I was going back to give trulieve another shot at my business as every time I’ve been to this location I was disappointed. I renewed last Thursday and was given some coupons to trulieve. They wouldn’t honor anny of the coupons because they were a day expired. Even though one clearly stated a free pre roll 7 days after renewal. Then proceeded to offer a deal that would make me spend way more than I had already. Upon getting there I was told my online order didn’t go through. So I repeated what I had ordered and on one of the items wasn’t in stock even though online it said it was. He offered a subsistion which I asked if it had similar effects which he responded i don’t know it’s just new.. unprofessional business would recommend spending your money somewhere else….

I’m going to say this you have thieves stealing your customers product and sealing it back. Came in last night after work bought two 3.5. Get home and open the one let me say it was empty literally empty. This ain’t the first time My product has been tampered with from this store it’s the second. Not only this store but the one on gulf to bay I’ve had issues with it being unsealed and missing product but the top looks as is someone pinched the top off. So I will end my business as of today with you. Hope you find your thieves. Sad world we live in. One more thing the product should be weighed and showed before the client walks out. Michigan does this so what’s the problem here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I shop at this exact location very often and have always had a great experience. The Dunedin location. Today I went in as usual and when I was dispensed it seemed like the total was a little high. But hey I’m in the store so what Eva. Well as I left I looked and did the math and I was over charged. So I went in to ask the people. The manager responded to me ya you are right you were over charged. He then said he will note my account for a credit. I asked for my money not my credit. He said we don’t do cash back. I said then refund me entire order. He responded and said I will have to give you a credit. Then he told me to check my own price before I pay next time. To me a customer should not have to double check the total but I guess that’s how trulieve does it now day. So watch your price they over charge and don’t give your money back.

The majority of truly locations are really rather terrible customer service wise weather or not it's someone not doing their job doesn't matter truly does a company has taken a very poor turn however when I do decide to go to truly I go only to this store or to the one on Clearwater Beach because I know there are employees at both of these stores that genuinely care and are good at their jobs the only thing that they really need to tighten up on is getting people in and out of the line quickly being honest about what is going on and recognizing a previous day's sale price stuff happens there should be a 24-hour window where that price can be recognized it's really sad because in June 22 when I started with medical marijuana I started with truly and I was really quite pleased and then within 6 months they started changing their policies and they really haven't stopped all of that to say if you're going to go to True leave do yourself a favor go to Dunedin don't go between 5:00 and 7:00 or just go to Clearwater Beach you might have to wait a little longer there sometimes but usually not

Idk who that girl was working the door the night of 12/10/2023 but she took such a nasty tone with me when im just trying to ask a simple question, it’s unacceptable. the man that was getting helped before me was talking about how rude they were otw out the door too. on top of that i didn’t even get helped because they had yet another technical issue. not everyone working there is bad, most are actually pretty cool, but the girl i just had to deal with and that one guy who always deadnames me and makes me uncomfortable is enough to make me stop coming here. i would rate it 0 stars if i could.

This is no reflection of the staff today as they were awesome. They need help and to be better staffed. This one specifically continues to go downhill every time I come, which is why I’ve stopped using them unless I have too. Slowest and always understaffed. 20-30 min for a pickup is crazy. What’s the point of doing it online when you get no benefit? Every other dispensary I’m in and out within 10.

Oh boy, sad to say I will no longer be a Trulieve customer. I feel I’ve been super forgiving with them and after reading some of the recent reviews I’m realizing probably a lot of us have. They have become exceptionally slow and the product they offer isn’t really worth the wait. There has been several times where I have received faulty products (leaking TruPods, faulty batteries) and have been shorted on flower (more than once I’ve noticed, who knows how many times I haven’t). Every time you mention an issue they happily tell you not to worry and they can easily return or fix anything, however when it comes to actually returning a product or fixing an issue I find a lot of pushback and it can rarely be accomplished.At this point I’m giving up and will easily find another that knows how to use a scale, as it is not that difficult.

I always go to the trulieve On clearwater beach and I will be going back there from now on... I ordered 2 pineapple upside down yesterday because they were on sale for $31.50. When i went in today I was charged $53 for each of them? How that makes any sense I have no idea... I know if I went down to the beach they would have given me that sale price because they know what a good customer I am. $40 lesson learned, Stick with what you know!

They made me sit in a lobby for ten minutes listening to the front desk man talk to an obviously mentally unhinged patient about how California is a liberal hell hole (they both admitted to each other they never lived there), how Fox News is actually a legitimate news source in spite of its recent $800m lawsuit, their opinions on Joe Biden, and how all the "crime in the cities" (pasco has a higher crime rate than Tampa) is an example of how we are living in the Christian bible's revelation times. Why can't Trulieve keep politics out of the the store front? This wasn't a conversation in the back of the store with all the controversial pride merchandise, this was a loud open conversation with the front desk host in the front lobby. Why can't they put the politics controversy culture war stuff in the back? Why do I have to listen to unhinged right wing ranting in the middle of a lobby, by an actual employee, just to get my medicine?

Unfortunately, had to change my review from five stars to one star. I’m not sure what happened to this place but they have hired a new front desk staff member. A blonde guy with glasses, who clearly does not understand the environment that he works in and has the worst customer service skills that I’ve ever encountered. As of late, the flower has been dry and stemmy, and and their live, Rozen tastes like gasoline I don’t know what happened to this place, but it went from being one of the best dispensaries in the area to the absolute worst in a matter of months.I truly hope the owner of this location takes this review not as an insult, this location seems to get a lot of first time card users who have not experienced other locations. Hopefully they get it together in time.

