The employees really need to layoff the product while they are at work. There is always an issue when I go there. They are always so slow to get orders ready. For a billion dollar a year company you would think they could hire someone to get their website working correctly. They are always out of 1 or more items from my order when every other dispensary website actually has how many of each product they have left in inventory if they are running low. Go to Surterra or any other dispensary really. You can order online from Surterra and go right up there and they will have your order waiting for you. Trulieve will take hours to notify you it's ready and if you just go up there be ready to wait for 30mins to an hour. Trulieve needs to stop getting high on their own supply.

Most of the weed is garbage I take back stuff so much that they mad at me for them having garbage and it tastes like chemicals or somethings on it also too many different kinds of buds I think they should just focus on one or two and perfect that first who's ever growing this stuff should go back doing whatever they was doing before and leave this alone and then they have the nerves to be expensive Lol😆 I have no problem with the people that work there the majority are really good employees they just need to figure out a way to make things move faster unnecessary wait time

I would give 5 stars, but the cart I got keeps clogging and not giving out much product. I got it replaced for free but the replacement did the same thing. The great thing about this place though, is the first time discounts, and the fact that you can return and replace stuff you’ve already used.

Every time I come to this Trulieve I wait at least 30 minutes. This time I decided to try Express and even joined the waitlist ahead of time before I drove up because I thought maybe it would make things faster but still I waited an hour to be served. I can walk into any other dispensary in the area and any other Trulieve location nearby and get helped faster than I’ve ever been helped here. There is no urgency and it’s frustrating how long it takes to wait for your order because once I’m actually called back it takes me less than two minutes to check out. The staff is super nice but y’all need to get it together please

I want to especially shout out the cashier who saw me today around 5:45 on terminal SH07, I wish I knew her name. I was in crutches and she offered if I’d like a chair while ordering which I thought was very considerate and going the extra mile. This is the ONLY location I have had this issue with. My friend recommended Trulieve to me for good deals, and there are deals to be sure, but the customer service and wait times are seriously lacking. I've been to this location twice, the first time it took about 20-30 minutes to be taken to the back to shop, the second took 45 minutes. Neither visit had a packed lobby.They got my name wrong, which was a first at all of the dispensaries I've been to. On the second visit, one of the employees came to the front desk, loudly swearing and spiking his empty can into a trash can, announcing the front desk clerk was gaming on his computer/phone. if you're strapped for cash and don't mind waiting for half an hour, go here. If you want a little respect and can go a little further down the road, just go to Fluent.

The receptionist here is extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. Arrived at the dispensary at 8:20 with another person only to find the doors locked. Although I showed up on time, the receptionist was adamant that she didn’t want to let me in because I “may not get dispensed,” however, she proceeds to let others in who showed up after me. When she finally let me in, she never adds me to the list, but instead adds several people who showed up after the 8:30pm closing time. At 8:59, she finally added me to the list even though I was inside the building at 8:25. She admitted to adding others to the list before me and still could not be bothered to apologize or take accountability for her mistakes. Extremely unprofessional and rude, which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff is lovely.Do better.

This place is a joke when it comes to speed and accountability. They do not have people prepping the orders that are made ahead of time and as a result you will have to wait a minimum one hour even if you placed your order 2 days in advance. As a result the express pickup is not even being utilized because the orders are not being prepped when they come in. They clearly need more employees and staff to fulfill the demands of their clientele. Go somewhere else until these issues are addressed. Just for reference the Blanding Blvd location is just as busy but I’ve never waited there more than 30 mins as a walk in.

