I gave an employee feedback about this store and you’d think I spat on his mother’s grave. He told me a product was not available and I asked which alternatives were in stock (but to please double check that I was given the correct item).Staff often confuse items, not knowing the nuances between similar but distinct products. Usually I catch it before checking out, but last time I didn’t and only noticed at home. When I told the employee this, that it’s an unfortunate issue that is unique to TruLieve, I kid you not his reaction was “then why do you keep coming back? We don’t care where you shop!” I disappeared like Homer Simpson into the bushes.
It's weird because the other trulieve locations, staff really nice but the people here were disgusting.. no idea why they were so mean and unfriendly but not coming back here and probably not coming back to this dispensary they're other ones that are friendlier with better prices
worst customer service of any Trulieve I have ever been to. Order ahead, and no go upon arrival... manager is a total failure and a medical dispensary should hold higher, "no pun" tolerances
I have been to several TruLieve locations in different cities — unfortunately they’re all similar in regards to management and quality control. Products never match up to what is listed online, which the first time around is not a big deal. Then it happens over and over until you realize it’s a clever tactic to unload inventory. Staff are poorly trained and chalk up inventory issues to being “very busy” because they don’t know any better. Other dispensaries are footing 3x the traffic, still keep up with their mobile interface, and are properly trained in customer service. It’s a business model that serves its bottom line by hoodwinking the consumer with excuses.When you get a product it’s a gamble as to whether it actually comes as described (e.g. uncured flower, products 100mg below what’s advertised in the dosage, solvent-based concentrates cleverly marketed to seem solventless, etc). These are things that experienced consumers will catch while the average consumer has no idea. I would be wary of what else they’re cutting corners on.
i am a regular at this location and every time i come in im reminded of why i choose other dispensaries. staff are extremely slow processing orders and seem to not care when they have a room full of patients that have waited for 20+ minutes. furthermore some of the staff are extremely rude at times when interacting with customers, have had plenty times where i feel dismissed or like im bothering them just by making them do their job. while i do love the product i wont be coming to this location they constantly have these issues and haven’t addressed them in the year i’ve been going. if you want good product surterra and fluent have similar prices and much better staff.
I just want to say that this is my favorite location! Deerfield beach Trulieve is my fave! Jio & Adam are such a duo and run their store amazingly. They’re super friendly and I feel so welcomed when I come in to pick up my product. They both have such tremendous amount of patience and knowledge. They’re always recommending strains that suit exactly what I’m looking for whether it’s for pain/sleep or feeling happy and focused. I hope Jio and Adam get the respect and recognition they deserve. Awful customer service. Specially from this man Gio, who supposedly is one of the managers; he was so nasty today. After, explaining to him that it is not my problem if the website doesn’t work correctly since they were out of stock from one of the products that I ordered online. He gave me 30% off, but he did it with an attitude, but not only that. I found two of the containers that they gave me; they were opened. This never happened before, so I think this nasty man has something to do with it. So, I think the owner of this store; should get better personnel with customer service skills, good attitude, and good mental health because who does that. Retaliate in that way by messing with your products because I requested a discount because they were out of stock with the product that I ordered online.
Staff is very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ellie was super helpful. It was my 1st time & the deals were amazing. I would suggest Tulieve in the Deerdield Beach to anyone. 🌞
Visited this place for the last time last Saturday…. Placed an express order, arrived & checked in at 543pm, there was one person ahead of me when I walked into the building. I sat & waited about 25 minutes while everyone who entered the building after me, got helped before me. I went to the girl at the front desk who greeted me as if I had just walked in for the first time, I explained that I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my express order & I just watched 4 people who walked in after me get helped before me. She checks the computer then walks inside to tell them that I’m next, then she comes back out, tells me I’m next & hands me a coupon card with 3 holes punched. Finally when I walk inside to get my order I’m extremely annoyed & I relay that to the guy helping me who asked me how I’m doing…. He replies, yea we’ve been really busy!!! There was one person ahead of me when I walked in, my express order took a total of 3 minutes but I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped…. What’s the point of express orders??? Secondly, the coupon card is valid from 2/1 to 3/31, I visited this dispensary 3 times in February, why am I only receiving a card on my 4th visit when I have a problem? Staff clearly have no idea what they’re doing here & nobody seems to care, why should I?

The shopping experience here always meets my expectations. The employees here are the main reason I prefer to shop at this location. Melinda for example, isn't just charming but also takes her customer service very serious and so does everyone else working here. At times it can a bit busy but thats only because every patient prefers to visit this dispensary instead of others and you'll see why.

