The pay is terrible, they treat their employees like nothing, they come up with new rules that are tedious and overkill. No raises, no support, and their prices are going up. Plus, they hike up the cash price so they can give you “deals” but it ends up being the same price if not more expensive. (Ex: 2 for $70 vapes like the vapes aren’t already $35 each lollll and they used to be $25) Lots of excuses and technicalities keeping this place going. The new manager Ally is rude and looks like shed rather be anywhere else. A huge step down from the last guy running things. Do not apply to work here you will regret it!
By the end of it it wasn't that bad of an experience but when I first walked in there was nobody to greet I had no idea what the heck I was doing because I had never been there before. I don't know if they normally have somebody there and it was just an awesome time or what. But other than that everything was great
I love trulieve, I've always had a good experience here. Wait time may be a little tough sometimes but trulieves the best in florida in my opinion
Just go to the NFM, Punta Gorda, or FM location. This one has some of the most arrogant staff. After my 3rd time of them messing up how much they dispense when I purchase. I was polite and asked "to please double check that they are dispensing the correct amount because this has happened 3 times" and the lady responded with "I'm the manager so I think I know what I'm doing and I'll get it right the first time" I responded by telling her I'm glad, she should know how her store messes up. She then let me know she was just a new manager of a couple days, dismissing the issue again. A simple "I'll double check" would have been what a manager should have said. Not the smart condescending remark for asking to verify something.
This place is an absolute joke. It's not worth going to, especially on a sale day. You will wait 25-30 minutes in the lobby while people angrily confront the worker at the desk about the wait times. The guy ringing me up waited until I came up after my wait and went to the bathroom! Then, they forgot to scan everything I intended to purchase and refused to apply the discount to the items they forgot to scan after I had already paid. I've genuinely never had my order blatantly screwed up like that before. Straight up trash. Maybe if they stopped firing all their workers for the tiniest infractions, they could keep people long enough to actually learn how to do their jobs. THE WORST dispensary in the entire Cape, hands down. I have never waited less than 15 minutes and I've never been able to go without seeing some old person flipping out. Not worth the prices or middling quality AT ALL.
This place has a 30 min wait for anything I put an online order walk in do anything here I’m wasting so much time here. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush want your products in a timely manner . You’ll be waiting and waiting and people who came after you will go before you place is terrible and staff sucks
Great place with friendly staff. They always have really good deals and promotions going on. One thing I will say I feel like they need to keep the inside doors closed. Safety is always first in my opinion and employees should always feel comfortable. I’ve seen several unruly customers in here and the employees looked uncomfortable because they had no safety net between them and the customer. Constructive criticism take or leave it other than that, the place is awesome thank you

