So previously I have been to this specific location prior with my sister and I absolutely loved my experience, everyone there was super nice.I also have been to a few different locations before and have never had issue.I recently was there and didn’t care for the manner is which a question was answered. I know that when bringing a guess not all things can be communicated with them (which is not a problem) my issue is that when I had been to this location about a month ago, the person that helped me was a young women with colorful hair, she was really nice, super helpful and really personable. Mind you my sister came along with me as well on this trip and her and my sister mostly talked ( about everything) they discussed products, pricing, where they had both worked previously, etc.Now leaving that day I absolutely loved my experience and hence came back again.But this time upon being at the store the same girl with the colorful hair was there, no issue initially. But then the person who was taking care of us goes to the back and my sister had a question, so she then asked the girl with the colorful hair “Hey do you know that with this promotion if she could include it with her discount?”The girl then says “Unfortunately I can’t answer any questions to you because you have a visitors pass on.” And supposedly as she says its a rule and its at all the locations (which yes it might be a rule that clearly not everyone follows, hence not even herself) because we were there a month prior and none of that was said.And I have been to other locations where this has not been an issue whether its being a paying customer or a visitor. Mind you she could have simply said “Unfortunately I can’t answer that question, you would have to ask the person that was helping you. So I’m confused as to why she couldn’t answer a simple yes or no question……Moving forward I don’t mind that this is a rule, but I feel like it needs to be a consistent rule implied, not just when people feel like implementing it.

February 5 which was Monday I come to the store I have a license but I come with us. I guess shopper I go in and dominate the GM really mediately tells me you know you can’t talk to her or advise her anything now I do understand that real however, my thoughts were we both have a marijuana license, so why wouldn’t matter I do understand that that rule is in placed for a reason however, I feel like instead of the way he said it was it was very antagonizing and sarcastic. He should’ve said it and left it there instead he keeps going back-and-forth with me about it I even took my license and said in the lobby because I didn’t want the issues he comes to the door with his chest all big like he’s intimidating me or trying to it really was a bad feeling I go to the store all the time and they’re usually really nice to me , not sure about going here at night. Anyhow, Dominic really made me feel a way like he came directly for me And wanted to antagonize me not good intentions he actually when I was talking to the guard to ask her did she notice that he was doing that? She said yes, and he popped out of the door and stands there, staring at me like I was going to stop talking I actually really want to speak to corporate. I’ve left three reviews and trying not to get the Store in trouble because some of the staff is really nice. However, I don’t Agree with how Dominic handled me so I would like to file a complaint on Dominic. If corporate can call me because this is this is my third review because at first I was going to leave it alone. However, it’s not fair to treat people like that I came in and I did nothing to him in that position. If you’re having a bad day you find a different way to deal with things at work you I did not cuss at him. I did not yell at him. I simply was going in there to sh why he came at me like that. I’m not sure, but it was really upsetting

After tonight is kind of questionable I have went into the store as a guest however, I have a license and the GM Dominic starts trying to antagonize me. It made me feel very uncomfortable because I go all the time he’s telling me how I could not talk to the person I was there with it didn’t sit well because we both had Marijuana license. He kept going back-and-forth. I asked him to please stopand he would not as a customer who has spent lots of money there and at this location all the time it wasn’t sitting however, the day staff is very friendly, and they make sure they do there best and always positive to your needs

This dispensary has become my favorite. The people there are very nice and informative. I really like the manager that runs this facility she is always in an amazing attitude and always makes me leave this place with a smile on my face. The flower and wax quality is quite exceptional for the price this is another big reason I go here because I feel like out of all the dispensaries this is the best one to get the best bang for your buck. There are other dispensaries I simply will not shop at because the prices, in my opinion, are outrageous and not affordable.

You would think they were smart enough to hire more staff but no they rather their patients wait in the lobby for an hour just to get their medicine. Today was my first time in a medical dispensary. I wish I would have done this sooner since I forgot the ladies name that helped me. But I’ll be back again and get her name and update this. I can remember she had some cool tattoos and really pretty eyes. But overall she was amazing. She walked me through everything. She was so knowledgeable. I thought I knew a few things myself but she impressed me with everything she knew. She absolutely made the experience personable. And I love that. To feel like you have a persons complete attention and to be able to ask any questions goes a long way. Her customer service skills are top notch. Make sure you bring cash so you can leave them tips. Needless to say I will be going back and I look forward to possibly working with her again.