The products, prices and staff at this location are fantastic. However upper management needs to hire more help or figure how to be more efficient. There is consistently a 20+ minute wait time no matter what time you arrive. Even the online check requires multiple steps to get it right.
I love the products but the employees don't like honoring discounts. I think they're on commission bc I get a hard time every time. Another BIG issue for me is NONE of the concentrates are in a sealed bottle. Anyone could open it anytime and take some out. I have no idea what 1g of "budder" is supposed to look like and it's so easily exploited here. Makes me question every unsealed bag.

I believe that this location is the greatest as far as all the dispensaries in SFL; thanks to employees like Carolina, Luis, and Jovanie' that always go above and beyond to meet a patient's every need. Thank you, Trulieve, for hiring such great team!
The first time I stepped into a dispensary and I chose this place, it wasn't what I expected. The wait time was long, I left then came back. They offer coupons for first time customers. They have a coupon for 25% off one time during your birthday month. I asked lady who was assisting me if I could use it she mumbled something about it doesn't make sense to use it save it for next time, then proceeded to engage in conversation with her coworker and the customer he was assisting. I don't believe there will be a next time, I do believe it will be the last time. There are plenty more shops around!
If you're looking for cheap product and have an hour or two to wait. Then this is the place for you.BUT if you're looking for a TRUE medical dispensary then you're better off at Cura Leaf down the street.First time at Trulieve. I placed my order online and I was just there for pick up. I waited 40-45 min in the waiting room before being asked to leave because they're weren't able to attend to me before they had to close.Now, if this was for recreational purposes I could understand but it's not. This is prescribed medication. So of course I had to go back the following day when I could muster up the strength. When I arrived I waited another 20 minutes or so before being seen. When checking out, this 20 something hipster told me to "have fun tonight" SMFH.Again, this is prescribed medication and I've never heard my local pharmacist tell me to "have fun" when picking up medicine. The staff here needs professional training.
Too much competition to put up with Trulieve’s lazy, incompetent customer service. On top of that, what’s up with placing an Express order on line, coming the next day to pick it up, and then having to wait in the waiting room for 20-40 minutes to get your “ express” order? Funny thing is that I reached out to corporate customer service three days ago and filed a complaint. I was told that someone in management would get back to me. NO one did, and that is what prompted me to create this review. Terrible company.
I've been to this location twice. Both times they were out of most of what I ordered online. I wish they would call me and let me know so I don't have to make a new on the spot decision about something else when I get there. The reason I ordered online was so I have all the time I want to look over everything and choose, without the stress of standing at the counter while other people are waiting. On the plus side they do have a lot of variety, and their flower is good quality even when buying the minis and preground stuff.

Loved my experience at Trulieve in Deerfield with Louis (Lu)! Every walk-in visit has been wonderful, honestly probably my #1 favorite place out of all the dispensary's. Super-friendly Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed with the wide Variety of Products to choose from all at reasonable Prices plus first few times include awesome Discounts. Lu is my go to person and I personally recommend him. He has guided me through every visit and answers all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and has the best suggestions. He is attentive and friendly, while remaining efficient and professional. Lu made me feel at ease and doesn't create any pressure at all. I'm a very indecisive person so I struggle making a decision sometimes but Lu understood me and has the patience of a saint. Lu is amazing and so is the place so I will be coming back!!

Julio, Carolina and Michele are a triple threat. The knowledge they attain is always being utilized when helping me figure out which strain is best for me. The associates really provide the best, most useful information. They are all very polite and management is such a huge help. During these times, it’s important to remember that companies can be short staffed but these guys truly do their very best to have everyone in and out in a timely manner. They’ve provided such great help- I’m a forever customer!!
Yes, one star. Why? Because each and every time I come here, I have to clear my entire days calendar to sit around and wait for my pick-up order to be ready after I get the text that it's ready for pick up. I'm writing this review as I sit waiting out a 75 minute wait time for my pick-up order. It's not that the people aren't nice or helpful.. but I wish that their politeness was enough to make up for the inconvience of never being able to make it a quick in & out pick-up visit. Why isn't there a separate person(s) processing the pickup orders?.. or is there and there isn't good management of it? Is the walk in vs. pick up queue mixed together? Where is the logic in that? While waiting in the lobby, I've heard people given wait times as long as 2 hours. A girl working the desk got up and quit one busy day after having to hear so many patients frustrations. Simply terrible processing pace. Also, they rarely have products I need in stock. Am I being unreasonable or is this just ridiculous?
I love coming to this specific location. I feel very welcomed by all the staffs and Maria Villalona is my ONLY go to person. Maria v is very knowledgeable and very helpful she always goes above and beyond! I’ve had a few experiences with some of the other workers and I have to tell you it’s NOT the same. I always call to make sure Maria is in before coming in. This girl knows exactly what I want and always has a few options for me to choose from. Every time I walk in those doors she makes the process smooth and fast which that’s exactly what I love about this gal.
Last time I went in I got taken care of by Sophie! She was fantastic! She took her time to talk to me about the different products that were available. She was great. I also get great care from Sam P, Carolina, Stan, Maria, Ava and everyone else there. Management is also super helpful as well. My Luna loves everyone there.

