I actively avoid this location. It’s like the employees are too high or not high enough. It’s slow, employees seem confused, pick and choose who they are friendly with, the vibe is off. Waiting in the lobby with no greeter / check in on past 3 visits. And always long wait even when not busy. Ride on over to the Inverness location.

Can't help but feel ripped off by this place. I was in town scalloping and stopped by to buy a $60 premium flower 3.5g. Ended up getting a jar with a broken seal and the flower inside looked nothing like the pictures. I suspect somone who works there is swapping premium flower for the cheap stuff and ripping customers off. I am super upset! Crooks!

Called in order at 906 am. 9 hrs later still not filled. No response from the crystal river store. Went by at 2pm told my ordered had not been filled yet. If I wanted to wait as a walk in it would be a hour . left my ride couldn't wait a hour. Still nothing from the store it's 8 pm. If you can't fill the on line order please advised the person of this so we can make other arrangements. Called common courtesy. Update 7-6-24. They greatly improved. My husband and I always shopped at Trulieve stores until we tried other dispensaries. Every time we made an express pick up and were notified the order was ready, we never waited less than 30 minutes. Any other dispensaries literally have you in and out, express or walk in.The veteran discount is misleading as well.Their customer service is wonderful and store is always clean.

I dont know if they have to sell certain products or if they hold things back for themselves or others, but on more than one occasion I was told they are out of something just to have someone tell me they bought that product just after I was in there. Also, on the website you are able to order products that they will tell you are not available if you walk in and ask. They have good products but they are dishonest. When I asked the guy why was it available online but now you say your out? (by the way this was at 9:00 am so couldnt have sold out)...he started stuttering nervously, so I just told him not to worry about it. So for that reason plus the wait time, I wont be going back unless Im desperate

I have been there for my mother who was diagnosed with cancer and now has passed it helped to ease her pain.she through that it was good candy and after help her what it was and that they have it in chocolate.I would get her that my dad of course is old school but saw how it eased her pain. Tried to reimburse me but I wouldn't take a dime I loved my mom and now dad after 66 years with her lives alone ..but I see him more now than I ever did before. Product is good. Close those dang security doors between the main buying floor and the wait room. I’ve been in 4 times this past month and they’re constantly wide open and propped. Whether it’s a staffing issue or AC that’s a lot of security and privacy problems. I’ve seen patients get very physically violent trying to get in to get product when they don’t have any left on prescription. No more security officer and no more security doors??

They are under staffed and over worked. The company doesnt care about its employees and in turn effects us. Horrible wait times and never an in and out place. Seriously sad to see!

All dispensaries need to learn how to dry and cure product for better taste get a hippy I'd rather have lower thc and better taste as a connoisseur the old school flavor was so much better people looked all over for the best, they ruined it for us to make a buck, cause none of it anymore has that fine taste. Wait time is always 1 hour or longer even with online orders. If I place an order the day before when I come to pickup the next day I don’t expect to sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half running my gas out for AC since there is absolutely nowhere to wait.

The staff are good they do their simple job, I’ve been coming here since it opened. My only issue with this establishment is the ridiculous wait times, 3 separate lines; walk in, express and pickup, it still takes over 45 minutes to pick up your order! Waiting in a full lobby after placing an order ahead of time is an inconvenience to customers, something they don’t realize. They dont acknowledge the fact that there are several people waiting almost an hour for one item. It doesn’t make sense to have online ordering option and you have to wait the same time or longer as someone walking in.

This place is absolutely horrible. Puy my order in online. NEVER got an email saying it was ready. After an hour, went to the location. 2 people in front of me. Watched MULTIPLE people come and go after a half hour of sitting. Asked the desk what was going on. They said .y order was still being packaged. (2 7gs of flower). Over an HOUR and they tell me half my order is sold out. If I was the area director for this place I would fire everyone including the manager and restaff. I will go to a competitor from now in. This place is a circus.

