Everybody is very nice and helpful. Staff that greet you and take you in are very friendly and attentive. Ask if you would like water. As I have dealt with Kat and Monica they are the best. They recognize you and are always willing to spend time and help educate and inform. Very helpful and nice facility. Huge success and happy they made it down south!read more

From beginning to end my experience was amazing. From the amazing receptionist in the front greeting me with kind eyes and amazing attitude while offering me water while I wait to the experience of being with Johnathan and being greeted by his amazing personality and even better curly hair the customer service was amazing. Johnathan was personable and gave me such great customer service it felt more like a customer experience which is saying a lot. Johnathan gave me great recommendations while I was checking out the store for the first time and on my way out I left feeling happy and that wasn’t from the amazing weed yet. I also liked how Johnathan asked my name and said that he would be looking forward to seeing my again inviting me back to the store to let him know how I liked what he recommended. The store is beautiful, staff is great, the product by far is a lot better.read more

The Cutler Bay location is by far the best Trulieve I have frequented. I arrived at 8:00 pm (closing time) to pickup my rather large order and was expecting the staff to be frustrated when I walked in as it was a Saturday evening. Oh my, was I pleasantly surprised!!! Andrew greeted me with a huge smile and a Trulieve gift bag to celebrate their Grand Opening. The staff at this location is phenomenal!!read more

I was excited to learn that this location made its debut. I no longer have to drive all the way up to Kendall!! 🥳🥳 Upon walking in, I was greeted by a familiar face. Justin, who has always been so kind and attentive whenever I paid a visit, had been transferred to this location. As usual he was very informative about the products and promotions that were available. I was then escorted to a lovely young lady named “Eli”. She was very knowledgable about the flower profiles and was very helpful in customizing my order. It’s this attention to detail and true passion for wanting to provide the best care for her patients that made this visit a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience.
