Do NOT come to this location!!They were one of the best dispensaries now they are one of the WORST... They never have enough Indica products, they are expensive, and they NEVER use your perferred name OR pronouns. AND I came in today to purchase and had a $50 off coupon that was supposed to bring the price for me from $115 to $65 and the manager refused to help me in any way. Tried to make me spend a $100 and said that they "couldn't stack discounts" which is CRAP considering for 1 $50 off is $50 off not the same as discounts. And for 2 the email did not say ANYTHING about not being able to use it with anything. I showed them the email repeatedly they did not care and did not want to be polite as the manager kept giving me attitude and kept misgendering me and talked over me... This was the LAST straw!!! They are not friendly and do not care about customers. I will not be coming back EVER gain. I will be taking my business elsewhere!! And their website is HORRIBLE!! Anywhere is better than here...

Overall, my experience with Turlieve was alright, but their excruciatingly slow service overshadowed any positives. Despite claims of busyness, other dispensaries in the area manage to operate much more efficiently, leaving Turlieve’s excuses for sluggishness feeling unjustified.Even when ordering online, the wait time can stretch to an unacceptable 2 hours or more. And if you decide to visit in person, be prepared to dedicate a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes just waiting around. Frankly, it’s a waste of time.Turlieve’s team seems to operate at a glacial pace, regardless of the workload or the convenience of modern technology. For patients seeking timely and efficient service, I’d recommend exploring other options in the area.

Trulieve Clermont did have the best service but it’s been lacking lately. I stood at the desk for 15 mins with no one saying Hi then they took the gentleman behind me. No apologies etc. I drive further to get here but not anymore.Think they had a change in management. Until they fix what’s wrong I’ll be going other places.

I have not once had a great experience here. The wait times are astronomical. I have had a pick up order in progress for over 2 hours now. And been on hold to ask about it for nearly 30 minutes. I don’t even want to go in to the store because that will be another 45 minute wait at least! Just ridiculous. Something has to be done. Every time I think that it was a one off situation and try again it is the same exact outcome. Just not happy and I’ll be going somewhere else. Definitely not the experience that is promised by the brand.

I love Trulieve’s deals on shake, although their carts and edibles are not great. However, this location is a nightmare. From just getting into the parking lot, to a 35-60 min wait time. I get it, understaffed and all. And the staff is usually pretty chill. But between the wait, and how overwhelming it feels, I can’t say I’ll use this location again. The eustis one is pretty good

The people here in the Clermont are knowledgeable, friendly informative, Funny, respectful, honest , the bathrooms are always clean, the waiting area is always clean. ,I love going to the store. I always know I’m gonna get 10 STAR service!!!!! Placed an order online only to arrive to have their internet go out conveniently as their store filled with customers. Meanwhile the workers didn’t want to work, didn’t want to resolve the issues or give any help. They just kick you out after a certain time and laugh and joke about how they are to not be working the following day so it’s not their problem. Their lack of tact and respect for people’s time and their patronage is disgusting. Will never return to this location ever.

Everytime you go here there is a huge wait and even when you order express or pickup you’re lucky if they select yours before other people’s selection. I’ve had issues with their products and have brought them back just to be treated disrespectful and still had to go through a ridiculous wait time even though I was trying to make a return. I have even caught the associates take the money that should be given back to me after rounding up from paying with card! The Clermont location is the worst by far and this is the only location I have had issues like this with, I can tell you out of the numerous stores in Clermont you’re better off going to Curaleaf or Ayr. It will be cheaper and faster and especially with people who at least will give you a better customer service experience by far! Two stars is being generous.

Long wait time, no express check out because you still wait just as long as walk-in. I come in at 8:25pm for them to tell me they can’t check me in after stalling right infront of me til 8:30pm. Going forward , I will continue leaving my review on every poor experience I receive this location. Any other location you wait in the dispense room to be called up for your turn, but this location loves to keep you outside the doors of dispensing room while the staff can play and talk in the back and call you when they feel like it

I’ve worked as a budtender, a manager, and an account manager selling to dispensaries and labs alike.Your budtenders do not know how to sell flower and need to change their attitudes regarding patients looking to use their first and second time patient coupons.Previously I used my first time visitor 60% off coupon at Trulieve Davenport to purchase the usual $20 8th at a discount. I was satisfied with the quality of flower and had no complaints with the staff.Today I went into Trulieve Claremont with the intentions of using my 2nd time visit 50% off coupon to buy the same flower.After elaborating that I don’t care about indica, sativa, or hybrid and that I don’t care about THC testing percentages but rather price, the budtender switched his sales approach and started saying “these are $20 non-discountable” whenever I asked about the cheaper options.I told him “i’m good” and left.Needless to say I won’t be shopping with Trulieve in the future if their staff is going to be hostile towards people looking to use their coupons.(reply to tone deaf response: same copy and paste response you’re saying to every other negative comment. I already reached out to that email address after reading your blanket replies and I don’t expect it to go anywhere. Stop treating medical patients like recreational users.)