I walked in today because I could not get the information I needed about the products online. Michele H helped me and went above and beyond! She was patient answering my questions and she was full of knowledge on the products i was interested in. I ended up purchasing more than I expected to because I was so excited about the information on the strains she described to me. I always order online and wait in the car until I receive the text to come in. On my last visit I had to pleasure to meet Phil, who took the time to explain to me which strains are the best for me. Good products just not worth the wait . You can order online and still have to wait an hour and a half to get your weed I returned to the dispensary and they solve the problem of the lines and I would recommend the place now I think it’s a very good place to buy products. They have in proved their service. Now stop sending so many text a day . I had to end their texts to many .
Had this at 5 stars, but, lately, they're out of product, already ordered. No phone call, no message. I found out when I got there nothing I ordered was available. The previous visit, I ordered items I thought were on sale, since it was sent via text in the a.m. when I picked it up, they said the items weren't on sale, that it was a mistake on their site. I wasn't the only customer with the same issue, and the manager honored the sale price. The people who work there are great was great, though.
I love this location!! Always a short wait time after 7pm and the staff is super friendly, if you go ask for Jimmy he's the best he does just about everything there he also knows the products very well! He's very informative, kind and makes this location run smoothly!

I have been a customer of Trulieve for approximately 9 months to a year and always have a pleasant experience in a nice environment that’s clean and aesthetically pleasing. Upon arrival you are greeted by kind staff and security. All the bud tenders are always super nice and knowledgeable. Trulieve is great and their products are the best but what also distinguishes this company are their great employees such as Marnie and their great customer service as well as product knowledge. Not only did Marnie went above and beyond to find what I needed but informed me about a great sale I was glad I took advantage and for that and her awesome attitude I commend her! She should be moved up to management!
2 years later and I still love this location. All the staff are lovely and kind but I've had great support with Michelle is lovely...I've come here about a dozen times and they have never disappointed. David especially always leaves a lasting impression. The products always live up to their name. Great!

I had a poor experience with another dispensary and their products, and being new to medical marijuana I was almost ready to give up.The vapor products burned, really burned my throat and caused uncontrollable coughing. The vapor tasted very harsh.I happened upon Trulieve and wonderful reviews. I thought what do I have to loose (money and time). Anthony at Trulieve re-educated me, explained what was happening. He recommended Different products for sleep and daytime and a pen with controllable voltage or heat. I have had 5 nights of excellent sleep and my days are much better.I was so pleased i went again and this time consulted with (sorry misplaced his name) and he was knowledgeable and very helpful.The products from Trulieve were clear and clean and with the new pen absolutely no harshness or throat pain and No coughing. I’m SOLD ON Trulieve.BudUpdate Nov 2021Still the best.

When visiting dispensaries, you may notice they are generally built for security over comfort. Sometimes I get nervous entering dispensaries because of this as I have anxiety, but Phil was so nice! He assisted me with packing up my order and made sure I was comfortable. He was extremely personable and kind, and very efficient! Can’t wait to have more experiences with employees like him.
I visited this Trulieve for the first time a few days ago and truly enjoyed my experience being there. It was fast, easy and the person who assisted with my order Michele was very kind and personable. I appreciated her candor and overall made it an enjoyable experience for me. Best dispensary in town. I came in close to closing time but Jimmy took great care of me. He was patient and very informative. He took his time to make sure I picked the right strains for me and he also informed me about the loyalty programs and the sales they have. Also they have the best/most potential strains.
I've been to every dispensary within 30 miles. Deerfield Beach Trulieve is far and away the best. Been a customer since day 1. They legit have something for everyone. From edibles to concentrates to flower all the products are top notch. From the managers on down they go out of their way to do the best job possible. Mike and Matt as well as the rest of the staff are super knowledgeable and do a great job. Can't say enough good things about this place.
Until recently I didn’t enjoy the Trulieve experience at all. Sara H & Matt A are both very kind and helpful which has changed my perspective. I have had two pleasant experiences lately being helped by these two. Recommend going the right way about ordering online and being patient as the process can be timely (reason for 4 stars) and if you aren’t patient - good luck. However; the patience pays off as these people care to spend the time necessary to get you the product that best fits your needs. Great team it seems. Nice job Trulieve. Will be back for more.