It's my third time visiting as a walk-in at this particular location. I prefer it to Inverness. Inventory is pretty much the same but the salespeople in CR seem more up to date on sales and they remember which strains are in each price categories (which helps you save money in the end). Also, they have been super friendly each time I've gone. Might be a bit longer wait in the waiting room though - so be nice because they take their time with you once they have you back there. 😁

I would not turn down a suggestion from him! Always on point. Not to mention, having an awesome Manager like Kara makes me feel like family. I always have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately ordering in line isn't what it should. In out and order in at around 9:30-10pm before having to leave for Christmas at 4pm. My order wasn't ready and just got back in town and had to leave without my order. Per policy my order was put back. As I couldn't pick it up within 24 hours. So, because of this I lost my order and the sales price. But my fault suffered the lost of my meds and discount price. Very, very sad

I never have issues and my points rack up in free products 😝 never can be more Gratefull with the service in store or products. Price is right for some high THC to help me manage my health. Needs work online and organization, having an it Jacksonville lead is a no go, they need to train some to place ques and products in order of amounts with a AI tracker for each item placed to have accurate time management; along with product! It's insane going in thinking they had all your order to find out they had non at all, but good alternative is nice 🙂 perk

This is a pretty busy location but the staff seems to try and get everyone through as quickly as possible. Even with the wait time, it's still worth checking out (just plan accordingly!). Trulieve offers great products and usually have decent sales. They also offer discounts for veterans. The parking lot can be tricky during peak times so keep that in mind. There's not enough parking and you have to be extremely careful driving through. This review would be a 5 star if it weren't for the long wait times. Trulieve also has the best return policy. They truly want the patient to be happy with their products. Trulieve also has really fun grand openings if you are able to catch one. Lots of free swag and great times 🙂

This location needs extreme help and needs extreme reform. Every week has been a major issue from lack of care, wrong product, forgetting to call people from their cars. Even with a order 24 hours in advance I have a 70 minute wait. Checked in, doesn't matter they go by first come, first serve. Pre-ordering from them is a nightmare. This location needs an extreme reevaluation and may want to look at similar locations such as inverness or Brooksville where these problems are nonexistent. After calling the customer service line for 30 minutes asking about an order only for them to say" they are very backed up just go on in" when I say retraining of all staff should really be looked at as an option its not even a joke. 2 to 3 issues a month may not seem bad when I got 3 to 4 times. Customer service skill are all but non existent from how man upset people I see when I go in.

I got crapped on by this dispensary several times. When I do have a decent experience which is about 15-20% of the times I go. I get to see them give someone else a bad experience. The wait at this store is always absolutely ridiculous. I've currently been waiting over an hour.... was told the wait was 25-30 minutes... still sitting. Good luck getting anything you actually ordered. Almost every time I do an online order, they tell me they don't have most of it in stock upon pick-up. Unfortunately this is the only dispensary in Crystal River. I can't wait until something else opens here. I dread coming to this store. The only saving grace is that the staff are mostly very friendly and try to get you the best discounts.

Ok so they do have good sales and the employees are great. I was waiting outside when this little one showed up beautiful things are everywhere if you look. However I have noticed it better to just go then order on line. When you order on line for pick up your orders are not done first but last. For example if you order the night before they don’t come in and fill your order. Those that are there in person get first pick, so by the time they get to the online orders what you ordered the night before maybe gone. This has happen to me each time I have ordered online.

I have waited to write this review. So, In 2 yrs,I have never have gotten a .5g syringe that's actually .5., and some(not all) carts have had bug bubbles in them. Either your employees are stealing it or they aren't taking there time. I would really appreciate if I'm spending my money that I receive what I'm paying for. THIS IS EVERY TRULIEVE I've been to. Hopefully for the new year maybe they'll get rid of the people pinching the carts and I can get my money's worth.

Everyone is chipper, there is always a smile (hiding underneath that mask). They are very informative. I no longer have Shingles Outbreaks, I mean NO LONGER HAVE SHINGLES. The Pain in my hands is totally gone as well and I can crochet again! I used to have trouble sleeping, no I fall asleep easier and stay asleep for at least 4 solid hours. I wake up refreshed, ready to do the farm work, ready to take on the world! Thank you SO MUCH! Their positive attitudes give me a positive attitude- I'm 65 and want to live lots longer now! Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Crystal River does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Crystal River online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Every time we made an express pick up and were notified the order was ready, we never waited less than 30 minutes. I dont know if they have to sell certain products or if they hold things back for themselves or others, but on more than one occasion I was told they are out of something just to have someone tell me they bought that product just after I was in there. Also, on the website you are able to order products that they will tell you are not available if you walk in and ask. They have good products but they are dishonest. When I asked the guy why was it available online but now you say your out? (by the way this was at 9:00 am so couldnt have sold out)...he started stuttering nervously, so I just told him not to worry about it. So for that reason plus the wait time, I wont be going back unless Im desperate

Product is good. Close those dang security doors between the main buying floor and the wait room. I’ve been in 4 times this past month and they’re constantly wide open and propped. Whether it’s a staffing issue or AC that’s a lot of security and privacy problems. I’ve seen patients get very physically violent trying to get in to get product when they don’t have any left on prescription. No more security officer and no more security doors??