The absolute WORST! I’ve ordered delivery probably 20 times and never once have gotten anything. And they claim they are selling “medicine” lol if it was heart medicine I would already be dead. Surterra delivers same day. Just a heads up
Maddie was the very lovely lady at the register today. It was my wife's first time being in a dispensary for the first time! And mine was the first time I had been there. It was an amazing experience for my wife and Maddie, who made that experience one we won't forget. Maddie was very informative. Extremely patient! We had her running back and forth from the front to the back, grabbed this, and that for us. The whole time, she kept her smile, and her positive attitude. I was very impressed.
So far from a 1/5 star review to now 4/5.The guy at the front who’s very tall has a bunch of trulieve pins on his shirt and sweet is always on top of things and seems to get everything situated perfectly. Check in is better before than a month ago so I’m excited to see this store really stay good. 🙂
The wait time at this place is absolutely ridiculous…I’ve waited up to an hour after checking in….I’ve asked people to help set up my online account (something wrong in their system) and apparently, I may as well be asking them to link up satellites in space. I would think ONE employee would be able to help me with this, I can’t be the only person this has happened to.If I walk in and there’s more than 4 people in the waiting area I bail…that’s automatically going to be an hour…Every other place I been to in the Cape, you’re in and out in 15-20 minutes…..
Wait times are disrespectfully long even for online orders. I have waited over a hour multiple times here. Why would online orders not take priority? Trulieve does not seem to care at all about this as this has been a problem at this location for a long time now. They clearly need more staff at this location. All other dispensaries in Cape offer far better service and there are many to choose from.
This place is a joke. Why is every other Trulieve phenomenal but at this one I can never get out of there in less than 30 minutes, I'm almost always there a full hour! Which includes pickup orders, express pickup (if it ever actually gets filled that day), walk ins. Doesn't matter what option I try it's never a quick stop. There's not an ounce of urgency in anyone that walks through the lobby. Always the worst experience whenever I give it the benefit of the doubt for a day because of convenience. Don't waste your time going here unless you're bored or have nothing else to do in the meantime
great weed and prices are also good well not on everything but would have to say not worse the wait and all the other problems they have. 1st when you order online they usually don’t have everything you ordered thats almost a given. Next when you order online they now dont text when your order is ready you have to get a text well not no more now you have to wait for email that i only get after i show up as a walk in and lastly when you come in as a walk in you are usually going to have to wait at least 45 minutes typically over an hour. so to me not worse it
Has good prices. But If you would like to go and get in and out good luck. Even preordered and still sat in the waiting area for thirty five minutes. Absolutely unacceptable
Won't bore you with details, mainly because my issues have already been expressed by other reviewers, suffice to say, this location NEEDS MORE STAFFING. I live on the east coast in Fort Lauderdale and sometimes have had to wait, but nothing like this store. I left last night empty handed. I'm going to wait to get back home to pick up product. 🙁
Was my 1st time visiting. I did a online order. I waited 20 minutes (after checking in online) once I got to my check out associate. He went to get my order. This took another 15 minutes as he stopped to talk to someone else. After finally coming back and going through my order there was an item missing. So of course back he goes to get that... When he finally gets to my total he says that's 256.00 that was with the sale price the non sale price was 391. Now AGAIN this is my 1st time here. ***1st time patients get 60%off. So I had to say "this is my 1st time here don't I get 60%off my 1st order?" He then says "oh you want to use that discount? " UM YEAH!? *AFTER 60% MY ORDER IS NOW 156.00. When you can only use this the 1st time why wouldn't you use it or be offered it?? So I gave the associate 2- 100.00 bills after again interacting with another customer. He hands me my bag and says"thanks" ?? Um don't I get some change back ? He then goes "oh yeah that would Have been a great tip" seriously a 43.00 tip? Very unprofessional. I've only been to a few dispensaries and the level of professionalism and the way they are run FAR EXCEED this place I felt like it was a bunch of high-school kids running the place. It literally took an hour to pick up a online order. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I SURELY WILL TELL MY FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES TO AVOID AT ALL COST. SIMPLY A JOKE.
I just can’t believe the interaction I had here, I am definitely a regular here, and I just was so surprised on how I was treated, I walked in and I was greeted with “were closed” and I said I have a pick up order and I have Been waiting since 7:00 pm for the email to say to come in and pick it up, and then he proceeds to say “well do you want us to work when we are closed” I was in complete shock I didn’t know what to say but that I had a pick up order and I was waiting for the email, also I was the only one in there.. so please just be a little bit nicer to the customer I’m all about customer satisfaction and this was not it
Worst cannabis dispensary I've ever been to. The weight is always extremely long even when you have online orders they still serve you as a walking and they do not honor their Express orders. They're employees are extremely rude and there is no management here to run this place properly
Its really interesting sitting in the lobby listening to the employee bitching about his job to a full lobby. 2 employees working, pre orders not even filled. Hire people who actually want to work and train them. Seems Trulieve hires you and gives you 0 training and throws you to the wolves. If your employees aren't happy why should patients shop here? Maybe there's a reason I haven't been here in 5 months... DO better!!!!!
Long wait. All online orders take 24hrs to process regardless of delivery or pickup. Even picking up we had an hour wait. I Uber or use public transportation and it was really inconvenient to not be an in-out visit. The staff are friendly and attentive. It's just bad business when staff says "we have people who want to work, but management won't allow it"
This place is horrible. Extremely long waits. Orders are never fur filled on time. And god forbid you ask a question to the scare crow front desk associate with the crazy hair and phoney blue contacts, she will give you attitude. Not buying from this store again. I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years and it’s always the same stuff with them. They don’t care. No personal and huge wait times. Very unprofessional front desk worker. After reading the reviews for the past few months it seems like it’s a trending thing with this store? What’s the point of people leaving feedback if nothing has been done for months. Always terrible. Tried waiting 6 months to give them another shot but never fails always garage.placed an online order and waited 3 hours for them to fill never filled. Showed up cause its getting ready to close and their inventory is off, like always . Plus hr wait. This place is terribly ran and needs new leadership . In 2023 this business is definitely " WHATS UP "QUALITY PRODUCTSCustomers should be patient with Trulieve and be gracious and thankful to have such a place to invest in health supplementals.Back in the 90's we wished of these businesses.They provide a better alternative to valid medical relief.They provide income tax for the state which is excellent for long-term growth.