This is the closest dispensary near me .To go in and shop is fine other than a budtender talking about the customers calling his previous customer an inappropriate based and then explaining to me ( another representatives customer why ) .That's not why I don't patron that shop.Everything I order online I'm told that they don't have what I ordered.So I get that there's only so much product but getting us in there ( by leaving only 1 of what someone wants in stock and then pushing a different kind on us is a dirty trick. If it's out it's out .Then I get a debate from the cashier on how I really don't know what I want.I drive all the way to apopka because I know when I order that's what I'm going to pick up.

It would have took me 5 minutes to check out. Honestly always a somewhat annoying experience and unnecessarily long waits…. even using “express.” &God forbid you add an item to your order after waiting forever for your pickup to begin with. Flower just okay, gotten home w wrong order before, have had multiple TLieve brand carts broken. But what else are you gonna do when there aren’t many dispensary options around. Shouldn’t dread going to the dispensary 🙄 3 stars feels generous.

I love the Clermont location the staff are friendly and extremely helpful all around great customer service which is wonderful. The only problem is sometimes the wait times can be very long and you can wait up to 30 minutes to an hour. If this location can find a way to get around those long wait times it would be perfect. The product is good and affordable and there is a great variety to choose from which I absolutely love. There is always promotions going on so that is also definitely a plus. I’ve been visiting this location for two years now and I can honestly say I never had a bad experience other than extended wait times. That staff make sure you are treated well offer you water while you wait and they are also informed on products and answer your specific questions with clarity. The wait times is honestly why I can’t give this store a 5 star rating but all around I absolutely love Trulieve Clermont and the staff you guys are amazing may God bless you all.

I ordered an accessory for pickup with a first time customer discount, and was denied the discount after I drove 30 min to the store to pick up. The website did not say that the item I chose was excluded, and I contacted support before traveling to the store. I was told that support could not tell me if the item was in stock or if I would receive the discount, but I should receive it.The first time discount states “New customer discount is valid for first time customers, effective 11/12/2022. Each tier of the New Patient Discount may be used one-time per customer no later than 1/31/23 inFlorida locations only. Promotions exclude Ground and Clearance. UPDATE: Just left….it’s 4:35pm, so 3 minute shy of an hour for a 22 minute wait.Customer service is always great, but they have no true concept of time management. Every time I come here, walk-ins and advanced orders, the wait time is way off. There is a tv that has the estimated wait time depending on how you order, however it’s never accurate. Today I ordered ahead and checked-in, the wait time was estimated at 22minutes and I could see where my name was. At this point it has been almost and hour as my text for line and I’m still waiting. This is a consistent occurrence every time I chose Trulieve over its competitors which is why I now hardly shop here and steer others away. Anyone in the Clermont area that would like to receive their orders timely- go somewhere else. There are so many dispensaries in the area that can uphold their operation to the time limits they set.

Absolutely excellent service and always friendly and try to help as best they can. Due to an issue beyond their control yesterday, they were unable to deliver to me, so my husband and I drove to the store to pick up my order. The store was crowded and Devon, at the front desk, noting that I was pain, was able to reach a manager and get me seen very quickly. Gabriel was just amazing getting my order ready. He was friendly, empathetic and so helpful. Kudos to the entire Trulieve Clermont staff for making a potentially difficult experience a neighborly one. They are amazing!

The worst Trulieve that I've been to. Online orders are a joke. You could place your order in the morning and it will take over 5 hours to be filled. We've even had online orders completely lost. The in store customer experience isn't terrible but it isn't great either. They just need to figure out a better system. This store is way too busy for them not to come up with a better system. We will be going to another store moving forward.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the Clermont Trulieve! Yesterday (7/11) when I went in I had the best Budtender, Luis. I have extreme anxiety (part of why I have my card in the first place), But Luis actually had me talking and laughing the whole time (really out of the ordinary for me in those types of situations). He was very informative and could answer all of my questions. He was even able to give me some insight on the specific flower I was buying. Long story short, I highly recommend the Clermont Trulieve, and specifically Luis in the highest esteem.