The staff are good they do their simple job, I’ve been coming here since it opened. My only issue with this establishment is the ridiculous wait times, 3 separate lines; walk in, express and pickup, it still takes over 45 minutes to pick up your order! Waiting in a full lobby after placing an order ahead of time is an inconvenience to customers, something they don’t realize. They dont acknowledge the fact that there are several people waiting almost an hour for one item. It doesn’t make sense to have online ordering option and you have to wait the same time or longer as someone walking in.

It's my third time visiting as a walk-in at this particular location. I prefer it to Inverness. Inventory is pretty much the same but the salespeople in CR seem more up to date on sales and they remember which strains are in each price categories (which helps you save money in the end). Also, they have been super friendly each time I've gone. Might be a bit longer wait in the waiting room though - so be nice because they take their time with you once they have you back there. 😁

This is a pretty busy location but the staff seems to try and get everyone through as quickly as possible. Even with the wait time, it's still worth checking out (just plan accordingly!). Trulieve offers great products and usually have decent sales. They also offer discounts for veterans. The parking lot can be tricky during peak times so keep that in mind. There's not enough parking and you have to be extremely careful driving through. This review would be a 5 star if it weren't for the long wait times. Trulieve also has the best return policy. This location needs extreme help and needs extreme reform. Every week has been a major issue from lack of care, wrong product, forgetting to call people from their cars. Even with a order 24 hours in advance I have a 70 minute wait. Checked in, doesn't matter they go by first come, first serve. Pre-ordering from them is a nightmare. This location needs an extreme reevaluation and may want to look at similar locations such as inverness or Brooksville where these problems are nonexistent. After calling the customer service line for 30 minutes asking about an order only for them to say" they are very backed up just go on in" when I say retraining of all staff should really be looked at as an option its not even a joke. 2 to 3 issues a month may not seem bad when I got 3 to 4 times. Customer service skill are all but non existent from how man upset people I see when I go in.

However I have noticed it better to just go then order on line. When you order on line for pick up your orders are not done first but last. For example if you order the night before they don’t come in and fill your order. This dispensary is great. They have a clean facility, the staff is friendly, professional, and informed. A well run business/location. Today I needed extra help and Breanna assisted me. Great job! She was another super star who works there. She definitely deserves a shout out.Trulieve always seems to put the customer first, a nice change from others who treat you as if you are just a number and appear to not care about ones needs. Trulieve does! Again, a good place to go, oh, and be sure to go online and check their specials - they have amazing deals.

Great customer service. Friendly workers. My only gripe is they are consistently out of things. It gets aggravating being told an order is packaged and when going to pick up, items are gone and now unavailable with minimal or no alternatives. I'm there out of medical necessity and it makes it hard to maintain comfort levels if I don't have access to the right products.

Everyone is chipper, there is always a smile (hiding underneath that mask). They are very informative. I no longer have Shingles Outbreaks, I mean NO LONGER HAVE SHINGLES. The Pain in my hands is totally gone as well and I can crochet again! I used to have trouble sleeping, no I fall asleep easier and stay asleep for at least 4 solid hours. I wake up refreshed, ready to do the farm work, ready to take on the world! Thank you SO MUCH! Their positive attitudes give me a positive attitude- I'm 65 and want to live lots longer now! They are slow in the lobby but it's to be expected. I even tried to help get their computers back up as it is kinda what I get paid for but they'd rather let us all fall behind. I get it they don't get paid to make those decisions and if you can slack off and still make money *shruggs* but consideration is not a strong point with these employees up front. 💯 I feel like they should let more empathetic people be in the lobby like their are in the back but we all cant be nice I guess. Variety is a world thing right ? But the buzz amazing and at least these girls don't look like they are practicing for the next Broadway title show with how they do their make up. I felt comfortable and it was overall a nice place. Sweep a little more but it was nice

Every thing was great. Got home my bottle was almost empty! 😯 I called the main number they said it would be exchanged. I had to pay the difference of the sale I got the day before and is still going on today and thats just not right they should have just gave me another bottle but no they took the one I had and made me pay full price. I will not leave parking lot with out checking all my stuff make sure the bottle has what its supposed to or you will be ripped off also.. Not cool Trulieve