Btw you're customer service sent me back to you're store when I was raging mad you may want to warn them about that but they're literally even more worthless holding less accountability. You guys have very friendly staff, almost too friendly. So friendly they allow they're friends in line ahead of me while looking at me out of the corner of their eye to see if I'm watching the screen. Friendly enough to have 15 minute personal conversations as they take 3 minutes to put each sticker on each product as the waiting room looks more like an emergency room on memorial day weekend.The movement is so slow it's agonizing to bare witness to. Showing no respect for anyone's time. Don't get things twisted. Most people hate coming here. They only tolerate it to get their products. So please stop acting like everyone can just veg out all day with nowhere to be and nothing to do. Its feel like I'm going to social security office or DMV every single time income here.There needs to be fine balance between friendliness and efficiency and take it from someone who's managed 3 stores you guys are lacking that. Maybe its due to resources like Internet speed, or lack of help...but I've encountered many instances where I felt like my checkout was dragged wayyyy out into a ridiculous 20 minute experience to pick up a few carts and cups of flower that I PREORDERED. I greatly appreciate the friendly conversations but you have to how negatively this affects a customers perception. Now everytime I go in there I envision these people in drawn out conversations and feel like it's the reason I'm constantly waiting. Then you couple that with line skips, ordering issues, and other problems it's worth paying more to deal with less. These stores inefficiency causes more anxiety than your product reduces, so shopping here doesn't make sense for me.That store could be vastly improved by promoting efficiency and a smile. And to make this clear the issues are not only in this store. The entire company constantly seems to suffer from growing pains, but it never seems to recover or even improve. Imo the express pickup needs an overhaul. One of which being the product simply handed to them. They should only express if the do not plan on adding to order. It's overlapping with regular pickup way too much and causing all kinds of problems.
15 people inside the waiting room. The lady out front is very nice and professional. Employees coming to work. At least 7 employees are here. Starting to become like Walmart. All this space for dispensing. One register open. One customer at a time in the back. The reason people stop coming here. A couple of years ago, 8 registers open. Different lines for different customers. Pick up lines and express lines and walking in. No order for them. Been here 50 minutes. 8 people have went in. Customers out here complaining. The lady out front like I said is very nice and professional but there is only so much she can try to do. There are four other dispensaries within a mile of here. Might want to think about that.An hour and a half total. Never again. It sucks because I use to come here all the time. Closest to my house also.
Walked in, got checked in. Sat for an hour until I realized people way after me were getting in. I asked the lady if there was a mistake, but she assured me they are just backed up. 30 more minutes pass. They call my name, me and one other dude get up. I say which one? They say there is only one…Be better.This is supposed to be a professional medical facility. The issues or incompetence Every time I walk into a Trulieve is very disturbing.
It's absolutely hilarious watching the area manager or who ever she is they sent to help them out ...they literally stand around upfront talking about the things they should do instead of doing ...younhave a lobby full of customers and online orders are taking at the least 4 hours to fill nut usually they're not filled till the next day so I come in so I don't miss the sale waiting for them to fulfill my order all the while I wait an over an hour while web check in come in and go straight back ...in the meantime the magically fill my order yet I can't web check in at that moment ..so I'm still stuck waiting almost an hour an half at this point while web check in come in and go right around me
Horrible location staff is rude and doesn't wanna deal with u because there's a 2 hour wait for pick ups. No parking. Tiny lobby. What an embarrassment. 2 hours wait time for PICK UP. Feels super shady sitting in there with that many ppl waiting for medicine, and everyone's awkward, including the employees. Like a shady corner drug deal. SMH. Don't waste your time here. Spare me with your generic response too ill never shop here again.
I like this dispensary it’s on my way home and the staff is always cheerful and happy to help. I did have a bad experience July 5. I came in July 4 and there was a weight due to the sale. I was told to call customer service and they will hold my order until the end of business the following day. I did this and I was assured by customer service that my order would be held to the following day with the discounts apply. Unfortunately this was not the case. I had an online order just like normal I checked in just like normal they called me back just like normal. When I got in the back I was told that they do not have my order anymore and that I could not get the sale. This is very unacceptable for a professional business. I spoke with the manager he was a short redheaded fellow he did not give me his name. When I explain to him what happened he had every excuse in the book he obviously had no clue what happened. When I asked him what he could do for me he said nothing. He actually said nothing I can do nothing. Needless to say I had to spend extra money after going out of my way. Unfortunately I think I may have to start going to the Lehigh dispensary as it is on the way as well. I have two different Friends that had the same experience at the same dispensary. If you’re just going to respond with the same generic email that you sent everyone don’t bother, that’s like a slap in the face. Train your staff or hire people that are better qualified, the manager there was a joke and he was obviously out of his element. He is the representative for that store SMH