What a mess. Once I got a text that I was placed on the virtual line I believed that the process would be painless, but there was nothing painless about it. After handing in my ID I was asked 2 different times by the woman who took my id if she had already given it back to me. I spent the next 40 minutes waiting for the place in line that was clearly bogus. After patiently and politely sitting there while people who came before me got serviced I finally spoke up and they apologized and tried to find my lost ID. Eventually they found and returned my ID after 40 minutes of wait and just before check out.Overall just insanely messy and unprofessional way to handle the wait. I understand with social distancing and all other restrictions things sometimes don't go as planned, but reading the comments here I can see its anything but a one time deal.Every single person who came after me complained about the lack of coordination and the wait. The staff seemed indifferent.Selection and prices are pretty good, but honestly not worth the hassle. Shame this was my first visit and it made me want to visit anyone else.

Matthew was very helpful and kind. He introduced me to a new product that I’ve found to help alleviate my symptoms. This location is busy, but stocked and managed by retailers who seem to care. I drive all the way to the Deerfield Beach location from Sunrise. About 30 miles, 1 way. Although everyone is very nice, the reason for my long drive is ADAM! He is simply the best!! Kind, patient........ he doesn’t make me feel bad about my illness (MS). I wanted to write this review for months but couldn’t figure it out. Can you imagine? 🤪 Please give that boy a raise! Don’t let him go like others before him! A+ ❤️🙏🏻
I’ve been to the Deerfield location a couple times and i received good service. I went today and it was a disaster. The reason I didn’t give one star is because Kelly and Gabi and the security guy in the wait room were the only ones that saved the 1 star review.The front desk girl doesn’t have a clue what’s she’s doing. I checked in online on my way to the location.Got there and reception took my information and said don’t leave. So I sat a waited for 45 minutes as people came and went. I’m very patient. So I decided to ask the receptionist and security why I’m waiting so long?To make a long story short. She lost my card and I’d been waiting for 45 minutes for nothing. I was livid.I did all the right things ordered ahead, check in only to be penalized by an incompetent receptionist.I digress but this location needs to do better.Nevertheless thanks to Gabi and Kelly and security guy for good service.UpdatedI’ve been back a few time.Today I picked up.I loved Anna and Mike.Both were very nice and funny.Mike gave me great information on edibles.A step in the right direction.
This is Paul's wife, I place my order and it is delivered right to my door. This has been so very convenient for me. The orders are always correct, and always delivered on time. I get that people don’t like to wait but I’ll never understand why people have to complain constantly when in reality TruLieve is, in my opinion The Happiest Place on Earth! Let’s just be happy! And PLEASE VOTE!
October 2020 edit! -- Went in yesterday for my syringe refill. Placed order online and waited for confirmation like normal. They seem to have overhauled their waiting system! It went much more smoothly than before and only took about 20-30minutes after checking in! The guy in charge of the wait list was very kind and helpful, as well as the guy who handled my purchase. Great service!
To be honest I feel bad writing this since I understand this is a very high volume dispensary and so they deal with a lot of people. But the system is truly just not ideal. Ive sat in the waiting room probably over 50 times now listening to all the complaints they get about wait times, people behind them in line being able to go ahead, etc. And now they have a new website and its a total mess. They canceled my order and told me my card was expired - even though it clearly says on the card its good until 2021. And was very rude to me about it. I understand its not the employees, its the system and they deal with complaints all day so they'll catch an attitude when I mention something is wrong. But I honestly expected some more professionalism over something that truly wasn't my fault or theirs.Its also literally impossible to reach Trulieve by phone - Ive waited on hold for over 30 minutes. So you HAVE to drive down there and see what's up with your order especially now that the website is a mess. Its a long drive for a lot of patients. The chat function doesn't even work!!!I think the workers here forget that marijuana is medicine and that's why people get upset when their system is trash. A pharmacy would never be run so poorly.
Most of the staff is very friendly, even the security guards. Maria & Seth are very accommodating, knowledgeable and really went out of their way to make my experience a good one. I would suggest placing a pick up order as this location can get pretty busy and sometimes takes a while to find parking, but the overall experience is typically a good one!
My 1st time at a Truelieve dispensary; what a great experience. Front desk (and all staff) were very friendly however, this review is for Mitch. Excellent customer service, great personality and incredibly generous with his knowledge and patience. I didn't feel like Mitch was just doing his job, I felt like he took care of me. Great attitude. I look forward to going back.
Placed an order online & showed up Monday afternoon to pick it up, unfortunately I received the incorrect products. As soon as I got home & realized this, I emailed customer service & called as well. I was on hold for over an hour with Trulieve customer service before hanging up & trying the store where I was on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up. I still have not got a response from my email.I decided to go back to the store Tuesday afternoon to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one. I was told that there was an hour an a half wait due to their 25% off sale. I asked why there was no text sent about this sale, he replied that they did not want to get bombarded by a too many people. Strange response but ok? He said it better if I come back tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday).Went back Wednesday afternoon to try again! Was greeted as soon as I open the door by an aggressive security guard with a gun who tell me abruptly, “we’re at capacity, you’re gonna have to wait outside.” I left.I have no problem with people or dispensaries making mistakes but I’ve had no choice but to drive an hour on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to rectify their mistake with no assistance on their end. I’ll be doing everything I can to avoid to Trulieve dispensaries moving forward, we had a good run, unfortunately they don’t seem to know how to handle anything professionally, I know drug dealers who are more organized!
I was thoroughly impressed by this place on my first visit, because of the professional setup and staff who are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Just a great vibe here in general. Mitch and Ken explained everything I needed to know, clearly and concisely, while demonstrating truly expert knowledge. Very easy to place order online and then get texted/emailed when it's ready for pickup. Both times I ordered from them, it was ready within an hour. I will probably use this dispensary more than the others in town.
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Trulieve. Max helped me in Deerfield Beach. He was very knowledgeable and one of the most expedient representatives that I have purchased my medical marijuana from. Then I find out that he just started working with Trulieve. You should hire more people like Max!
This establishment is great. The staff is very helpful and full of knowledge about the products. Kelly at the Deerfield store was the BEST!! She helped me so much on my first visit. I got everything I needed. I highly recommend this store.
ive been here multiple times in 2020 the staff is far improved, Ana and Scott made me feel right at home. Really appreciative of the young man for taking time to actually listen to what has not worked for me. Even checked in the back for an item another employee said was sold out and found one! Customer service is important. i will be back more often.
The check in system AT THIS PARTICULAR Trulieve is a mess. Also, the manager, Mike, is disorganized and rude. After you check in online, and are still forced to wait in the lobby (because again they are disorganized), you will see Mike allow his friends who didn’t even check in go first, while you and others complain about the wait. If he doesn’t like what you have to say, he’ll just say “There was a misunderstanding, please have a seat,” like he was right. He can’t answer straight questions and has a short fuse. No idea how he keeps his job?
Awesome employees. All so helpful and such great personalities. They're very accommodating as well. Definitely one of my favorite Trulieve locations by far