My biggest complaint here is the WAIT TIME! I really have never been at any dispensary that makes you wait for HOURS for pick up orders to be ready. I ordered 3 hours ago and my order is still not ready. I'm currently sitting in the lobby waiting just like everyone else, what was the point of ordering ahead?! I could have just walked in. Why even offer the option to do so if it won't be ready? I mean I get being backed up on orders but come on 3 hours really? I go to Curaleaf and my order is ready in 15 minutes no matter how big the size. This order is a small one and it will be a total of nearly 4 hours from ordering until the time I actually walk out with my products.I came last night 30 minutes to close and was told that even if I wait I would probably still not be seen 30 minutes before closing really?? Is it a lack of staff or just the desire to go home so turning away customers is more convenient? Thank God for other dispensaries around the area because it would really suck to be limited to just this location.Plus side staff is friendly and they have some good products for decent prices. All I'm saying is do better with the wait time especially for orders placed wayyy ahead of time online.

Ok... here is my perspective. When patients come to dispensaries... I believe they all share some expectations of how the process of receiving their medications should happen. One is to show transparency when it comes to the order and speed that patients are helped. It's a big factor in the customer experience. This particular store does ok with it... but could improve a bit. I've noticed that all dispensaries have cut their staff, so the quality of service will drop and that may be happening here. Trulieve does have good products. I like the range of prices in each category. From low-life dirty vapes to high-class expensive top tier smoke... you can get what you need here... big selection!

Alot of people seem to get grouchy because of how busy they are and the wait times, but those same people STILL shop there all time , so the good obviously out weighs the bad. Best deals for patients!! Despite the wait the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with finding the right medicine.According to your recommendation they have a wide range of tinctures, edibles, concentrates, dry flower, CBD, and more. Curaleaf tends to have better selection when it comes to THC vapes. M.U.V can be a hit-or-miss when it comes to dry flowers.Overall I have only visited Trulieve, since I've been a patient since 2017. I can't find no better service or quality including the discounts and benefits anywhere else 😜

The black girl with freckles that works here is the rudest trulieve employee I have ever spoken to. I was asking for recommendations on flower and she kept saying “I don’t know you need to tell me what u want” and kept mumbling under her breathe for some reason even though I was kind to her. This is the worst trulieve location in Florida. There’s always a new problem when I come here.

For my older generation, it feels like CHEERS. the moment I walk in, HEY NORM!Out of the MANY YEARS I've been visiting this establishment, I've only truly had one bad experience, which was rectified over and beyond my satisfaction. If you need to look up the terps profile, unlike some stores, they've got you covered. And even a couple times, they've, the company itself, would have a HUGE sale, so much so, they couldn't get to everyone in the allotted sale time frame, so they, the company, said, tell everyone that's there, don't worry! We're going to extend this sale because we the company see how excited everyone was to participate n couldn't. Speaking of sales, they also have great promotions that go on throughout the year. Example Christmas. Bring in a toy, get x amount off, bring 2, etc. I'd just bring in an entire sack, and if you're in the lobby while I'm there, I'm handing you toys to donate so you get a discount, merry Xmas. I'm a veteran that struggles with a lot. My Trulieve staff know me by name and can always help with determining the best medicine for good price for me. Trulieve offers the 7 grams ground for a good price too. Thanks you guys for the great counseling. I can order online and go in and pick it up or delivery. Usually pretty quick. I try to go in the mornings before 1pm. I guess you could say I didn't feel distant, I could tell them what my ailment is at the time and they would explain the difference between hybrid indica sativa etc. I don't have a lot of money for my medicine but the sales are great!

I had an order in that was to be delivered and they cancelled/rescheduled for today, when I am a disabled veteran that needed his medicine on the first of the month, which is when I ordered it for ahead of time, because I live month to month. But now I'm getting spammed by the driver about they are on the way when I have said multiple times I have already paid someone yesterday so I could ride down to the store in person when I really didn't have the time to do it (I'm moving and things are super tight on money/time right now) so cancel it.

Unbelievable. Employee Russ needs to lose his job for putting his hands on a patron (my 105 lbs. fiance) for trying to walk into Busch blvd. location at 8:20 pm 3/3/2023. With only 3 people in store, we were told they can't dispens past 8 pm. He told us to read the door "its the law". Then proceeded to patronize me. It's not the law and they don't close until 9pm. This is the 3rd strike at this location. Not to mention it's the dirtiest most run down store in town. Trulieve as a brand better get it together or else social media is gonna bring the hammer down.As for Russ we are going to corporate. Let him work for someone else and think about putting his hands on someone again.