I made an order online and when I arrived they took my medical card hostage and made me wait 30 minutes to be helped. They then lost my place in line and started taking new customers. I left without anything. The quality of product here is sub-par and the customer service is garbage. The only reason I ordered from there was a sale but it is not worth it! Any other dispensary is better.
This location is a complete Joke! They are always under staffed and always have you waiting in the lobby a long time, usually like 45 minutes to over an hour to fill your order or just to call you back to order. They will lie to you and text you that your online order is *Ready* after you waited in the lobby for more than a hour for them to call you back then try to give you a totally different order than you placed prior, with them thinking that this will make it things better and always blame the errors on the Trulieve website and say it's controlled by Corporate which is the reason for the glitches/ errors or product that allows you to order yet they are completely Out of stock! This has constantly happens to me and others patients I know personally. They have no corporate support other than a phone number that only reaches to out to a staff members with no customer services experience and/or supervisors that never call you back as they said they would with your many discrepancies and issues with your prescriptions its not a high concern for them it seems. This store has waisted hours of my life in 3 different occasions and I would like others to think very hard before considering going to this location and getting the same results.
Been trying to give this place chance after chance because this branch is closest to my house. But I am officially giving up on them. They only have 1 nice employee, they rest never smile or make conversation. They always got attitudes and the employees don’t communicate with each other or their customers very well. Driving to the Fort Myers branch is WAY WORTH it. I will never come back to this Trulieve.
I am giving this location a 4 only because of the wait time and few terribly designed parking spaces. The service is always wonderful, there is ample product and pretty good prices. Product quality is definitely on the higher side.
Product and customer service is great like most people seem to say. Also absolutely ridiculous how long wait times are. You should never have to wait 45 minutes for a pick up order that's "ready", then you get past the double doors and realize they have 2 people working registers and they are way understaffed.... should be a easy fix yet it's been slow like that for a year now and it makes me avoid the place and find alternatives. If your not in a hurry 5 out of 5
I have had too many terrible experiences not to finally leave a review, and frankly I don’t know how this location still even has 4 stars. I understand you close at a specific time, but racing the customer to the door as I’m walking in to lock me out is ridiculous. It was 8:50, and you close at 9. You had zero customers in the showroom, and it would have been possibly 5 minutes of your time to help me out. we all have busy schedules, I can’t help it if that’s the only time I’m able to get to the dispensary out of a 12 hour work day. please just keep that in mind.
Terribly run store.. last 3 online orders were never fulfilled. Ordered early morning… no contact… no notification that it’s ready for pick up. Call late afternoon to check on order… put on indefinite hold. Check online wait list & it says they’re closed! Check their website & it says order pending… Next day… Go into the store to resolve the issue. Just sit & wait again. Of course the next day the discount price is no longer available. Told I’d have to speak to a manager to see if they’ll honor the discount (50%)… waited again only to give up & leave. Still no order in hand! What a waist of time!
Great customer service and little wait times for online orders. I had the pleasure of Crystal being my budtender and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was so kind, patient, and taught me about discounts that I wasn't aware of. I had made an online order earlier, but some of the items I wanted were sold out. Crystal went above and beyond to go check in the back to see if more came in stock, and sure enough they had! If you get a chance to meet her, you will love her amazing personality, her passion for helping customers and she just makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this Trulieve location and Crystal for any questions you might have!
My name is Marcy Boyle. I ordered early Friday morning 11/25/22 for a delivery order. I was told to pick my date so I picked Sunday 11/27/22. I waited all day and night and no one showed up nor called. Today, Monday 11/28/22, I still did not hear from Trulieve and needed my order before 3 pm. So I chatted with Ron and he said it wouldn't be here until 4-5 pm. I explained it was supposed to arrive yesterday and no one contacted me to explain why I didn't receive it. I then called the delivery number and they said they were out in Clewison and wouldn't be back in Cape Coral until 4 pm and had other deliveries before mine. My biggest complaint is the LACK of COMMUNICATION. If I ordered for delivery on 11/27, it should arrive and if it wasn't able to arrive, someone should contact me. This is horrible customer service. I heard every excuse from Hurricane Ian to bad traffic....this is not the customers fault. As a business, you plan and prepare for the busy season. I have no use for Trulieve after this incident and will shop at the many other dispensaries. If a company can't communicate with me, that's a BIG problem.