I had an awesome experience at Trulieve Deerfield today thanks to Max and Kelly. All the employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.The store is always clean and many safety precautions are utilized during COVID.

I was ahead of three other people , I waited for my text that said you can come in we’re waiting to call you so I went in into the lobby and this Attitude girl with a Blonde fake wig Sees me to the point that there is nobody there left except me and then another guy comes in and two more people come in one saying that he just came off the street and just got out of the hospital and I’m still sitting there she doesn’t recognize me even though she’s start looking straight at me and she finally asks me my name I let her know that she saw me and I’ve been sitting there the whole time and I was in front of all those three people she says to me that I’ll be in next with the next batch so they call the next batch and guess what I am not included she lied to me I let her know that and she says then at that point she is done with me and I should talk to the manager The manager is a nice guy trying to run the place she is a terrible excuse for a front desk If you come across her ask for a different person to help you because she doesn’t know what she’s doing with her extremely long nails that she can’t even type and let alone keep her wig on you could see her hair underneath the wig so tacky

Unfortunately there was an hour wait, however that was to be expected since you guys opened up the edible market. Once I was inside Daniela helped me buy my first edible, she was delightful, helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with her. Also your staff was excellent just walking through the door I felt more than welcome by the security guard the receptionist took my name and told me I would be texted in an hour to come back, when I came back and it was almost an hour I had my support dog with me I asked another employee to help me get in a bit sooner since I am handicapped and I knew exactly what I wanted and they complied with my wishes. Very good experience.
What a mess. Once I got a text that I was placed on the virtual line I believed that he process would painless, but there was nothing painful about it. After handing in my ID I was asked 2 different times by the woman who took my idea if she said already given it back to me. We spent the next 40 minutes waiting for the place in line that was clearly bogus. After patiently and politely sitting there while people who came before me got serviced I finally spoke up and they apologized and tried to find my lost ID. Eventually they found and returned my ID after 40 minutes of wait and just before check out.Overall just insanely messy and unprofessional way to handle the wait. I understand with social distancing and all other restrictions things sometimes don't go as planned, but reading the comments here I can see its anything but a one time deal. Every single person who came after me complained about the lack of coordination and the wait. The staff seemed indifferent.Selection and prices are pretty good, but honestly not worth the hassle. Shame this was my first visit and it made me want to visit anyone else.
I’ve been to the Deerfield location a couple times and i received good service. I went today and it was a disaster. The reason I didn’t give one star is because Kelly and Gabi and the security guy in the wait room were the only ones that saved the 1 star review.The front desk girl doesn’t have a clue what’s she’s doing. I checked in online on my way to the location.Got there and reception took my information and said don’t leave. So I sat a waited for 45 minutes as people came and went. I’m very patient. So I decided to ask the receptionist and security why I’m waiting so long?To make a long story short. She lost my card and I’d been waiting for 45 minutes for nothing. I was livid.I did all the right things ordered ahead, check in only to be penalized by an incompetent receptionist.I digress but this location needs to do better.Nevertheless thanks to Gabi and Kelly and security guy for good service.
Camille was a gem to deal with. They usually have some of the best products in the area and they are getting better with the new way of having to deal with customers. Always good to see progression. They just need more rosin, but who doesn't.
EXCELLENT Experience! From the online chat with Josh to the young lady who greeted me with a smile and friendly information, my experience with Trulieve Deerfield was superb! Once inside, William answered all my questions with obvious knowledge and directed me in the right direction for the proper product for my means. Of course I spent way too much on my first visit but so far I am MORE than satisfied with my purchases. Was there a wait time? Yes, but in my opinion it was well worth it. I will return!Only wish I could grant you TEN stars!
I suffer from major arthritis and gout horrible pain, I got my medical cannabis license and I started going to Trulieve in Deerfield Beach, first off the customer service from the moment you walked in, it’s totally professional, courteous, And always with a smile. Sometimes you can walk in and out in 30 minutes, and other times you may have to wait an hour; well worth it... Once you go in the customer service behind the counter is outstanding, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with about three different customer service employees behind the counter and they all been very courteous and professional, from Scott really amazing guy, funny very professional, goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you’re looking for, and if you have any questions automatically he’s there to help you or will find help. The managers are very professional, very generous with their attention to each detail. The security is top notch., I feel safe and secure and always happy with my natural healthy choice of lifestyle🌟 Trulieve’s has truly been amazing for my health and well-being thank you Trulieve