Finally had time to bring it in but they are claiming I just smoked all my product. I used to work in manufacturing and sales in cannabis. I know the protocol. everyone that works here is nice enough but the sales are so inconsistent and randomly exclude stuff in font you need a magnifying glass to see 2-3 pages into the email 🤦♂️ advertising a "site wide % sale" then excluding half the site is pretty misleading. Also my percentages on flower match up maybe 15% of the time with what's listed online. Recently it's been 4-10% lower THC than the site says when I go to pick up almost every time.

Trulieve Busch was the first dispensary I nervously visited, and has since been the ONLY dispensary I’ve continued to purchase from. From the cleanliness of the facility, to their scientific approach/explanation of products, and their wonderful staff. I’ve recommended this facility to many friends and family. Delivery is always painless- and I’m thankful this service is offered. My only suggestion would be more Indica products. They say “don’t buy the first dress you try on” but Trulieve is the only dress you should ever try on. 10/5 stars.

Just left Trulieve Busch and I am SO excited! Alex with the great hair really helped me get what i needed and was super patient. On top of that, ALL of the staff were not only polite but friendly. This location is so much more convenient for me too. Its also in a plaza - so plenty of parking space. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Tampa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. So previously I have been to this specific location prior with my sister and I absolutely loved my experience, everyone there was super nice.I also have been to a few different locations before and have never had issue.I recently was there and didn’t care for the manner is which a question was answered. I know that when bringing a guess not all things can be communicated with them (which is not a problem) my issue is that when I had been to this location about a month ago, the person that helped me was a young women with colorful hair, she was really nice, super helpful and really personable. Mind you my sister came along with me as well on this trip and her and my sister mostly talked ( about everything) they discussed products, pricing, where they had both worked previously, etc.Now leaving that day I absolutely loved my experience and hence came back again.But this time upon being at the store the same girl with the colorful hair was there, no issue initially. But then the person who was taking care of us goes to the back and my sister had a question, so she then asked the girl with the colorful hair “Hey do you know that with this promotion if she could include it with her discount?”The girl then says “Unfortunately I can’t answer any questions to you because you have a visitors pass on.” And supposedly as she says its a rule and its at all the locations (which yes it might be a rule that clearly not everyone follows, hence not even herself) because we were there a month prior and none of that was said.And I have been to other locations where this has not been an issue whether its being a paying customer or a visitor. Mind you she could have simply said “Unfortunately I can’t answer that question, you would have to ask the person that was helping you. So I’m confused as to why she couldn’t answer a simple yes or no question……Moving forward I don’t mind that this is a rule, but I feel like it needs to be a consistent rule implied, not just when people feel like implementing it.

February 5 which was Monday I come to the store I have a license but I come with us. I guess shopper I go in and dominate the GM really mediately tells me you know you can’t talk to her or advise her anything now I do understand that real however, my thoughts were we both have a marijuana license, so why wouldn’t matter I do understand that that rule is in placed for a reason however, I feel like instead of the way he said it was it was very antagonizing and sarcastic. She said yes, and he popped out of the door and stands there, staring at me like I was going to stop talking I actually really want to speak to corporate. I’ve left three reviews and trying not to get the Store in trouble because some of the staff is really nice. However, I don’t Agree with how Dominic handled me so I would like to file a complaint on Dominic. If corporate can call me because this is this is my third review because at first I was going to leave it alone. However, it’s not fair to treat people like that I came in and I did nothing to him in that position. It made me feel very uncomfortable because I go all the time he’s telling me how I could not talk to the person I was there with it didn’t sit well because we both had Marijuana license. This dispensary has become my favorite. The people there are very nice and informative. I really like the manager that runs this facility she is always in an amazing attitude and always makes me leave this place with a smile on my face. The flower and wax quality is quite exceptional for the price this is another big reason I go here because I feel like out of all the dispensaries this is the best one to get the best bang for your buck. There are other dispensaries I simply will not shop at because the prices, in my opinion, are outrageous and not affordable.

Today was my first time in a medical dispensary. I wish I would have done this sooner since I forgot the ladies name that helped me. But I’ll be back again and get her name and update this. I can remember she had some cool tattoos and really pretty eyes. But overall she was amazing. She walked me through everything. She was so knowledgeable. I thought I knew a few things myself but she impressed me with everything she knew. She absolutely made the experience personable. And I love that. To feel like you have a persons complete attention and to be able to ask any questions goes a long way. Her customer service skills are top notch. Make sure you bring cash so you can leave them tips. Needless to say I will be going back and I look forward to possibly working with her again.

