I try to avoid this location as much and possible and today proves why. I was the second person in today and instead of helping people in the order they came in, the staff is choosing who they want to go back in whatever order that they want to pull people. They said nothing about why they pulled people 2 spots behind but they have 0 sense of urgency and 0 communication. This will be my last visit to this location. They are also very rude every time I come in here except 1 solitary incident.The guy gave me a $5 discount for the inconvenience, so at least there's that... I will still never go back to this location.

I tend to go into the store during lower traffic times and find that most of the workers are very calm, knowledgable and passionate. Rory especially has stood out to me when I have went in there the past few times he's always there and always giving good service, asking how your day was and giving you information and suggestions regarding the available products. I'll admit I have seen this store get a little hectic but generally they handle it pretty well in my opinion.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and currently it’s turned into a very hostile and rude store.As I entered with a huge wait of people, the GM tells a woman to calm down and we are doing our best to get you out of here.She wasn’t rude or loud just simply said she has been waiting a long time and wants to know how long.I’m in the service industry and the approach and attitude towards paying guest is disgusting.As we sit waiting forever, now he explains why his staff is not able to get to us in any timely manner.He states we get in trouble if we don’t pack the pick up orders once they come in, so the three people working or not just helping guest as the come in they are packing orders. So presents doesn’t take precedence here.There was a reason I stopped coming here months ago and clearly nothing has improved.I’ve waited one hour and now three employees are standing around, I still don’t have my pick up order and they haven’t called a person back in 15 minutes. A joke!Finally left after waiting 60 minutes and not being called back yet 3 people who came in after me were called back and paid and left. I had A PICK UP order!!!!!! I hate this location

My husband uses the flower smoke to deal with sleep problems and I don't know what I'd do without my tincture (not much of a smoker) which helps with my anxiety, insomnia and chronic back pain.When you're in pain, anything that spells relief is a viable option. It's nice to know that we've evolved in our thinking to a place where I can legally purchase a little vial of sublingual tincture to help take some of the focus of my injury.Highly Recommended for product stocked, professional and helpful store associates and for being in a really convenient location!

Controlling, would not let me deal with somebody else because I didn’t wanna deal with him but he forced me to deal with him so I walked out, didn’t buy the stuff after being a regional for Walgreens for 22 years you learn a lot about people and how they react and this guy is a bad bad element in your establishment. No wonder why you guys can’t keep anybody last time I will ever be in that location or any of your locations.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Clearwater does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Clearwater online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and currently it’s turned into a very hostile and rude store.As I entered with a huge wait of people, the GM tells a woman to calm down and we are doing our best to get you out of here.She wasn’t rude or loud just simply said she has been waiting a long time and wants to know how long.I’m in the service industry and the approach and attitude towards paying guest is disgusting.As we sit waiting forever, now he explains why his staff is not able to get to us in any timely manner.He states we get in trouble if we don’t pack the pick up orders once they come in, so the three people working or not just helping guest as the come in they are packing orders. So presents doesn’t take precedence here.There was a reason I stopped coming here months ago and clearly nothing has improved.I’ve waited one hour and now three employees are standing around, I still don’t have my pick up order and they haven’t called a person back in 15 minutes. A joke!Finally left after waiting 60 minutes and not being called back yet 3 people who came in after me were called back and paid and left. I had A PICK UP order!!!!!! I hate this location

The wait is always way too long and staff never seems to be in a hurry or trying to get anyone through. I ordered delivery and there’s no communication, it will be a day late and getting a hold of someone was painful. If I knew it would have been a day late I would have picked it up. I ordered it Saturday and it’s not going to be delivered until Monday.

Great pricing and a nice selection of available strains in various forms to accommodate anyone in their needs. My husband uses the flower smoke to deal with sleep problems and I don't know what I'd do without my tincture (not much of a smoker) which helps with my anxiety, insomnia and chronic back pain.When you're in pain, anything that spells relief is a viable option. It's nice to know that we've evolved in our thinking to a place where I can legally purchase a little vial of sublingual tincture to help take some of the focus of my injury.Highly Recommended for product stocked, professional and helpful store associates and for being in a really convenient location!

Whether it be removing my check-in even when arriving within 5 minutes of my online check in or other check in and wait list issues. They can never get it right and there is never empathy or apologies just blame. The Trulieve in Clearwater off highway 19 is a far better experience.

The manager at this location is horrible. Second time I was in there dealing with him very obnoxious. Controlling, would not let me deal with somebody else because I didn’t wanna deal with him but he forced me to deal with him so I walked out, didn’t buy the stuff after being a regional for Walgreens for 22 years you learn a lot about people and how they react and this guy is a bad bad element in your establishment. No wonder why you guys can’t keep anybody last time I will ever be in that location or any of your locations.

Constantly have issues with my online orders, I’m on hold for over 30 minutes every time I call. I’m not one to usually write reviews like this, if even at all! But I’m tired of the issues I have at this place. I’m usually hyped and excited to visit the dispensary….NOT THIS ONE THOUGH. I shouldn’t be leaving more stressed than when I first arrived.