She could tell how nervous I was and she made everything perfect for me. When I entered the back room Crystal took care of me and she is a wealth of information with a beautiful personality to match. I recommend this place to everyone.
Cape Coral Trulieve is my favorite store because everytime I get Crystal she is so helpful! She is well educated on every product and thoroughly understands all the process of the business such as product sales, product education, medical card, and medical doctor prescription. She is very insightful and knows her stuff. She educates me everytime I come in. She always has a positive attitude and makes great product suggestions so I know what to buy. She takes pride in her job and wants to satisfy the customer. I always leave there satisfied. Thanks Crystal!
Unless you like their managers threatening to call your boss (because you are wearing a name tag) we should learn HIPPA laws I’ve never met such a rude GM and manager. Good thing we have plenty of other shops in the area were we don’t get threatened and accused of trying to get a “free pod”
Great store with awesome employees. The wait times can be a little longer than usual but that's only because they take their te with you and don't rush you out the door to serve the next customer. They seem to care more at this location it's great!

Gave 5 stars 6 months ago. Since then they have gone so far down hill. They're not knowledgeable on strains or edibles when asked. The wait time is RIDICULOUS. Always a 20 to 30 min wait even when there are only 2 people waiting. 6 employees but only 2 registers operating. Slowly but surely doing less and less business with trulieve. Try MÜV

I am a regular here. Used to go all the time but the past five or so times I have ordered with them, they either cancel my order all together and not call or they just don’t fill it. Recently they charged me an extra almost one hundred dollars and I had to call and get it fixed…. I would never have noticed if I didn’t do the math myself. It all boiled down to the rep just doing the math wrong! Put an order in last night and just reached out to customer service because I have been waiting all morning for them to tell me they are out of stock for every item I ordered. 1. Of course it is out of stock since you guys never filled it of the items that were in stock when I submitted the order online??? 2. Why would you not call me to advise me of this?I am so patient with them but I really am just over it.