You can go to any Trulieve location in Florida and you are guaranteed to wait AT LEAST 45 minutes. You can put in an order for pick up 4 hours in advance and still wait 45 minutes. Great staff at this location (better than the ones in Melbourne where if you walk in with a rainbow they’re nearly spitting on you) but Trulieve products are not worth the wait. Never have this problem at Fluent or curaleaf (though fluent is superior to both tbh). I try to avoid Trulieve when I can but they are the only ones out here in clermont so it’s a bit of a monopoly. I don’t recommend going.

I am less than happy with the Clermont location. Are the people at the store nice? Sure they are. They are also all so stoned out of their minds that they can not even function in a customer service job! It is not funny and I'm really tired of it. 1) I tell the customer service people exactly what I need. They always make mistakes filling the order. You've really got to watch them closely. 2) I am a veteran. On a recent visit to Trulieve Clermont, a customer service person was so high, he forgot to apply the veteran's discount even though I told him about it right before he rang up the order. (Short term memory loss.) The manager told me that he could not refund my money and ring it back up with the discount, but that he'd give me a store credit. I didn't really mind the slight inconvenience, no problem. The next week I went to another Trulieve store and there was no store credit on my account. The manager might have intended to credit my account, sure. He was probably so stoned and blasted out of his mind that it didn't happen. 3) I will avoid the Trulieve Clermont store. It will be a back-up in case of emergencies. I simply don't have these problems at dispensaries run by other concerns.

I visited the Clermont Trulieve location today and enjoyed my visit enough to write this review. To begin with, it’s in a great, easy to get to place. Very nice inside. The receptionist was pleasant and the wait was short.I met with Brandon Peters once inside. Brandon was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different products while asking me questions as to what I was looking for. He gave me choices and I made my selection. Excellent Excellent experience and wonderful employees. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that the Orlando people are coming to Clermont.

this new location is amazing!! it’s about 35 minutes from where i live but i come to this location because the stock is always full, the wait time is minimal if any, and the staff are all so kind!!! i’d like to say how amazing Emma is. the past two times i’ve been she has been the one to help me and she always makes it more than just picking up my medicine. she’s so personable, helpful and knowledgeable! although this location is farther from me then some others, i keep coming to this one because of Emma and all the wonderful staff!! i will be back soon!!

Trulieve always takes care of their patients. The clermont location is one of my favorite. One reason because of a consultant there named Vivian. She is an incredible patient consultant and goes above and beyond. After my long 3am work day, she was able to find the last ground for me. New Trulieve store #68 just opened in Clermont. Been here a few times already, and I've never waited once. The staff is friendly, informed, and unafraid to offer suggestions and/or solicit order modifications.The Fifty West building is brand new and faces south on FL-50. Trulieve is on the ground floor, with an outdoor, wheelchair accessible entrance. Plentiful parking for the building, but there's only one other tenant at present. Hopefully it will stay that way. I've checked out almost every dispensary in Central Florida and the Metro Orlando area, but this newest Trulieve one located in Clermont is perhaps the very best one yet! They have an excellent, experienced, and energetic staff who were excited about helping their patients, plus passionate about their jobs and the company that they work for.Additionally, this location was extremely well stocked!! Many believe that the result of Truelieve's rapid expansion in Florida has been the "creation" of beautiful dispensaries that are severely understocked with product and selection (especially with flower!). Not so with this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Check them out if you get the chance. If not, then continue going to YOUR LOCAL dispensary and then complaining about your visit! HAHA!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Do NOT come to this location!!They were one of the best dispensaries now they are one of the WORST... They never have enough Indica products, they are expensive, and they NEVER use your perferred name OR pronouns. AND I came in today to purchase and had a $50 off coupon that was supposed to bring the price for me from $115 to $65 and the manager refused to help me in any way. Tried to make me spend a $100 and said that they "couldn't stack discounts" which is CRAP considering for 1 $50 off is $50 off not the same as discounts. And for 2 the email did not say ANYTHING about not being able to use it with anything. I showed them the email repeatedly they did not care and did not want to be polite as the manager kept giving me attitude and kept misgendering me and talked over me... This was the LAST straw!!! Overall, my experience with Turlieve was alright, but their excruciatingly slow service overshadowed any positives. Despite claims of busyness, other dispensaries in the area manage to operate much more efficiently, leaving Turlieve’s excuses for sluggishness feeling unjustified.Even when ordering online, the wait time can stretch to an unacceptable 2 hours or more. And if you decide to visit in person, be prepared to dedicate a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes just waiting around. Frankly, it’s a waste of time.Turlieve’s team seems to operate at a glacial pace, regardless of the workload or the convenience of modern technology. I have not once had a great experience here. The wait times are astronomical. I have had a pick up order in progress for over 2 hours now. And been on hold to ask about it for nearly 30 minutes. I don’t even want to go in to the store because that will be another 45 minute wait at least! Just ridiculous. Something has to be done. Every time I think that it was a one off situation and try again it is the same exact outcome. Just not happy and I’ll be going somewhere else. Definitely not the experience that is promised by the brand.

