. It should have been ready and an hour later it was not. Trulieve really needs to rethink their process. They are hurting their business. If they would just start looking at customer reviews or listening to people in fb groups that complain about the experience and feeling like they're being controlled, They might actually be able to improve it like every other dispensary has.As a MM cancer patient myself, this is why I typically do not go to Trulieve. It's competitors have a much better AND MORE STREAMLINED process with less stress involved and you can literally walk in and out within 3-5 minutes, have your order and out the door. I won't name the other competitors, but three other major chains here in Florida have way better processes and don't make you feel like you're walking into a courthouse, jail or a prison!!!Fix your systems!!!!The patient experience should be your highest priority. You make it feel like we're sitting in a doctor's office waiting to be called in to see the doctor....

Since getting my card I have been coming here. I have enjoyed the strains I have come across and meeting some of the employees.But I find it incredibly disheartening that most of the people that work here aren’t knowledgeable in the strains they provide or are able to offer much input leaving me to literally google what I have questions to regarding the strains that are available.It baffles me that someone can work somewhere and have 0 ZERO CLUE as to what they are selling their customers.If there was some training involved around this in educating the employees on the products they carry it would make the whole experience THAT much better.Since coming here the past few months I have met maybe 2 out of the dozen that work there that actually know what they are talking about.Being in retail sales myself for a number of years in the past I have prided myself in educating myself in the various products I have sold my customers and that was a defining factor on whether people wanted to continue to do business with me.The customer should NOT have to put in all the work and should be able to ask an associate at Trulieve for advice or guidance on a product instead of trying to figure things out themselves.That is all.

This location has got it down, when they first opened I could tell that they were doing what any good citizen would do; roll with it! Noticeably the pick-up and walk-in systems were initially flawed and just weren’t able to keep up with the volume. The team rocked it just the same, and now I must say that everything has evolved to function and I am always happy to stop in, black tuna is hands down the best strain, they don’t water it down and it’s nice and sticky!

This particular branch spoke to me unprofessionally for no reason other than my not being a guy, it seemed. I didn’t hear anyone else addressed how I was addressed. Talk to every patient the same way... It shouldn’t matter what body someone got packaged into or what fabrics are on their body while they are attempting to access their medicine just like everyone else...... A good rule of thumb: if you wouldn’t say it to the elder white male combat veteran, don’t say it to ANYONE. (Why would it even change?? Really, think about that.) Also, I had called the store directly to try and address the issue with them, was assured a supervisor would call me back, and of course they never did. So, here’s a public review then. Trulieve corporate strategy would do well to crunch their analytics on who used to shop in store but now needs the delivery option instead, then try and care enough to figure out why.

Trulieve as a whole is a total mess. The inventory online is never accurate. Even with this new system. Customer service is a complete waste of time if you’re trying to accomplish anything other than an order. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with on the phone or on chat. They will literally let you stand in line for an hour and not tell you they are out of what they know everyone is waiting for (ground or minis) until you get to the desk to check in. Every time I have ordered online they just change my order to whatever works for them without any notice at all. The last time I got a call that the ground I ordered was not in stock but that I had another option and to call back. I called back repeatedly with no answer and in turn did not get what I ordered. They do absolutely nothing to try and make it right. Trulieve is only concerned with making a dollar and has zero concern about the patients that need the medicine they are dispensing. Street drug dealers have better work etiquette in my opinion. Trulieve as a whole needs to work on their customer service and website instead of opening location after location that they cannot properly manage.

I was told the order was cancelled due to delivery issues. By the time I got to the store everything was sold out. I went home disappointed.Saturday I received a call from the store manager. He said how sorry they were and said the next time I came in my order would be there waiting for me, most likely on Thursday.To my amazement Sunday I got a call from the sweetest woman, Danielle, saying to come on in my order was waiting for me. The second time they had the same sale, I asked for the additional discount. This medtender asked someone else that said no I couldn't use my points. So one does what another won't.