Mike, in the front, was extremely nice and polite while I was waiting. Jovanie, the manager was really professional. Overall, a great experience at the Deerfield location. Can’t wait to be back!

This location is amazing! Everybody here is so sweet and helpful and kind. I finally have control over my nausea and my pain is eased so much. I've been able to eat, and keep it down. This has really saved my life and I'm so grateful!!
I ordered one thing from Trulieve the Deerfield location online, I live in west palm I drove down there because they were the only location that had what I wanted. Well I even put my place in line when I was a couple minutes away and by the time i got there the text was received to come inside because my order was ready well the guy told me that text was to collect my card and he told me an estimate of 45 to an hour and 45 minutes and I Already drove down I might as well stay so I waited in my car for most of the time and ended up staying by the door so I can ask for wait times, this is ABSURD I waited over 2 hours for something I already ordered online and was ready for pick up. No one has time to just sit around for hours there needs to be a better way like paying at the front desk for online orders.
This is the best place to get medication! The staff is always courteous and friendly. Camille was an excellent helpful to me during my warranty exchange and made experience super easy. The product is of the highest quality and packaged perfectly! There is a wait of course during certain times so plan accordingly. There are times you can pop right and leave in 15 min but mostly be prepared to wait 30-45 min before seeing a budtender. It’s all apart of the experience though and the service being provided makes any wait forgettable!
Big UP! To my patient consultant Matt, I’m a big on my concentrates. With that said, with Covid it’s been slim pickings. Matt went through all of the concentrates in the whole place to find me the best ones not bad to walk out w Papaya Cake rosin, 5GP shatter and the last 3 co2 distillates in the whole place so again great take for such a bad time, and thankfully because Matt walked throughout that whole store to find everything meant a lot. So big up! To my go to tender Matt brother we got good names man !!!
I walked in and I was greeted with a smile! I only waited for about 5 min and I was already called in and it was perfect because i was in a little bit of a rush. My cashier Scott was such a nice person. We had some chit chat and he took care of my order in a timely manner. After my order was done because I was in a rush I was anxious and I just had bought 2 grams of crumble one of the grams I took out to look at and left it open like a dummy and when I was all done I moved my arm and dropped the oil like a silly goose. I was horrified and honestly I was ready to walk out with nothing because of the fact that it was entirely my fault. Scott was super sympathetic and recognized how horrible I felt and he immediately asked the manager if they could replace my broken one and everything worked out. I couldn’t thank this place enough I come here all the time and the oil is the best in town. Thank you so much Scott this man deserves the best!
while the wait was over an hour my mother came away very pleased. She cannot sleep and wanted to try something natural. She was helped by a young man named Scott, he took his time to explain the benefits and potential downsides until they found something she liked. entire staff was nice and helpful!
This dispensary has become my go-to location after trying virtually every facility in the county. Their customer service, attitude, and product selection is varied, effective, and relatively consistent. My transactions are smooth and expeditious and low-stress. There is a caring sense of humanity that is palpable, and my interaction yesterday with Kelly reaffirmed that feeling.
This morning I had the please to meet Matthew. I needed help with finding out what I really needed. Matthew explained everything in great depth. He even found someone with his same birthday. I will be back to this location due to Matthew. Thank you Matthew.
Today was my second visit to the Deerfield Beach location. Once inside, past the construction and so forth, the place is very clean and spacious, especially relevant during these times. The service at the front desk was appropriate and I was given a little longer wait time then it actually was, which I appreciate more then being told five minutes and it takes fifteen minutes. Once I was called back I met with Kim who was more then helpful. Kim helped me receive my $75 off for my second visit, answered a few questions I wasn't ready to ask the first time, and informed about the CanPay option. My only complaint was the limited supply of flowers, at the time I ordered there was not much to choose from. I was told it was like this everywhere right now.
