I went to the Crystal River Trulieve for the first time and had an excellent experience! I was greeted when I arrived, and was helped within minutes by Cas who was very patient with all of my questions, and very helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for. She explained their bin deals and made sure I got the best deals they had. After discounts were combined with my loyalty rewards, my out of pocket was much less than I even thought possible! I will definitely go back to this location when I'm up in this area (from Ft. Lauderdale). Thank you Cas, for making my experience absolutely stellar!!

Steve was the best bud tender ever!! I just got my card back after 3 years and he was very helpful in getting me set back up! I was helped right away, I wasn’t rushed and there was great conversation while he placed my order. The store is beautiful on the inside, displaying all kinds of pieces and product. And the smell is just delicious 🤤 highly recommend this trulieve! Great experience for my first time being back!

I had the worst experience at this Trulieve. I was so embarrassed and extremely disappointed in the store manager, Steve who made sure to make a big deal over my “scam”of a coupon that I tried to redeem in his store. He was dismissive and annoyed. I was given this coupon by a representative for Trulieve. I usually ONLY deal with Roberto and Ang when I shop at this store. (They are the light of this store!) Unfortunately, they were busy today, and Steve had some spare time and, unfortunately, a mighty large chip on his shoulder. I was given this coupon as a token of appreciation for my job that I do within the cannabis industry working alongside Trulieve, and Steve made sure to tell me how much money Trulieve was losing by honoring these coupons. I ultimately was able to use my coupon but my interaction with Steve has drastically deterred me from stepping foot into that specific

The greatest staff i have ever encountered at trulieve! Kind, knowledgeable and always smiling. I feel very welcomed coming in to shop here. Cas is amazing at her job and i’m always happy to come see her!

Great shop! Love it. But..... Why isn't there an app for android phones. Scanned my QR code today only available for Apple I phone. Thats messed up.