I live near this dispensary and go there a lot. Every time I have to wait at least 20 minutes to get my product I ordered online. I'm almost to the point where I'm over it, and take my business elsewhere.I finally got called and the staff claimed that hours have been cut, hence the slowness for that particular day. However, this happens time and time again.

I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps all of that, with a wonderful smile. Everytime I come to this place there's a wait of at least 15 minutes even if there's only 2 people in the waiting area and they give the same bs line "we had a few people call out" that's a lie. You have a few people call out that much then find new people! And the last 5 times I went I ordered on line and the site would say the flower has 21% thc, get home and look at it and it's only 16%!!! I swear I don't know why I keep coming back to this place!! 😡

It seems the staff frequently has their lips pursed to say "sorry" usually to further explain my order isn't ready. They are nice and polite. I can't say enough about this Trulieve location in Dunedin. The entire staff are all-stars from the in-take and security who are very friendly, to the cashiers. One guard in particular which i wish i knew his name in order to acknowledge him, always offers me a bottle of cold water while waiting, which isnt long at all. But the superstar of the staff i will certainly mention by name is Natale. She's extremely knowledgeable on their vast selections and great quality of products, plus she has ESP..., extra sensory perception ha! Every time you mention an issue they happily tell you not to worry and they can easily return or fix anything, however when it comes to actually returning a product or fixing an issue I find a lot of pushback and it can rarely be accomplished.At this point I’m giving up and will easily find another that knows how to use a scale, as it is not that difficult.

I always go to the trulieve On clearwater beach and I will be going back there from now on... I ordered 2 pineapple upside down yesterday because they were on sale for $31.50. When i went in today I was charged $53 for each of them? How that makes any sense I have no idea... I know if I went down to the beach they would have given me that sale price because they know what a good customer I am. $40 lesson learned, Stick with what you know!

They made me sit in a lobby for ten minutes listening to the front desk man talk to an obviously mentally unhinged patient about how California is a liberal hell hole (they both admitted to each other they never lived there), how Fox News is actually a legitimate news source in spite of its recent $800m lawsuit, their opinions on Joe Biden, and how all the "crime in the cities" (pasco has a higher crime rate than Tampa) is an example of how we are living in the Christian bible's revelation times. Why can't Trulieve keep politics out of the the store front? This wasn't a conversation in the back of the store with all the controversial pride merchandise, this was a loud open conversation with the front desk host in the front lobby. Why can't they put the politics controversy culture war stuff in the back? Why do I have to listen to unhinged right wing ranting in the middle of a lobby, by an actual employee, just to get my medicine?

Unfortunately, had to change my review from five stars to one star. I’m not sure what happened to this place but they have hired a new front desk staff member. A blonde guy with glasses, who clearly does not understand the environment that he works in and has the worst customer service skills that I’ve ever encountered. As of late, the flower has been dry and stemmy, and and their live, Rozen tastes like gasoline I don’t know what happened to this place, but it went from being one of the best dispensaries in the area to the absolute worst in a matter of months.I truly hope the owner of this location takes this review not as an insult, this location seems to get a lot of first time card users who have not experienced other locations. Hopefully they get it together in time.

I live near this dispensary and go there a lot. Every time I have to wait at least 20 minutes to get my product I ordered online. I'm almost to the point where I'm over it, and take my business elsewhere.I finally got called and the staff claimed that hours have been cut, hence the slowness for that particular day. However, this happens time and time again.

I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps all of that, with a wonderful smile. Everytime I come to this place there's a wait of at least 15 minutes even if there's only 2 people in the waiting area and they give the same bs line "we had a few people call out" that's a lie. You have a few people call out that much then find new people! And the last 5 times I went I ordered on line and the site would say the flower has 21% thc, get home and look at it and it's only 16%!!! I swear I don't know why I keep coming back to this place!! 😡

I chose this location because of the friendliness and welcome feeling I get when I walk in the door. Some of the other Trulieve stores treat you like you are at the Tax Collectors office for your license...the wait times are astronomically insane....not at this store.I am a regular here since the Grand opening.

The customer service has dwindled. They are still "nice". The last several times I've ordered on line they do not have the order ready after hours of waiting. It seems the staff frequently has their lips pursed to say "sorry" usually to further explain my order isn't ready. They are nice and polite. So perhaps it's a lack of management or organization, either way it's disappointing

I can't say enough about this Trulieve location in Dunedin. The entire staff are all-stars from the in-take and security who are very friendly, to the cashiers. One guard in particular which i wish i knew his name in order to acknowledge him, always offers me a bottle of cold water while waiting, which isnt long at all. But the superstar of the staff i will certainly mention by name is Natale. She's extremely knowledgeable on their vast selections and great quality of products, plus she has ESP..., extra sensory perception ha! And so friendly she must have a constant and joyous smile beneath her mask😊. Summing it up best location ever, great staff, service, and products, and Natale "like Christmas" !!!🎄...

Service is always stellar and staff members are super knowledgeable about products sold. One of the my favorite staff members is Brittni, who has made everyone of my visit a wonderful experience each time she worked with me.