My son is 22 years old and suffers with very bad anxiety and this is the reason he needs medical marijuana. We have been purchasing from Trulieve for quite some time and typically they are good to deal with but today he had a very unfortunate event with a rude worker at the deerfield beach location. He ordered flower online through a chat agent and asked for a high THC content and was told that she did not know what the THC content would be but once he picked up his order, he could ask them to check for a higher THC level if it was to low in the jars he was picking up. Once he arrived at the dispensary, he was eventually called back and saw that the THC content was low and asked the girl behind the counter if she could check to see if there were a higher content. She told him that he could not modify the order and that she refused to look for him. He was very upset and shaking and then she proceeds to tell him that he should focus on other things rather than medical marijuana and also commented that she wished she had the amount of money he had to spend on his medicine monthly. First of all, my son does not need a doctor's advice from a nobody behind the counter and also be reprimanded for needing his medicine. He has tried many medications over the years all of which have made his issue much worse and the last option was medical marijuana that works well for him. I am livid that my son was mistreated at this dispensary and I called Customer Service. After waiting about 45 minutes on hold, I was told that no supervisor was available for me to speak with and also told that it is up to her discretion if she feels like looking or not for a higher THC content. Well, it is my discretion to never step foot in this place again and to bring our money to a dispensary where my son is not mistreated. He typically purchases about 2.5 ounces per month so they will be losing a good customer. I will never step into Trulieve again because if they will allow their help to be rude to customer's who are already exhibiting stress, the last thing they need is someone to be cruel. So furious that my son was treated this way.
My experience was very pleasant, I went in a new patient and Joan at the front helped me right away, it’s possible that sometimes there can be a wait because after I came in it got busy pretty quick I around 11:30am. Joan also informed me of their pick-up and delivery services which are a great plus. They also let me bring my dog in which was another plus for me because I take him everywhere. I was called in less then 10 min and was helped by Cesar, was super nice and seemed knowledgeable in what strains would work best for me, they also had a lot of options with flower!
Yesterday was my first time coming into Trulieve and they made a loyal customer out of me. Camille, Adam and Andre assisted me and they were seriously the nicest and friendliest sales team I have ever experienced at a dispensary. I can't wait to come back again 🙂
Trulieve is definitely one of the best dispensaries in south Florida. Extremely clean store, following all the safety precautions you’d expect. They are very professional, and shopping in their store feels like any other store. It’s not some seedy place that sells weed. My favorite thing about trulieve is that they ALWAYS have a wide variety of flower. And IMO top quality. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Lately the wait has been a tad longer than normal, but not long enough to bother me. I will continue to be a loyal customer
Waiting for days to be refunded for mistake their employee made. (Receipt proof) Have called to speak to a manager twice now. After 30-45 minute wait times. Of course promised calls back not one.I placed an order online, text confirmed it was ready yet still waited an hour in my car to pick it up. No place to sit in the waiting room be prepared to stand outside in the 100* heat or sit in your car a LONG time. This is an ongoing issue (see other reviews) although they will have some answer about a pandemic. Your store has always been poorly run!As well their staff insists on patients wearing a mask (smart) yet employees wear their's around their neck. Check your video. This is medicine govern your employees.properly in accordance with local rules regarding face covers.
Today was a great day at Trulieve. I appreciate that they typically have the best selection of any of the dispensaries but I have been surprised at how long I've had to wait after getting notified that my order is ready.Today I used the system where I checked in online. I received a notice that said I ought to be ready in 9 minutes and about 9 (or maybe 12 ) minutes later I got called.Kim helped me and she was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. If I get this style of service next time I go to Trulieve my rating will rise to a 5 star.Thank you Kim
Today was my first visit at Trulieve and Stormy assisted me. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations. He’s so friendly! I will recommend him every day and twice on Sunday 🙂
Great staff and product here but the WAITING is the hardest part. One item ordered online, go to the store and they cannot guarantee a wait less than an hour.I cancelled and left.Others in the area are doing curbside, you guys need to figure some way of getting people in and out faster. It will benefit Trulieve AND its customers.
Absolutely amazing service!!! The entire staff is extremely polite and welcoming, they are so patient and answer any question you may have. The staff definitely always makes sure to go above and beyond and I have to say that Nadya is one of the staff that will always brighten your day! I’ve been going to this dispensary every week for the past three months and sometimes the wait may be long but it is definitely worth it. The product is great quality and is always consistent and is so much better than the many other dispensaries in the area! To all the negative reviews I see if you can’t handle waiting y’all should just go somewhere else I’m just saying.

