I've visited a lot of businesses over the years, and I can honestly say the level of service I received at Trulieve Cutler Bay was among the best I've ever experienced. Piero is, without question, one of the most outstanding employees I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. His professionalism was immediately evident, but what truly set him apart was the pride he takes in helping people. You can tell this isn't just a job to him. He genuinely cares about making sure every customer leaves with the right products and a great experience. His knowledge is nothing short of remarkable. Every recommendation was thoughtful, every explanation was clear, and every question I had was answered with confidence and patience. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through my options without the slightest bit of pressure. Instead of feeling like a transaction, the entire visit felt like receiving advice from someone who truly wanted the best outcome for me. Love coming to this location. The staff is always welcoming, the vibe is great, and they have a solid selection of products. Anthony was super dope and patient. In and out quickly every time, and I always leave happy with my purchase. Highly recommend