I have been involved in this industry since the 80's. I have several medical marijuana books published worldwide that I have written including books for medical marijuana patients in specific states and others. I am currently penning the Florida Medical Marijuana Handbook. As a part owner of dispensaries in both Michigan and Colorado I do have a good bit of experience in dispensary mgmt. In my entire 30+ year history in this industry, this dispensary, and Trulieve in general is one of the worst I've ever experienced... THC levels listed on the website are misrepresented from the product label. For instance I ordered strains listed at 27%-28% on the website only to find the product label says 20% or less? I've had a number of broken product seals which is a flag for employee theft. I've had a number of issues with transactions where product I ordered in advance is sitting in front of me and they tell me they can't sell it to me because the system says they don't have it or not having items ordered and just ignoring my order instead. I just recently got on the wait list telling me I had a 7 minute wait only to arrive and be told the wait was over an hour? I've witnessed a physical altercation between two females in the lobby, Parking is always horrible.. Wait times beyond reason (why offer express because it doesn't exist) Not to mention the lack of product knowledge and poor customer service by employees. Also notable is the use of a third party Canadian company to wash transactions by debit card, likely a violation of Visa and Master Card terms and possibly more. Check your statement it comes up as a cash withdrawal that's why they have to round it off to the nearest ten dollars and they give you cash back. They're defrauding the banks by telling them the transactions are cash withdrawals instead of marijuana purchases. Now I support the SAFER Act, but not defrauding banks. The list goes on and on... and all this is just within a two month period since I first stepped foot in this dispensary. In over 10 years in writing books on medical marijuana and patients guides, my Florida handbook will mark the first time I've ever put a company into a negative spotlight in one of my books and use them as an example, but this location is so poorly managed and staffed and the practices of Trulieve highly questionable that it's an embarrassment to the industry
Placed order online finally the only store that had one of my favorite strains ordered at about 10:30 maybe 11 got message it Was processing happened to be in Cape at like 3:45 stopped by no one in store there were 6 or 7 employees & I live in Fort Myers they told me they were sorry they didn't have my order what I ordered was never in stock it was a mistake on website mind you this has happened 3 times before I live not even 5 minutes from the Fort Myers store so if they called me I could have went there for something instead of wasting time & gas, they said in Cape they didn't have time to call me I find that hard to believe when store empty when I got there & they couldn't fill order anyway because they never had it so my message should have said that it was canceled because of that really bad customer service & they offered me nothing but I'm sorry. I will probably use my points & go somewhere else where I don't have these issues, it's a shame because I like there products wish I could work there & train on customer service & how to avoid issues. Sorry for rambling.
Not the place go for a walk in. Order online and you still can expect a wait. Run outta product fast. Do have good service and friendly staff. They really need a new system and you shouldn't have to wait. Order online or go somewhere else you can walk in. If you like to wait this is the place to go.Avoid at all costs. So many dispensary options and you don't have to wait at. Deals are 3rd rate and website is clunky and doesn't show sales.For being a self proclaimed leader in florida Cannabis they sure don't take care of customers.

Everyone is nice. However, consider changing how you clean the foor in waiting room. It smells like a dirty college bar trying to be clean. Can't smell it in the back though.
I like this place. They do a great job, products are great, the place is clean and they are friendly! Their wait-list is a nice touch so you know how long the wait is when you order online

The last few months they have been out of everything- all the time, it says they have it on the website.Order it. Then you show up and they say we are out of everything you've ordered. There's an employee named Crystal she's absolutely the best employee in the place. If they had product when they say they did this would no doubt be a 5 star spot.Its not.
The atmosphere here is always cheerful. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.
I ment to do this on Thursday, but I would like to thank Steve for his help, as well as his knowledge (even though I knew a great deal myself already it was nice to talk to someone who knew alot as well), also this was not only my first time at a Trulieve, but my first time at a Dispensary in general. Great staff sometimes...lol! Or maybe they are high. But the review is mainly for the great product they can't keep in store. There's never enough for everyone. It's bad.
Fantastic store and staff. Jennifer up front is AMAZING! Always professional. Despite grown adults coming in and throwing tantrums like 5 year olds, over not wearing masks. Even if you are vaccinated you can still easily contract AND spread Covid-19, hence the mask requirement. Science is hard for some people though apparently… along with mastering the art of common sense.Mark in security is also very professional. Stern, but welcoming. Always telling people to “have a good day.”

This is the worst place. And if you have the vaccine it doesn't matter. If you want people to wear masks then you should provide them. Terrible service terrible security. What can I say...ok- you order online, get a text when ready, pick up your "package". 🤭 Convenient location.watch for sales on Sundays and some Holidays.
It took me a few visits to get how these guys work. Best way to buy is to place a free order through the website for pickup. They have good specials if you sign up for the text alerts.
Great place nice people and the prices are good especially if you're a new customer great discounts. Love going here, it helps me a lot medically.
Would of given higher but not only did they not process my phone order until I got there, I listened to them counting coins to close registers. The guy at front desk upbeat & customer service is excellent. When my order was bagged by him the order was wrong. He fixed it.
Same quality product as any other Trulieve, but from my experience, they're much more efficient, practical and helpful at the North Ft Myers location. If you've got an hour to wait on an internet or telephone order, then this location is still better than most dispensaries

Not the place go for a walk in. Order online and you still can expect a wait. Run outta product fast. Do have good service and friendly staff. They really need a new system and you shouldn't have to wait. Order online or go somewhere else you can walk in.