There needs to be a major rework of operations at this location. I showed up at 9:15 AM on a Saturday (15 minutes after they open) to find I was 5th in line for Express Pickup. No problem in and of itself, but this is where the issues begin. You'd think since this is the Express Pickup line and they have multiple bud tenders, that it wouldn't take more than maybe 15 minutes to get to me. That gives a full 3 minutes for each person in the Express pickup line to show ID, confirm order, and pay, even if there was only 1 bud tender working. That rate should be easily achievable with multiple workers.Well, fast forward 35 minutes and I'm still number 2 in line. How do you only serve 3 people in 35 minutes??? That's more than 10 minutes a person when they're just supposed to be picking up and paying.Now I could understand if this was a one-off occurrence, but it's been this way for at least the past 3 times in a row. It's just ridiculous and unacceptable.I've even tried ordering delivery several times to try and avoid this hassle. Every time without fail they miss the delivery date and ultimately never show up. I was told last time they were 2 weeks behind when I had to call inquiring why my order was several days late. Where else is it acceptable to leave patients for 2 weeks without their prescription? I ended up having to cancel the order and pick it up. Just useless.Then to put the icing on this abysmal cake they've baked, they don't offer any sort of compensation for their mistakes. Nor do they ever attempt to do better in future visits.Well, I've had enough.At this point, I'm strongly considering reporting these issues to the Department of Health if something isn't done by Trulieve management. It simply has to change.

This place has terrible service. I came today and was told they’re at maximum capacity even though I placed an order two hours earlier. Drove 20 minutes to get here to be refuse service. I came in for a second time to exchange a product I purchased earlier today that was giving me an unwanted reaction (triple crown diesel live suga -- found out it was due to caryophyllene which is a black pepper derivative), and thankfully they have a great exchange/return policy. They took my product back and my bud tender, Robert, helped me narrow it down to an alternate but similar medicine that ended up working out better than expected (orange bomb live resin), so thank you! And thank you to the other bud tenders/greeter there today--whose names I didn't catch unfortunately--for engaging in friendly and helpful conversation while I was waiting, too.

So basically the wait time is 45 minutes to an 1 HOUR. No matter what day of the week or what time In the Day. YOU will Expect to wait nothing less than 1 Hour. They work extremely slow and are always beyond under staff at this location and pretty much every truelieve. SAVED yourself the trouble and just Wait to arrive at this location to place your order. It will take the same amount of wait time to process in person. NO such thing as EXpress Pick Up.

Listings online do not have accurate percentages represented. I placed my order at 8am, and when I went to pick it up after work I found out the flower was really 8% less than advertised online. Unfortunately they had sold out of every other option I had chosen to skip in favor of my original order leaving nothing over 18% available. I chose to walk away empty handed rather than waste the prescription. I just wish they would have contacted me about the change so I didn't have to drive across town and waste the fuel. Otherwise, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Rotating specials are definitely worth checking out.

This location is truly unbelievable! You can go there four different times in one day, speak to four different Agents, and they will all tell you something different. Due to the high turnover they can't train Agents in a quick enough manner or in an efficient manner. They should start by honoring the corporate policies and stick to them. Not including they decided to wipe out customer points without telling their customers. My recommendation is to go elsewhere if you don't waste your time or have some one belittle you for your service due to there inadequate policies. This is the last time I will step foot in this location. After spending thousands monthly with them I feel my money us better spent at another location that has Agents who want to help their customers and know basic customer service.

Policy change = now points are only good for a few months but I was robbed of my points, without notice. I would have used them had I known.2. Two weeks ago the guy forgot to give me my change. I seldomly write reviews but after having another unfavourable experience at Trulieve yesterday I think it’s necessary to report my experience(s).I suffer from PTSD and have been a medical patient for over 12 years and lived in many compliant states (CA / CO). With that said I take the customer service, efficiency, and quality of my medicine very seriously.On top of the countless times I’ve had my orders incorrect or unavailable due to inventory / logistical errors. I have had an extremely inconsistent experience with the customer service I’ve received at different Trulieve locations around central Florida.Yesterday I arrived at colonial location to pickup an online order. Upon arriving into an empty waiting room - I was quickly greeted and asked if I had a mask. In normal circumstances I always have a mask on or in my vehicle however on this particular day I honestly didn’t have a mask & was driving a rental vehicle while my truck is in the shop.I informed the front desk associate and asked if there was a mask I could have - to my surprise Trulieve did not have any disposable masks available for customers to use. I then stood there and doubled down to ask the associate how can I pickup my medicine? ….I was then asked to leave the store & was told my only option is to come back with a mask or on another day.Needless to say I’ve been a patient in Florida since the state has opened up medical use and I previously would refer EVERYONE to Trulieve - complimenting them on their quality of product, customer service, and storefront setup.I can honestly say - after spending thousands of dollars with Trulieve, I am going to take my business elsewhere. Which is a shame because I really enjoy their products. But if you ask me the bigger they keep growing - the more they loose touch on customer service, attention to detail, and quality. It appears they are more interested in selling quantity and taking your money - no real interest in getting you your medicine.

