Easter Sunday the heavy set Hispanic guy wouldn’t stop hitting on me and kept calling me honey, sweetheart, and sweetie pie over and over even though I was visibly uncomfortable and my boyfriend saw the entire thing. He should be fired for creeping on women who are just trying to get medicine. He was clearly hitting on me and I will not be back. This guy is an OBVIOUS creep!

First few times were good, but I went in there yesterday and there were about 15 people waiting to go back, most of them had been there at least a half hour. It was like being in some weird twilight zone. Very eerie and dark vibes. All of the 3 employees were serving 1 customer in the back. No one was checking any of us in. I had to keep my composure before finally giving up and leaving. I went to the trulieve in Daytona and they were serving customers much more efficiently and actually made an effort to get people checked in/served.The edgewater location needs to make some changes in maybe the training or have a more efficient system, because if I’m having to drive 35+ minutes out of my way to a different trulieve, there’s a major problem! You can’t depend on the other companies in the area to carry people through when your system isn’t working.

Worst dispensary experiences I've ever had, and I've been to numerous dispensaries in several states for many years. The employees are nice but they can barely stop for a second to even acknowledge your existence. Walking in takes at least an hour of waiting after waiting several deep in line to even be checked in. Ordering and checking in early takes 45 minutes at least. It's obviously anti-consumer corporate policy that's keeping them from staffing the store as it should even though they're making money hand over fist. I'll be finding another dispensary. Even driving a half hour will save time and frustration. Terrible.

From Joe to Chandler & everyone else in between they have all taken the time to explain, inform, listen & recommend what they believe will truly help you during this overwhelming & hopeful time. Pain, anxiety & other chronic illnesses can make you feel like there’s no end in site but at Trulieve they are dedicated to do all they can to help you through this difficult journey.The discounts are also a major bonus.

First and foremost I love to say the people the employees at the store go above and beyond what they should do this review is not about the employees or the store it's about how understaffed they are and how when you place an order online and when you go there it's a 75 minute wait if you are that busy in that store and cannot get enough people to work that store then I know you have a corporate office corporate people those corporate people need to get from behind the desk and come and work in these stores and see what these employees go through on a day-to-day basis from the screaming customers and another thing if you're going to have points for your customers and not allow your customers to use the points because you have all these great deals everyday and then come December 31st the points are gone you should at least give your loyal customers something free to show your appreciation because if not there's always more medical stores that are willing to take care of new customers

This location is always a nightmare. It’s been some time since I’ve decided to give it another chance and was once again, proved wrong. Checked in with express, was sent text message 2 different times informing me I was kicked out of line and to recheck in. My name was #1 in line for express pick up. After confronting host I was assured my spot was still there. 5 other express customers that were listed behind me on the board were then called in. A total of 1 hr wait for my express. Will not return. If you decide to shop this location, be prepared to wait whether you’re a walk in or express.

Everyone here is so nice! I came in not knowing much because I'm a caregiver. Christina was great in giving me all the information I needed and how things worked. After checking in I was called back by a very happy gentleman. I believe he said his name was Jordan. He was very helpful! Brock knows more about herbology than my doctor. He has the best suggestions, is always a pleasure, and keeps the good tunes on the sound system. Cara is SO nice, down to earth, and really makes great recommendations! Joe is my fave and I’m always happy to see him there when I come in. So this is where my partner usually buys her medication and the last couple times we have checked in from the parking lot and watched people come in and out while waiting over 40 min. When finally getting in there she was super upset and there was not one person in the lobby. The woman in there told her she was marked as a “walk out” and then told she would get to her soon. Haven't shopped here in a while got one of their new cartridges a 600 mg it burnt up quicker than half the time of a 500 mg from most places and i regulate my vaping to a schedule and to add insult to injury The aggravation of the tenders have to open up every single cartridge box and then jar and then let you see them and it's like a lot of extra time standing around with a mask on that I can barely breathe with my respiratory issues... Won't be back for quite a while.