Nice selection of products. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My biggest complaint is the availability of products. They always seem to run out of the good flower and live rosin is never in stock.
Susanne runs this Trulieve beautifully. As a patient I walked in on St. Patti's day and was seen within 10 minutes. RECORD AWESOME!!! Their staff is on top of online orders and walk-ins! Jen was awesome with her check in process and Zack helped by locating just the product I was looking for at register. Amazing group of knowledgeable employees!!!! Steller work guys!!! Honestly didn’t even want to give this place A star I have worked for dispensary before and I’ve also have been to other dispensaries this place by far is the worst counted 12 staffs lounging around when I placed the order for pick up still waited over 25-30 minutes while other customers without a pick up order went ahead. I tried giving this location a second chance because it’s very convenient to where I live it but I’d rather drive the hour to get better customer service.
This place is doing so many things wrong, that overwhelm the positive things, to the point of losing business. The front reception staff and the ones that “call you to the back room” are extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Management has implemented a system that does not work at all. The online ordering, confirmations, extended wait times upon a timed arrival, and what I had been encountering on more than acceptable times are faulty products are just some of the blaring faults of this Trulieve location. My “last” time there I had ordered online, I ended up calling to check on it and was told to wait for a text. The next day I received the text and was told to come in in 1 hr. I did and was instructed to wait in my car, did so, and after 40min. went in (the reception area was empty) asked why I was not told to come in. My question was ignored and was told to have a seat. I must say when you finally get to the back room it’s a great experience. That staff are very efficient and courteous. So I get my order and leave. Ahead, the product I bought was, once again, faulty. I did a walk in the next morning and did the usual wait to get into the back room, but my product was replaced and I left. I went to my car and tried it out. It did not work. I went immediately back in. Reception said I would have to start over as a new walk in to have it replaced....again. I was a prisoner of this transaction while they played their power trips. Never again!

Great staff, great products. Misty was helpful and nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the website. I usually order online, however it is not always smooth. For instance what is on the site is not always what is in stock. The site dose not always work. Today I placed two orders for the same things and I did not get a confirmation that the orders were placed. So I went in as a walk-in and was able to get my order filled for the same products I was looking for. Thankfully they did have them on hand this time.I would rate the website 2 stars because you can find some helpful information here but it needs some work on the ordering side of things.
Love this place!! Just wish we get more different stuff seems we always have the same stuff week after week. They have so many products on there page and most are unavailable, like all the time. Besides that the stuff you do have is good just like to try some deff stuff.
I like this place. They do a great job but I do feel like their system is inefficient. I won't ding them for that because I suspect this inefficiency is for to regulations put in place. However, their products are great, the place is clean and they are friendly!

Can't really complain considering only a few years ago these places were prison time. But they are so busy and the app is nice for making appointments, but they will definitely tell a fib. If they say 20 more minutes, plan on 40 minutes.
Expect at least a 20 min wait no matter when you go, but that's about normal for dispensaries in this area. They have by far the best selection of anyone in lee county. Decent prices and helpful staff.

I live close enough to more than one trulieve and I pick this one sometimes because of inventory, but also because I receive awesome customer service while I am at this location. Daniel Kuuin was my sales rep and he definitely hooked me up with everything I ordered and then some. So thank you to all the Cape Coral Trulieve staff that are always willing to give us the attention that we need. Overall, I recommend looking into this location. I believe that you will not be dissatisfied. Thanks guys! See ya soon

One of my favorite places! My man Charles in the cape coral location ALLWAYS goes above and beyond. Anytime there has been any issue the company dosnt ask questions they do what is needed to make it right or at least accommodate for the mistake. They even have a guy on fb that can help with things. HIGHLY recommended for a top end experience in the med industry.... At least from my experience!