I had an issue with an item I purchased, I called customer service and from the time they answered the phone I was more than happy! I was told to just take the container back and they will exchange it for a new one, not even 10 mins later I get a call from my local Trulieve and she too was awesome! She went of her way to try to have my new item delivered, but I had to work so I called and they said no problem I can come pick it up when I get off. I went it and it was a completely different shift of staff, I explained what happened and they were going to credit me but I explained that I was told I can exchange it for another item. There was a little confusion but it was sorted in less than 5 mins and both the guys who helped me were awesome! They’ve both helped me before and I’ve always had a great experience with them both. I couldn’t ask for a better local Trulieve. Give them a try! The products are amazing and so are the deals + rewards deals!

Their software can't handle their volume or has many glitches in it. You have to be QUICK when placing an order, or it's GONE and sold out before you checkout. It was my first time in a dispensary and wow did Trulieve make it great! They have a great selection (even edibles!) and also do online ordering so you can just pick it up and go! The budtenders were very knowledgeable and gave me the exact strain I was looking for. The vape pens and accessories are also the same as I would find in a smoke shop which was very unexpected. As a first timer, they give you $75 towards your purchase of $150 or more, believe me you’d want to get that much of their product hahah, and it basically compensated for the cost of your card! I love Trulieve they always have some deal going on and also have ground flower sometimes! If it’s your first time they walk you through it all. I once overheard an employee explaining to an older gentleman everything he wanted to know and more, very knowledgeable. Store is always clean, they now have available hand sanitizer and air filter systems. Great protocols in place for the pandemic. The flower is always good. I love me some Reggae Cowboy or Strawberry switchblade. They have many options from flower to shatter to topicals. They’ll help you learn what’s what with new products too. Trulieve Orlando Colonial is an excellent dispensary! We (my husband and I) wanted to find a dispensary closer. The Colonial Drive location is new and much closer to where we live. This was our first time there and the staff was nothing but friendly, helpful, and informative. Registration was simple. After we told the receptionist that we want to compare Trulieve products with other vendor products, they arranged a personal consultation. We waited a few minutes in the waiting room which is large and comfortable. The manager Levitt, then took us to a private room and he looked over each product we brought (and currently use) and he pointed out similar Trulieve products. Levitt was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the information we needed. We really enjoy the calming and enjoyable environment and all of the staff was really helpful and friendly. Prices were comparable to other brands and some items slightly cheaper. We were treated with respect and dignity throughout the entire process. We couldn't ask for a better experience. However one disappointment is that they currently do not accept credit cards. All in all we give our experience 5 stars and WE WILL BE BACK.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. The employees really need to layoff the product while they are at work. There is always an issue when I go there. They are always so slow to get orders ready. For a billion dollar a year company you would think they could hire someone to get their website working correctly. They are always out of 1 or more items from my order when every other dispensary website actually has how many of each product they have left in inventory if they are running low. Go to Surterra or any other dispensary really. You can order online from Surterra and go right up there and they will have your order waiting for you. Trulieve will take hours to notify you it's ready and if you just go up there be ready to wait for 30mins to an hour. Trulieve needs to stop getting high on their own supply.

This time I decided to try Express and even joined the waitlist ahead of time before I drove up because I thought maybe it would make things faster but still I waited an hour to be served. My friend recommended Trulieve to me for good deals, and there are deals to be sure, but the customer service and wait times are seriously lacking. I've been to this location twice, the first time it took about 20-30 minutes to be taken to the back to shop, the second took 45 minutes. Neither visit had a packed lobby.They got my name wrong, which was a first at all of the dispensaries I've been to. On the second visit, one of the employees came to the front desk, loudly swearing and spiking his empty can into a trash can, announcing the front desk clerk was gaming on his computer/phone. if you're strapped for cash and don't mind waiting for half an hour, go here. If you want a little respect and can go a little further down the road, just go to Fluent.