I love Trulieve’s deals on shake, although their carts and edibles are not great. However, this location is a nightmare. From just getting into the parking lot, to a 35-60 min wait time. I get it, understaffed and all. And the staff is usually pretty chill. But between the wait, and how overwhelming it feels, I can’t say I’ll use this location again. The eustis one is pretty good

Placed an order online only to arrive to have their internet go out conveniently as their store filled with customers. Meanwhile the workers didn’t want to work, didn’t want to resolve the issues or give any help. They just kick you out after a certain time and laugh and joke about how they are to not be working the following day so it’s not their problem. Everytime you go here there is a huge wait and even when you order express or pickup you’re lucky if they select yours before other people’s selection. I’ve had issues with their products and have brought them back just to be treated disrespectful and still had to go through a ridiculous wait time even though I was trying to make a return. I have even caught the associates take the money that should be given back to me after rounding up from paying with card! The Clermont location is the worst by far and this is the only location I have had issues like this with, I can tell you out of the numerous stores in Clermont you’re better off going to Curaleaf or Ayr. It will be cheaper and faster and especially with people who at least will give you a better customer service experience by far! Two stars is being generous.

I’ve worked as a budtender, a manager, and an account manager selling to dispensaries and labs alike.Your budtenders do not know how to sell flower and need to change their attitudes regarding patients looking to use their first and second time patient coupons.Previously I used my first time visitor 60% off coupon at Trulieve Davenport to purchase the usual $20 8th at a discount. I was satisfied with the quality of flower and had no complaints with the staff.Today I went into Trulieve Claremont with the intentions of using my 2nd time visit 50% off coupon to buy the same flower.After elaborating that I don’t care about indica, sativa, or hybrid and that I don’t care about THC testing percentages but rather price, the budtender switched his sales approach and started saying “these are $20 non-discountable” whenever I asked about the cheaper options.I told him “i’m good” and left.Needless to say I won’t be shopping with Trulieve in the future if their staff is going to be hostile towards people looking to use their coupons.(reply to tone deaf response: same copy and paste response you’re saying to every other negative comment. The only problem is sometimes the wait times can be very long and you can wait up to 30 minutes to an hour. If this location can find a way to get around those long wait times it would be perfect. The product is good and affordable and there is a great variety to choose from which I absolutely love. There is always promotions going on so that is also definitely a plus. I’ve been visiting this location for two years now and I can honestly say I never had a bad experience other than extended wait times. That staff make sure you are treated well offer you water while you wait and they are also informed on products and answer your specific questions with clarity. The wait times is honestly why I can’t give this store a 5 star rating but all around I absolutely love Trulieve Clermont and the staff you guys are amazing may God bless you all.

I ordered an accessory for pickup with a first time customer discount, and was denied the discount after I drove 30 min to the store to pick up. The website did not say that the item I chose was excluded, and I contacted support before traveling to the store. I was told that support could not tell me if the item was in stock or if I would receive the discount, but I should receive it.The first time discount states “New customer discount is valid for first time customers, effective 11/12/2022. UPDATE: Just left….it’s 4:35pm, so 3 minute shy of an hour for a 22 minute wait.Customer service is always great, but they have no true concept of time management. Every time I come here, walk-ins and advanced orders, the wait time is way off. There is a tv that has the estimated wait time depending on how you order, however it’s never accurate. Today I ordered ahead and checked-in, the wait time was estimated at 22minutes and I could see where my name was. At this point it has been almost and hour as my text for line and I’m still waiting. This is a consistent occurrence every time I chose Trulieve over its competitors which is why I now hardly shop here and steer others away. Anyone in the Clermont area that would like to receive their orders timely- go somewhere else. There are so many dispensaries in the area that can uphold their operation to the time limits they set.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the Clermont Trulieve! Yesterday (7/11) when I went in I had the best Budtender, Luis. I have extreme anxiety (part of why I have my card in the first place), But Luis actually had me talking and laughing the whole time (really out of the ordinary for me in those types of situations). He was very informative and could answer all of my questions. He was even able to give me some insight on the specific flower I was buying. You can go to any Trulieve location in Florida and you are guaranteed to wait AT LEAST 45 minutes. You can put in an order for pick up 4 hours in advance and still wait 45 minutes. Great staff at this location (better than the ones in Melbourne where if you walk in with a rainbow they’re nearly spitting on you) but Trulieve products are not worth the wait. Never have this problem at Fluent or curaleaf (though fluent is superior to both tbh). I try to avoid Trulieve when I can but they are the only ones out here in clermont so it’s a bit of a monopoly. I don’t recommend going.