My online orders takes longer than just walking in, in addition to that they removed all flower from my order and didn’t tell me until cash register. Hard to get one star in the industry but place is dark, not friendly, customer service has been way below average and they never have what I need or say they have online.

The absolute worst place to order from, this is not unique to this store, if something is out of stock your oder is "voided" and no notifications are made ,no call, text, or email, so you waste your day waiting for medication that you're not going to get. I placed an order last night at 10pm, I had a confirmation number plus my confirmation Email and text, waited all day, checked at 2pm and my order said "in progress" and by 6pm it says canceled and in the end I have nothing. This happens on a constant basis and your complaints fall on deaf ears as they just tell you "sorry they voided your order because an item was out of stock". This is how you run a business when you're too successful and your customers don't matter anymore. I've been a loyal customer for years and they could care less if I get my medicine or not. Now I know why so many people avoid Trulieve, if you have a choice you can do better, this has been their way of doing business from day one, I no long hold out hope for them to be TRULY professional and concerned with anything but money.

It’s not the cheapest dispensary, but it carries the largest inventory by far. All of their service people are friendly and knowledgeable. Jessica was most helpful to me. She made sure I was well informed about my purchases. A+++ service!!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Trulieve because of their attention to detail, cleanliness, locations, and variety of product. Everyone I have talked to is very knowledgeable and professional, but I have to mention one person in particular at the Cape Coral dispensary. Jessica is patient, Informative, and willing to answer all questions no matter how elemental. I felt relaxed and free to share with her my concerns. I usually go to the dispensary in Miami and I hope I find someone like her over there. Thank you so much for all the advice.

I have been too two dispensaries prior to this one. Natalia Lima was the most helpful to me when I visited my third dispensary called Trulieve. I explained my medical condition to her and also provided her with my doctors notes. She truly knew her stuff and understood my doctor and myself. Natalia Lima was compassionate and the very first to try to help me understand my knew normal life. Bless you and thank you so much for your help.
I used to spend a ton of money with this location, but stopped going. This place is really convenient and close but the sales lady that was doing the intake today has always had an attitude with me. Not the one behind the desk, but the one taking the patients back. She has been rude with me on several occasions and I don’t appreciate the poor customer service and long wait times as well.I got to north fort Myers before I come to this location. Check my medical records there at this location Timothy Barr!! And see how much I used to spend for months there. $2,400 a month for 8 months. And it’s always some one there with a attitude. An again you have always had to wait for a super long time and you’re I’ll be the only customer lol never again
First dispensary I took my mom (the patient) to when she started this route of medication and treatment. The first entire visit was so professional and amazing. Gave us so much knowledge and customer service. She loves the medication and I love the service. I cant stop recommending Trulieve and especially the Cape location.

After a week worth of tribulations with Trulieve and there aka call center aka corporate!! Manger S and Manger Kevin T were great and turn my impression of Trulieve around!!! Your corporation should be embarrassed of them selfs and be very proud of these two managers because I was going to take my business elsewhere!!!! 5 stars are for this location not for Corporate.

The order online system is useless. It in no way expedites the process. There is no chronological order to the system. First come, first serve. Overall I am disappointed in Trulieve's ability to serve patients in a timely manner. That said, this is the only dispensary in Southwest Florida that you will be able to find flower, concentrates, crumbles, rosin, carts.... everytime. In my experience, more often than not, the other dispensaries are sold out. The quality is decent. High percentages on products.

Always a great experience. Facility is very nice, still brand new, and always a wide variety of flower in stock. Conveniently located and my home store, I recognize nearly all of the employees at this point and everyone is cool. A/C is always kicking too which is nice.Special shout out to Ginger who is AWESOME 🙂 Ginger is very knowledgeable and we chatted about a wide variety of products. She really knows the product lines and was so helpful and nice. Talking to her makes me smile!
I absolutely LOVE this company. Beyond professional. Greg the security guard always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome and safe when I come in. Shelia is truly an amazing person! Joel is probably the sweetest person I’ve ever met. And Linda at the front desk is always pleasant and in a great mood. I can definitely tell she really loves what she does. I would honestly recommend this company to anyone! They have a great bunch of people on their team and you don’t find that too often now a days.
