Everyone who works here is so incredible and amazing! I like to buy oil in a syringe and fill my own carts . I saw trulieve had them on sale for $22 so I figured why not . When shopping at a big outfit i always plan ahead . I went on a Thursday since Friday and Saturday and even Sunday they’re very busy .I went mid day as evening is also very busy here . I pre ordered my oil at 7 am online 9 am I get a message we received your order and working on it . So I went on a few errands and 20 minutes later they said order is ready.walked right in 1 ahead of me and 2 came behind me . I was in and out in 3 minutes. Staff was friendly and store looked neat and organized 3 bud girls . Plan ahead at this shop . Carts fill up all the way vs pre filled. U vape for a day than it looks like a pre fill level . Very nice experience from start to finish. Got approved at the docs 2 doors down and that was well organized and efficient. Then walked over to Trulieve, the receptionist was very nice and positive, the place was very clean and modern, then when we went in to the dispensary, we talked to Seth who was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us on the various different products and how they would work for my particular needs (e.g. I have trouble sleeping so he immediately recommended a specific product that helps with that). Plus, he was very patient, there must have been 3 or 4 people come and go in the time it took for him to deal with us, because it was our very fist time so we needed a lot of guidance. So, we appreciated the knowledge, the guidance, and the patience. Prices were very reasonable and Seth worked to make sure we got the best deals on everything. Honestly, just in general terms, I'm an old guy and I remember when kids would buy unknown products of dubious quality and safety, and I far prefer that this whole process is more like buying alcohol now - controlled, legal, safe, pleasant - and the taxes on sales go to improve our state. So much better and I have no idea why people ever objected - this is excellent. Well done all concerned!

I go to a lot of the Trulieve‘s in the area and they’re all amazing. I went to this particular one with a $52 credit on my account from another store and they would not apply the cash credit to my order because the items were on sale, totally unacceptable. I had to debate it for almost 10 min and she finally went ahead and applied it. I went to another Trulieve and they told me that they should not be doing that, it’s cash, not stacking. Long review short, I won’t go back to this Trulieve.

This is my favorite store yet. I have been to many dispensaries but the Delray Trulieve is outstanding and by far the best. They go above and beyond to help their customers. The district manager of the store Brian saw that I needed help and came over to answer every question that I had. He stood with me for a good 30 minutes just explaining and helping me understand how to use this medication. Also, if you’re looking for the best employee there, ask for Amish. He is the supervisor for this store. Amish was able to answer all of my questions as well and get my order together in a quick and timely manner. He was kind, funny, and ran into the back of the store literally 20 times to look for different strains of medication for me. Ha ha. The store goes above and beyond to help you. If you need to go to a Trulieve store, please pick the store in Delray off of Atlantic. You will not be disappointed.

I had to change my review from 5 stars the longer I went to trulieve.Their “patient appreciation” discounts are all just a gimmick. They don’t care about the customers and I was told verbatim from a staff member that “it is a way to get more money from customers.” The top 50 patients are just the top 50 spenders and they try to shake you down for more by thinly veiled gimmicky discounts.I would recommend any other dispensary over trulieve

Trulieve is missing an opportunity not selling branded clothe masks for those that forgot since they require masks for entry but won't provide them.Glad to see they changed their mask policy but wait times are absolutely ridiculous at this location. You can check in online and still have to wait 1.25 hours to get your order.

I ordered something on their website an hour before I went in to the store. when I got there the manager refused to honor the price that was on the website and on the receipt of my pickup order. stating that the sales price wasn't updated on the website and so he wasn't able to honor it. no sorry, no trying to make it up to me some other way. to me, that sounds like a your website problem not like my problem. the actual sales associate that was assisting me was very nice and I could tell from her face that she didn't agree with the manager's decision either. I even ordered the day it dropped and was assured by management they will hold my order. As I went to pick up my order they had sold it. Now I don't have my medication thanks to TL. I cannot speak from experience but I found the choices to be limited. All in all it's good for what it is. I like trulieve, good products but some locations the staff is pleasant but the location isn’t run well. Delray runs like a clock, If I get a text my order is ready, it’s ready! The other day I went and bought some flower, when I got home and opened it, there wasn’t enough to get a small rodent buzzed. I called them up, and they quite simply said- “We are so very sorry, this is very rare but does happen once in a blue moon. Please come back and we’ll replace it”. I went back the next day. No questions just replaced it.Please hear this as the great story it is. If people read it and then try and swindle them, they’ll stop their protocol. I can’t think of another retail product that you can call and say a consumable wasn’t filled and they just believe you! Maybe these guys should run the country!! Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Very nice experience from start to finish. Got approved at the docs 2 doors down and that was well organized and efficient. Then walked over to Trulieve, the receptionist was very nice and positive, the place was very clean and modern, then when we went in to the dispensary, we talked to Seth who was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us on the various different products and how they would work for my particular needs (e.g. I have trouble sleeping so he immediately recommended a specific product that helps with that). Plus, he was very patient, there must have been 3 or 4 people come and go in the time it took for him to deal with us, because it was our very fist time so we needed a lot of guidance. So, we appreciated the knowledge, the guidance, and the patience. Prices were very reasonable and Seth worked to make sure we got the best deals on everything. Honestly, just in general terms, I'm an old guy and I remember when kids would buy unknown products of dubious quality and safety, and I far prefer that this whole process is more like buying alcohol now - controlled, legal, safe, pleasant - and the taxes on sales go to improve our state. So much better and I have no idea why people ever objected - this is excellent. Well done all concerned!

I go to a lot of the Trulieve‘s in the area and they’re all amazing. I went to this particular one with a $52 credit on my account from another store and they would not apply the cash credit to my order because the items were on sale, totally unacceptable. I had to debate it for almost 10 min and she finally went ahead and applied it. I went to another Trulieve and they told me that they should not be doing that, it’s cash, not stacking. Long review short, I won’t go back to this Trulieve.

This is my favorite store yet. I have been to many dispensaries but the Delray Trulieve is outstanding and by far the best. They go above and beyond to help their customers. The district manager of the store Brian saw that I needed help and came over to answer every question that I had. He stood with me for a good 30 minutes just explaining and helping me understand how to use this medication. Also, if you’re looking for the best employee there, ask for Amish. He is the supervisor for this store. Amish was able to answer all of my questions as well and get my order together in a quick and timely manner. He was kind, funny, and ran into the back of the store literally 20 times to look for different strains of medication for me. Ha ha. The store goes above and beyond to help you. If you need to go to a Trulieve store, please pick the store in Delray off of Atlantic. You will not be disappointed.

They don’t care about the customers and I was told verbatim from a staff member that “it is a way to get more money from customers.” The top 50 patients are just the top 50 spenders and they try to shake you down for more by thinly veiled gimmicky discounts.I would recommend any other dispensary over trulieve

I like trulieve, good products but some locations the staff is pleasant but the location isn’t run well. Delray runs like a clock, If I get a text my order is ready, it’s ready! The other day I went and bought some flower, when I got home and opened it, there wasn’t enough to get a small rodent buzzed. I called them up, and they quite simply said- “We are so very sorry, this is very rare but does happen once in a blue moon. Please come back and we’ll replace it”. I went back the next day. No questions just replaced it.Please hear this as the great story it is. If people read it and then try and swindle them, they’ll stop their protocol. I can’t think of another retail product that you can call and say a consumable wasn’t filled and they just believe you! Maybe these guys should run the country!!