The product and personal are kind but constantly getting conflicting information from call center about products at Deerfield destination. Since I started coming here last year it’s NEVER been in and out! Their website would make life much easier if they had a professional maintaining it accurately displaying & updated product info regularly I wouldn’t have to wait on average an hour to pick up an EXPRESS order I placed 16 hours prior. All other dispensaries are more organized and realize making customers wait so long is only pushing business AWAY. Website leaves much to be desired! Would rather drive 20 miles further than put up with the wait and inefficiency!!!!!

Nadya was beyond knowledgeable and helpful during my trip to trulieve. While everyone is kind and helpful I’ve noticed that they tend to provide false information just for the sake of providing information. Nadya actually provided accurate and truthful information and because of that I couldn’t be more thankful. For everyone complaining about the pickup order system it's not the employees fault it's corporate policies on how they are allowed to fulfill orders in the order in which they are received. especially with all these new regulations and makes it extremely difficult for limited amount of employees to fulfill the orders and do walk-ins at the same time.I have found the staff to be very nice here and for what they have to put up with on a daily basis I'm surprised they aren't in a bad mood every day. I have had very helpful and nice experiences here after what is usually a long wait....It's a busy location..... And these people are exposing themselves to the general public every day. So I think the least we can do is cut them some slack and quit yelling at these poor guys like I see at the store all the time now about pickup orders.
Been coming to this location for a while now and have always had a great experience even when the wait times get long. They have the best inventory and always have exactly what I’m looking for! Employees like Erik T. And Ceaser C. are always helpful and friendly. I’m sure they see a huge number of patients given the killer inventory so I get the wait times. It’ll only get better.

Great staff, great place, great products but the waiting sucks sucks sucks....too long of a wait. Even if you place your order ahead of time, you still got to wait like an hour. Not good. Spending too much $ to be waiting that long. Please fix it

Usually shop in Miami, had a delivery that wasn't scheduled and the driver came while I was at work. The staff at this location helped me out tremendously by first hearing me out, and then coming up with a plan to remedy the issue they didn't create. Great staff doing their absolute best to overhaul their logistics and remaining open for the patients. (Security guard did an amazing job remaining professional and using tact when dealing with "not so understanding" patients...) 👍👍👍

I went to this location and it’s heavily under construction the parking is atrocious and finding the entrance is a little difficult. When I went in to pick up my order I was instructed it would be two hours until it was ready. I asked why because I had called and placed the order and confirmed that it was ready. However when I arrived after driving 35 minutes I was informed that my order was not ready and would not be ready for another two hours but I can leave my ID and come back in that time. So they want me to drive around with no ID that makes sense!Long story short the order was placed online and should’ve been ready it was not now I’m forced to wait two hours or drive all the way back home so here I will sit and wait. I will never come to this location again! The other locations are so much better never a problem my order is always right and never wait if I call it an online. Fort Lauderdale is really good about it. I highly recommend Trulieve just not this location especially with the rude employees.

So they want me to drive around with no ID that makes sense!Long story short the order was placed online and should’ve been ready it was not now I’m forced to wait two hours or drive all the way back home so here I will sit and wait. I will never come to this location again! The other locations are so much better never a problem my order is always right and never wait if I call it an online. Fort Lauderdale is really good about it. I highly recommend Trulieve just not this location especially with the rude employees.
Nadya is amazing!!! Super sweet and funny. Very helpful. This place is great! They answer all your questions, very understanding, work with you instead of just blowing you off. Trulieve is setting the standard for the cannabis business.

This is my first experience with medical cannabis and I am leaving extremely comfortable and confident with my decisions. Thomas was my patient consultant and was not only knowledgeable but made me feel comfortable in this new experience. He was very helpful, answered every question i had and some I didn’t know I should have asked. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back for all of my medication. I have nothing but great things to say, the facility was clean, comfortable and all the employees welcomed me with a smile. All around great experience.

Wonderful free tour was a real rocky mountain high. Do not pass up the grape stuff, very tasty floral grenade. Loads of products, wild oils and waxes. About time Florida!!
Robbie was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and each strain. Offered me a great description of what is to be excepted when smoking each and knew exactly the effects of each strain in stock. Would give additional starts if possible great experience!!! Trulieve Deerfield Beach is such a welcoming store, the patient consultants are so friendly, I placed my pick up and I was out in less than ten minutes. Such excellent customer service I’ve seen so far ☺️💗