The receptionist here is extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. Arrived at the dispensary at 8:20 with another person only to find the doors locked. Although I showed up on time, the receptionist was adamant that she didn’t want to let me in because I “may not get dispensed,” however, she proceeds to let others in who showed up after me. When she finally let me in, she never adds me to the list, but instead adds several people who showed up after the 8:30pm closing time. At 8:59, she finally added me to the list even though I was inside the building at 8:25. She admitted to adding others to the list before me and still could not be bothered to apologize or take accountability for her mistakes. Extremely unprofessional and rude, which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff is lovely.Do better.

They do not have people prepping the orders that are made ahead of time and as a result you will have to wait a minimum one hour even if you placed your order 2 days in advance. As a result the express pickup is not even being utilized because the orders are not being prepped when they come in. They clearly need more employees and staff to fulfill the demands of their clientele. Go somewhere else until these issues are addressed. Just for reference the Blanding Blvd location is just as busy but I’ve never waited there more than 30 mins as a walk in.

There needs to be a major rework of operations at this location. I showed up at 9:15 AM on a Saturday (15 minutes after they open) to find I was 5th in line for Express Pickup. No problem in and of itself, but this is where the issues begin. You'd think since this is the Express Pickup line and they have multiple bud tenders, that it wouldn't take more than maybe 15 minutes to get to me. That gives a full 3 minutes for each person in the Express pickup line to show ID, confirm order, and pay, even if there was only 1 bud tender working. That rate should be easily achievable with multiple workers.Well, fast forward 35 minutes and I'm still number 2 in line. How do you only serve 3 people in 35 minutes??? That's more than 10 minutes a person when they're just supposed to be picking up and paying.Now I could understand if this was a one-off occurrence, but it's been this way for at least the past 3 times in a row. It's just ridiculous and unacceptable.I've even tried ordering delivery several times to try and avoid this hassle. Every time without fail they miss the delivery date and ultimately never show up. I was told last time they were 2 weeks behind when I had to call inquiring why my order was several days late. Where else is it acceptable to leave patients for 2 weeks without their prescription? I ended up having to cancel the order and pick it up. Just useless.Then to put the icing on this abysmal cake they've baked, they don't offer any sort of compensation for their mistakes. Nor do they ever attempt to do better in future visits.Well, I've had enough.At this point, I'm strongly considering reporting these issues to the Department of Health if something isn't done by Trulieve management. It simply has to change.

This location is truly unbelievable! You can go there four different times in one day, speak to four different Agents, and they will all tell you something different. Due to the high turnover they can't train Agents in a quick enough manner or in an efficient manner. They should start by honoring the corporate policies and stick to them. Not including they decided to wipe out customer points without telling their customers. My recommendation is to go elsewhere if you don't waste your time or have some one belittle you for your service due to there inadequate policies. This is the last time I will step foot in this location. I seldomly write reviews but after having another unfavourable experience at Trulieve yesterday I think it’s necessary to report my experience(s).I suffer from PTSD and have been a medical patient for over 12 years and lived in many compliant states (CA / CO). With that said I take the customer service, efficiency, and quality of my medicine very seriously.On top of the countless times I’ve had my orders incorrect or unavailable due to inventory / logistical errors. I have had an extremely inconsistent experience with the customer service I’ve received at different Trulieve locations around central Florida.Yesterday I arrived at colonial location to pickup an online order. Upon arriving into an empty waiting room - I was quickly greeted and asked if I had a mask. In normal circumstances I always have a mask on or in my vehicle however on this particular day I honestly didn’t have a mask & was driving a rental vehicle while my truck is in the shop.I informed the front desk associate and asked if there was a mask I could have - to my surprise Trulieve did not have any disposable masks available for customers to use. I then stood there and doubled down to ask the associate how can I pickup my medicine? ….I was then asked to leave the store & was told my only option is to come back with a mask or on another day.Needless to say I’ve been a patient in Florida since the state has opened up medical use and I previously would refer EVERYONE to Trulieve - complimenting them on their quality of product, customer service, and storefront setup.I can honestly say - after spending thousands of dollars with Trulieve, I am going to take my business elsewhere. Which is a shame because I really enjoy their products. But if you ask me the bigger they keep growing - the more they loose touch on customer service, attention to detail, and quality. This Trulieve it’s a rules not too talk to anyone about products even if you have someone who also is buying . The people are always nice . It was my first time in a dispensary and wow did Trulieve make it great! They have a great selection (even edibles!) and also do online ordering so you can just pick it up and go! The budtenders were very knowledgeable and gave me the exact strain I was looking for. The vape pens and accessories are also the same as I would find in a smoke shop which was very unexpected. As a first timer, they give you $75 towards your purchase of $150 or more, believe me you’d want to get that much of their product hahah, and it basically compensated for the cost of your card! They have text updates and really made me happy. I would go there again happily!