Edgewater Trulieve has ALWAYS been wonderful. The customer service is on point and the staff is knowledgeable, and wait times, even on the busiest of days is kept at minimum. While everyone always provides amazing service I have my go-to consultant. I'm excited when I get there and Rachel is working. If I ask for a specific strain and they happen to be out she knows my usual go-to alternatives or knows just what to recommend if I need to change up dosing methods. I also had the privilege of being waited on by Cassie, who was being trained by Rachel. I'm not sure how far into her training she was, but she had a good handle on her job, in all aspects.I wish I was better with names because id name everyone from this location to recognize their customer service. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Edgewater does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Trulieve in Edgewater online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Easter Sunday the heavy set Hispanic guy wouldn’t stop hitting on me and kept calling me honey, sweetheart, and sweetie pie over and over even though I was visibly uncomfortable and my boyfriend saw the entire thing. First few times were good, but I went in there yesterday and there were about 15 people waiting to go back, most of them had been there at least a half hour. It was like being in some weird twilight zone. Very eerie and dark vibes. All of the 3 employees were serving 1 customer in the back. No one was checking any of us in. I had to keep my composure before finally giving up and leaving. I went to the trulieve in Daytona and they were serving customers much more efficiently and actually made an effort to get people checked in/served.The edgewater location needs to make some changes in maybe the training or have a more efficient system, because if I’m having to drive 35+ minutes out of my way to a different trulieve, there’s a major problem! You can’t depend on the other companies in the area to carry people through when your system isn’t working.

Worst dispensary experiences I've ever had, and I've been to numerous dispensaries in several states for many years. The employees are nice but they can barely stop for a second to even acknowledge your existence. Walking in takes at least an hour of waiting after waiting several deep in line to even be checked in. Ordering and checking in early takes 45 minutes at least. It's obviously anti-consumer corporate policy that's keeping them from staffing the store as it should even though they're making money hand over fist. I'll be finding another dispensary. Even driving a half hour will save time and frustration. Terrible.

First and foremost I love to say the people the employees at the store go above and beyond what they should do this review is not about the employees or the store it's about how understaffed they are and how when you place an order online and when you go there it's a 75 minute wait if you are that busy in that store and cannot get enough people to work that store then I know you have a corporate office corporate people those corporate people need to get from behind the desk and come and work in these stores and see what these employees go through on a day-to-day basis from the screaming customers and another thing if you're going to have points for your customers and not allow your customers to use the points because you have all these great deals everyday and then come December 31st the points are gone you should at least give your loyal customers something free to show your appreciation because if not there's always more medical stores that are willing to take care of new customers

Checked in with express, was sent text message 2 different times informing me I was kicked out of line and to recheck in. My name was #1 in line for express pick up. After confronting host I was assured my spot was still there. 5 other express customers that were listed behind me on the board were then called in. A total of 1 hr wait for my express. Will not return. If you decide to shop this location, be prepared to wait whether you’re a walk in or express.

When finally getting in there she was super upset and there was not one person in the lobby. The woman in there told her she was marked as a “walk out” and then told she would get to her soon. Trulieve the company has great products, but this location is too small, the waiting room holds literally only 3 people, and there is always a long wait time, even if you have a pick up order. I like the Daytona or Palm Coast locations better... they are bigger and faster.

Haven't shopped here in a while got one of their new cartridges a 600 mg it burnt up quicker than half the time of a 500 mg from most places and i regulate my vaping to a schedule and to add insult to injury The aggravation of the tenders have to open up every single cartridge box and then jar and then let you see them and it's like a lot of extra time standing around with a mask on that I can barely breathe with my respiratory issues... Won't be back for quite a while.

Great customer service! Got a trustik there a while back and it started smoking while charging. We asked about it and they said they'd give us a new one, but then my prescription had to be filled so after a few months the manager still remembered me & gave us a replacement. Thanks!

This particular Trulieve is tiny but don’t let the size fool you! The staff are all great, but Connor and Jessica go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you get exactly what you need! As for the products by far the best of all the dispensaries around and I’ve shopped them all. The flower power is top notch- always! (;

The first Trulieve I ever had the pleasure to visit. The entire staff is amazing! I've always gotten someone willing to kindly explain anything that I didn't understand and their product is better than any other brand I've received anywhere else. There is now a Trulieve closer to where I live, but this particular one in Edgewater, will always be a favorite.

So glad that this dispensary is near my house. It may be small but they are usually pretty quick on getting you in to fill your needs. The staff has always been very helpful and informative in answering my questions, too. Finding a nearby parking spot can sometimes be an issue since they are located in a very small shopping plaza. I highly recommend using Trulieve in Edgewater(yes, that pun was fully intended)

Edgewater Trulieve has ALWAYS been wonderful. The customer service is on point and the staff is knowledgeable, and wait times, even on the busiest of days is kept at minimum. While everyone always provides amazing service I have my go-to consultant. I'm excited when I get there and Rachel is working. If I ask for a specific strain and they happen to be out she knows my usual go-to alternatives or knows just what to recommend if I need to change up dosing methods. I also had the privilege of being waited on by Cassie, who was being trained by Rachel. I'm not sure how far into her training she was, but she had a good handle on her job, in all aspects.I wish I was better with names because id name everyone from this location to recognize their customer service. Google doesn't seem to want to change my name to my married one, I'm Chrissy Brinn.