My biggest complaint here is the WAIT TIME! I really have never been at any dispensary that makes you wait for HOURS for pick up orders to be ready. I ordered 3 hours ago and my order is still not ready. I'm currently sitting in the lobby waiting just like everyone else, what was the point of ordering ahead?! I could have just walked in. Why even offer the option to do so if it won't be ready? I mean I get being backed up on orders but come on 3 hours really? I go to Curaleaf and my order is ready in 15 minutes no matter how big the size. This order is a small one and it will be a total of nearly 4 hours from ordering until the time I actually walk out with my products.I came last night 30 minutes to close and was told that even if I wait I would probably still not be seen 30 minutes before closing really?? Is it a lack of staff or just the desire to go home so turning away customers is more convenient? Thank God for other dispensaries around the area because it would really suck to be limited to just this location.Plus side staff is friendly and they have some good products for decent prices. All I'm saying is do better with the wait time especially for orders placed wayyy ahead of time online.

Ok... here is my perspective. When patients come to dispensaries... I believe they all share some expectations of how the process of receiving their medications should happen. One is to show transparency when it comes to the order and speed that patients are helped. It's a big factor in the customer experience. This particular store does ok with it... but could improve a bit. I've noticed that all dispensaries have cut their staff, so the quality of service will drop and that may be happening here. Trulieve does have good products. I like the range of prices in each category. From low-life dirty vapes to high-class expensive top tier smoke... you can get what you need here... big selection!

The black girl with freckles that works here is the rudest trulieve employee I have ever spoken to. And even a couple times, they've, the company itself, would have a HUGE sale, so much so, they couldn't get to everyone in the allotted sale time frame, so they, the company, said, tell everyone that's there, don't worry! Trulieve offers the 7 grams ground for a good price too. Thanks you guys for the great counseling. I can order online and go in and pick it up or delivery. Usually pretty quick. I try to go in the mornings before 1pm. I guess you could say I didn't feel distant, I could tell them what my ailment is at the time and they would explain the difference between hybrid indica sativa etc. I don't have a lot of money for my medicine but the sales are great!

Unbelievable. Employee Russ needs to lose his job for putting his hands on a patron (my 105 lbs. fiance) for trying to walk into Busch blvd. location at 8:20 pm 3/3/2023. With only 3 people in store, we were told they can't dispens past 8 pm. He told us to read the door "its the law". Then proceeded to patronize me. It's not the law and they don't close until 9pm. This is the 3rd strike at this location. Not to mention it's the dirtiest most run down store in town. Trulieve as a brand better get it together or else social media is gonna bring the hammer down.As for Russ we are going to corporate. Let him work for someone else and think about putting his hands on someone again.

everyone that works here is nice enough but the sales are so inconsistent and randomly exclude stuff in font you need a magnifying glass to see 2-3 pages into the email 🤦♂️ advertising a "site wide % sale" then excluding half the site is pretty misleading. Also my percentages on flower match up maybe 15% of the time with what's listed online. Recently it's been 4-10% lower THC than the site says when I go to pick up almost every time.

First off, requiring a mask regardless of vax status, in a state with no mask mandate, while failing to provide masks... is pure silliness. Secondly, I was told today I couldn't stack the points I earned while spending money at this business with a mediocre deal being offered. Cool I guess. Not a great "rewards" program IMO. Seems awfully greedy for a product that is already very expensive. Gladly taking my business to a reasonable establishment elsewhere.

I travel a lot so I get to sample multiple locations regularly. TAMPA BUSCH is by far the most finely operated store and most pleasant to visit I have encountered. The MAIN REASON is the STAFF. Fouad and Spencer have both personally helped me multiple times above and beyond expectations. Truly feel like a valued patient and that I’m being given genuine, concerned guidance. GREAT SELECTION typically Also. 6 Stars.

It's alright, but it's a high traffic area and as such seems to suffer some from keeping product in stock or ever having minis.. not their fault it's just got a bunch of folks in the area coming here... Otherwise it's trulieve you can't really complain about the product or service....

Trulieve Busch was the first dispensary I nervously visited, and has since been the ONLY dispensary I’ve continued to purchase from. From the cleanliness of the facility, to their scientific approach/explanation of products, and their wonderful staff. I’ve recommended this facility to many friends and family. Delivery is always painless- and I’m thankful this service is offered. My only suggestion would be more Indica products. They say “don’t buy the first dress you try on” but Trulieve is the only dress you should ever try on. 10/5 stars.

Just left Trulieve Busch and I am SO excited! Alex with the great hair really helped me get what i needed and was super patient. On top of that, ALL of the staff were not only polite but friendly. This location is so much more convenient for me too. Its also in a plaza - so plenty of parking space. I’m torn between sharing how excited I am and keeping it hush hush so that it stays the great little gem that it is! WELL DONE TRULIEVE BUSCH!