Would recommend avoiding this place. They tend to not honor their posted discounts even when you show them their own email saying that it does apply. I’ve never had an issue with other dispensaries in the area such as growhealthy, which honors their discount. Try the many others in the area, guarantee you will be treated better.

Trulieve in Clermont is the best dispensary in my opinion. It's always clean, and the employees are the most helpful out of all the Trulieves in the Orlando and surrounding areas. Today I was helped by Charles Lioy, whom I can't brag about enough. I was in my opinion very difficult with my order. However, with his help and the discounts offered today he helped me to get the most for my money. He's awesome and definitely a keeper for Trulieve.

I am less than happy with the Clermont location. Are the people at the store nice? Sure they are. They are also all so stoned out of their minds that they can not even function in a customer service job! It is not funny and I'm really tired of it. 1) I tell the customer service people exactly what I need. They always make mistakes filling the order. You've really got to watch them closely. 2) I am a veteran. On a recent visit to Trulieve Clermont, a customer service person was so high, he forgot to apply the veteran's discount even though I told him about it right before he rang up the order. (Short term memory loss.) The manager told me that he could not refund my money and ring it back up with the discount, but that he'd give me a store credit. I didn't really mind the slight inconvenience, no problem. The next week I went to another Trulieve store and there was no store credit on my account. The manager might have intended to credit my account, sure. He was probably so stoned and blasted out of his mind that it didn't happen. 3) I will avoid the Trulieve Clermont store. It will be a back-up in case of emergencies. I simply don't have these problems at dispensaries run by other concerns.

I visited the Clermont Trulieve location today and enjoyed my visit enough to write this review. To begin with, it’s in a great, easy to get to place. Very nice inside. The receptionist was pleasant and the wait was short.I met with Brandon Peters once inside. Brandon was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different products while asking me questions as to what I was looking for. He gave me choices and I made my selection. Excellent Excellent experience and wonderful employees. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that the Orlando people are coming to Clermont.

this new location is amazing!! it’s about 35 minutes from where i live but i come to this location because the stock is always full, the wait time is minimal if any, and the staff are all so kind!!! i’d like to say how amazing Emma is. the past two times i’ve been she has been the one to help me and she always makes it more than just picking up my medicine. she’s so personable, helpful and knowledgeable! although this location is farther from me then some others, i keep coming to this one because of Emma and all the wonderful staff!! i will be back soon!!

Trulieve always takes care of their patients. The clermont location is one of my favorite. One reason because of a consultant there named Vivian. She is an incredible patient consultant and goes above and beyond. After my long 3am work day, she was able to find the last ground for me. Vivian had to go look somewhere for a few minutes, but she made it happen. Highly suggest anyone who goes into Clermont Trulieve, ask for Vivian!

New Trulieve store #68 just opened in Clermont. Been here a few times already, and I've never waited once. The staff is friendly, informed, and unafraid to offer suggestions and/or solicit order modifications.The Fifty West building is brand new and faces south on FL-50. Trulieve is on the ground floor, with an outdoor, wheelchair accessible entrance. Plentiful parking for the building, but there's only one other tenant at present. Hopefully it will stay that way. Welcome to Clermont!

I've checked out almost every dispensary in Central Florida and the Metro Orlando area, but this newest Trulieve one located in Clermont is perhaps the very best one yet! They have an excellent, experienced, and energetic staff who were excited about helping their patients, plus passionate about their jobs and the company that they work for.Additionally, this location was extremely well stocked!! Many believe that the result of Truelieve's rapid expansion in Florida has been the "creation" of beautiful dispensaries that are severely understocked with product and selection (especially with flower!). Not so with this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Check them out if you get the chance. If not, then continue going to YOUR LOCAL dispensary and then complaining about your visit! HAHA!