I think it is absurd that i just got told over your chat feature and phone that you can NO LONGER provide the correct THC amount for flower? So i ordered from this dispensary less then 2 weeks ago. Why is this the first time I am being told that your representative can only tell me what it ranges from when just 2 weeks ago your representatives were giving me the exact THC percentage for the product i was asking about????????? But when you put in an order and go to pick it up alot of times they won't have it in stock but yet they will text you and say your order is ready for pickup. Now you wasted your time and gas to drive there for nothing. On top of that I was never given back my driver's license last purchase they forgot. Unreliable staff

Social distancing is enforced, everyone wears a mask, and they are an oasis of hand sanitizer. Went there as a walk-in in the evening on a Saturday during the rona and received excellent service. It was clean and I was one of two patients in the waiting room. Distancing was definitely being practiced. I waited less than 10 mins. Janey was my bud tender and she was courteous and patient. I really enjoyed how knowledgeable she was and she answered all of my questions. The selection at this Trulieve location was great and I left with exactly what I wanted.

Great dispensary! I used to go to Orlando north but I’m so happy this location opened up, only a 10 minute drive. I love Trulieve they always have some deal going on and also have ground flower sometimes! If it’s your first time they walk you through it all. I once overheard an employee explaining to an older gentleman everything he wanted to know and more, very knowledgeable. Store is always clean, they now have available hand sanitizer and air filter systems. Great protocols in place for the pandemic. The flower is always good. I love me some Reggae Cowboy or Strawberry switchblade. They have many options from flower to shatter to topicals. They’ll help you learn what’s what with new products too. They also have a great reward system. Over all amazing dispensary and always a good time. I usually don’t wait long, especially lately.

I’m very impressed. I’ve been to a few other Orlando dispensaries and this is the first time I’ve had a consultation about each different strain and their terpene profile. The associate in the corner station on the left with the curly hair and wing liner (sorry I don’t remember her name, I was over medicated with a different brand product) was knowledgeable and overall delightful to work with. They seem to have way more choices of strains and keep it much more stocked then other places near by.Then, the other day I dropped a $50 bill and didn't notice. I got a call today from an employee who said they found my $ on the ground and to come get it. Wow to say the least, I already planned to come back but this just made my decision easier.

I had been staying away from Trulieve, since I had a bad experience last year. I wanted to give them another try. The only store that had what I wanted was this store...An hour away from my home.I placed an order the night before. I walked into the store and was met by a very sweet young lady, whose name escapes me. Within 3 minutes, I was called back. Bonus!My patient consultant was "Big ol' Jim." A truly nice chap, who knows quite a bit about natural medicine. He made a few suggestions and recommendations, and within a few minutes, I was on my way home.I wanted to give big kudos to Jim. There are a few people in this business that could take a lesson from him. If you read this, "thanks, Jim!"Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I just wish you were closer.

Trulieve Orlando Colonial is an excellent dispensary! We (my husband and I) wanted to find a dispensary closer. The Colonial Drive location is new and much closer to where we live. This was our first time there and the staff was nothing but friendly, helpful, and informative. Registration was simple. After we told the receptionist that we want to compare Trulieve products with other vendor products, they arranged a personal consultation. We waited a few minutes in the waiting room which is large and comfortable. The manager Levitt, then took us to a private room and he looked over each product we brought (and currently use) and he pointed out similar Trulieve products. Levitt was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the information we needed. We really enjoy the calming and enjoyable environment and all of the staff was really helpful and friendly. Prices were comparable to other brands and some items slightly cheaper. We were treated with respect and dignity throughout the entire process. We couldn't ask for a better experience. However one disappointment is that they currently do not accept credit cards. All in all we give our experience 5 stars and WE WILL BE BACK.
